[0008] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. A long, sturdy, lightweight main tank 1 that is strong enough to withstand water pressure is filled with liquid (water, etc.) 2 and sealed. The main tank shaft A10 and the main tank shaft B11 are provided on the A side (the left and right sides of the main tank 1, the left is called A side, the right is called B side, and the top and bottom before a half rotation, the top is called C side, and the bottom is called D side) and B side, which are evenly spaced from top to bottom of the main tank. Sturdy main shaft bearing stands 57 are installed on both sides A and B of the main tank 1, and the main shaft A10 and main shaft B11 are placed on the main tank main bearings 42 at the top to support the main tank 1. Bearings 88 are installed between each of the main shaft bearing stands and the main shaft to ensure smooth rotation, and the main tank 1 is installed with the balance between the top and bottom balanced so that it can rotate smoothly (Fig. 1). A vertically long in-tank moving framework 8 is installed inside the vertically long main tank 1 filled with liquid. It is installed to float each float and move the position of the weight inside the main tank. In-tank moving framework guide wheels 17 are installed between the in-tank moving framework 8 and the inner wall of the main tank so that the in-tank moving framework 8 can move easily and smoothly inside the main tank. To float each float without wobbling, float guide rods 31 are installed on the right and left sides (both sides in the direction of rotation) when looking at the in-tank moving framework 8 from side A of the main tank 1 (Fig. 2). Weights are placed evenly on both the upper and lower sides of the in-tank moving framework 8 in a vertical position. Weight release vehicle support 14 is provided above and below each weight provided on both the upper and lower sides of the in-tank moving framework 8. To facilitate the movement of weights C5 and D6 in the direction in which the main tank 1 rotates, weight release vehicles 13 are attached above and below each weight on the A and B sides of the main tank 1, and the weights are placed on the release vehicle support 14. Weight release shafts 15 are provided at the midpoint of the weights in the direction in which the main tank rotates on both the left and right sides of weights C and D as viewed from side A of the main tank 1. When the main tank rotates and tilts, the weights move due to gravity in the tilting direction of the tilting main tank 1, so that the weight release shafts 15 come into contact with the inner wall of the main tank 1, and the weights are placed directly on the inner wall of the tilting main tank. On both the top and bottom sides, float stoppers 93 are provided on the release vehicle support platform 14 in the center of the main tank to stop the float from floating up (Figure 2). The main shaft 9 is provided through the main body water tank main shaft A10 and the main body water tank main shaft B11. The rotational force of the main shaft 9 is used as power. Floats C3 and D4 are placed in the in-tank movable framework 8 with the main shaft 9 in between. Floats C3 and D4 are connected by the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7. A main shaft rotating gear turning plate moving rail 58 is provided on the side of each float that is located toward the center of the main tank. Mobile wheels 19 are provided on both the upper and lower ends of the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7, and are placed on the main shaft rotating gear turning plate moving rails 58 provided on each float to connect floats C3 and D4, so that the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 can move left and right. A main shaft rotating gear 12 is provided in the main tank main shaft A and the main tank main shaft B to transmit the buoyancy of the float to the main shaft 9 located in the center of the main tank through the main shaft 9. Main shaft rotating gear rotating plates 7 are provided on both sides of the main shaft rotating gear 12 attached to the main shaft 9, and the contact parts are machined to have jagged edges so that the inner surfaces of both sides come into firm contact with the floating main shaft rotating gear rotating plate 7 and can transmit sufficient rotational force to the main shaft rotating gear 12. The main shaft rotating gear driving plates 7 are provided on both sides of the main shaft rotating gear 12 (one side is designated as A and the other side is designated as B), and are connected at the upper and lower sides, and are installed with a gap between the main shaft rotating gear 12 and the main shaft rotating gear driving plates 7 so that when the moving carriage 24 moves, when the side A comes into contact with the main shaft rotating gear 12, the opposite side B separates from the main shaft rotating gear 12, and conversely, when the side B comes into contact, the side A separates, and the sides A and B separate at the same time (Fig. 2). In order to secure the maximum buoyancy of floats C3 and D4, the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 without a float connected and the in-tank moving framework 8 without weights or floats are installed in the main tank 1 with their buoyancy and gravity balanced. Floats (floats) 83 are attached symmetrically to the back surfaces of both sides of the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 that are not in contact with the main shaft rotating gear 12. Floats 83 are attached symmetrically to the supports of the in-tank mobile framework 8, and are installed so that their buoyancy and gravity are balanced (Figure 2). Float guide protrusions 96 are provided on both sides of each float in the direction of rotation of the main tank, on the right and left of each float as viewed from side A, and are attached to the float guide rods 31 provided on the in-tank movement framework 8. The in-tank movement framework 8 is set in such a way that the float can rise smoothly without wobbling when it rises. In order to separate each float stopper from each float and stop each float from coming into contact with each other and to stop and float each float, each float stopper is provided on the inner walls of the main tank 1 on sides A and B, and each float is installed with float stopper protrusions 82 on both sides A and B of the main tank 1. The float stoppers are installed facing downward and upward on the inner walls of the main tank on sides A and B. When the float stopper, which is installed facing downward on the inner wall of the main tank 8 and in contact with the float stopper protrusion 82 installed on the float before it floats up in the in-tank moving framework 8 located at the top of the main tank 1 in the vertical position, separates from the float stopper, which is installed facing downward and in contact with the inner wall of the main tank 8 in the vertical position, and the float rises up within the in-tank moving framework 8, and stops there. When the float rises and stops at the float stopper provided at the top, and the in-tank moving framework moves to the bottom of the vertical main tank in a state where the buoyancy of the float and the gravity of the weight are balanced, the in-tank moving framework 8 moves to the cushion provided at the bottom of the main tank 1 and stops. An upward-facing float stopper is provided at the position where the float that has risen will stop within the stopped in-tank moving framework 8, and the float is installed in a state where it comes into contact with the float stopper protrusion 82 provided on the float and stops. When the in-tank moving framework 8 is located above the main tank 1 in a vertical position, the float stopper facing downwards and the float are related to each other, and when the in-tank moving framework 8 moves to the bottom of the main tank, the float stopper facing upwards and the float are related to each other. (Fig. 8) (Fig. 19) The floats C3 and D4 are made equal in height and shape, and the weights C5 and D6 are made equal in height, weight and shape so that the buoyancy of the floats and the gravity of the weights are balanced. Floats C3 and D4, connected by main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7, are installed in the vertical in-tank moving framework 8 with enough space for the floats to surface. After the float surfaces, in order to make it surface again within the in-tank moving framework, it becomes necessary to rotate the in-tank moving framework from which the float has surfaced half a turn together with the main tank. The conditions for the half turn vary depending on the settings of the main tank, weight, float, in-tank moving framework, shape, size, length, weight of the main shaft rotating gear turning plate, the length of the space for the float to surface, etc. As a guideline for the values at which the main tank 1 in a vertical position can rotate, the length and width of each float should be 1m and its length (height) 2m, the length and width of each weight should be 1m and its length (height) 2m, the buoyancy of each float should be 2t, the gravity of each weight should be 2t, the length to which each float rises should be 2m, the length of the main shaft rotating gear turning plate connecting the floats should be 11.5m, the length of the framework for moving within the tank should be 1.1m, 1.1m, and 21.5m, the length of the main tank should be 1.2m, 1.2m, and 30m, and the height of the mobile cart fixing base should be 1m. This is one guideline for the values at which the main tank can rotate half a turn. (The attachment position of the weight release shaft 15 that comes into contact with the inner wall of the main tank shall be the equal midpoint of each weight) With weights on the top and bottom and each float floating, and with buoyancy and gravity balanced, the in-tank moving framework 8 is moved to the bottom of the main tank, which is vertical, to tilt the main tank, and this is an example of the values at which the main tank 1 can rotate half a turn. The value at which it can make a half rotation varies depending on the thickness of the materials used for the in-tank moving framework, the position of each float and each weight, and its height (length) relative to the main tank in a vertical position. For example, even if the weight is the same, simply changing the mass of the weight and shortening the height will vary, so each value at which it can make a half rotation must be determined before installation. (After making a prototype using one-twentieth of the values above and verifying, it was found that when the in-tank moving framework is located at the top of the main tank in a vertical position, with the floats raised and buoyancy balanced with gravity, the main tank cannot make a half rotation. If the in-tank moving framework is moved to the bottom of the main tank in a vertical position and tilted slightly with a small force, the main tank can easily make a half rotation.) It is a natural law that by changing the position where the weight is directly applied to the inner wall of the main tank, the up and down value of the tilted main tank will change. By giving numerical conditions, it is possible to derive the conditions required for the main tank to rotate half a turn, and the buoyancy of the float can be used repeatedly. The float inside the in-tank moving framework 8 is raised inside the main tank in a vertical position, and the buoyancy of the float rising within the space where it can rise is transmitted to the main shaft and used as power, and the in-tank moving framework 8, where the float has risen and the balance between buoyancy and gravity has been achieved, is lowered to the bottom of the main tank, the main tank is tilted, and the weight of each weight is directly applied to the inner wall of the inclined main tank, moving the position of the center of gravity above and below the main tank, so that the main tank can rotate half a turn, and the main tank 1 is rotated half a turn, and the float that has space to rise again inside the in-tank moving framework 8 that has rotated half a turn is raised again, and the buoyancy of the float is repeatedly used as power. (Fig. 15) (Fig. 16) (Fig. 17) (Fig. 18) A floating body (float) 83 is attached to in-tank movable framework 8 so that its buoyancy and gravity are balanced, and floats C3 and D4 are attached to both ends of main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7, which also has a floating body (float) 83 attached so that its buoyancy and gravity are balanced, and these are placed within the frame. The entire in-tank movable framework 8, which has weights C5 and D6 attached to the top and bottom sides of in-tank movable framework 8 in the main water tank in a vertical position, is filled with liquid and installed in the main water tank 1 in a vertical position, in an equilibrium state where buoyancy and gravity are balanced. When the float has surfaced and moved to the bottom of the main tank which is in a vertical position, the configuration of the in-tank moving framework is, from bottom to top, at the bottom there is the weight releasing vehicle support base, weight D, weight releasing vehicle support base, float stopper, empty space at the distance the float has surfaced, float D, main shaft rotating gear driving plate, float C, float stopper, weight releasing vehicle support base, weight C, weight releasing vehicle support base. After the floats have surfaced, the positions of the floats within the in-tank moving framework relative to the inner wall of the main tank are as follows: float D4 is located at the distance the float has surfaced from the float stopper at the bottom of the in-tank moving framework, and float C3 is located at the distance the float has surfaced from the top of the mobile carriage fixing base 16 installed in the center of the main tank (Fig. 1). It is easy to obtain power once from the buoyancy of a floating float, but to obtain power repeatedly, it is necessary to rotate the in-tank moving framework holding the floating float and the main tank half a turn. A large gear A44 is attached to the main shaft A10 of the main tank in order to continue the rotation of the main tank 1 using part of the power obtained from the buoyancy of the float. An intermittent gear 46 and a large gear B45 are connected and the intermittent gear 46 and the large gear A44 are meshed together. When the main tank 1 rotates to the vertical position, the gear part of the large gear A comes into contact with the missing part of the intermittent gear 46, temporarily interrupting the rotation and temporarily stopping the rotation of the main tank. While the rotation of the main tank is stopped, the in-tank moving framework 8 is moved to the bottom of the main tank. A guide plate fixing shaft A89 is provided between the main water tank spindle A10 and the spindle 9. (The shaft seal name is from another company.) A water leakage prevention device 41 is provided between the B side of the main body water tank shaft B11 and the induction plate fixed shaft B90. The water leakage prevention device provides a seal ring on the shaft, and oil is poured between the seal rings on the shaft to provide a shaft seal, preventing water leakage between the main body water tank shaft B11 and the induction plate fixed shaft B90. Cushions 85 are provided on the inner walls C and D of the main tank 1 to reduce shocks caused when the in-tank moving frame 8 is moved. A main shaft rotating gear 12 is attached to the main shaft 9 located in the center of the main water tank 1. The joint between the main shaft 9 and the main shaft rotating gear 12 is set in a free gear so that when the main shaft rotating gear 12 rotates, the main shaft 9 rotates, and when the main shaft rotating gear 12 stops, the main shaft 9 continues to rotate. All rotary joints are installed with bearings 88 or the like to ensure smooth rotation. The floating stopper guide rod guide plate A59 and the movable cart guide rod guide plate A22 are fixed and installed on the guide plate fixing shaft A89 installed on the A side inside the main tank 1 from the inner wall side of the main tank. The floating stopper guide rod guide board B60 and the movable cart guide rod guide board B23 are fixed and installed on the guide board fixing axis B90 installed on the B side inside the main tank 1 from the inner wall side of the main tank. By fixing the floating stopper guide rod guide plates A, B and the movable carriage guide rod guide plates A, B to the guide plate fixed shafts A, B, even if the main water tank 1 rotates, the floating stopper guide rod guide plates A, B and the movable carriage guide rod guide plates A, B are fixed in the same position, ensuring that only the main water tank 1 rotates around it. A gear portion 33 is provided on a part of the outer periphery of the guide plate A22 for the guide rod of the movable carriage, and a guide groove 32 for the guide rod of the movable carriage is provided in the plate. The groove is provided in a circular shape, and unevenness is provided symmetrically in the middle of the groove. A gear portion 33 is provided on a part of the outer periphery of the guide plate B23 for the guide rod of the movable carriage, and a guide groove 32 for the guide rod of the movable carriage is provided in the plate. The groove is provided in a circular shape, and unevenness is provided symmetrically in the middle of the groove. Rope winding and unwinding devices A29, B30 are provided in contact with the gear portion on the outer periphery to wind and release the rope, thereby moving the movable framework 8 within the water tank which is connected by the rope. The grooves in the plates at A22 and B23 are provided so that both ends of a movable carriage guide rod 20 connected to a movable carriage 24 can be inserted into the grooves to move the movable carriage 24 through the unevenness along the way to bring the main shaft rotating gear 12 and the main shaft rotating gear driving plate 7 into contact with or separate from each other. The rope winding / unwinding device A29 and the rope winding / unwinding device B30 are configured by installing an axis 37 with a rope winding / unwinding device gear 34 at the tip on the inner wall of the main water tank 1, and a spring storage container 38 with a spring 36 built in the axis 37 and a rope winding storage container 35 on the outer periphery of the spring storage container 38 (Fig. 12) (Fig. 13). The rope winding / rewinding gears 34 are installed on the outer circumference of the guide plate A22 and the guide plate B23, in contact with the gears 33 (FIG. 10 and FIG. 11). The rope winding / unwinding devices A29, B30 are set and installed in such a state that when the main water tank 1 rotates and the rope winding / unwinding device gear 34 rides up and rotates on the gear portion 33 provided on the outer periphery of the movable cart guide rod guide plate A22, B23, the rope winding / unwinding device gear 34 winds up the spiral spring 36 in the spiral spring storage container 38, and when the two separate, the wound spiral spring 36 is released. The rope winding / unwinding device gear 34 is fixedly interlocked with the storage shaft 37, one end of the spiral spring 36 is fixed to the storage shaft 37, and when the rope winding / unwinding device gear 34 separates from the gear portion 33 provided on the outer periphery of the guide plate of the guide rod of the movable carriage, the spiral spring 36 that has been wound up is released and rotates in the opposite direction to the winding direction together with the storage shaft 37. The spiral spring storage container 38 attached to the storage shaft 37 is set to be freely set in the state of the rear wheel gear of the bicycle so that when the spiral spring 36 is wound up, it rotates freely with respect to the storage shaft 37, and when the spiral spring 36 is released, it rotates in the same direction as the storage shaft 37 in the direction of release. At the same time that the gear portion 33 on the outer periphery of the movable cart guide rod guide disc A22 and the rope winding and unwinding device gear 34 of the rope winding and unwinding device A29 mesh with each other, the gear portion 33 on the outer periphery of the movable cart guide rod guide disc B23 and the rope winding and unwinding device gear 34 of the rope winding and unwinding device B30 are separated and set in a released state. The positional relationship between the gear portion 33 of the movable cart guide rod guide discs A and B and the rope winding and unwinding device gear 34 is adjusted and set as shown in Figures 10 and 11 so that one meshes and the other is released at the same time when the main water tank 1 becomes vertical. The movable dolly fixing base 16 is installed in the center of the main tank 1, hanging on both inner walls in the direction in which the main tank rotates. Dolly car rails 28 are provided at the top and bottom of the movable dolly fixing base, and the movable dolly 24 is placed and installed on them. Dolly cars 27 are provided above and below both sides of the movable dolly 24, and the movable dolly 24 is placed on the dolly car rails 28 and installed in a state in which it can be easily moved. The main shaft rotating gear rotating plate 7 is provided on both sides of the main shaft rotating gear 12 mounted on the main shaft 9. The main shaft rotating gear rotating plate pressing rods 25 are provided on both ends of the movable carriage 24 in contact with the main shaft rotating gear rotating plate 7. A movable carriage guide rod bearing 21 is provided on the left side of the movable carriage 24 when viewed from side A of the main water tank before it rotates in a vertical state, and an elastic body A26 is provided on the opposite right side, with one side fixed to the inner wall of the main water tank 1 and the movable carriage being pulled. The movable carriage guide rod 20 is inserted through the movable carriage guide rod bearing 21, one end of which is inserted into the movable carriage guide rod guide groove 32 of the movable carriage guide rod guide plate A22, and the other end of which is inserted into the movable carriage guide rod guide groove 32 of the movable carriage guide rod guide plate B23. As the main water tank 1 rotates, the movable carriage guide rod 20 moves along the movable carriage guide rod guide groove 32 to move the movable carriage, and is installed to perform the contact and separation work between the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 and the main shaft rotating gear 12. Both ends of the movable carriage guide rod 20, the parts that come into contact with the movable carriage guide rod guide groove 32, are rotated, etc., to make them slippery and easy to move (Fig. 3). When both ends of the moving carriage guide rod 20 enter the recesses of the moving carriage guide rod guide groove 32 of the moving carriage guide rod guide plates A22, B23, the connected moving carriage 24 moves along the groove, and the separated main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 comes into contact with the main shaft rotating gear 12. At the same time as they come into contact, the float that is stopped in contact with the float stopper is released from contact with the float stopper protrusion, and each float connected by the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 floats up while rotating the main shaft rotating gear 12. When each float has completed floating, the movable carriage guide rod 20 comes out of the recess and returns to its original groove, and the movable carriage 24 moves again, separating the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 and the main shaft rotating gear 12 that were in contact. (At this point, the in-water tank movable framework 8, which is in a vertical state, becomes free with the buoyancy and gravity balanced, and the in-water tank movable framework 8 can move.) When the main water tank 1 rotates half a turn, the movable carriage guide rod 20 enters the convex part of the movable carriage guide rod guide groove 32 of the movable carriage guide rod guide plate which is fixed and cannot move, and moves the movable carriage 24, thereby bringing the separated main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 and main shaft rotating gear 12 into contact again. Since the rotation direction of the main tank is set to clockwise rotation when viewed from the main tank A side, the positions of the projections and recesses in the groove are such that, when viewed from the main tank A side, the recesses are provided on the left side and the projections are provided on the right side. The position, length and timing of the groove entering the recess are carefully adjusted so that the float stopper and the float prevention protrusion are released and the float begins to rise, and at the same time the movable carriage guide rod 20 enters the recess of the groove so that the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 and the main shaft rotating gear 12 can come into contact. An elastic body B95 is attached to the rod part of the stopper of each float and to the inner wall of the main tank 1, so that the stopper pulled toward the inner wall can be released from the inner wall and restored to its open state. (The elastic body B95 is a spring, etc.) (Figure 8) Float Stopper A74, Float Stopper C76, Float Stopper B75 and Float Stopper D77 are installed with their tips facing the D side (downward) of the main tank 1, while Float Stopper E78, Float Stopper G80, Float Stopper F79 and Float Stopper H81 are installed with their tips facing the C side (upward) of the main tank 1. (The float stopper protrusions 82 on each float come into contact with and release the float stoppers, to stop each float from rising when it rises and from falling when it descends.) (Figure 19) The guide rod fixing shafts 84 are arranged symmetrically above and below the inner wall of the main tank 1, sandwiching the float stopper guide rod guide plate A59 installed on the inner wall side of the main tank 1A side of the guide plate fixing shaft A89, and the float stopper guide rods A61 and C63 are attached and installed with one end of each in contact with the outer periphery of the float stopper guide rod guide plate A59 as shown in Figure 6. The float stopper guide rod guide plate B60 is installed on the inner wall side of the main tank 1B side of the guide plate fixing shaft B90, and guide rod fixing shafts 84 are installed on the top and bottom of the inner wall of the main tank 1, and float stopper guide rods B62 and D64 are attached, with one end of each being installed in contact with the outer periphery of the float stopper guide rod guide plate B60 as shown in Figure 7. When viewed from inside the main tank, the inner wall on the B side of the main tank is provided on the right side of the main shaft 9, near the float stopper B75 and near the float stopper D77, and the float stopper operating rod B68 is installed by passing it through the operating rod fixing shaft. On the inner wall of the main tank 1B side, looking from inside the main tank, on the left side of the main shaft 9, near the float stopper F79 and near the float stopper H81, an operating rod fixing shaft 71 is provided, and the float stopper operating rod D70 is installed through the inside of the operating rod fixing shaft (Fig. 4) (Fig. 5). An operating rod operating handle is provided facing upward on the upper part of both sides of each installed float stopper operating rod, close to each float stopper. These are provided so that a wire tied to the top of the operating rod operating handles 73, which are provided upward on both sides of the rod, is connected to the float stopper, and by pulling down the operating rod operating handles, the wire is pulled and the float stopper and float prevention protrusion that are in contact with them are simultaneously separated, and the float is simultaneously raised. On both sides of the floating stopper operating rod A67 and the floating stopper operating rod C69, and at the locations of the floating stopper A74, the floating stopper C76, the floating stopper E78, and the floating stopper G80, the operating rod operation handles 73 are each provided facing upward, and a wire 66 is tied to the upper end, and one end of the wire guided by the wire guide wheel 65 is tied to the tip of each floating stopper. (The wire can be vinyl, nylon, steel wire, hydraulic wire, etc.) On both sides of the floating stopper operating rod B68 and the floating stopper operating rod D70, and at the locations of the floating stopper B75, the floating stopper D77, the floating stopper F79, and the floating stopper H81, the operating rod operation handles 73 are each provided facing upward, and a wire 66 is tied to the upper end, and one end of the wire guided by the wire guide wheel 65 is tied to the tip of each floating stopper. (Fig. 4) (Fig. 5) (Fig. 8) (Fig. 9) An operating rod operation handle 73 is provided facing upward at the middle of each float stopper operating rod A67, C69, B68, D70, close to the float stopper guide rod, and one side of an elastic body 72 is fixed to the upper tip, and a tension spring fixing shaft 92 is provided on the inner wall of the main tank 1 on the main shaft 9 side of each float stopper operating rod, and one side of the elastic body 72 is fixed to the opposite end, and the upper tip of the operating rod operation handle 73 is pulled and installed. (The wire 66 connected to the tip of the operating rod operation handle is pulled to return the pulled down operating rod operation handle 73 to its upward position. The elastic body is a spring, etc.) A wire 66 is attached to the upper end of the operating rod operation handle 73 provided in the middle of each float stopper operating rod, and a wire guide wheel 65 is provided on the inner wall of the main tank 1, through which the wire is passed. One end of the wire is connected to one end of each float stopper guide rod A61, C63, B62, D64 (the opposite end that contacts the outer periphery of the float stopper guide rod guide plate) and installed. (Fig. 9)(Fig. 4)(Fig. 5)(Fig. 6)(Fig. 7) One side of the elastic body 72 is tied to one side of the wire of each float stopper guide rod installed on the inner wall of the main tank, and the other end of the elastic body is fixed to the inner wall of the main tank. The float stopper is installed with one side pulled so that the other end of the float stopper guide rod is always in contact with the outer periphery of the float stopper guide rod guide plate (Figure 6) (Figure 7). When one end of the floating stopper guide rod A61 rides up onto the protrusion on the outer periphery of the floating stopper guide rod guide plate A59, a wire tied to the other end pulls and pulls down the operating rod operating handle 73 attached to the middle part of the floating stopper operating rod A67. The floating stopper guide rod A61 and the floating stopper guide rod B62 are set and installed in such a manner that the ends on one side of the floating stopper guide rod A61 and the floating stopper guide rod B62 are linked to the protrusions of the floating stopper guide rod guide plate A59 and the floating stopper guide rod guide plate B60, so as to simultaneously ride up and down. When the float stopper operating rod A67 and the float stopper operating rod B68 are pulled down, the operating rod operation handles 73 attached upward to each end of them are also pulled down together with the float stopper operating rods, pulling the wires connected to the float stopper A74, the float stopper C76, the float stopper B75, and the float stopper D77, releasing the contact between each float stopper and the float stopping protrusion 82, and the floats C3 and D4 rise. Immediately after the float prevention projection 82 and the float stopper are released, one side of the float stopper guide rod, which had been riding on the outer peripheral projection of the float stopper guide rod guide plate, comes off the outer peripheral projection and returns to the state it was in before it rode on the projection, the operating rod operation handle, which had been pulled down by the wire, is pulled back by the connected elastic body 72 and restored to its original state, and each float stopper is also released from the inner wall of the main tank by the elastic body B95 provided between them and the main tank, and returns to its original position (Figure 8). When the main tank 1 rotates half a turn together with the main tank, and one end of the float stopper guide rod C63 located on the opposite side rides up onto the outer peripheral protrusion of the float stopper guide rod guide plate which is fixed and does not move, the wire tied to the other end pulls the operating rod operating handle 73 attached to the middle part of the float stopper operating rod C69, pulling it down. At the same time, when one end of float stopper guide rod D64 rides up onto the protrusion on the outer periphery of float stopper guide rod guide plate B60, a wire tied to the other end of the rod pulls the operating rod operation knob 73 attached to the middle of float stopper operating rod D70, pulling it down. Float stoppers E78, G80, F79, and H81, which are tied by wire, are also pulled at the same time, causing the float stopper protrusion 82 and the float stopper, which had been in contact, to separate and be released, causing the float to float up. Immediately afterwards, one side of the float stopper guide rod comes off the protrusion on the outer periphery of the float stopper guide rod guide plate, and the operating rod operation knob and each float stopper are pulled back to their original positions and restored to their original state. (Fig. 6)(Fig. 7) When the main tank 1 becomes vertical, the float stopper and the float stopper projection 82 are released from contact and each float can start floating up, so the position of the outer peripheral projection is adjusted and installed so that the float stopper guide rod rides on the outer peripheral projection of the float stopper guide rod guide plate when the main tank becomes vertical. The float stopper guide rod A61, float stopper guide rod B62, float stopper guide rod C63 and float stopper guide rod D64, which have been rotated half a turn, are each simultaneously linked to ride on the protrusions of the float stopper guide rod guide plate and are installed by adjusting the positions of the outer protrusions (Figure 4) (Figure 5). Raise floats C3 and D4. When the main tank 1 continues to rotate and reaches a vertical position. One side of the float stopper guide rod A61 and one side of the float stopper guide rod B62 simultaneously ride up onto the protruding portion on the outer periphery of the float stopper guide rod guide plate A59 fixed and installed on the guide plate fixed axis A inside the main water tank on side A, and the other side of the float stopper guide rod guide plate B60 fixed and installed on side B inside the main water tank, and the wire 66 tied to the operating rod operating handle 73 provided in the middle of the float stopper operating rod A67 and the float stopper operating rod B62 is pulled, and the operating rod operating handle 73 is pulled down. At the same time, the operating handles on both sides of the float stopper operating rod are pulled down, and the float stoppers connected by wire 66 are also pulled, and the float stopper projections 82 of floats C3 and D4 are simultaneously released from contact with float stoppers A74, B75, C76, and D77, and each float enters a floating state. At the same time, the movable carriage guide rod 20 enters the recess of the movable carriage guide rod guide groove 32, moving the movable carriage 24 and bringing the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 and the main shaft rotating gear 12 into contact. The floats C3 and D4 rise, causing the main shaft rotating gear 12 and the main shaft 9 with which the main shaft rotating gear driving plate 7 is in contact to rotate. At the same time that each float has completed floating, the movable carriage guide rod 20 comes out of the recess of the movable carriage guide rod guide groove 32 and returns to the original groove, and the movable carriage 24 moves again, separating the contact between the main shaft rotating gear turning plate 7 and the main shaft rotating gear 12. While separated, the in-tank moving framework 8 becomes free and can move. During this time, the in-tank moving framework 8 is moved to the bottom of the main tank 1. Moving the movable frame 8 within the aquarium. Immediately after the float has risen to the surface, the outer circumferential gear portion 33 of the guide plate A22 for the guide rod for the movable carriage and the gear 34 of the rope winding / rewinding device A22 mesh with each other, and start winding the spiral spring 36. At the same time, the rope 39 in the rope winding storage 35 provided on the outer circumferential portion is released and becomes free. At the same time, the outer circumferential gear of the guide plate B23 for the guide rod for the moving carriage is disengaged from the gear 34 for the rope winding / rewinding device. The mainspring 36 that had been wound up is released and rotates in the opposite direction to the winding direction, winding up the rope 39 into the rope winding storage device 35. When one side of the rope 39 of the rope winding storage container of the rope winding / unwinding device A is tied to the top of the framework for moving within the aquarium 8, and one side of the rope 39 of the rope winding storage container 35 of the rope winding / unwinding device B is tied to the bottom of the framework for moving within the aquarium 8, one side of the rope is released and the other side is wound up, allowing the framework for moving within the aquarium 8 to move, and the framework for moving within the aquarium 8 moves to the side of the rope winding / unwinding device B where the rope is wound, and to the bottom of the main aquarium. When the movement of the framework for moving inside the tank starts, the large gear A engages with the part of the intermittent gear that has no teeth, temporarily stopping the rotation of the main tank, and when the movement of the framework for moving inside the tank finishes, it engages with the gear part of the intermittent gear, allowing the rotation of the main tank to continue. This is provided to make it easier to move the framework for moving inside the tank. When the framework for moving inside the tank 8 moves downward, the float stoppers E, F, G, and H installed on the inner wall of the main tank come into contact with the float stopper protrusions of each float to fix each float in place. When the movable framework inside the tank moves, the position at which weights C and D are applied to the inner wall of the main tank, which tilts as the main tank rotates, changes, and the liquid inside the tank also flows, causing the balance of the main tank, which had been kept balanced vertically, to fluctuate. The values of each part required for the rotation of the main tank are determined and set. When the main tank 1 tilts with the in-tank moving framework 8 moving downward within the main tank 1, the weights within the in-tank moving framework 8 move, the load is applied to the inner wall of the main tank, and the main tank loses its balance between the top and bottom, allowing it to rotate half a turn. As the half rotation is completed and the main tank 1 becomes vertical, the weight release shaft 15 of the weight in the in-tank moving framework gradually separates from the inner wall of the main tank, and at the same time each float rises to the surface, and the in-tank moving framework 8 with the floats raised is restored to a balanced state between buoyancy and gravity. The timing at which the floating stopper guide rod rests on the outer peripheral protrusion of the floating stopper guide rod guide plate, and the protrusion provided on the outer periphery of the floating stopper guide rod guide plate is set so that as soon as the floating stopper and the floating stop protrusion are released from contact, one end of the floating stopper guide rod descends from the protrusion and returns to the original outer periphery of the floating stopper guide rod guide plate; the timing at which the outer peripheral gear part of the mobile cart guide rod guide plate and the rope winding / unwinding device gear come into and out of contact, the timing at which the mobile cart guide rod enters and exits the uneven part of the mobile cart guide rod guide groove, and the length of the groove are adjusted to achieve an overall balance and set and installed so that they operate in conjunction with each other. Before each float floats up, the in-tank moving framework 8 is located on the upper part of the main tank 1, on the C side. When the float is floated up, the in-tank moving framework 8 moves to the lower part of the main tank 1, on the D side. When the main tank 1 rotates half a turn with the in-tank moving framework 8 moving downward, the in-tank moving framework 8 and the main tank 1 return to the state they were in before each float floated up. It is possible to obtain buoyancy by repeatedly floating the floats. (Fig. 15) (Fig. 16) (Fig. 17) (Fig. 18) Each floating stopper and one side of each floating stopper guide rod may be directly connected with a wire or the like after adjusting the elasticity. The series of steps is described below. {circle around (1)} Just before the rotating main water tank 1 reaches the vertical position, the guide rod 20 enters the recess of the guide groove 32 and moves the carriage 24 to bring the in-tank movable framework 8 and the main shaft rotating gear 12 into contact. 2. At the same time, one side of the float stopper guide rod rides up onto a protrusion provided on the outer periphery of the float stopper guide rod guide plate, breaking contact between the float stopper that is stopping the floating float and the float stopper protrusion 82 provided on the float, and the float is floated while rotating the main shaft rotating gear 12 and the main shaft 9. Immediately after breaking contact, one side of the float stopper guide rod descends from the protrusion. At the same time that the float has completed floating up, the movable carriage guide rod 20 slips out of the recess of the movable carriage guide rod guide groove 32 and returns to its original circumferential groove, moving the movable carriage 24 and breaking contact between the in-tank movable framework 8 and the main shaft rotating gear 12, releasing them. ▲3▼At the same time that the float has completed rising, the gear of the rope winding / rewinding device located on the upper side of the main shaft meshes with the gear part installed on the outer periphery of the guide plate of the moving cart guide rod, releasing the rope and winding up the spiral spring. The gear of the rope winding / rewinding device located under the main shaft disengages from the gear part on the outer periphery of the guide plate of the moving cart guide rod, releasing the spiral spring and winding up the rope. One side of the rope is released and the other side is wound up, and the in-tank moving framework moves to the bottom of the main tank. When the main tank 1 tilts, the weight moves and the weight release shaft 15 transmits the load of the weight to the inner wall of the main tank, causing the upper and lower parts of the main tank to lose their balance, causing the main tank to make a half rotation. It is also possible to install multiple main tanks with the same equipment in a balanced and efficient combination. It is also possible to use a method in which separate devices such as electromagnets and motors are provided for the movement of the movable framework within the tank, the contact and separation between the main shaft rotating gear turning plate and the main shaft rotating gear, the movement of each weight, and the floating and stopping parts of the float, and to operate them with an external power source. To use this device, the in-tank moving framework having the float that rises to the surface is placed on top of the main tank, and the main tank is rotated half a turn until it is in a vertical position, starting the movement. The present invention is a power generating device that utilizes the balance between buoyancy and gravity and is configured as described above. [Explanation of symbols]
