[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a hydrogen beverage generating device capable of generating hydrogen beverages containing a large amount of hydrogen by applying a negative charge to a beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, various types of drinking water, especially hydrogen water, which is water mixed with hydrogen, have been sold in order to promote health, prevent aging, improve physical constitution, treat illnesses, and so on by neutralizing active oxygen in the body. Various types of devices for producing such hydrogen water are also sold. As a conventional technique showing a conventional generating device for generating such hydrogen water, for example, there is Patent Document 1 listed below. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6906255 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is an invention relating to a hydrogen water generating device, which has the advantage of being able to generate high-concentration nanobubble hydrogen water that can be stored for a long period of time through electrolysis. However, in conventional hydrogen water generators such as that shown in Patent Document 1, hydrogen generated by electrolysis is merely mixed physically with water, and therefore hydrogen is prone to escaping over time and the energy efficiency during production is poor. In addition, conventional hydrogen water generating devices and commercially available hydrogen water products are designed to only produce water, and there has been a demand for the development of devices and products that can add hydrogen to beverages other than water.
[0005] Therefore, the present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems in the conventional technology and provide a hydrogen beverage production device that can generate hydrogen by applying a negative charge to a beverage containing water-soluble organic compounds, and dissolve a large amount of hydrogen in the beverage, thereby making it difficult for hydrogen to escape over time and achieving good energy efficiency during production. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the hydrogen beverage production device of the present invention has a first feature that it comprises at least an electrode unit consisting of a cathode for applying a negative charge to a beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound placed in a container, and a power supply unit for supplying a voltage to the electrode unit, and that when the container is formed of a metal conductor, the electrode unit is composed of a contact-type electrode unit formed of a conductive material that contacts the metal conductor, and when the container is formed of an insulator, the electrode unit is composed of an immersion-type electrode unit formed of a conductive material that is immersed in the container. In addition to the first feature described above, the hydrogen beverage production device of the present invention has a second feature in that it further comprises a pot-shaped container for holding a beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound, the container having an inner wall surface and a bottom surface that is conductive with the inner wall surface formed of a metal conductor, the power supply unit is disposed within a main body on which the container can be placed, and the main body has a contact-type electrode unit that comes into contact with the metal conductor on the bottom surface of the container and is conductive when the container is placed on it. Furthermore, in addition to the first feature described above, the hydrogen beverage production device of the present invention has a third feature in that the power supply unit is disposed within a main body sized to fit within the opening of a cup-shaped container formed from an insulator, and the main body is equipped with a locking portion capable of locking onto the upper edge of the container to hold the main body within the container, an immersible electrode portion extending outward, and an immersible measuring portion extending outward capable of measuring the hydrogen concentration, temperature, etc. of the produced hydrogen beverage, and is equipped with a display unit on the upper surface for displaying data measured by the immersible measuring portion. In addition to the first feature described above, the hydrogen beverage production device of the present invention has a fourth feature in that the power supply unit is disposed within a main body that can be screwed into a commercially available PET bottle beverage container filled with a beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound, and the main body is equipped with an immersed electrode unit that extends downward from the bottom surface. Furthermore, in addition to the first characteristic described above, the hydrogen beverage production device of the present invention has a fifth characteristic in that the electrode unit is composed of a contact-type electrode unit formed of a pair of clamping pieces capable of clamping the upper edge of a container made of a metal conductor, and that the device is provided with one or more contact-type electrode units. Effect of the Invention
[0007] According to the hydrogen beverage generator according to the first aspect, a negative charge is applied to a beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound, and a large amount of hydrogen is dissolved in the beverage. This makes it possible to produce a hydrogen beverage that is less likely to lose hydrogen even over time, and also makes it possible to provide a hydrogen beverage generator that is energy efficient during production. Furthermore, by configuring the device to include only a cathode, corrosion of the electrode portion can be prevented, resulting in a hydrogen beverage production device with excellent durability.
[0008] Furthermore, according to the hydrogen beverage production device according to the second feature described above, in addition to the advantageous effects of the first feature described above, by being equipped with a pot-shaped container, it is possible to produce a certain amount of hydrogen beverage and store the produced hydrogen beverage, making it a highly convenient hydrogen beverage production device.
[0009] In addition to the effects of the first feature, the hydrogen drink production device according to the third feature can be easily used because it can be held in a container made of a cup-shaped insulator simply by engaging the engaging part with the container. Also, by providing an immersion-type measuring unit, the state of the hydrogen drink, such as the hydrogen concentration and temperature of the produced hydrogen drink, can be effectively measured.
[0010] Furthermore, in addition to the advantageous effects of the first feature, the hydrogen drink production device according to the fourth feature can produce hydrogen drinks anywhere and at any time simply by attaching it to a commercially available plastic bottle filled with a drink containing a water-soluble organic compound, making it an even more convenient hydrogen drink production device.
[0011] Furthermore, according to the hydrogen beverage production device according to the fifth feature, in addition to the advantageous effects of the first feature, a hydrogen beverage can be produced simply by clamping an electrode unit formed by a clamping piece to the upper edge of a container formed of a metal conductor. This makes it possible to provide a hydrogen beverage production device with even greater convenience. Furthermore, when multiple contact-type electrode units are used, multiple hydrogen beverages can be produced simultaneously simply by clamping the respective contact-type electrode units to multiple containers formed of a metal conductor. This makes it possible to provide a hydrogen beverage production device with even greater convenience. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] Hereinafter, a hydrogen beverage production device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings to facilitate understanding of the present invention. However, the following description does not limit the present invention described in the claims.
[0014] First, with reference to FIG. 1, a hydrogen beverage production device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. The hydrogen beverage production device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a so-called electric kettle type hydrogen beverage production device that produces hydrogen beverages containing a large amount of hydrogen by applying a negative charge to a beverage containing water-soluble organic compounds. As shown in FIG. 1, the hydrogen beverage production device 1 is composed of a main body 10 and a container 20.
[0015] The main body 10 constitutes the base of the hydrogen beverage production device 1. Although not shown in detail, in this embodiment, the main body 10 is formed of a rectangular parallelepiped housing large enough to accommodate the container 20, and is configured to include a cable (not shown) and a plug (not shown) at the end of the cable. Of course, the main body 10 is not limited to this configuration, and can be modified as appropriate as long as it has a shape that allows the container 20 to be accommodated, and may be configured without a cable or plug as long as it is capable of supplying power to the power source unit D described below. As shown in FIG. 1, the main body 10 has an electrode portion 11 (cathode) on its upper surface, which is a contact-type electrode portion formed of a conductive material (in this embodiment, formed of a metallic conductor), and has a built-in power supply portion D that supplies voltage to the electrode portion 11. In this embodiment, the electrode portion 11 is configured to be made of stainless steel, but this is not necessarily limited to such a configuration, and the electrode portion 11 can be appropriately modified as long as it is made of a conductive material. Also, it includes a sensor section 12 and a heater section 13 of a predetermined length extending upward from the upper surface. In this embodiment, the sensor section 12 and the heater section 13 are configured of elongated cylindrical members. Of course, the shapes of the sensor section 12 and the heater section 13 are not limited to these shapes and can be changed as appropriate.
[0016] Further, on the side of the main body 10, there are arranged a power button 14 for starting the power supply unit D, a power indicator lamp 14a that lights up when the power button 14 is turned on, a sensor button 15 for starting the sensor unit 12, a sensor indicator lamp 15a that lights up when the sensor button 15 is turned on, a heater button 16 for starting the heater unit 13, a heater indicator lamp 16a that lights up when the heater button 16 is turned on, a display unit 17 that displays various measurement results when the sensor button 15 is turned on, and a display switching button 18 for changing the type of data displayed on the display unit 17. In this embodiment, the hydrogen concentration, temperature, oxidation-reduction potential number, and pH are used as data measured by the sensor unit 12. However, the data measured by the sensor unit 12 is not limited to these, and can be changed as appropriate.
[0017] The container 20 is a container for storing raw and brewed beverages. For ease of explanation, a handle for holding the container by hand, an outer wall (outer surface) that forms the outermost surface of the container 20, and an opening / closing button for opening and closing the lid 23 are omitted from Fig. 1. Also, parts that should be shown by dashed or dotted lines are shown by solid lines. As shown in FIG. 1, container 20 is equipped with an inner wall surface 21 formed of a metal conductor, a bottom surface 22 formed of a metal conductor conductive with inner wall surface 21, a pair of openings 22a provided at predetermined positions on bottom surface 22 which are normally closed but open when an upward pressing force is applied, a lid 23, a pressing portion 23a that is pressed to dispense a beverage from spout 23b, spout 23b which dispenses the beverage to the outside when pressing portion 23a is pressed, and a capacity confirmation window 24 which allows the remaining amount of beverage in container 20 to be visually confirmed. In this embodiment, the inner wall surface 21 and the bottom surface 22 are made of stainless steel, but this is not necessarily limited to this configuration, and the inner wall surface 21 and the bottom surface 22 can be modified as appropriate as long as they are made of a metallic conductor. Furthermore, by placing this container 20 on the main body 10, the metal conductor on the bottom surface of the container 20 and the electrode section 11 come into conductive contact, and the pair of openings 22a are pushed open by the sensor section 12 and the heater section 13 to be in an open state, so that the sensor section 12 and the heater section 13 are exposed inside the container 20. Therefore, the sensor section 12 and the heater section 13 need to be of a length that allows them to pass through the openings 22a and be exposed inside the container 20 when the container 20 is placed on the main body 10. Although not shown in detail, the structure is also capable of maintaining a watertight state even when the sensor section 12 and the heater section 13 are exposed inside the container 20. In this embodiment, the sensor unit 12 and the heater unit 13 are provided in the main body 10, and the sensor unit 12 and the heater unit 13 are exposed inside the container 20, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and the configurations of the sensor unit and the heater unit can be changed as appropriate. For example, the sensor unit and the heater unit may be provided inside the container 20, and the sensor unit and the heater unit may be driven by passing electricity between the main body 10 and the container 20.
[0018] Next, a method for using the hydrogen beverage production device 1 configured as above and a process for turning a beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound into a hydrogen beverage containing a large amount of hydrogen will be described. First, a predetermined amount of a beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound is placed in container 20. In the first embodiment of the present invention and second to fourth embodiments of the present invention described below, the following description will be given assuming that tea is used as the beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound. Then, the container 20 is placed on the main body 10. In this state, the metal conductor on the bottom surface of the container 20 and the electrode section 11 are in conductive contact, and the sensor section 12 and the heater section 13 are exposed inside the container 20.
[0019] Then, the user inserts the plug (not shown) into an outlet and turns on the power button 14. The heater button 16 is also turned on to heat the tea in the container 20 to an appropriate temperature. Here, the "optimum temperature" means approximately 25°C to 40°C, and most preferably 37°C. As a result, the inner wall surface 21 of the container 20 becomes electrically conductive via the electrode 11, a negative charge is applied to the tea, and electrolysis of the tea is carried out as shown in the following formula. (Formula 1)2H2O+2e - →H2 + +2OH - The hydrogen ions react with the hydroxyl groups of the phenolic groups of the polyphenols containing electrolytes dissolved in the tea, resulting in deprotonation (H + ) occurs. The hydrogen ions that are extracted react with other hydrogen ions to produce hydrogen (H2), but these hydrogen ions bond (coordinate bond) with H2O to form oxonium ions (HO + ) and remains dissolved in tea for a long period of time. Since the process for producing the above-mentioned hydrogen beverage is common to all of the second to fourth embodiments of the present invention described below, the description of the process for producing the hydrogen beverage will be omitted in the description of the second to fourth embodiments of the present invention. In addition, in this embodiment, tea containing polyphenols is used as the base beverage for the hydrogen beverage, but the base beverage in which hydrogen is dissolved is not limited to tea, and other beverages containing electrolytes, such as black tea, coffee, etc., may be used.
[0020] After the tea has turned into a hydrogen beverage, the sensor button 15 can be turned on to display the desired data, among the hydrogen concentration, temperature, redox potential, and pH, on the display unit 17 for confirmation.
[0021] The hydrogen beverage production device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention configured as described above provides the following advantages.
[0022] By applying a negative charge to a beverage (tea) that contains water-soluble organic compounds, the generated hydrogen can be dissolved in the tea in a short time. This allows the tea to carry hydrogen, creating a hydrogen beverage that is less likely to lose hydrogen over time. In addition, the hydrogen generated by electrolysis through a chemical reaction can be used to generate oxonium ions (HO + ) can dissolve hydrogen, making it possible to provide a hydrogen beverage production device 1 that is energy efficient during production. In other words, in conventional hydrogen water generators, hydrogen generated by electrolysis was generally physically mixed into water as gas, which required mixing of hydrogen generated by electrolysis with water, and hydrogen was prone to escaping over time, which required frequent electrolysis, resulting in poor energy efficiency during production. In contrast, the configuration of the hydrogen beverage generator of the present invention can solve these problems, and also has a remarkable effect in that it can convert beverages other than water, such as tea and beverages containing water-soluble organic compounds, into hydrogen beverages in a short period of time, which was not possible in the past. The above effect is also common to the hydrogen beverage generators according to the second to fourth embodiments of the present invention described below. Furthermore, by providing the pot-shaped container 20, a certain amount of hydrogen drink (tea with dissolved hydrogen) can be produced and the produced hydrogen drink (tea with dissolved hydrogen) can be stored, making the hydrogen drink production device 1 highly convenient. Furthermore, by providing the sensor unit 12, the state of the hydrogen drink (tea with dissolved hydrogen), such as the hydrogen concentration and temperature of the produced hydrogen drink (tea with dissolved hydrogen), can be effectively measured. Furthermore, by providing the heater unit 13, the hydrogen production reaction can be effectively enhanced, making the hydrogen drink production device 1 even more energy efficient during production.
[0023] Next, a hydrogen beverage production device 2 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. This hydrogen drink production apparatus 2 is a device in which the structure of the hydrogen drink production apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above is modified. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, it is used for a container 3 formed of a cup-shaped insulator, and has a so-called stick-shaped structure.
[0024] This hydrogen beverage production device 2 is equipped with a main body 30 formed of a cylindrical member sized to fit within the opening of a container 3 formed of a cup-shaped insulator, and a power supply unit D is disposed within this main body 30. In this embodiment, although not shown, the main body 30 has a space in which a battery can be attached and detached, and the power supply unit D is configured to be supplied with power from the battery. Of course, the method of supplying power to the power supply unit D is not limited to this configuration and can be changed as appropriate. The main body 30 also includes an immersible electrode portion 31 which is a cathode formed of a conductive material (in this embodiment, formed of a metal conductor) extending outward, an immersible measuring portion 32 which extends outward and is capable of measuring the hydrogen concentration, temperature, etc. of the produced hydrogen beverage, and a locking portion 33 which can be engaged with the upper edge of the container 3 to hold the main body 30 within the container 3. 2, the immersion-type electrode section 31 is formed of a cylindrical metal conductor extending downward by a predetermined length from the bottom surface of the main body 30. The immersion-type measurement section 32 is formed of a cylindrical member that extends downward from the bottom surface of the main body 30 by the same length as the immersion-type electrode section 31 and has a larger diameter than the immersion-type electrode section 31. In this embodiment, the immersion type electrode portion 31 is configured to be made of stainless steel, but this is not necessarily limited to such a configuration, and the immersion type electrode portion 31 can be appropriately modified as long as it is made of a conductive material. Furthermore, the side of the main body 30 is provided with a power switch 34 for turning on the power supply D and a measurement switch 35 for turning on the immersion-type measurement unit 32, and the top surface of the main body 30 is provided with a display unit 36 for displaying data measured by the immersion-type measurement unit 32. The size of the main body 30 can be changed as appropriate so long as it fits within the opening of a cup or glass normally used for drinking tea, coffee, or black tea. The shape of the main body 30 and the shapes and sizes of the immersion-type electrode 31, the immersion-type measuring unit 32, and the locking unit 33 are not limited to those of this embodiment and can be changed as appropriate. In particular, the locking unit 33 can be locked to the upper edge of the container 3, and the structure can be changed as appropriate so long as it has a structure capable of holding the main body 30 within the container 3.
[0025] The hydrogen beverage production device 2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention configured as described above provides the following advantages.
[0026] By simply engaging (hooking) the engaging portion 33 with the container 3 formed of a cup-shaped insulator, the hydrogen beverage production device 2 can be held in the container 3, making it possible to provide a small, easy-to-use hydrogen beverage production device 2 for everyday use. Also, because it is small, the hydrogen beverage production device 2 can be carried and used when going out. Furthermore, by providing the immersion-type measuring unit 32, the state of the hydrogen beverage, such as the hydrogen concentration and temperature of the produced hydrogen beverage, can be effectively measured.
[0027] Next, a hydrogen beverage production device 4 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. This hydrogen beverage production apparatus 4 is a device whose structure is modified from the hydrogen beverage production apparatuses 1 and 2 according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention described above. Specifically, as shown in Figure 3, it can be used with commercially available PET bottled beverages, and the part that corresponds to the cap of a PET bottled beverage is used as a hydrogen beverage generation device.
[0028] This hydrogen beverage production device 4 has a main body 40 formed of a cylindrical member that can be screwed onto a PET bottle beverage container 5, and a power supply unit D is disposed within this main body 40. The main body 40 also includes an immersion type electrode portion 41, which is a cathode and is formed of a conductive material (in this embodiment, formed of a metallic conductor) extending downward from the bottom surface. More specifically, as partly shown in FIG. 3, the immersion-type electrode portion 41 is formed of a cylindrical metal conductor extending downward from the bottom surface of the main body 40 by a predetermined length. In this embodiment, the immersion type electrode portion 41 is configured to be made of stainless steel, but this is not necessarily limited to such a configuration, and the immersion type electrode portion 41 can be appropriately modified as long as it is made of a conductive material. 3, an opening 42 is provided on the side of the main body 40, and a connecting part 43 that can be freely inserted into the opening 42 is provided. A plug 45 is also provided which is connected to the connecting part 43 via a cable 44. The connecting part 43 is a so-called USB terminal, and is mechanically and electrically connected to the plug 45 via the cable 44. A terminal (not shown) which is electrically connected to the connecting part 43 is provided inside the opening 42, and power is supplied to the power source unit D via the plug 45, the cable 44, and the connecting part 43. The shape and size of the immersion-type electrode portion 41 are not limited to those in this embodiment, and can be changed as appropriate.
[0029] The hydrogen beverage production device 4 according to the third embodiment of the present invention configured as described above has the following advantages.
[0030] By simply removing the lid from a commercially available plastic bottle filled with a beverage (tea) containing water-soluble organic compounds and attaching the hydrogen beverage generator 4, a hydrogen beverage can be generated anytime and anywhere there is an electrical outlet. This makes the hydrogen beverage generator 4 even more convenient. Furthermore, by simply purchasing a commercially available plastic bottle filled with a beverage containing water-soluble organic compounds, not limited to tea, various hydrogen beverages can be generated easily and quickly. This makes it possible to provide the hydrogen beverage generator 4 that can easily and quickly generate hydrogen beverages that suit the user's preferences. In this embodiment, the configuration includes a cable 44 and a plug 45, but the configuration is not necessarily limited to this. Instead of the cable 44 and the plug 45, a so-called battery-type structure in which a battery (including a rechargeable battery) is inserted and used may be provided.
[0031] Next, a hydrogen beverage production device 6 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. This hydrogen beverage production apparatus 6 is a device whose structure has been modified from the hydrogen beverage production apparatuses 1, 2, and 4 according to the first to third embodiments of the present invention described above. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the electrode portion is a so-called clip-type electrode portion, which is configured to be clamped to the upper edge of a container made of a metal conductor.
[0032] 4(a), this hydrogen beverage production device 6 comprises a main body 50 consisting of a so-called box-shaped member having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a power supply unit D is disposed within this main body 50. The main body 50 also comprises a cable 52 electrically connected to the power supply unit D on one side thereof, and a contact-type electrode unit 51, which is a cathode formed of a pair of clamping pieces capable of clamping the upper edge of the container 7, at the tip of the cable 52. The main body 50 also comprises a cable 53 electrically connected to the power supply unit D on the other side thereof, and a plug 54 at the tip of the cable 53. In addition, in this embodiment, a so-called clip-type contact electrode portion 51 is used, which is formed of a pair of conductive materials (in this embodiment, formed of a metal conductor) that can be opened and closed freely via the biasing force of a spring. In this embodiment, the contact-type electrode portion 51 is made of stainless steel, but this is not necessarily limited to such a configuration, and the contact-type electrode portion 51 can be modified as appropriate as long as it is made of a conductive material. The shape and size of the main body 50 are not limited to those of this embodiment and can be changed as appropriate. The shape and size of the contact-type electrode unit 51 are also not limited to those of this embodiment and can be changed as appropriate as long as it is made of a metal conductor and can hold the upper edge of the container 7.
[0033] The hydrogen beverage production device 6 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention configured as described above has the following advantages.
[0034] A hydrogen beverage can be produced simply by clamping the contact-type electrode unit 51 to the upper edge of the container 7 made of a metal conductor. This makes it possible to provide a hydrogen beverage production device 6 with even greater convenience. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4(b), when multiple contact-type electrode units 51 are used, multiple hydrogen beverages can be produced simultaneously simply by clamping each of the contact-type electrode units 51 to multiple containers 7 made of a metal conductor. This makes it possible to provide a hydrogen beverage production device 6 with even greater convenience. Furthermore, if the charge amount of the power source D is adjustable, the hydrogen beverage production device 6 can be configured to appropriately adjust the capacity of the container 7 by appropriately adjusting the charge amount of the power source D. For example, by increasing the charge amount of the power source D, the hydrogen beverage production device 6 can be configured to accommodate a container 7 with a large capacity, and the hydrogen beverage production device 6 can be configured to produce a large volume of hydrogen tea.
[0035] In the hydrogen beverage production device 6 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention described above, the contact-type electrode unit 51 is configured as a so-called clip-type contact-type electrode unit 51 that is clamped to the upper edge of the container 7. However, instead of this configuration, a contact-type electrode unit as described below may be used for one or more containers 7 formed of a metal conductor. For example, a contact-type electrode part may be configured such that an insertion port or an insertion recess into which the contact-type electrode part can be freely inserted is provided integrally with the container 7 on the side of the container 7 made of a metal conductor as shown in Fig. 4, and a negative charge is applied to the inside of the container 7 simply by turning on the power supply unit D with the contact-type electrode part inserted into the insertion port or insertion recess. In this case, the structure must be such that electricity can be conducted between the contact-type electrode part and the container 7 by inserting the contact-type electrode part made of a conductive material into the insertion port or insertion recess. Alternatively, the plug-in port or the recess for insertion into which the contact-type electrode part can be freely inserted may not be provided integrally with the container 7, but may be provided as a component constituting the contact-type electrode part. Specifically, for example, the plug-in port or the recess for insertion may be formed with a conductive magnet, and the plug-in port or the recess for insertion may be attached to a desired position on the container 7 into which the contact-type electrode part made of a conductive material is inserted, or the contact-type electrode part itself may be formed with a conductive magnet, and the contact-type electrode part may be attached to a desired position on the container 7. Even when a contact-type electrode unit having the above-described configuration is used, if the structure is such that the amount of charge of the power source D can be adjusted, as in the case of the hydrogen beverage production device 6 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention described above, then it is possible to create a hydrogen beverage production device in which the capacity of the container 7 can be appropriately adjusted accordingly by appropriately adjusting the amount of charge of the power source D. EXAMPLES
[0036] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these.
[0037] As an example of the present invention, a hydrogen beverage production device having the same structure as the hydrogen beverage production device 4 according to the third embodiment of the present invention shown in Figure 3 was used to apply a voltage of -2000V to 600 ml of tea for 6 hours to obtain a hydrogen beverage (tea with dissolved hydrogen). The tea thus obtained was stored at room temperature (average temperature 24.95°C) for 10 days and in a refrigerated state (average temperature 11°C) for 3 days, after which the redox potential, pH, hydrogen concentration, and temperature were measured. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2. From the results in Tables 1 and 2, it can be seen that there was no significant change in the concentration of hydrogen dissolved in the tea, either at room temperature or in a refrigerated state, and that the dissolved state was maintained even after several days.
[0038] [Table 1]
[0039] [Table 2] [Industrial Applicability]
[0040] According to the present invention, hydrogen can be generated by applying a negative charge to a beverage containing a water-soluble organic compound and dissolved in the beverage, which makes it possible to provide a hydrogen beverage production device that is less likely to lose hydrogen over time and is energy efficient, and therefore has high industrial applicability in the field of hydrogen beverage production devices.
