Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing a packaged product for a food product seasoned with dashi. [Background technology]
[0002] It has been known in the past to vacuum package processed meat products such as ham using a deep-drawn container portion (base material) and lid portion (lid material) to produce a packaged product (packaged food) (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2022-71871 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In the package of Patent Document 1, a processed meat product is packaged by sealing the container and the lid, but the processed meat product does not contain moisture such as stock. Therefore, when the processed meat product is placed in the container, moisture such as stock does not adhere to the periphery of the opening of the container (the part where the container and the lid are heat-sealed). Therefore, the lid can be appropriately heat-sealed to the periphery of the opening of the container to perform vacuum packaging.
[0005] In contrast, there are cases where a packaged product of soup stock-containing food AT containing a large amount of water, such as soup stock, is manufactured. In this case, as shown in Fig. 15(a), a food storage section 130 is formed by deep-drawing a packaging film sheet 101, and first, as shown in Fig. 15(b), soup stock 133 is supplied to a container section 101a. Next, food T not seasoned with soup stock is placed in the food storage section 130, and lid section 101b is placed so as to cover the top of the food storage section 130. Thereafter, in a state in which the air has been removed from the space within the food storage section 130 and the pressure is reduced, lid section 101b is heat-sealed to the opening periphery 130A of the food storage section 130, thereby manufacturing a packaged product of soup stock-containing food AT.
[0006] In this case, as shown in FIG. 15(c), when food T is placed in food storage section 130, soup stock 133 at the bottom of food storage section 130 may splash and adhere to opening periphery 130A of food storage section 130. Also, when food T is placed in food storage section 130 and container section 101a and lid section 101b are heat-sealed, when air is removed from the space in food storage section 130 to reduce pressure, soup stock 133 at the bottom of food storage section 130 may move and adhere to opening periphery 130A of food storage section 130. In such a case, when lid section 101b is heat-sealed to opening periphery 130A of food storage section 130, heat sealing cannot be performed properly at the portion where soup stock 133 is attached. Therefore, it is difficult to properly manufacture a packaged product of soup stock-containing food AT.
[0007] The present invention has been made with attention to these problems, and aims to provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing packages of dashi-containing foods that enable proper production of packages of dashi-containing foods that contain a lot of water, such as dashi. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention takes the following measures.
[0009] That is, the method for manufacturing a packaged product containing dashi stock according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a dashi stock supplying step of supplying dashi stock to a dashi stock storage section of a first packaging material having a concave-shaped food storage section for storing food and a concave dashi stock storage section formed in the bottom of the food storage section, a food pouring step of pouring food into the food storage section located above the dashi stock storage section to which dashi stock has been supplied in the dashi stock supplying step, and a heat welding step of heat welding the first packaging material to a second packaging material arranged to cover the food storage section of the first packaging material around the opening edge of the food storage section.
[0010] The apparatus for manufacturing packaged products for dashi-containing foods according to the present invention is characterized in that it comprises a dashi supply unit that supplies dashi to a dashi accommodating unit of a first packaging material having a concave-shaped food accommodation unit for accommodating food and a concave dashi accommodating unit formed at the bottom of the food accommodation unit, a food input unit that inputs food into the food accommodation unit located above the dashi accommodating unit to which dashi has been supplied by the dashi supply unit, and a heat welding unit that heat-welds the first packaging material to a second packaging material arranged to cover the food accommodation unit of the first packaging material around the opening edge of the food accommodation unit into which food has been input by the food input unit.
[0011] In this way, by placing food into the food storage section with soup stock stored in the soup stock storage section formed at the bottom of the food storage section, it is possible to prevent the soup stock from splashing and adhering to the periphery of the opening of the food storage section. This makes it possible to properly heat-seal the first packaging material and the second packaging material, and to manufacture a packaged product of food containing soup stock.
[0012] In the method for producing a packaged product containing soup stock according to the present invention, it is preferable that the method further comprises a decompression step of removing air from the space within the food storage section when the heat sealing step is performed.
[0013] In the packaged product manufacturing apparatus for dashi-containing food according to the present invention, it is preferable to further include a pressure reduction section which removes air from the space within the food storage section when the first packaging material and the second packaging material are heat-sealed in the heat sealing section.
[0014] In this way, the first packaging material and the second packaging material are heat-sealed around the opening of the food storage section while air is removed from the space within the food storage section, making it easier for the stock to be contained in the food. Also, the stock-containing food is less likely to come into contact with air when packaged, allowing the packaged stock-containing food to be stored for a long period of time. Also, the part of the packaged stock-containing food where the stock storage section was formed becomes integrated with the surrounding area, making it almost indistinguishable from the outside, improving the appearance of the packaged stock-containing food.
[0015] In the method for producing a packaged product containing soup stock according to the present invention, it is preferable that in the food putting step, the food is put into the food container so as to cover the entire area of the soup stock container.
[0016] In the apparatus for producing soup stock-containing food packages according to the present invention, it is preferable that, in the food input section, the food is input into the food storage section so as to cover the entire area of the soup stock storage section.
[0017] In this way, when food is placed into the food storage section, it is possible to reliably prevent the soup stock stored in the soup stock storage section formed at the bottom of the food storage section from splashing and adhering to the periphery of the opening of the food storage section.
[0018] It is preferable that the method for producing a packaged product for soup stock-containing food according to the present invention further comprises a deep-drawing step of deep-drawing the first packaging material to form the food storage section and the soup stock storage section.
[0019] In the packaging manufacturing apparatus for soup stock-containing food products according to the present invention, it is preferable to further include a deep drawing molding section upstream of the soup stock supply section, which deep draws the food storage section and the soup stock storage section into the first packaging material.
[0020] In this way, a packaged dashi-containing food product can be produced through a series of steps using the flat first packaging material. Effect of the Invention
[0021] According to the present invention, a packaged food product containing soup stock can be properly produced. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0023] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, in the apparatus AS for producing a packaged product for a soup stock-containing food AT, a deep drawing section S1, a soup stock supply section S2, a food input section S3, and a vacuum welding section S4 are provided in that order from upstream to downstream.
[0025] In this embodiment, "food with dashi" refers to, for example, fried tofu boiled sweet or sweet and spicy in dashi, stewed food boiled sweet or sweet and spicy in dashi, etc., but is not limited to these. "Food with dashi" is seasoned with moisture such as dashi, and the type of food (ingredient) and the seasoning method are optional. For example, fried tofu boiled sweet or sweet and spicy in dashi can be used for inari sushi stuffed with sushi rice, inari mochi stuffed with mochi, or kinchaku (a type of pouch filled with rice cake).
[0026] (Deep drawing part) 2, a plastic (resin) packaging film sheet 1 wound in a roll is placed in the deep drawing section S1, and the flat packaging film sheet 1 is pulled out from the roll in sequence, and the pulled-out portion is placed above the lower molding die 2. The packaging film sheet 1 is, for example, a laminate film, and is transparent or translucent.
[0027] In the deep drawing section S1, deep drawing is performed on a portion of the packaging film sheet 1 disposed above the lower molding die 2 that is closer to one end than the center in the depth direction. In this embodiment, the portion of the packaging film sheet 1 that is deep drawn is referred to as the "container section 1a," and the portion extending from the end of the container section 1a toward the rear is referred to as the "lid section 1b."
[0028] As shown in FIG. 3, the lower molding die 2 is formed with a plurality of recesses 3 each having a substantially square shape in plan view. The recesses 3 are formed to have a shape recessed downward. That is, the recesses 3 are surrounded by a wall portion 3N arranged around them, and a substantially rectangular parallelepiped space is formed inside the wall portion 3N. The recesses 3 are for forming a food storage portion 30 (see FIG. 7) for storing a soup stock-containing food AT in the packaging film sheet 1. Therefore, the recesses 3 are formed to be substantially the same size as the soup stock-containing food AT (or food T not seasoned with soup stock) or larger than the soup stock-containing food T. The lower molding die 2 is configured to move in the order of the deep drawing molding portion S1, the soup stock supply portion S2, the food input portion S3, and the reduced pressure welding portion S4.
[0029] The bottom 3a of the recess 3 is formed with one recess 5 having a substantially circular shape in a plan view. The recess 5 is formed in a shape recessed downward. The recess 5 is intended to form a soup stock storage section 31 (see FIG. 7) for storing soup stock in the packaging film sheet 1. The depth of the recess 5 is deepest at its center and becomes shallower from the center to the outside. The recess 5 is smaller than the area of the bottom 3a of the recess 3 and is formed in a part of the bottom 3a of the recess 3. Therefore, the bottom 3a of the recess 3 is provided with a flat peripheral bottom 6 (hatched part in FIG. 3(a)) arranged to surround the recess 5.
[0030] As shown in Fig. 4, an upper molding die 10 is provided above the lower molding die 2 so as to be movable in the vertical direction. A plurality of fitting portions 11 are formed on the lower surface of the upper molding die 10. Each fitting portion 11 is disposed so as to face each of the plurality of recesses 3 of the lower molding die 2.
[0031] The fitting portion 11 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape as shown in Fig. 5. The fitting portion 11 has a substantially square shape in a plan view, and its size is slightly smaller than the size of the recess 3 of the lower molding die 2. Therefore, when the upper molding die 10 descends toward the lower molding die 2, the fitting portion 11 fits into the recess 3. At that time, the packaging film sheet 1 deforms into a concave shape so as to fit along the inner circumferential surface of the recess 3 and the outer circumferential surface of the fitting portion 11.
[0032] Further, a protrusion 12 having a substantially circular shape in plan view is formed on the lower surface of the fitting portion 11. In plan view, the size of the protrusion 12 is slightly smaller than the size of the recess 5 of the lower molding die 2. The downward protrusion amount of the protrusion 12 is greatest at its center and decreases from the center to the outside. That is, the shape of the protrusion 12 is substantially the same as the shape of the recess 5. Therefore, when the upper molding die 10 descends to the lowest position toward the lower molding die 2, the center of the packaging film sheet 1 placed in the recess 3 is deformed into a concave shape so as to fit the inner peripheral surface of the recess 5 and the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion 12.
[0033] As described above, when the flat packaging film sheet 1 unrolled from the roll is placed above the lower molding die 2, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 11(a), the packaging film sheet 1 is supported by the walls 3N arranged around the recesses 3. In this state, as shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 11(b), the upper molding die 10 is lowered to the lowest position while fitting the fitting parts 11 of the upper molding die 10 into the recesses 3 of the lower molding die 2.
[0034] Then, as shown in Figure 11(c), the upper molding die 10 is raised to a position where the fitting portion 11 is separated from the recess 3 of the lower molding die 2, and the food storage portion 30 is formed in the packaging film sheet 1, as shown in Figures 7 and 11(d), and a soup stock storage portion 31 is formed in the bottom 30a of the food storage portion 30.
[0035] In a plan view, the soup stock storage section 31 is smaller in area than the bottom 30a of the food storage section 30, and is formed in a part of the bottom 30a of the food storage section 30. Therefore, the bottom 30a of the food storage section 30 is provided with a flat peripheral bottom section 32 arranged so as to surround the soup stock storage section 31. Note that Fig. 7 shows the state in which the packaging film sheet 1 pulled out from the roll has been cut along the upstream end of the upper molding die 10 by a cutting device (not shown).
[0036] (Soup Stock Supply Section) The packaging film sheet 1 deep-drawn in the deep-draw forming section S1 reaches the soup stock supplying section S2 with the food storage section 30 disposed in the recess 3 of the lower molding die 2. Then, in the soup stock supplying section S2, soup stock 33 is supplied to the soup stock storage section 31 formed on the bottom surface 30a of the food storage section 30 of the packaging film sheet 1, as shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 12(a).
[0037] As shown in Fig. 12(a), the soup stock supplying section S2 is provided with a soup stock supplying device (not shown) having a plurality of soup stock supplying pipes 50 that can move above each soup stock storage section 31 of the packaging film sheet 1. Therefore, after each soup stock supplying pipe 50 is moved so that the lower end of each soup stock supplying pipe 50 is located above each soup stock storage section 31, when the soup stock 33 flows out from the lower end of the soup stock supplying pipe 50, the soup stock 33 is supplied to each soup stock storage section 31. In the soup stock supplying section S2, the soup stock 33 is supplied in an amount that does not overflow from the soup stock storage section 31. When the supply of the soup stock 33 is completed, each soup stock supplying pipe 50 can be moved from above each soup stock storage section 31 to another place.
[0038] (Food input section) At the food insertion section S3, food items T not seasoned with stock are inserted one by one into the food storage section 30 of the packaging film sheet 1, as shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 12(b). At this time, the food items T are inserted so as to cover the entire area of the stock storage section 31 formed on the bottom surface 30a of the food storage section 30. In other words, the food items T are inserted so that the bottom surface of the food items T faces the peripheral bottom portion 32 of the stock storage section 31 over the entire periphery.
[0039] As shown in Fig. 12(b), the food input section S3 is provided with a food storage section (not shown) in which multiple food products T are stored near the lower molding die 2, and a food conveying mechanism 51 that holds the food products T in the food storage section and conveys them one by one to each food storage section 30 of the packaging film sheet 1. Therefore, the food products T are conveyed from the food storage section by the food conveying mechanism 51 and fed into the food storage sections 30 one by one. Specifically, the food conveying mechanism 51 holds the food products T in the food storage section and conveys the held food products T to above the food storage section 30, and then lowers the food products T to feed them into the food storage sections 30 one by one. After finishing feeding the food products T, the food conveying mechanism 51 can move from above the food storage section 30 to another location.
[0040] (Reduced pressure welding part) In the reduced pressure welding section S4, when the packaging film sheet 1 is folded back at the rear part of the recess 3 into which the food T has been placed (the part indicated by the dashed line in FIG. 9, which is the boundary between the container part 1a and the lid part 1b), the folded-back lid part 1b of the packaging film sheet 1 is positioned so as to cover the top of the food T placed in the food storage part 30, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 12(c). In this state, the air in the space within the food storage part 30 into which the food T has been placed is removed (deaerated), and the container part 1a and the lid part 1b placed on the container part 1a are heat-sealed at the opening periphery 30A of the food storage part 30 in the packaging film sheet 1. At this time, the packaging film sheet 1 is heated, and the inside of the packaging film sheet 1 is sterilized. The vacuum welding section S4 is equipped with a vacuum device (not shown) that removes air from the space within the food storage section 30, and a heating device (not shown) that heats the opening edge 30A of the packaging film sheet 1 for thermal welding.
[0041] In addition, the reduced pressure welding section S4 corresponds to the "heat welding section that heat-welds the container section 1a and the lid section 1b of the packaging film sheet 1" of the present invention, and also corresponds to the "reduced pressure section that removes air from the space within the food storage section 30 when the container section 1a and the lid section 1b of the packaging film sheet 1 are heat-welded" of the present invention.
[0042] When the container portion 1a and the lid portion 1b are heat-sealed at the opening periphery 30A of the food storage portion 30 of the packaging film sheet 1, the entire periphery of the food T is covered without any gaps by the packaging film sheet 1, as shown in Fig. 12(d). At that time, the food T stored in the food storage portion 30 absorbs the soup stock 33 stored in the soup stock storage portion 31, and becomes food AT containing soup stock.
[0043] Thereafter, the packaging film sheet 1 is cut into individual pieces of dashi-containing food AT, completing a package 60 of dashi-containing food AT in which one dashi-containing food AT is vacuum packaged (vacuum packed), as shown in FIG. 13(a).
[0044] That is, the packaged product 60 of the soup stock-containing food AT has a container portion 61 in which the container portion 1a of the packaging film sheet 1 is cut into individual pieces of the soup stock-containing food AT, and a lid portion 62 in which the lid portion 1b of the packaging film sheet 1 is cut into individual pieces of the soup stock-containing food AT. The container portion 61 has a food contact portion 61a arranged around the soup stock-containing food AT, and a flange portion 61b arranged around the entire circumference of the food contact portion 61a. The flange portion 61b of the container portion 61 is arranged along substantially the same plane, and is the portion to which the lid portion 62 is heat-sealed. In this way, in the packaged product 60 of the soup stock-containing food AT, the packaging film sheet 1 is heated while air is removed from the space in the food storage portion 30 at the reduced pressure welding portion S4, so that the packaging film sheet 1 shrinks and adheres to the outer surface of the soup stock-containing food AT.
[0045] In this embodiment, when the packaging film sheet 1 is deep-drawn by the deep-draw forming section S1, the packaging film sheet 1 stretches and deforms to form the food storage section 30 and the dashi accommodating section 31 at the bottom 30a of the food storage section 30. Then, the sheet thicknesses of the portion of the packaging film sheet 1 that constitutes the food storage section 30 (including the peripheral bottom section 32) and the portion that constitutes the dashi accommodating section 31 become thinner than the sheet thickness when pulled out from the roll. In particular, the sheet thickness of the portion that constitutes the dashi accommodating section 31 becomes thinner than the sheet thickness of the portion that constitutes the food storage section 30 (including the peripheral bottom section 32).
[0046] However, in the vacuum welding section S4, when heat is applied to the packaging film sheet 1 while air is being removed from the space in the food storage section 30 during sterilization, the packaging film sheet 1 shrinks so that the stock storage section 31 shrinks and becomes almost integrated with the food storage section 30, and the packaging film sheet 1 shrinks so that it adheres closely to the outer surface of the stock-containing food AT. In this state in which the packaging film sheet 1 adheres closely to the outer surface of the stock-containing food AT, as shown in Fig. 13(b), the portion 31a in the container section 61 where the stock storage section 31 was formed (the boundary between the stock storage section 31 and the peripheral bottom section 32 at the bottom section 30a of the food storage section 30) is barely discernible from the outside. In Fig. 13(b), the portion 31a in the container section 61 where the stock storage section 31 was formed is shown by a dashed line.
[0047] Also, as mentioned above, immediately after deep drawing, the sheet thickness of the portion constituting the stock storage portion 31 may be thinner than the sheet thickness of the surrounding opening periphery 32, but even in this case, in packaged product 60 of stock-containing food AT after heat is applied during sterilization, the sheet thickness will be approximately the same between the inner and outer portions of portion 31a where stock storage portion 31 was formed. Therefore, deep drawing does not cause a problem of a decrease in strength of container portion 61 in packaged product 60 of stock-containing food AT.
[0048] It should be noted that the portion 31a in which the dashi accommodating portion 31 was formed in the container portion 61 of the packaged product 60 of the dashi-containing food AT is almost indistinguishable from the outside, but when the container portion 61 is analyzed in detail, it is possible to identify traces of the portion 31a in which the dashi accommodating portion 31 was formed.
[0049] As described above, the method for manufacturing a packaged product for dashi-containing food AT in this embodiment includes a dashi supplying step of supplying dashi 33 to the dashi accommodating section 31 of the container portion 1a (first packaging material) of the packaging film sheet 1, which has a concave-shaped food accommodation section 30 for accommodating food T and a concave dashi accommodating section 31 formed in the bottom 30a of the food accommodation section 30, a food introducing step of introducing food T into the food accommodation section 30 located above the dashi accommodating section 31 to which the dashi 33 has been supplied in the dashi supplying step, and a heat welding step of heat welding the container portion 1a of the packaging film sheet 1 to the lid portion 1b (second packaging material) of the packaging film sheet 1, which is arranged to cover the food accommodation section 30 of the container portion 1a, at the opening peripheral edge 30A of the food accommodation section 30.
[0050] The packaged product manufacturing apparatus AS for dashi-containing food AT in this embodiment is equipped with a dashi supply section S2 that supplies dashi 33 to the dashi accommodating section 31 of the container section 1a (first packaging material) of the packaging film sheet 1, which has a concave-shaped food accommodation section 30 for accommodating food T and a concave-shaped dashi accommodating section 31 formed in the bottom 30a of the food accommodation section 30, a food input section S3 that inputs food T into the food accommodation section 30 located above the dashi accommodating section 31 to which the dashi 33 has been supplied by the dashi supply section S2, and a reduced pressure welding section S4 that heat-welds the container section 1a of the packaging film sheet 1 to the lid section 1b (second packaging material) of the packaging film sheet 1 arranged to cover the food accommodation section 30 of the container section 1a at the opening peripheral edge 30A of the food accommodation section 30 to which the food T has been input by the food input section S3.
[0051] In this way, by putting food T into food storage unit 30 with stock 33 stored in stock storage unit 31 formed in bottom 30a of food storage unit 30, it is possible to prevent stock 33 from splashing and sticking to opening periphery 30A of food storage unit 30. Therefore, by appropriately heat-welding container portion 1a and lid portion 1b of packaging film sheet 1, packaged product 60 of stock-containing food AT can be produced.
[0052] The method for producing a packaged product for soup stock-containing food AT according to this embodiment further includes a decompression step of removing air from the space within the food container 30 when the heat sealing step is performed.
[0053] In the packaged product manufacturing apparatus AS for dashi-containing food AT in this embodiment, air is removed from the space within the food storage section 30 when the container section 1a (first packaging material) and the lid section 1b (second packaging material) of the packaging film sheet 1 are thermally sealed in the vacuum welding section S4.
[0054] In this way, the container portion 1a and the lid portion 1b of the packaging film sheet 1 are heat-sealed at the opening periphery 30A of the food storage portion 30 while air is removed from the space within the food storage portion 30, making it easier for the stock 33 to be contained in the food T. Furthermore, the stock-containing food AT is less likely to come into contact with air when packaged, and the packaged product 60 of the stock-containing food AT can be stored for a long period of time. Furthermore, the part of the packaged product 60 of the stock-containing food AT where the stock storage portion 31 was formed becomes integrated with the surrounding area, making it almost indistinguishable from the outside, improving the appearance of the packaged product 60 of the stock-containing food AT.
[0055] In the method for producing a packaged product for soup stock-containing food AT according to this embodiment, in the food introduction step, food T is introduced into the food container 30 so as to cover the entire area of the soup stock container 31.
[0056] In the apparatus AS for producing packages containing soup stock-containing food AT according to this embodiment, food T is put into the food container 30 so as to cover the entire area of the soup stock container 31 at the food putting-in section S3.
[0057] In this way, when food T is placed into the food storage section 30, it is possible to reliably prevent the soup stock stored in the soup stock storage section 31 formed on the bottom 30a of the food storage section 30 from splashing and adhering to the opening peripheral edge 30A of the food storage section 30.
[0058] The method for producing a packaged product for soup stock-containing food AT according to this embodiment further includes a deep-drawing step of deep-drawing the container portion 1a (first packaging material) of the packaging film sheet 1 to form the food storage portion 30 and the soup stock storage portion 31.
[0059] In the packaged product manufacturing apparatus AS for dashi-containing food AT in this embodiment, a deep drawing molding section is further provided upstream of the dashi supply section S2, which deep draws the food storage section 30 and the dashi storage section 31 into the container section 1a (first packaging material) of the packaging film sheet 1.
[0060] In this way, the flat packaging film sheet 1 can be used to produce a packaged product of the soup stock-containing food AT through a series of steps.
[0061] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the configuration of each part is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
[0062] For example, in the above embodiment, the food storage section 30 is substantially square in plan view, and the soup stock storage section 31 is substantially circular in plan view, but this is not limited thereto. The shapes and numbers of the food storage section 30 and the soup stock storage section 31 can be set as desired. For example, the shape of the soup stock storage section 31 in plan view may be rectangular or triangular. By changing the size and depth of the soup stock storage section 31, the amount of soup stock 33 stored in the soup stock storage section 31 can be adjusted, and the amount of soup stock 33 absorbed by the food T stored in the food storage section 30 can be adjusted. In other words, the amount of soup stock 33 that can be stored in the soup stock storage section 31 can be set as desired.
[0063] For example, as shown in Fig. 14(a), the food storage section 30 may be substantially square-shaped in plan view, and the soup stock storage section 31n may be substantially square-shaped. In this case, in a package of a soup stock-containing food AT, when the packaging film sheet 1 is in close contact with the outer surface of the soup stock-containing food AT, the portion 31na in the container section 61 where the soup stock storage section 31n was formed is almost indistinguishable from the outside, as shown in Fig. 14(b). In Fig. 14(b), the portion 31na in the container section 61 where the soup stock storage section 31n was formed is shown by a dashed line. In this way, when the food T and the food storage section 30 are substantially square-shaped in plan view, by similarly making the soup stock storage section 31n substantially square-shaped, when the container section 61 (bottom film) expands or contracts after sterilization, the portion 31na in the container section 61 where the soup stock storage section 31n was formed becomes even more indistinguishable from the outside. That is, by making the shapes of the food T and the food storage section 30 and the shape of the soup stock storage section 31n substantially the same but different sizes in a plan view, they become even more indistinguishable in appearance. Even in this case, by analyzing the container section 61 in detail, it is possible to identify traces of the portion 31na where the soup stock storage section 31na was formed.
[0064] In the above embodiment, in the food putting step, the food T is put into the food storage section 30 so as to cover the entire area of the soup stock storage section 31, but this is not limited thereto. In the food putting step, the food T may be put into the food storage section 30 so as to cover only a part of the soup stock storage section 31.
[0065] In the above embodiment, the portion 31a where the stock accommodating portion 31 was formed in the container portion 61 of the packaged product 60 of the stock-containing food AT is barely discernible in appearance, but this is not limiting. The portion 31a where the stock accommodating portion 31 was formed in the container portion 61 of the packaged product 60 of the stock-containing food AT may be discernible in appearance.
[0066] In the above embodiment, in the food contact part 61a of the container part 61 of the packaged product 60 of the soup stock-containing food AT, the sheet thickness is approximately the same in the inner part and the outer part of the part 31a where the soup stock storage part 31 was formed, but this is not limited to this. In the food contact part 61a of the container part 61 of the packaged product 60 of the soup stock-containing food AT, the sheet thickness does not have to be the same in the inner part and the outer part of the part 31a where the soup stock storage part 31 was formed.
[0067] In the above embodiment, food T not seasoned with dashi is put into food storage unit 30 at food input unit S3, but this is not limited to this. Food AT containing dashi that is seasoned with dashi may also be put into food storage unit 30 at food input unit S3.
[0068] In the above embodiment, the packaged product 60 of the soup stock-containing food AT has been described as being vacuum-packaged with each soup stock-containing food AT, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The packaged product A of the soup stock-containing food AT may be vacuum-packaged with a plurality of soup stock-containing foods AT. That is, in the above embodiment, after one food T is placed in the food storage section 30 above the soup stock storage section 31 to which the soup stock 33 has been supplied, the food is heat-sealed at the opening periphery 30A of the food storage section 30, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, after a plurality of foods T (e.g., 3 to 6 foods) are placed in a stack in the food storage section 30 above the soup stock storage section 31 to which the soup stock 33 has been supplied, the food may be heat-sealed at the opening periphery 30A of the food storage section 30.
[0069] In the above embodiment, the packaged product 60 of soup stock-containing food AT has been described as a vacuum-packaged soup stock-containing food AT, but the present invention is not limited to this. The packaged product 60 of soup stock-containing food AT may be a packaged product of soup stock-containing food AT not vacuum-packaged. That is, although air is removed from the space in the food storage section 30 at the vacuum welding section S4, it is not necessary to reduce the pressure in the space in the food storage section 30 to a vacuum.
[0070] In the above embodiment, the fitting portion 11 of the upper molding die 10 is fitted into the recess 3 of the lower molding die 2 to form the packaging film sheet 1 in deep drawing, but this is not limited to the above. Any method of deep drawing may be used, and any known method may be applied.
[0071] In the above embodiment, in the reduced pressure welding section S4, the container portion 1a and the lid portion 1b of the packaging film sheet 1 are heat-welded at the opening periphery 30A of the food storage section 30 while air is removed from the space within the food storage section 30, and any well-known method may be applied as the method for this.
[0072] Other configurations can also be modified in various ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
