Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a carry case having a seat. [Background technology]
[0002] In a wheeled trolley case (hereinafter also referred to as a carry case), for example, as shown in Patent Document 1, a seat surface on which a child can sit astride is provided on the outer periphery of the front shell and the back shell of the trolley case is in practical use. Such a seat surface is formed approximately parallel to the bottom surface of the trolley case in a recess formed in a corner of one end of both the front shell and the back shell of the trolley case. In addition, a resin catcher (grip) that can be held by a child straddling the seat surface is fixed to a position forward of the seat surface at the upper part of the front and back surfaces of both the front and back shells of the trolley case. In the lower part of the front and back surfaces of the front and back shells of the trolley case near the bottom surface of the trolley case, a resin footrest that supports each foot of the child is fixed to a lower position of the seat surface. Each catcher (grip) and each footrest protrudes outward from the front and back surfaces of both the front and back shells of the trolley case. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] China Utility Model Registration No. 209346217 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Since the catchers (grips) and footrests in the above-mentioned wheeled trolley case protrude outward from the front and back of the front and back shells of the trolley case, if the trolley case accidentally falls over while in use, the plastic catchers (grips) and footrests may be damaged by the impact of the fall. In such a case, if the plastic catchers (grips) and footrests are fixed to the front and back of the front and back shells of the trolley case, it may be difficult to easily replace the damaged catchers (grips) and footrests with new ones without first peeling off the interior parts fixed to the inside of the front and back shells.
[0005] In consideration of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a carry case with a seat which can prevent the catchers (grips) and footrests from being damaged if the carry case accidentally falls over during use, and which allows the catchers (grips) and footrests to be easily replaced if they are damaged. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a carry case with a seat according to the present invention comprises a front shell having a handle portion which protrudes outward from a recess formed in an upper part of the front surface of the outer periphery and has a bendable lever which is housed in the recess portion, a footrest which protrudes outward from a lower part of the front surface and has a rotatable pedestal which is superimposed on the lower part of the front surface, and a plurality of casters; a back shell which is matched with and selectively coupled to the front shell, the handle portion which protrudes outward from a recess formed in an upper part of the rear surface of the outer periphery and is housed in the recess portion, a footrest which protrudes outward from the lower part of the rear surface and has a rotatable pedestal which is superimposed on the lower part of the rear surface, and a plurality of casters; and a seat common to the front shell and back shell which extends toward the lower parts of the front shell and back shell approximately perpendicular to the upper surfaces of the front shell and back shell and which intersects with and is connected to ends of the front shell and back shell which face the side surfaces of the front shell and back shell. The vehicle is characterized in that it is provided with a storage space formed between the interior lining inside the front shell and the interior lining inside the back shell, the storage space having an opening formed in each interior lining so as to be openable and closable and communicating between the interior linings of the front shell and the back shell and the inner peripheries of the front shell and the back shell, and at least the grip part, the footrest, and the casters are attachable to and detachable from the front shell and the back shell through the openings.
[0007] The front shell and the back shell may be joined together by a fastener so as to be openable and closable. The opening may be formed in each interior part so as to be openable and closable by a fastener extending downward along the side surface of the front shell and the back shell.
[0008] Furthermore, the grip, foot rest, and casters may be removably attached to the inner periphery of the front shell and the back shell, respectively, through openings. A partition having a storage pocket may further be provided in the storage space. An elasticated carry handle and a pick-up handle may be provided on the top of the front shell. The device may further include a carry belt whose both ends are connected to the front shell and the back shell, respectively.
[0009] Furthermore, the gripping portion may be provided in a position forward of a common seating surface of the front shell and the back shell, and the footrest may be provided in a position below the common seating surface. The common seating surface may be formed substantially parallel to the bottom surfaces of the front shell and the back shell. A recess may be formed in the front shell and the back shell by ends facing the side surfaces of the front shell and the back shell extending toward the lower parts of the front shell and the back shell substantially perpendicular to the upper surfaces of the front shell and the back shell, and the common seating surface of the front shell and the back shell. Effect of the Invention
[0010] According to the carry case with seat of the present invention, at least the handle, footrest, and casters can be attached and detached to the front shell and back shell through the opening in the storage space, so that if the carry case accidentally falls over during use, damage to the catchers (grips) and footrests can be avoided, and in the unlikely event that the catchers (grips) and footrests are damaged, they can be easily replaced. [Diagram 5] 5A and 5B are a side view and a top view, respectively, of an example of a carry case having a seat according to the present invention shown in FIG. 4A and FIG. [Figure 6] 5(A) and (B) are perspective views showing a footrest and a catcher (grip) used in an example of a carry case having a seat according to the present invention shown in FIG. 4(A) and (B), respectively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0012] 4(A) and (B) each show a schematic external view of an example of a carry case having a seat according to the present invention.
[0013] 4(A) and (B), the fastener-type carry case 10 comprises a resin front shell 12 having an expandable carry handle 16 and a pick-up handle 18 provided at the top thereof, a resin back shell 14 which is joined together and can be opened and closed by a fastener 50 formed on the entire periphery of the front and sides of the front shell 12 and has a fastener lock portion 20 (see FIG. 5(B)) at the top for locking fastener pull tabs 52 and 54, and two fasteners 20 (see FIG. 5(B)) at the bottom of the outer periphery of the front shell 12 and the back shell 14, respectively. The main elements of the carrier include wheels (casters) 22 provided at a distance from each other, a catcher (grip) 30 arranged so as to be foldable within a recess 12R formed in the upper part of the front surface of the front shell 12, a catcher (grip) 30 arranged within a recess 14R formed in the upper part of the back surface of the back shell 14, a footrest 40 which can be rotated to be superimposed on the lower part of the front surface of the front shell 12, a footrest 40 which can be rotated to be superimposed on the lower part of the back surface of the back shell 14, and a carry belt 24 whose both ends are connected to the front shell 12 and the back shell 14, respectively.
[0014] A carry handle housing 12A is formed in a recess in the upper part of the front shell 12 to house the handle part of the carry handle 16 and the two telescopic rods. The two telescopic rods of the carry handle 16 are movably inserted into each of the carry handle holders 16S (see FIG. 3) in the front shell 12, which will be described later, through two through holes in the carry handle housing 12A. An end portion facing a side surface of the front shell 12, which is separated from the position where the carry handle housing 12A is provided, extends toward the lower part of the front shell 12, approximately perpendicular to the upper surface of the front shell 12, and intersects with and is connected to a common seat surface 26 of the front shell 12 and the back shell 14. For example, the seat surface 26 on which a child or the like can sit is formed approximately parallel to the bottom surfaces of the front shell 12 and the back shell 14.
[0015] The end portion of the back shell 14 facing the side surface away from the position where the fastener lock portion 20 is provided extends toward the lower portion of the back shell 14 approximately perpendicular to the upper surface of the back shell 14, similar to the opposing front shell 12, and intersects and is connected to the above-mentioned common seat surface 26.
[0016] The catchers (grips) 30 in the front shell 12 and the back shell 14 have the same structure, so only the catcher (grips) 30 in the front shell 12 will be described.
[0017] As shown in Figure 6 (B), the resin catcher (grip) 30 serving as the holding portion includes a lever 34 to be held, and a base 32 that holds the lever 34 perpendicular to the front surface of the front shell 12 and also holds the lever 34 approximately parallel to the front surface of the front shell 12.
[0018] The disk-shaped base 32 includes a fixed portion 32A having four holes 32a spaced apart in the circumferential direction, through which small screws for attaching the base 32 to the inner periphery of the front shell 12 described later are detachably inserted, and a support shaft 32B formed integrally with the fixed portion 32A and supporting the lever 34. At a position closer to the center than the four holes 32a in the fixed portion 32A, a pair of crescent-shaped holes 32AH are formed into which the protrusions 34PA and 34PB, one end of which is branched into two, are inserted and held. The hinge pin 32BC fixed to the support shaft 32B inserted between the protrusions 34PA and 34PB is connected to the protrusions 34PA and 34PB of the lever 34 through the long holes 34Pa and 34Pb of the protrusions 34PA and 34PB of the lever 34. The cylindrical lever 34 has a through hole 34TH between the protrusions 34PA and 34PB, one end of which is branched into two. As a result, when the projections 34PA and 34PB of the lever 34 are inserted and held in the pair of holes 32AH, respectively, the lever 34 protrudes from the front surface of the front shell 12 so as to be grasped. On the other hand, when the lever 34 is not used, the projections 34PA and 34PB of the lever 34 are pulled out of the respective holes 32AH, and then the other end of the lever 34 is rotated downward into the recess 12R via the long holes 34Pa and 34Pb of the projections 34PA and 34PB and the hinge pin 32BC. Therefore, when the lever 34 is not used, the lever 34 is accommodated in the recess 12R without protruding outward, so that undesired damage to the lever 34 is avoided when the carry case 10 is accidentally toppled over.
[0019] The resin footrests 40 in the front shell 12 and back shell 14 have the same structure, so only the footrest 40 in the front shell 12 will be described.
[0020] 6(A), the footrest 40 includes a fixed plate 42 having four female screw holes 42A spaced apart in the circumferential direction into which machine screws for mounting the footrest 40 to the inner periphery of the front shell 12 (described later) are screwed, and a receiving platform 44 rotatably supported by notches 46a of a pair of hinge support plates 46 of the fixed plate 42 via hinge pins 44a. The fixed plate 42 has a stopper plate 48 that connects the lower ends of the pair of hinge support plates 46. When the lower surface of the receiving platform 44 is received by the stopper plate 48, the receiving platform 44 of the footrest 40 protrudes outward from the front surface of the front shell 12. On the other hand, when the cradle 44 of the footrest 40 is not in use, the tip of the cradle 44 is rotated via the hinge pin 44a so as to approach the front surface of the front shell 12, so that the cradle 44 is placed over the lower part of the front surface of the front shell 12 without protruding outward from the front surface of the front shell 12. Note that a recess (concave) may be formed in the lower part of the front surface of the front shell 12 to completely accommodate the entire cradle 44 placed over the lower part of the front surface of the front shell 12.
[0021] Therefore, when the footrest 40 is not in use, the support 44 of the footrest 40 is placed over the lower part of the front surface of the front shell 12, thereby preventing undesirable damage to the footrest 40 when the carry case 10 is accidentally toppled over.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 1, the storage space formed by the inner periphery of the front shell 12 and the back shell 14 is surrounded by an interior lining 60 that covers the inner periphery of the fastener (zipper) 50 of the front shell 12, an interior lining 62 that covers the inner periphery of the fastener (zipper) 50 of the back shell 14, and a connecting cover 56 that connects the lower end of the front shell 12 and the lower end of the back shell 14.
[0023] A partition 68 is provided in the interior 60 of the front shell 12 so as to overlap the surface of the interior 60. One end of the partition 68 is connected to the connecting cover 56. The partition 68 and the interior 60 are detachably connected by two partition fasteners. When the other end of the partition 68 is removed from the interior 60 and pulled away, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the fastener 66 of the interior 60 extending along the side of the front shell 12 to the connecting cover 56 is opened to form an opening, and the base 32 of the catcher (grip) 30 attached to the front shell 12 with a machine screw BS3, the base 22B of the caster 22 attached to the bottom surface of the front shell 12 with a machine screw BS1, and the support bracket 16BL of each carry handle holder 16S attached to the bottom surface of the front shell 12 with a machine screw BS2 are exposed through the opening. This allows the catcher (grip) 30, caster 22, retractable carry handle 16, and support bracket 16BL of each carry handle holder 16S in the front shell 12 to be easily replaced with new ones. The footrest 40 can also be easily replaced with a new one because the fixing plate 42 of the footrest 40 attached between the interior 60 and the inner peripheral surface of the front shell 12 can be removed by opening the fastener 66 of the interior 60.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, the interior 62 of the back shell 12 is provided with a partition 70 overlapping the surface of the interior 62. One end of the partition 70 is connected to the connecting cover 56. The partition 70 and the interior 62 are detachably connected by two partition fasteners. The partition 70 has a storage pocket that can be opened and closed by a fastener 72 extending along the upper surface of the back shell 12. When the other end of the partition 70 is removed from the interior 62 and pulled away, the fastener 64 of the interior 62 extending along the side of the back shell 14 to the connecting cover 56 is opened to expose the base 32 of the catcher (grip) 30 attached to the back shell 14 with a machine screw BS3 in the same manner as the front shell 12, and the base 22B of the caster 22 attached to the bottom surface of the back shell 14 with a machine screw BS1. This makes it possible to easily replace the catcher (grip) 30 and the caster 22 in the back shell 14 with new ones. In addition, by opening the fasteners 64 of the interior 62, the fixing plate 42 of the footrest 40 attached between the interior 62 and the inner surface of the back shell 14 can be removed, so that the footrest 40 can be easily replaced with a new one.
[0025] Therefore, in the unlikely event that the catcher (grip) 30 and the footrest 40 in the front shell 12 and the back shell 14 are damaged, the damaged catcher (grip) and the footrest can be easily replaced with new ones.
[0026] Although the above-mentioned example of a carry case having a seat according to the present invention is applied to a fastener type (zipper type) carry case, it is of course not limited to this example and may be applied to, for example, a frame type carry case. [Explanation of symbols]
