Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] This disclosure relates to a scaffolding hoisting chain for suspending scaffolding boards at a construction site or the like. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, scaffolding hoisting chains have been used to suspend scaffolding at construction sites, etc. Specifically, a scaffolding hoisting chain has been disclosed in which the upper and lower parts are wound around an upper structure and a lower hanging object, respectively, and hooks at both the upper and lower ends are engaged with the chains (for example, see Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2000-96818 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In the scaffolding suspension chain described in Patent Document 1, inside the link in which the hook is engaged, the other links and the hook have a high degree of freedom of displacement, making the relative positional relationship unstable. Specifically, because the thickness of the hook is small, there is a possibility that the hook may ride up onto the other link or get into the gap between the inner surface of the link and the other link. For this reason, there is a possibility that the other links and the hook may be displaced relative to each other during use of the scaffolding suspension chain, causing an impact force to be suddenly applied to the scaffolding suspension chain. Therefore, the present disclosure aims to solve the above-mentioned problems. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] The scaffolding suspension chain of the present invention is a scaffolding suspension chain comprising a link chain having a plurality of consecutive links and a hook provided on at least one end of the link chain, wherein the hook has a hook main body portion that engages with one of the links, and when the hook main body portion engages with the link, one end of another link continuous with the link is interposed between the end of the link and the inner surface of the hook main body portion.
[0006] In addition, it is preferable that the scaffolding suspension chain is formed so that, when the hook main body engages with the link, the sum of the width dimension of the inner surface of the hook main body and the radius of the other link in a cross section at the center of the thickness of the link is greater than the spacing between the links.
[0007] In addition, it is preferable that the scaffolding suspension chain has a pair of hooks provided at both ends of the link chain.
[0008] In addition, in the scaffolding suspension chain, it is preferable that the hooks are formed so that their width dimension decreases toward the tip side.
[0009] In addition, in the scaffolding suspension chain, it is preferable that the hook is provided with a fall-prevention fitting that prevents the link from coming off the hook main body, and that the fall-prevention fitting is biased in the closing direction by a biasing member.
[0010] In addition, in the scaffolding suspension chain, it is preferable that the hook body and the link are forged parts that have been subjected to heat treatment. Effect of the Invention
[0011] According to the present invention, the relative positional relationship between the other links and the hook main body part can be stabilized inside the link in which the hook main body part is engaged, thereby reducing the possibility of the other links and the hook main body part being displaced relative to each other while the scaffolding suspension chain is in use, causing an impact force to be suddenly applied to the scaffolding suspension chain. [Brief description of the drawings]
[0012] [Figure 1] FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a scaffolding suspension chain according to one embodiment. [Diagram 2] FIG. 2 is a side view showing a state in which a scaffolding suspension chain according to one embodiment is in use. [Diagram 3] 3(a) is a side view showing the engaging portion between the hook body and the link, (b) is a front view of the same, and (c) is a cross-sectional view in the position of FIG. 3(b). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] A scaffolding suspension chain 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 3. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the scaffolding suspension chain 1 according to this embodiment comprises a link chain in which a plurality of links 2·2··· are connected in succession, and a pair of hooks 3·3 provided at both ends of the link chain. Note that the scaffolding suspension chain 1 can also be configured so that the hooks 3 are provided only at one end of the link chain.
[0014] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the hook 3 comprises a hook main body 31 that engages with one of the links 2, a fall prevention fitting 32 that prevents the link 2 from coming off the hook main body 31, a pin 33 that engages the hook main body 31 with the link 2, and a torsion spring 34 which is a biasing member that biases the fall prevention fitting 32 in the closing direction.
[0015] Hook body 31 is formed with hook-shaped engaging portion 31a which is a portion that engages with link 2. Furthermore, hook body 31 has a base end portion to which stopper metal fitting 32 is rotatably provided via pivot support portion 32a.
[0016] When using the scaffolding suspension chain 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2, the upper end of the scaffolding suspension chain 1 is wound around the H-shaped steel U, which is the upper structure, and the upper hook 3 is engaged with any of the links 2. Also, the lower end of the scaffolding suspension chain 1 is wound around the pipe D, which is the lower hanging object, and the lower hook 3 is engaged with any of the links 2.
[0017] Next, a state in which the lower hook 3 is engaged with the link 2 will be described with reference to Figures 3(a) to (c). In the following, as shown in Figures 3(a) to (c), the upper link 2 with which the hook body 31 of the hook 3 engages will be referred to as the upper link 2u, and the other link 2 continuous below the upper link 2u will be referred to as the lower link 2d.
[0018] As shown in Figures 3(a) to (c), when the engagement portion 31a of the hook main body 31 engages with the upper link 2u, the upper end portion of the lower link 2d is interposed between the lower end portion of the upper link 2u and the inner surface of the hook main body 31 (the lower surface of the engagement portion 31a).
[0019] More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3(c), when the engaging portion 31a of the hook main body 31 engages with the upper link 2u, in a cross section at the center of the thickness direction of the upper link 2u, the sum of the width dimension a of the inner surface of the hook main body 31 and the radius r of the lower link 2d is formed to be greater than the spacing width b of the upper link 2u (a+r>b).
[0020] By configuring as described above, in the scaffolding suspension chain 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 3(c), on the inside of the upper link 2u with which the hook 3 is engaged, the engagement portion 31a of the hook main body 31 is located above the lower link 2d and does not enter into the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the upper link 2u and the lower link 2d. In other words, since the relative positional relationship between the hook main body 31 and the lower link 2d on the inside of the upper link 2u can be stabilized, the possibility of the lower link 2d and the hook 3 being relatively displaced while the scaffolding suspension chain 1 is in use and an impact force being applied to the scaffolding suspension chain 1 can be reduced.
[0021] In the scaffolding suspension chain 1 according to this embodiment, a pair of hooks 3, 3 are provided at both ends of the link chain. This makes it possible to stabilize the relative positional relationship between the hook body 31 and the link 2 regardless of which hook 3 is used.
[0022] In the scaffolding suspension chain 1 according to this embodiment, the hook body 31 of the hook 3 is formed so that the width dimension decreases toward the tip side (the left side in FIG. 3(a), the front side in FIG. 3(b)). This makes it easier to engage the engagement portion 31a of the hook body 31 with the link 2.
[0023] In the scaffolding suspension chain 1 according to this embodiment, the hook 3 is provided with a fall-off prevention fitting 32 that prevents the link 2 from coming off the hook main body 31, and the fall-off prevention fitting 32 is biased in the closing direction by a torsion spring 34, which is a biasing member. This makes it possible to prevent the hook 3 from coming off the link 2 when the engagement portion 31a of the hook main body 31 is engaged with the link 2.
[0024] In addition, in the scaffolding suspension chain 1 according to this embodiment, heat-treated forged parts are used for the hook body 31 and the link 2. This makes it possible to increase the strength of the scaffolding suspension chain 1. [Explanation of symbols]
