When only a part of the configuration is described in each embodiment, the configuration of other embodiments described previously can be applied to other parts of the configuration. Also, not only the combinations of configurations explicitly described in the description of each embodiment, but also the configurations of a plurality of embodiments can be partially combined with each other as long as there is no problem with the combination, even if not explicitly stated.
[0013] (First Embodiment) The power conversion device is diverted from a moving body. The power conversion device is diverted from a moving body and disposed in a switchboard.
[0014] The moving body uses a rotating electric machine as a drive source. The moving body is, for example, a vehicle such as a BEV, HEV, PHEV, FCEV, an aircraft such as an eVTOL, eSTOL, drone, a ship, a construction machine, an agricultural machine, etc. As an example, the power conversion device of this embodiment is diverted from a vehicle. BEV is an abbreviation for Battery Electric Vehicle. HEV is an abbreviation for Hybrid Electric Vehicle. PHEV is an abbreviation for Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle. FCEV is an abbreviation for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle. eVTOL is an abbreviation for electronic Vertical Take-Off and Landing aircraft. eSTOL is an abbreviation for electronic Short distance Take-Off and Landing aircraft.
[0015] (Circuit Configuration of Power Conversion Device) FIG. 1 shows the circuit configuration of an example of a power conversion device. The power conversion device 10 includes a plurality of power lines 20. The power lines 20 may also be referred to as power supply lines. The power lines 20 include a P line 21, an N line 22, and a three-phase line 23. The P line 21 is the power line on the high potential side among the DC power lines. The N line 22 is the power line on the low potential side among the DC power lines. The three-phase line 23 is connected to the connection points of the upper and lower arm circuits 311 described later. The three-phase line 23 may be referred to as an AC power line, an output line, etc. At least a part of each of the P line 21, the N line 22, and the three-phase line 23 is constituted by a conductive member such as a bus bar.
[0016] The power conversion device 10 includes a plurality of terminals. The terminals include terminals 21T, 22T, and 23T. The terminal 21T is a terminal portion provided on the P line 21. The terminal 22T is a terminal portion provided on the N line 22. The terminal 23T is a terminal portion individually provided on the three-phase line 23. The terminal 23T is provided for each phase. The terminals 21T and 22T may be referred to as DC terminals. The terminal 21T may be referred to as a P terminal, etc. The terminal 22T may be referred to as an N terminal, etc. The terminal 23T may be referred to as an AC terminal, an output terminal, etc.
[0017] When in-vehicle before diversion, the terminal 21T is electrically connected to the positive electrode of the DC power supply, and the terminal 22T is electrically connected to the negative electrode of the DC power supply. The DC power supply is a rechargeable secondary battery. The terminal 23T is electrically connected to the corresponding winding of a three-phase AC rotating electrical machine.
[0018] In the state of being arranged in the switchboard after diversion, terminal 21T is electrically connected to the positive terminal of the DC device, and terminal 22T is electrically connected to the negative terminal of the DC device. Terminal 23T is electrically connected to the AC device. The DC device may be, for example, a storage battery or a DC power generation device. The DC device may be, for example, a DC system (DC power system) or a DC load. The storage battery is a rechargeable secondary battery such as a nickel-metal hydride battery or a lithium-ion battery. The DC power generation device is, for example, a physical battery such as a solar cell or a fuel cell. The AC device may be, for example, an AC load or an AC system (AC power system). The DC device and the AC device may be any combination capable of power transfer via the inverter 31.
[0019] The power conversion device 10 includes a power conversion circuit section 30. The power conversion circuit section 30 is a circuit element electrically connected to the power line 20. As an example, the power conversion circuit section 30 of the present embodiment includes an inverter 31, a smoothing capacitor 32, and a discharge resistor 33. The power conversion circuit section 30 includes one inverter 31.
[0020] The inverter 31 is a DC-AC conversion circuit. The inverter 31 may convert, for example, a DC voltage into a three-phase AC voltage and output it from terminal 23T according to switching control by a control circuit (not shown). The inverter 31 may convert, for example, a three-phase AC voltage into a DC voltage and output it from terminals 21T and 22T. The inverter 31 may perform bidirectional power conversion. As an example, the inverter 31 of the present embodiment performs power conversion between the in-vehicle DC power supply and the in-vehicle rotating electric machine during in-vehicle use before diversion. In the state of being diverted and arranged in the switchboard, the inverter 31 performs power conversion between the DC device and the AC device.
[0021] The inverter 31 is configured to include upper and lower arm circuits 311 for three phases of U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase. The upper and lower arm circuits 311 are sometimes referred to as legs. The upper and lower arm circuits 311 each have an upper arm 311H and a lower arm 311L. The upper arm 311H and the lower arm 311L are serially connected between the P line 21 and the N line 22 with the upper arm 311H on the P line 21 side. The connection point between the upper arm 311H and the lower arm 311L is connected to the three-phase line 23 of the corresponding phase. The inverter 31 has six arms.
[0022] The elements constituting each arm include an IGBT 31S, which is a switching element, and a diode 31D for reflux. IGBT is an abbreviation for Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor. In this embodiment, an n-channel type IGBT 31S is adopted. The diode 31D is connected in anti-parallel to the corresponding IGBT 31S. In the upper arm 311H, the collector of the IGBT 31S is connected to the P line 21. In the lower arm 311L, the emitter of the IGBT 31S is connected to the N line 22. And the emitter of the IGBT 31S in the upper arm 311H and the collector of the IGBT 31S in the lower arm 311L are connected to each other. The anode of the diode 31D is connected to the emitter of the corresponding IGBT 31S, and the cathode is connected to the collector.
[0023] The switching element is not limited to an IGBT. For example, a MOSFET may be adopted. MOSFET is an abbreviation for Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor. In the case of a MOSFET, the diode connected in anti-parallel may be a parasitic diode or an external diode.
[0024] The smoothing capacitor 32 smooths the voltage (DC voltage) between the P line 21 and the N line 22. The smoothing capacitor 32 smooths, for example, the DC voltage supplied via the terminals 21T, 22T. The positive electrode of the smoothing capacitor 32 is electrically connected to the P line 21, and the negative electrode is electrically connected to the N line 22. The smoothing capacitor 32 is connected in parallel to the upper and lower arm circuits 311 of each phase of the inverter 31. The smoothing capacitor 32 is connected to the P line 21 and the N line 22 between the connection points of the upper and lower arm circuits 311 and the terminals 21T, 22T.
[0025] The discharge resistor 33 discharges the charge stored in the smoothing capacitor 32, for example, to reduce the voltage between the terminals of the smoothing capacitor 32 to a predetermined voltage. One end of the discharge resistor 33 is electrically connected to the P line 21, and the other end is electrically connected to the N line 22. The discharge resistor 33 is connected in parallel to the smoothing capacitor 32. The discharge resistor 33 forcibly (rapidly) discharges the charge stored in the smoothing capacitor 32, for example, when the power supply from a DC power source (or a DC device) is cut off. The discharge resistor 33 discharges the charge and consumes it as heat. The discharge resistor 33 is connected to the P line 21 and the N line 22 between the connection points of the smoothing capacitor 32 and the terminals 21T, 22T.
[0026] The power conversion device 10 may include a drive circuit for a switching element that constitutes the inverter 31 or the like. The drive circuit supplies a drive voltage to the gate of the IGBT 31S of the corresponding arm based on a drive command from the control circuit. The drive circuit drives the corresponding IGBT 31S, that is, turns it on or off, by applying the drive voltage. The drive circuit may be referred to as a driver. The power conversion device 10 may include a control circuit for the switching element. The control circuit generates a drive command for operating the IGBT 31S and outputs it to the drive circuit. The control circuit outputs, for example, a PWM signal as the drive command. The control circuit is configured to include, for example, a processor and a memory. PWM is an abbreviation for Pulse Width Modulation.
[0027] <Power distribution board> Figure 2 shows a power distribution board that houses a power conversion device. The power distribution board 100 may be referred to as a power converter board. The power distribution board 100 includes a housing 101 and a power conversion circuit housed in the housing 101. As an example, the housing 101 of the present embodiment has a front door 101F. When the front door 101F is opened, the power conversion device 10 is arranged in the accommodation space of the housing 101. The power conversion device 10 is diverted from a vehicle (mobile body). The power conversion device 10, together with other power conversion circuits, constitutes the power distribution board 100.
[0028] The power distribution board 100 is configured to be lockable. Inspection of the power distribution board 100 is performed by a worker who has received specialized training.
[0029] <Structure of the power conversion device> Figure 3 shows an example of the structure of the power conversion device. Figure 4 shows the power conversion device as viewed from the Z1 direction shown in Figure 3. Figure 4 shows a part of the power conversion device. Hereinafter, three directions in a mutually orthogonal positional relationship are denoted as the X direction, the Y direction, and the Z direction.
[0030] The power conversion device 10 includes an inverter 31 and a smoothing capacitor 32. Although not shown, the power conversion device 10 includes a discharge resistor 33. The inverter 31 is provided by at least one semiconductor device. The semiconductor device includes a semiconductor element. The semiconductor element is formed by a switching element having a gate on a semiconductor substrate made of silicon (Si), a wide bandgap semiconductor having a wider bandgap than silicon, or the like. As an example, the semiconductor device of the present embodiment includes a semiconductor element in which an RC-IGBT is formed on a semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor device may include wiring members, external connection terminals, a sealing body, etc. in addition to the semiconductor element. The semiconductor device may be referred to as a semiconductor package, a semiconductor module, or the like.
[0031] The smoothing capacitor 32 is provided by a capacitor device. The capacitor device includes, for example, a housing and a capacitor element housed in the housing. As an example, the capacitor element of the present embodiment is a film capacitor element. The capacitor element is formed by winding a film around an axis in a predetermined direction (for example, the Z direction). The capacitor element has electrodes on both end faces in the predetermined direction. The electrodes may be referred to as metallized films.
[0032] The power conversion device 10 includes a case 40, a terminal block 50, a connector 60, and a diagnostic contact portion 70. The case 40 houses other elements that make up the power conversion device 10. The case 40 may be formed using a metal material such as aluminum, or may be formed using a resin material. The case 40 has openings 41, 42 for drawing out conductors that are electrically connected to an external connector 110 to the outside of the case 40. In the present embodiment as an example, the openings 41, 42 are sealed by an insulating member 43. The insulating member 43 provides an airtight and / or liquidtight seal. The insulating member 43 is, for example, a resin material having electrical insulation and airtightness.
[0033] The terminal block 50 electrically connects an external device and the power conversion circuit section 30. The terminal block 50 includes an input terminal block 51 and an output terminal block 52. The input terminal block 51 electrically relays between the smoothing capacitor 32 and a DC device (not shown). The output terminal block 52 electrically relays between the inverter 31 and an AC device.
[0034] Each terminal block 50 has a bus bar 53 and a holding member for holding the bus bar 53. The bus bar 53 is a plate material made of a metal such as copper, for example. The bus bar 53 may be a single plate material or a connection of a plurality of plate materials. The bus bar 53 provides at least a part of the above-described power line 20 (power supply line). The bus bar 53 corresponds to a conductor. The input terminal block 51 has a P bus bar 531 and an N bus bar 532 as the bus bar 53. The P bus bar 531 provides at least a part of the P line 21. The N bus bar 532 provides at least a part of the N line 22. As an example, the P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532 of the present embodiment are at least partially parallel to each other. In the parallel portion, the P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532 extend in the X direction. The P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532 are arranged side by side in the Y direction. The P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532 extend outside the case 40 through a common opening 41.
[0035] The P bus bar 531 is electrically connected to the positive electrode of the smoothing capacitor 32 inside the case 40. The N bus bar 532 is electrically connected to the negative electrode of the smoothing capacitor 32 inside the case 40. The P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532 may be electrically connected to the inverter 31. The inverter 31 and the smoothing capacitor 32 may be electrically connected via a bus bar different from the P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532. For example, they may be electrically connected via a P bus bar connected to the positive electrode of the smoothing capacitor 32 and an N bus bar connected to the negative electrode. In this case, the P bus bar and the N bus bar included in the smoothing capacitor 32 also provide the power line 20.
[0036] The output terminal block 52 has a three-phase bus bar 533 as a bus bar 53. The three-phase bus bar 533 includes bus bars for three phases of U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase. The three-phase bus bar 533 provides at least a part of the three-phase line 23. The three-phase bus bar 533 is electrically connected to the external connection terminals of the inverter 31 that provide connection points for the upper and lower arm circuits 311 inside the case 40. As an example, the three-phase bus bars 533 of the present embodiment each extend in the X direction. Each of the three-phase bus bars 533 is arranged side by side in the Y direction. The three-phase bus bar 533 extends outside the case 40 through a common opening 42. The openings 41 and 42 are airtightly sealed by an insulating member 43 with the bus bar 53 inserted therethrough.
[0037] A connector 60 is provided on the bus bar 53. The connector 60 provides the above-described terminals 21T, 22T, and 23T. The connector 60 is configured to be engageable with an external connector 110. The connector 60 corresponds to the connection portion of the bus bar 53 with the external connector 110. The connector 60 is provided, for example, at an end (one end) of the bus bar 53. The connector 60 is arranged outside the case 40. As an example, in the present embodiment, a common connector 60 is provided for the P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532 that provide a DC power line. Also, a common connector 60 is provided for the three bus bars that constitute the three-phase bus bar 533. A DC device is electrically connected to the connectors 60 of the P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532 via the external connector 110 and the cable 111. An AC device is electrically connected to the connector 60 of the three-phase bus bar 533 via the external connector 110 and the cable 111.
[0038] The diagnostic contact portion 70 is electrically connected to the power conversion circuit portion 30 through the opening of the case 40. The diagnostic contact portion 70 is provided so as to be contactable with the diagnostic device 120 outside the case 40 without removing the external connector 110. In this embodiment as an example, the bus bar 53 has the diagnostic contact portion 70. That is, the diagnostic contact portion 70 is provided as a part of the bus bar 53. The diagnostic contact portion 70 is integrally continuous with the bus bar 53 without joining, fastening, etc. The diagnostic contact portion 70 is provided between the connector 60 and the portions arranged at the openings 41 and 42 in the bus bar 53. The diagnostic contact portion 70 is an exposed portion 71 provided between the connector 60 and the portions arranged at the openings 41 and 42 in the bus bar 53. The exposed portion 71 is not covered by the housing of the connector 60 or the case 40. The exposed portion 71 is a portion where the surface of the bus bar 53 is exposed outside the case 40 in the bus bar 53. The exposed portion 71 is, for example, a part of one plane of the bus bar 53.
[0039] Note that the configurations shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are merely examples. For example, the arrangement of each element in the case 40 is not particularly limited. The position where the bus bar 53 is drawn out to the outside of the case 40 is also not particularly limited.
[0040] <Diagnosis> The trained operator opens the front door 101F of the switchboard 100 shown in FIG. 2, and diagnoses the power conversion device 10 disposed inside the switchboard 100 and diverted from a vehicle (mobile body). As shown in FIG. 4, the operator brings the terminals of the diagnostic device 120 into contact with the exposed portions 71 of the P bus bar 531 and the exposed portions 71 of the N bus bar 532 to diagnose the power conversion circuit section 30. The diagnostic device 120 may measure, for example, the internal impedance. The diagnostic device 120 may diagnose the service life of, for example, the inverter 31 and the smoothing capacitor 32. The contact targets by the diagnostic device 120 are not limited to the combination of the P bus bar 531 and the N bus bar 532. For example, the terminals of the diagnostic device 120 may be brought into contact with the exposed portion 71 of the P bus bar 531 and the exposed portion 71 of the three-phase bus bar 533 to diagnose the power conversion circuit section 30. The terminals of the diagnostic device 120 may be brought into contact with the exposed portion 71 of the N bus bar 532 and the exposed portion 71 of the three-phase bus bar 533 to diagnose the power conversion circuit section 30. Diagnosis may be performed in a plurality of combinations.
[0041] <Summary of the First Embodiment> According to the present embodiment, the power conversion device 10 diverted from a mobile body and disposed inside the switchboard 100 includes a diagnostic contact portion 70 that can be contacted with the diagnostic device 120 outside the case 40. Since diagnosis can be performed without removing the external connector 110, it is possible to suppress an increase in the time required for diagnosis due to insertion and removal. Further, the diagnostic device 120 is brought into contact with the diagnostic contact portion 70 for diagnosis. Since measurement can be performed without passing through the connector 60 and the external connector 110, that is, measurement can be performed in the immediate vicinity of the measurement target, the diagnostic accuracy can be improved. Compared with a configuration in which power is supplied via the external connector 110, for example, the internal impedance can be diagnosed with high accuracy. Therefore, it is possible to provide the power conversion device 10 that can suppress an increase in the diagnostic time and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
[0042] As described above, the inspection of the switchboard 100 is performed by an operator who has received specialized education. Therefore, even with a configuration in which the diagnostic contact portion 70 is provided outside the case 40, the risk of electric shock, for example, is low.
[0043] As exemplified in this embodiment, at least one of the diagnostic contact portions 70 may be provided on the bus bar 53 (conductor). By providing the diagnostic contact portion 70 on the bus bar 53, while achieving the above-described effects, the power conversion device 10 can have a simple structure.
[0044] As exemplified in this embodiment, the connector 60, which is the connection portion of the bus bar 53 with the external connector 110, and the diagnostic contact portion 70 may be electrically connected to the power conversion circuit portion 30 via the common openings 41, 42. Thereby, the structure of the bus bar 53 and the structure of the case 40 can be simplified.
[0045] As exemplified in this embodiment, the bus bar 53 may have a diagnostic contact portion 70 between the connector 60 and the portions disposed in the openings 41, 42. By providing the diagnostic contact portion 70 outside the case 40 and in front of the connector 60 in the bus bar 53, the diagnostic device 120 can be brought into contact with the diagnostic contact portion 70 without removing the external connector 110.
[0046] As exemplified in this embodiment, as the diagnostic contact portion 70, the bus bar 53 may include an exposed portion 71 provided between the connector 60 and the portions disposed in the openings 41, 42. Since it is only necessary to provide a portion where the surface of the bus bar is exposed outside the case 40 and in front of the connector 60 in the bus bar 53, while achieving the above-described effects, the structure of the power conversion device 10 can be further simplified.
[0047] <Modification Example> As shown in FIG. 5, the power conversion device 10 may include a temperature sensor 80. The temperature sensor 80 is disposed between the connector 60 and the portions disposed in the openings 41, 42 in the bus bar 53. The temperature sensor 80 is disposed in the vicinity of the connector 60. By providing the temperature sensor 80, it becomes possible to detect abnormal heat generation due to poor contact between the connector 60 and the external connector 110. FIG. 5 corresponds to FIG. 4.
[0048] (Second Embodiment) This embodiment is a modification based on the preceding embodiment, and the description of the preceding embodiment can be incorporated. In the preceding embodiment, the exposed portion of the bus bar was used as the diagnostic contact portion. Instead of this, a diagnostic terminal branched with respect to the connector 60 may be provided.
[0049] FIG. 6 shows the power conversion device according to this embodiment. FIG. 6 corresponds to FIG. 3. In FIG. 6, a part of the power conversion device 10 on the input terminal block 51 side is shown. The basic structure of the power conversion device 10 is the same as the configuration shown in the preceding embodiment (see FIGS. 3 and 4). Similar to the preceding embodiment, the bus bar 53 has a diagnostic contact portion 70. The diagnostic contact portion 70 is provided between the connector 60 and the portion disposed in the opening 41 in the P bus bar 531. The P bus bar 531 branches into two outside the case 40. The diagnostic contact portion 70 is a diagnostic terminal 72 branched with respect to the connector 60. The diagnostic terminal 72 branches with respect to the portion of the P bus bar 531 connected to the external connector 110.
[0050] Although not shown, the other bus bars 53, that is, the N bus bar 532 and the three-phase bus bar 533 may have the same configuration as the P bus bar 531. At least a part of the plurality of bus bars 53 may have the diagnostic terminal 72. Other configurations are the same as those shown in the preceding embodiment.
[0051] <Summary of the Second Embodiment> As exemplified in this embodiment, as the diagnostic contact portion 70, the bus bar 53 may include a diagnostic terminal 72 branched with respect to the connector 60. By adopting the branched structure, the connection with the diagnostic device 120 can be stabilized. That is, the diagnostic accuracy can be improved. Note that all of the plurality of diagnostic contact portions 70 may be the diagnostic terminals 72, or a part thereof may be the diagnostic terminals 72 and the rest may be the diagnostic contact portions 70 having other configurations.
[0052] (Third Embodiment) This embodiment is a modified example based on the preceding embodiment, and the description of the preceding embodiment can be incorporated by reference. In the preceding embodiment, the connector and the diagnostic contact portion were electrically connected to the power conversion circuit portion through a common opening. Instead, the diagnostic contact portion may be configured to be electrically connected to the power conversion circuit portion through an opening separate from the connector.
[0053] FIG. 7 shows the power conversion device according to this embodiment. FIG. 7 corresponds to FIG. 6. The basic structure of the power conversion device 10 is the same as the configuration shown in the preceding embodiment (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The power conversion device 10 has a diagnostic terminal 73 as the diagnostic contact portion 70. The diagnostic terminal 73 is a portion disposed outside the case 40 among plates (bus bars) different from the P bus bar 531. The bus bar having the diagnostic terminal 73 is connected to the P bus bar 531 by joining, fastening, etc. inside the case 40. The diagnostic terminal 73 is retrofitted along with diversion. The bus bar having the diagnostic terminal 73 extends outside the case 40 through the opening 44 of the case 40. The opening 44 is provided separately from the opening 41 through which the P bus bar 531 is inserted. The opening 44 is hermetically sealed by the insulating member 43 with the bus bar having the diagnostic terminal 73 inserted therethrough.
[0054] The connector 60 is provided adjacent to the case 40. The P bus bar 531 does not have a portion exposed from the housing of the connector 60 and the case 40. Although not shown, the other bus bars 53, that is, the N bus bar 532 and the three-phase bus bar 533 may also have the same configuration as the P bus bar 531. The other configurations are the same as the configurations shown in the preceding embodiment.
[0055] <Summary of the Third Embodiment> As exemplified in this embodiment, the case 40 may have an opening 44 (first opening) for electrically connecting at least one of the diagnostic terminals 73 (diagnostic contact portions 70) to the power conversion circuit portion 30, and an opening 41 (second opening) for electrically connecting the connector 60 to the power conversion circuit portion 30. In this way, apart from the opening 41 for electrically connecting to the external connector 110, a diagnostic opening 44 may be provided.
[0056] At least one of the diagnostic terminals 73 may be retrofitted due to diversion. Since the opening 44 is provided separately, it is easy to perform retrofitting. Also, in the case of retrofitting, in the state of being mounted on a vehicle (mobile body) before diversion, the power conversion device 10 does not include a bus bar having the diagnostic terminal 73. In this way, it is possible to adopt a configuration without conductors exposed outside the case 40 during vehicle mounting. For example, the opening 44 may be provided in advance before diversion, sealed with an insulating member or the like, and when diverted, the insulating member is removed, the diagnostic terminal 73 is attached, and resealed with the insulating member 43. Note that all of the plurality of diagnostic contact portions 70 may be used as the diagnostic terminals 73, or a part thereof may be used as the diagnostic terminals 73 and the rest may be used as diagnostic contact portions 70 of other configurations.
[0057] <Modification example> At least one of the diagnostic terminals 73 may be provided before diversion. That is, in the state of being mounted on a vehicle (mobile body), it may have the diagnostic terminal 73. The bus bar having the diagnostic terminal 73 may be continuously provided integrally as a part of the bus bar 53, or may be connected to the bus bar 53 by joining, fastening, or the like. In the state of being mounted on a vehicle, the diagnostic terminal 73 may be covered with an insulating member, and the insulating member may be removed when diverted. The same covering structure may be adopted for the exposed portion 71 and the diagnostic terminal 72. It is also possible to adopt a structure in which the exposed portions of the bus bar 53 and the diagnostic contact portion 70 are covered with an insulating member.
[0058] The retrofitted diagnostic terminal 73 may be electrically connected to the power conversion circuit portion 30 through the openings 41 and 42 common to the connector 60.

Before diversion (when in-vehicle), the power conversion device 10 does not include the diagnostic terminals 74 and 75.
[0075] Note that the configurations shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 are merely examples. For example, the arrangement of each element in the case 40 is not particularly limited. The positions where the bus bar 53 and the bus bars having the diagnostic terminals 74 and 75 are drawn out of the case 40, that is, the positions of the openings, are also not particularly limited. Other configurations are the same as those described in the previous embodiment.
[0076] <Summary of the Fourth Embodiment> As illustrated in this embodiment, the power conversion circuit unit 30 may include a plurality of inverters 31, smoothing capacitors 32, and a buck-boost converter 34 as circuit elements connected to the VH bus bar 54 (P line 21H) and the N bus bar 532 (N line 22). The power conversion device 10 may include a diagnostic contact portion 70 including a diagnostic terminal 74 (first contact portion) connected to the VH bus bar 54 and a diagnostic terminal 75 (second contact portion) connected to the N bus bar 532. According to this, for the circuit elements connected to the VH bus bar 54 (P line 21H) and the N bus bar 532 (N line 22), measurement can be performed at a closer position. Therefore, the diagnostic accuracy can be improved. Note that the plurality of diagnostic contact portions 70 may include the diagnostic contact portions 70 having the configuration shown in the previous embodiment in addition to the diagnostic terminals 74 and 75.
[0077] The diagnostic terminals 74 and 75 are retrofitted due to diversion. Before diversion, when in-vehicle, the power conversion device 10 does not include the diagnostic terminals 74 and 75, that is, terminals 21HT and 222T. The retrofitted diagnostic terminals 74 and 75 can function as terminals 21HT and 222T for connecting a DC device. Thereby, a system including the power conversion device 10, the DC device, and the AC device can be expanded. Further, since the diagnostic terminal 74 (terminal 21HT) is electrically connected to the P line 21H (VH bus bar 54), it is possible to connect, for example, a storage battery (secondary battery) exceeding the VL rating.
[0078] (Fifth Embodiment) This embodiment is a modification based on the preceding embodiment, and the description of the preceding embodiment can be incorporated by reference. In the preceding embodiment, the diagnostic contact portion was provided outside the case of the power conversion device. Instead, the diagnostic contact portion may be provided inside the case of the power conversion device.
[0079] FIG. 11 shows a power conversion device according to this embodiment. FIG. 11 corresponds to FIG. 6. The basic structure of the power conversion device 10 is the same as the configuration shown in the previous embodiment (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The power conversion device 10 includes a diagnostic contact portion 78 instead of the diagnostic contact portion 70. The diagnostic contact portion 78 is provided in the case 40 in advance before diversion. That is, when mounted on a vehicle, the power conversion device 10 includes the diagnostic contact portion 78. The diagnostic contact portion 78 is provided so as to be able to contact the diagnostic device 120 through an opening provided in the case 40. The diagnostic contact portion 78 is provided so as to be able to contact the diagnostic device 120 without removing the external connector 110. For example, the terminal of the diagnostic device 120 is inserted into the case 40 through the opening 48 and measurement is performed in a state of being in contact with the diagnostic contact portion 78.
[0080] As an example, in this embodiment, the diagnostic contact portion 78 is provided on the P bus bar 531 in the case 40. The diagnostic contact portion 78 is a diagnostic terminal branched from the main circuit portion of the P bus bar 531. The diagnostic contact portion 78 may be continuously and integrally provided with respect to other portions of the P bus bar 531, or may be connected to other portions by joining, fastening, or the like. The opening 48 is provided in advance before diversion and is sealed with an insulating member or the like. When diagnosing after diversion, the insulating member of the opening 48 may be removed for diagnosis. The insulating member may be removed when diverting.
[0081] The connector 60 may be provided adjacent to the case 40 or may be provided away from the case 40 as shown in FIG. 9. In FIG. 9, the P bus bar 531 has an exposed portion 71. The three-phase bus bar 533B also has an exposed portion 71. Although not shown, the same applies to the other bus bars 53, that is, the N bus bar 532 and the three-phase bus bar 533A. The other configurations are the same as those shown in the previous embodiment.
[0082] <Summary of the Fifth Embodiment> According to this embodiment, the power conversion device 10 diverted from a moving body and disposed in the switchboard 100 includes a diagnostic contact portion 78 that can contact the diagnostic device 120 within the case 40. Since diagnosis can be performed without removing the external connector 110, it is possible to suppress an increase in the time required for diagnosis due to insertion and removal. Further, the diagnostic device 120 is brought into contact with the diagnostic contact portion 78 for diagnosis. Since measurement can be performed without passing through the connector 60 and the external connector 110, the diagnostic accuracy can be improved. Therefore, it is possible to provide the power conversion device 10 that can suppress an increase in the diagnostic time and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
[0083] The opening 48 and the diagnostic contact portion 78 are provided in advance. Therefore, after being diverted to the switchboard 100, diagnosis, connection to a DC device, etc. can be performed using the diagnostic contact portion 78.
