Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0012] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the container bag 1 includes a bag body 4 having a bottomed cylindrical shape with a substantially disc-shaped bottom wall portion 2 and a substantially cylindrical side wall portion 3, a substantially cylindrical lid member 5 extending upward from the side wall portion 3 of the bag body 4, and a plurality (four in this embodiment) of handles 8 provided at the upper end portion on the inner peripheral surface of the side wall portion 3.

[0013] Suspension straps 6 for lifting the container bag 1 are provided on the left and right of the side wall portion 3 of the bag body 4, and a pair of binding straps 7 for closing the lid member 5 are provided in the middle of the lid member 5. In this embodiment, each handle 8 is provided on the back surface of four locations where the suspension straps 6 are provided.

[0014] In this embodiment, the handle 8 is provided on the back surface of the suspension string 6 to ensure the strength of the handle 8. Note that the size of the container bag 1 can be arbitrarily set, and the shape of the container bag 1 in the unfolded state may be formed into a bottomed box shape in addition to the bottomed cylindrical shape. Further, the number and arrangement positions of the suspension strings 6, the binding strings 7, and the handles 8 can be arbitrarily set.

[0015] The bag body 4 is composed of a cloth member or a sheet member made of a tough and flexible synthetic resin fiber or natural fiber that does not break even when articles such as waste materials are put in, and the lid member 5 is composed of a cloth member made of the same or different material as the bag body 4 and thinner than the bag body 4. In addition, in order to enhance the shape retention at the boundary between the bottom wall portion 2 and the side wall portion 3 and at appropriate positions of the side wall portion 3, a core material made of a wire that can be bent with fingers may be provided.

[0016] Next, the folding method of the container bag 1 will be described. First, the lid member 5 of the container bag 1 in the first form shown in FIG. 2(a) is folded back to the outside of the side wall portion 3 like the container bag 1A in the second form shown in FIG. 2(b) to form a lid member 5A on the outside of the side wall portion 3.

[0017] Next, like the container bag 1B in the third form shown in FIG. 2(c), the lower half of the lid member 5A of the container bag 1A in the second form is folded back to the outside of the upper half of the lid member 5A to form a lid member 5B folded into two on the outside of the upper half of the side wall portion 3.

[0018] Next, like the container bag 1C in the fourth - 1 form shown in FIG. 2(d), the upper half of the side wall portion 3 and the lid member 5B of the container bag 1B in the third form are folded back to the outside of the lower half of the side wall portion 3 to form a side wall portion 10 having a four - layer structure composed of the upper half and the lower half of the side wall portion 3 and the upper half and the lower half of the lid member 5B on the container bag 1C.

[0019] Next, like the container bag 1D in the fourth - 2 form shown in Fig. 2(e), a side wall portion 10D is formed by deforming the side wall portion 10 of the container bag 1C in the fourth - 1 form into a square shape. Note that the fourth - 1 form and the fourth - 2 form correspond to the fourth form.

[0020] Next, like the container bag 1E in the fifth - 1 form shown in Fig. 2(f), the substantially bisected positions in the length direction of the left and right side wall portions 10D of the container bag 1D in the fourth - 2 form are bent toward the central portion side of the bottom wall portion 2. However, without going through the fourth - 2 form, the substantially bisected position in the circumferential direction of the side wall portion 10 of the container bag 1C in the fourth - 1 form may be bent toward the central portion side of the bottom wall portion 2 to be deformed into the fifth - 1 form.

[0021] Next, like the container bag 1F in the fifth - 2 form shown in Fig. 2(g), the front and rear side wall portions 10D of the container bag 1E in the fifth - 1 form are each folded into a substantially rectangular shape so as to overlap the bottom wall portion 2, and are arranged in a state where a pair of front - and - rear square folding portions 11 are superposed on the upper side of the bottom wall portion 2.

[0022] Next, like the container bag 1G in the fifth - 3 form shown in Fig. 2(h), the four protruding portions 2a of the bottom wall portion 2 that protrude outside the front and rear square folding portions 11 of the container bag 1F in the fifth - 2 form are bent downward of the square folding portions 11. At this time, as shown in Fig. 2(h), the four handles 8 are exposed to the outside. However, this fifth - 3 form may be omitted. Also, the fifth - 1 form, the fifth - 2 form, and the fifth - 3 form correspond to the fifth form.

[0023] Next, like the container bag 1H in the sixth form shown in Fig. 2(i), the container bag 1G in the fifth - 3 form is folded in half so that a pair of square folding portions 11 are superposed inside and the double - folded bottom wall portion 2H is located outside. However, it is also possible to further fold the container bag 1H in the sixth form a plurality of times. Also, in the container bag 1H in the sixth form, it is possible to accommodate the four handles 8 inside.

[0024] When deploying the container bag 1H in the sixth folded form as described above, carry it to the work site or the like, and then deploy it as shown in Fig. 3(a) to obtain the fifth-third form shown in Fig. 3(b). Then, by pulling up the handle 8 as shown in Fig. 3(b), the third form shown in Fig. 3(c) is obtained. Further, by stretching the lid member 5 upward as shown in Fig. 3(c), it is deployed into the first form shown in Fig. 3(d).

[0025] As described above, according to the container bag 1 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to deform it into the third form only by pulling up the handle 8 from the fifth form. As a result, the work procedures at the site when deploying the container bag 1 can be reduced, and the container bag 1 can be deployed in a simpler manner.

[0026] Note that by raising the square folding part 11 of the fifth-first form or the fifth-second form and deploying it into the fourth-first or fourth-second form, container bags 1C and 1D with a capacity approximately half that of the container bags 1, 1A, and 1B in the first to third forms in which the bag body 4 is fully deployed are formed, and it is also possible to put waste materials or the like into the container bags 1C and 1D in the fourth-first form or the fourth-second form.

[0027] Also, in the container bags 1C and 1D in the fourth-first form or the fourth-second form, since their side wall parts 10 and 10D are configured in a four-layer structure in which the side wall part 3 and the lid member 5 of the container bag 1 in the fully deployed first form are each folded in half, even when the container bag 1 is made of a relatively thin cloth material, sufficient strength for self-standing can be ensured, and it is possible to make the container bags 1C and 1D stand on their own without using a stand or the like and put waste materials or the like into them.

[0028] In this way, with about eight-tenths of waste materials or the like put into the container bags 1C and 1D in the fourth-first form or the fourth-second form, the side wall parts 10 and 10D can be extended to deploy the container bags 1C and 1D from the fourth-first form or the fourth-second form to the second form or the third form, thereby increasing the capacity of the bag body 4.

[0029] In the container bags 1A and 1B in the second or third form, since the side wall portion 3 is reinforced by the lid members 5A and 5B, it is possible to stand on its own without using a stand or the like and to throw in waste materials or the like. Then, after fully loading waste materials or the like into the container bags 1A and 1B in the second or third form, the lid member 5 is extended and developed into the first form, and after closing the opening of the container bag 1 with the lid member 5, it will be transported outside the work site.

[0030] Next, a folding method of the container bag 20 according to the modified example will be described. The container bag 20 has a configuration in which the lid member 5 is omitted from the container bag 1 according to the above embodiment. In the container bag 20, the same members as those of the container bag 1 according to the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

[0031] First, the upper half of the side wall portion 3 of the fully developed container bag 20 in the first form shown in FIG. 4(a) is folded back to the outside of the lower half of the side wall portion 3, and like the container bag 20A in the second - 1 form shown in FIG. 4(b), a double - structure side wall portion 3A composed of the upper half and the lower half of the side wall portion 3 of the container bag 20 is formed.

[0032] Next, like the container bag 20B in the second - 2 form shown in FIG. 4(c), a side wall portion 3B obtained by deforming the side wall portion 3A of the container bag 20A in the second - 1 form into a square shape is formed. Note that the second - 1 form and the second - 2 form correspond to the second form.

[0033] Next, like the container bag 20C in the third - 1 form shown in FIG. 4(d), the substantially bisected positions in the length direction of the left and right side wall portions 3C of the container bag 1B in the second - 2 form are bent toward the central portion side of the bottom wall portion 2. However, without going through the second - 2 form, the substantially bisected positions in the circumferential direction of the side wall portion 3 of the container bag 20A in the second - 1 form may be bent toward the central portion side of the bottom wall portion 2 to be deformed into the third - 1 form.

[0034] Next, like the container bag 20D in the 3-2 form shown in FIG. 4(e), the front and rear side wall portions 3C of the container bag 20C in the 3-1 form are folded into a substantially rectangular shape so as to overlap the bottom wall portion 2 respectively, and a pair of front and rear square folding portions 21 are formed in a state of being superposed on the upper side of the bottom wall portion 2.

[0035] Next, like the container bag 1E in the 3-3 form shown in FIG. 4(f), four protruding portions 2a of the bottom wall portion 2 that protrude outward from the front and rear square folding portions 21 of the container bag 20D in the 3-2 form are bent downward to the lower side of the square folding portions 21. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4(f), the four handles 8 are exposed to the outside. However, this 3-3 form may be omitted. Also, the 3-1 form, the 3-2 form, and the 3-3 form correspond to the 3rd form.

[0036] Next, like the container bag 20F in the 4th form shown in FIG. 4(g), the container bag 20E in the 3-3 form is folded in half by superposing a pair of square folding portions 21 inside so that the double-folded bottom wall portion 2F is located on the outside.

[0037] In the case of a container bag having a flap-shaped lid member, with the flap-shaped lid member arranged along the side wall portion 3 of the container bag 20 in the 1st form, similar to the container bag 20A in the 2-1 form in the above embodiment, after folding back the upper half of the lower wall portion of the container bag to the outside of the lower half of the side wall portion 3, the container bag is folded in the same manner as in the procedures of the 2-2 form and below.

[0038] When unfolding the container bag 20F in the 4th form folded in this way, carry it to a work site or the like and then unfold it into the 3rd form as shown in FIG. 4(f). Then, by pulling up the handle 8, it is unfolded into the 1st form shown in FIG. 4(a).

[0039] As described above, according to the container bag 20 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to transform it into the first form by simply pulling up the handle 8 from the third form. As a result, the on-site work procedures for deploying the container bag 20 can be reduced, and the container bag 20 can be deployed in a simpler manner.
