Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a discharging member for an aerosol container and a mounting member.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, an aerosol container in which a pressurized gas is stored together with a content and the content is ejected by pushing down a stem has been used. Usually, such an aerosol container is attached with a discharging member for an aerosol container having a nozzle connected to the stem, and the content ejected from the stem is discharged to the outside through the nozzle.

[0003] An aerosol container includes, in addition to a single-type container that stores one content in one container and has one stem, a two-piece type container in which single-type containers are arranged side by side (for example, Patent Document 1), or a container that stores two types of contents separately in one container and has two stems (for example, Patent Document 2).

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] By the way, in an aerosol container having two stems as in Patent Documents 1 and 2, since there is a gap between the stems, the gap between the nozzles connected to each stem becomes wide. For this reason, when discharging the content onto a brush or the like, it may protrude from the brush or the like because the gap between the nozzles is wide.

[0006] In view of such points, an object of the present invention is to provide a discharging member for an aerosol container capable of discharging the contents ejected from two stems into a narrow range, and a mounting member used as a member constituting the discharging member.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0007] The present invention is a discharging member for an aerosol container used for an aerosol container including a first stem and a second stem arranged on the left and right, a first nozzle including a first cylindrical portion rotatably attached to the first stem, a first discharge cylindrical portion extending forward from the first cylindrical portion, and a first extending portion extending rearward from the first cylindrical portion; a second nozzle including a second cylindrical portion rotatably attached to the second stem, a second discharge cylindrical portion extending forward from the second cylindrical portion, and a second extending portion extending rearward from the second cylindrical portion; and a mounting member attached to the first extending portion and the second extending portion. The mounting member has an intervening portion that enters between the first extending portion and the second extending portion and rotates the first nozzle and the second nozzle in a direction in which the first discharge cylindrical portion and the second discharge cylindrical portion approach each other. It is a discharging member for an aerosol container.

[0008] Furthermore, it preferably includes a fixing portion attached to the mounting cup of the aerosol container. a first connecting portion that is elastically deformable and connects the first discharge cylindrical portion and the fixing portion; and a second connecting portion that is elastically deformable and connects the second discharge cylindrical portion and the fixing portion.

[0009] It is preferable to include a hinge portion that is bendable and connects the first nozzle and the second nozzle.

[0010] The mounting member preferably includes an engaged portion that engages with an engaging portion provided on at least one of the first extending portion and the second extending portion when attached to the first extending portion and the second extending portion.

[0011] The present invention also relates to a mounting member that can be attached to a first nozzle attached to a first stem and a second nozzle attached to a second stem in an aerosol container including the first stem and the second stem arranged on the left and right, The first nozzle includes a first cylindrical portion rotatably attached to the first stem, a first discharge cylindrical portion extending forward from the first cylindrical portion, and a first extension portion extending rearward from the first cylindrical portion. The second nozzle includes a second cylindrical portion rotatably attached to the second stem, a second discharge cylindrical portion extending forward from the second cylindrical portion, and a second extension portion extending rearward from the second cylindrical portion. The mounting member also has an intervening portion that enters between the first extension portion and the second extension portion and rotates the first nozzle and the second nozzle in a direction in which the first discharge cylindrical portion and the second discharge cylindrical portion approach each other.

Advantages of the Invention

[0012] When the mounting member of the aerosol container discharge member of the present invention is attached to the first extension portion and the second extension portion, the intervening portion enters between the first extension portion and the second extension portion, whereby the first nozzle and the second nozzle rotate in a direction in which the first discharge cylindrical portion and the second discharge cylindrical portion approach each other. That is, by attaching the mounting member, the distance between the first discharge cylindrical portion and the second discharge cylindrical portion from which the content is discharged is narrowed, so that the content can be discharged in a narrow range.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0014] Hereinafter, an aerosol container discharge member 1 which is an embodiment of the aerosol container discharge member according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, “front” refers to the side where the first discharge cylinder portion 3b and the second discharge cylinder portion 4b described later are located, and “rear” refers to the side where the first extension portion 3e and the second extension portion 4e described later are located. And “up” refers to the side where the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4 are located with respect to the mounting cup 102 described later, and “down” refers to the opposite side. Also, “left” and “right” are the left and right directions when viewed from the front to the rear.

[0015] First, the aerosol container 100 to which the aerosol container discharge member 1 is attached will be described. The aerosol container 100 of the present embodiment includes, for example, a bottomed cylindrical container body 101 made of metal or synthetic resin, and a metal mounting cup 102 that is wound and fixed to the upper end portion of the container body 101. Inside, two types of contents are separately accommodated together with a high-pressure gas. The aerosol container 100 is provided above the mounting cup 102 and includes a first stem 103 and a second stem 104 (see FIG. 2) that communicate with the accommodation spaces of the respective contents. Both the first stem 103 and the second stem 104 are cylindrical and are biased upward. When the first stem 103 and the second stem 104 are pressed downward, the contents are ejected from the first stem 103 and the second stem 104.

[0016] The aerosol container discharge device 1 includes a holding body 2, a first nozzle 3, a second nozzle 4, a cover 5, and a mounting member 6. Note that the holding body 2 and the cover 5 of the present embodiment correspond to the "fixing part" in this specification and the like.

[0017] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the holding body 2 surrounds the mounting cup 102, has an inner peripheral wall 2a with a smaller diameter at the upper part than at the lower part, and is provided with a flange that extends radially inward at the upper end. An inward claw portion 2b that engages with the mounting cup 102 is provided at the lower end of the inner peripheral wall 2a, and the holding body 2 is retained by the mounting cup 102 so as not to come off. The holding body 2 also includes an outer peripheral wall 2c that extends radially outward from the connecting portion between the lower and upper parts of the inner peripheral wall 2a and then extends downward. As shown in FIG. 3, outward claw portions 2d are provided on the left and right of the outer peripheral wall 2c.

[0018] The first nozzle 3 has a cylindrical shape and includes a first cylindrical portion 3a into which the first stem 103 is inserted. The first cylindrical portion 3a is rotatable with respect to the first stem 103. A first discharge cylindrical portion 3b that extends from the rear to the front is provided at the upper end of the first cylindrical portion 3a. Here, FIG. 2 shows a state in which the above-described mounting member 6 is attached to the first nozzle 3, and FIG. 5 shows a state in which the mounting member 6 is not attached. In the state shown in FIG. 5, the left side portion 3c of the first discharge cylindrical portion 3b of the present embodiment extends so as to incline to the right as it goes from the rear to the front, and the right side portion 3d extends linearly in the front-rear direction. A first extending portion 3e that extends from the front to the rear is provided at the upper end of the first cylindrical portion 3a. In the state shown in FIG. 5, the left side portion 3f of the first extending portion 3e of the present embodiment extends linearly in the front-rear direction, and the right side portion 3g extends so as to incline to the left as it goes from the front to the rear. A claw-shaped first engaging portion 3h is provided on the lower surface of the first extending portion 3e as shown in FIG. 1.

[0019] The second nozzle 4 has a cylindrical shape and includes a second cylindrical portion 4a into which the second stem 104 is inserted. The second cylindrical portion 4a is rotatable with respect to the second stem 104. At the upper end of the second cylindrical portion 4a, a second discharge cylindrical portion 4b extending from the rear to the front is provided. In the state shown in FIG. 5, the right side portion 4c of the second discharge cylindrical portion 4b of the present embodiment extends so as to incline to the left as it goes from the rear to the front, and the left side portion 4d extends linearly in the front-rear direction. Also, at the upper end of the second cylindrical portion 4a, a second extending portion 4e extending from the front to the rear is provided. In the state shown in FIG. 5, the right side portion 4f of the second extending portion 4e of the present embodiment extends linearly in the front-rear direction, and the left side portion 4g extends so as to incline to the right as it goes from the front to the rear. On the lower surface of the second extending portion 4e, a second engaging portion 4h having a claw shape similar to the first engaging portion 3h is provided. Note that the first engaging portion 3h and the second engaging portion 4h are portions corresponding to the "engaging portion" in this specification and the like.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 5, the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4 of the present embodiment are connected by a thin and bendable hinge portion h. The first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4 are integrally connected via the hinge portion h.

[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, the cover 5 includes a cover outer peripheral wall 5a that surrounds the holder 2. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the height of the portion located at the center of the cover outer peripheral wall 5a of the present embodiment is lower than the height of the portions located on the left and right sides. As shown in the drawing, the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4 are located at a position where the height of the cover outer peripheral wall 5a is low. On the left and right sides of the cover outer peripheral wall 5a, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, mounting pieces 5c connected to the cover outer peripheral wall 5a via connecting portions 5b are provided. An operation portion 5d having an uneven shape is provided at the upper portion of the mounting piece 5c, and an engaging hole 5e that engages with the outward-facing claw portion 2d is provided at the lower portion of the mounting piece 5c as shown in FIG. 3. When the engaging hole 5e is engaged with the outward-facing claw portion 2d, the cover 5 is held by the holder 2. On the other hand, when the operation portion 5d is pressed, the mounting piece 5c tilts inward in the left-right direction at the upper portion with the connecting portion 5b as a fulcrum, while the lower portion tilts outward in the left-right direction to release the engagement between the outward-facing claw portion 2d and the engaging hole 5e, so that the cover 5 can be removed from the holder 2.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 1, a cover flange 5f extending from the front to the rear is provided on the front side of the cover outer peripheral wall 5a. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a first connecting portion 5g connected to the lower surface of the first discharge cylinder portion 3b is provided on the cover flange 5f. The first connecting portion 5g of the present embodiment extends in the vertical direction in the state shown in FIG. 6 (the state in which the mounting member 6 is not attached). Also, in the present embodiment, the portion of the first connecting portion 5g connected to the cover flange 5f is thin-walled as shown in FIG. 1, and thereby the first connecting portion 5g can be elastically deformed mainly at the thin-walled portion. The cover 5 has the same shape as such a first connecting portion 5g and also includes a second connecting portion 5h that connects the cover flange 5f and the second discharge cylinder portion 4b (see FIG. 6). By such a first connecting portion 5g and second connecting portion 5h, the first discharge cylinder portion 3b and the second discharge cylinder portion 4b can be supported from below.

[0023] As described above, the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4 of this embodiment are integrally connected via the hinge portion h. Further, the first nozzle 3 is integrally connected to the cover flange 5f via the first connecting portion 5g, and the second nozzle 4 is integrally connected to the cover flange 5f via the second connecting portion 5h. That is, the first nozzle 3, the second nozzle 4, and the cover 5 of this embodiment are formed as a single member in which these are integrally connected.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 7A, the mounting member 6 includes an upper surface portion 6a having a rectangular shape in plan view. As shown in FIG. 7B, a downwardly concave portion (pressing portion 6b) is provided in the upper surface portion 6a. Below the upper surface portion 6a, a lower surface portion 6c having a rectangular shape in plan view, similar to the upper surface portion 6a, is provided. The upper surface portion 6a and the lower surface portion 6c are connected by side surface portions 6d provided at their edges. Here, a portion surrounded by the upper surface portion 6a, the lower surface portion 6c, and the side surface portions 6d and having a shape that cuts out the mounting member 6 from front to back is referred to as an insertion recess 6e.

[0025] On the upper surface of the lower surface portion 6c, an intervening portion 6f that protrudes upward and has a triangular shape in plan view as shown in FIG. 7A is provided. Further, the lower surface portion 6c is provided with a through hole that penetrates it in the vertical direction. The through holes are circular in plan view as shown in FIG. 7A and are provided on the left and right sides of the lower surface portion 6c. Hereinafter, these two through holes are referred to as a first engaged portion 6g and a second engaged portion 6h. Note that the first engaged portion 6g and the second engaged portion 6h are portions corresponding to the "engaged portion" in this specification and the like.

[0026] The mounting member 6 also includes an extension wall 6j that protrudes from the front of the upper surface portion 6a toward the front from the rear.

[0027] When attaching the aerosol container discharge tool 1 configured as described above to the aerosol container 100, first, the holder 2 is attached to the mounting cup 102. Then, while covering the outer peripheral wall 5a of the cover on the attached holder 2, the first stem 103 is inserted into the first cylindrical portion 3a, and the second stem 104 is inserted into the second cylindrical portion 4a, and the first nozzle 3, the second nozzle 4, and the cover 5 are attached to the aerosol container 100. In this state, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the tip openings of the first discharge cylindrical portion 3b and the second discharge cylindrical portion 4b are directed forward.

[0028] Next, the mounting member 6 is attached to the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4. In the present embodiment, the mounting member 6 is brought close to the first extension portion 3e and the second extension portion 4e from the rear, and the first extension portion 3e and the second extension portion 4e are inserted into the insertion recess 6e. As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting member 6 is provided with an intervening portion 6f that is triangular in plan view. That is, when the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4 insert the first extension portion 3e and the second extension portion 4e into the insertion recess 6e, the intervening portion 6f contacts the first extension portion 3e and the second extension portion 4e, so that the hinge portion h bends and rotates around the first cylindrical portion 3a and the second cylindrical portion 4a so that the lateral interval between the first extension portion 3e and the second extension portion 4e widens. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 2, the interval between the first discharge cylindrical portion 3b and the second discharge cylindrical portion 4b can be narrowed.

[0029] As described above, the first discharge cylindrical portion 3b is connected to the cover flange 5f via the first connecting portion 5g, and the second discharge cylindrical portion 4b is connected to the cover flange 5f via the second connecting portion 5h. Also, the first connecting portion 5g and the second connecting portion 5h are elastically deformable. Therefore, even if the interval between the first discharge cylindrical portion 3b and the second discharge cylindrical portion 4b gradually narrows, as shown in FIG. 4, the first connecting portion 5g and the second connecting portion 5h elastically deform so as to tilt, so that the first discharge cylindrical portion 3b and the second discharge cylindrical portion 4b can be narrowed to the desired interval.

[0030] When the mounting member 6 is inserted, the first engaging portion 3h of the first nozzle 3 and the second engaging portion 4h of the second nozzle 4 engage with the first engaged portion 6g and the second engaged portion 6h of the mounting member 6. Thereby, the mounting member 6 can be retained so as not to come off with respect to the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4. When the mounting member 6 is inserted, as shown in FIG. 2, the right side portion 3g of the first extending portion 3e and the left side portion 4g of the second extending portion 4e move to the vicinity of the side surface portion 6d of the mounting member 6. Also, the left side portion 3c of the first discharge cylinder portion 3b and the right side portion 4c of the second discharge cylinder portion 4b are close to each other as shown in FIG. 2. That is, even if the mounting member 6 is inserted with a strong force, since these come into contact with each other and prevent the progress of the mounting member 6, the mounting member 6 is not inserted excessively.

[0031] When discharging the content, the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4 are pressed to push down the first stem 103 and the second stem 104. Since the mounting member 6 is attached to the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4, by pressing the mounting member 6, the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle 4 are pushed down, and the content can be ejected from the first stem 103 and the second stem 104. The mounting member 6 of the present embodiment is provided with a pressing portion 6b having a downwardly concave upper surface portion 6a, and thus has good finger contact, and is excellent in operability when pushing down the mounting member 6. Further, since the extending wall 6j of the mounting member 6 is located directly above the first nozzle 3 etc. as shown in FIG. 1, the force applied to the pressing portion 6b is also applied directly above the first nozzle 3 etc. via the extending wall 6j, so that the first stem 103 etc. can be pushed down straight.

[0032] As described above, in the first discharge cylinder portion 3b and the second discharge cylinder portion 4b of the present embodiment, the interval between the two is narrowed by attaching the mounting member 6, and the tip opening of the first discharge cylinder portion 3b and the tip opening of the second discharge cylinder portion 4b are close to each other as shown in FIG. 2. Therefore, when the mounting member 6 is pushed down, the content can be discharged in a narrow range from the tip opening of the first discharge cylinder portion 3b and the tip opening of the second discharge cylinder portion 4b.

[0033] As described above, although one embodiment of the present invention has been explained, the present invention is not limited to such a specific embodiment, and various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the gist of the present invention described in the claims, unless otherwise specifically limited in the above description. For example, the configuration of the above-described embodiment can be appropriately added or deleted, and the configuration of one embodiment can also be provided in another embodiment. Further, the effects in the above embodiments are merely examples of the effects resulting from the present invention, and do not mean that the effects of the present invention are limited to the above effects.

[0034] For example, in this embodiment, the first engaging portion 3h is provided on the first nozzle 3 and the second engaging portion 4h is provided on the second nozzle 4, and the mounting member 6 is provided with the first engaged portion 6g and the second engaged portion 6h so that the two engaging portions engage with the two engaged portions. However, at least one engaging portion and one engaged portion are sufficient.

[0035] Further, the discharging member for an aerosol container of the present invention can be used not only for the above-described one container in which two stems are provided, but also for a two-piece type container in which single-type containers as shown in Patent Document 1 described above are arranged side by side in a set. Further, in this embodiment, the "fixing portion" is constituted by the two members of the holder 2 and the cover 5, but the "fixing portion" may be constituted by a member in which the holder 2 and the cover 5 are integrated.
