To provide a lease contract application system configured to reduce the workload of a customer or a vendor.SOLUTION: A lease contract application system includes: an application terminal comprising a display unit for displaying a screen for lease contract, and an operation unit that receives inputs of various kinds of information; and an application support apparatus comprising a display screen storage unit 10a which stores a screen used by the operation unit for inputting the various kinds of information, the screen being displayed on a customer terminal and the display unit; a master storage unit 12a which stores a commodity information master M1 for a lease property; a lease fee calculation unit 10f which calculates a lease fee for the lease property; an agreement information storage unit 10c which stores agreement information I3 for a lease contract; and a cancellation fee information acquisition unit 10e which makes an inquiry about cancellation fee for cancelling the lease contract. The screen includes a request trigger for making a request for an inquiry about cancellation fee and an application trigger for making a request to apply for replacement, regarding the lease contract.
