Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0006] However, conventionally, a perfume that can also be used as a bath agent has not been realized.

[0007] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a perfume that can also be used as a bath agent while being a perfume.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0008] [1] The bath agent-cum-perfume according to an embodiment of the present invention for solving the above problems contains 5% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less of a monohydric alcohol, 20% by mass or more and 80% by mass or less of an oil agent containing vegetable oil, 5% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less of a nonionic surfactant, and 5% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less of a fragrance. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a bath agent-cum-perfume that can also be used as a bath agent while being a perfume.

[0009] [2] The bath agent-cum-perfume of [1] may contain 2% by mass or more of the vegetable oil. [3] The bath agent-cum-perfume of [1] or [2] may contain 5% by mass or more of an oil agent other than the vegetable oil. [4] Further, in the bath agent-cum-perfume according to any one of [1] to [3], the alcohol may be ethanol.

Effects of the Invention

[0010] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a bath agent-cum-perfume that can also be used as a bath agent while being a perfume.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0011] Hereinafter, a bath agent-cum-perfume according to an embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as "this perfume") will be described. Note that the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.

[0012] This perfume is a liquid composition that can be used as a bath agent while being a perfume. That is, this perfume can first be used as a perfume. The usage mode as a perfume is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained. For example, this perfume is used as a perfume by being applied to the user's body or clothing.

[0013] When this perfume is used as a perfume, it is contained in a container. In this case, the container is not particularly limited as long as it can be used as a container for holding the perfume. For example, it is preferably a spray container such as a so-called atomizer. That is, this perfume is, for example, contained in a spray container and used by spraying and applying it to the body or clothing from the spray container.

[0014] The capacity of the container for holding this perfume as a perfume is not particularly limited. For example, it may be within the range of 5 mL or more and 100 mL or less, preferably within the range of 10 mL or more and 70 mL or less, more preferably within the range of 15 mL or more and 60 mL or less, and particularly preferably within the range of 30 mL or more and 50 mL or less.

[0015] Next, this perfume can also be used as a bath agent. The usage mode as a bath agent is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained. For example, this perfume is used as a bath agent by adding it to the water or hot water in the bathtub.

[0016] Specifically, in this case, this perfume is added to the water or hot water in the bathtub from the container that was originally used to hold it for use as a perfume. More specifically, for example, when this perfume is contained in a spray container and used as a perfume, this perfume may be sprayed and added to the water or hot water in the bathtub from the spray container.

[0017] The amount of this perfume added to the water or hot water in the bathtub when used as a bath agent is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained. However, the amount of this perfume added to 100 L of the water or hot water may be, for example, within the range of 0.1 mL or more and 10 mL or less, preferably within the range of 0.1 mL or more and 5 mL or less, more preferably within the range of 0.1 mL or more and 1 mL or less, even more preferably within the range of 0.3 mL or more and 0.8 mL or less, and particularly preferably within the range of 0.4 mL or more and 0.5 mL or less.

[0018] This perfume can be used as a bath agent while being used as a perfume, or for example, after being used as a perfume, the remainder can be used as a bath agent.

[0019] The form of this perfume is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained, but this perfume is preferably a liquid composition having transparency (for example, a liquid composition having no turbidity). Further, this perfume is preferably a single-layer liquid composition rather than a multi-layer one. That is, this perfume is preferably a single-layer liquid composition in which, for example, even when stored in a container and allowed to stand, no layer separation occurs.

[0020] This perfume has a specific composition in order to enable its use as a bath agent while being a perfume. That is, this perfume contains 5% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less of a monohydric alcohol, 20% by mass or more and 80% by mass or less of an oil agent containing a vegetable oil, 5% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less of a nonionic surfactant, and 5% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less of a fragrance.

[0021] The monohydric alcohol contained in this perfume is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained, but for example, it is preferably a monohydric alcohol having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and particularly preferably a monohydric alcohol having 2 to 4 carbon atoms.

[0022] Specifically, the monohydric alcohol is preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, and butanol, and particularly preferably ethanol.

[0023] The content of the monohydric alcohol in this perfume (when this perfume contains a plurality of types of monohydric alcohols, the total content of the plurality of types of monohydric alcohols) is preferably, for example, 6% by mass or more, more preferably 7% by mass or more, still more preferably 8% by mass or more, and particularly preferably 9% by mass or more.

[0024] Also, the content of the monohydric alcohol in this perfume is preferably, for example, 14% by mass or less, more preferably 13% by mass or less, still more preferably 12% by mass or less, and particularly preferably 11% by mass or less. The content of the monohydric alcohol in this perfume may be specified by arbitrarily combining any of the above-mentioned lower limit values and any of the above-mentioned upper limit values.

[0025] Also, the content of ethanol in this perfume is preferably, for example, 6% by mass or more, more preferably 7% by mass or more, still more preferably 8% by mass or more, and particularly preferably 9% by mass or more.

[0026] Also, the content of ethanol in this perfume is preferably, for example, 14% by mass or less, more preferably 13% by mass or less, still more preferably 12% by mass or less, and particularly preferably 11% by mass or less. The content of ethanol in this perfume may be specified by arbitrarily combining any of the above-mentioned lower limit values and any of the above-mentioned upper limit values.

[0027] By containing the monohydric alcohol in the above-mentioned specific content range, this perfume can effectively avoid excessive fragrance irritation when used as a bath agent, and can also achieve an effective spread of the fragrance as a perfume.

[0028] The oil agent contained in this perfume includes vegetable oil as at least a part thereof, and is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained, but is preferably an oil agent that is liquid at 1 atm and 25°C. This perfume may contain only vegetable oil as the oil agent, but preferably contains vegetable oil and an oil agent other than the vegetable oil (hereinafter referred to as "other oil agent").

[0029] The vegetable oils contained in this perfume are not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained. For example, one or more, two or more, or three or more selected from the group consisting of jojoba seed oil, plant-derived squalane, argania spinosa kernel oil, sunflower seed oil, olive fruit oil, grape seed oil, castor oil, camellia oil, linseed oil, coconut oil, shea butter, macadamia seed oil, almond oil, avocado oil, hazelnut oil, mango seed oil, and sesame oil are preferable, and one or more, two or more, or three or more selected from the group consisting of jojoba seed oil, plant-derived squalane, and argania spinosa kernel oil are more preferable.
