Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] In many cases, auxiliary equipment such as a lighting device is provided near the soundproof wall. Since the conventional soundproof wall has no space for accommodating the auxiliary equipment, the auxiliary equipment is externally attached to the surface of the soundproof wall or the base part where the soundproof wall is provided, which is not preferable from the viewpoints of protecting the auxiliary equipment and appearance. In addition, a structure is desired in which a fixture for fixing the soundproof wall to the base part can be maintained and inspected from the noise source side (front side) of the soundproof wall.

[0005] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and aims to provide a technique that can store and protect auxiliary equipment, improve the appearance, and enable maintenance and inspection of a fixture for fixing a soundproof wall to a base portion from the side of the sound source (front side) of the soundproof wall.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] In order to solve the above problems, one aspect of the present invention is a storage panel provided between columns installed at a predetermined interval together with a soundproof panel for storing auxiliary equipment, the storage panel including a front portion provided on the sound source side, a back portion facing the front portion with a space equal to or greater than the depth of the auxiliary equipment therebetween, and side portions connecting the front portion and the back portion. The front portion has an opening that allows visual recognition of the space between the front portion and the back portion, and includes a lid portion provided on one of the front portion and the side portions for opening and closing the opening, and a locking portion provided on the other of the front portion and the side portions for locking the lid portion when the opening is closed by the lid portion. The lid portion includes a first lid body rotatably connected to one of the front portion and the side portions, and a second lid body slidably connected to the first lid body. When the opening is closed by the lid portion, the second lid body is slidable between a position where it is locked to the locking portion and a position where it is not locked to the locking portion.

[0007] Also, in a state where it is provided between the columns, it is preferable that a fixing portion from the opening to the base portion of the column is visible.

[0008] Also, in a state where it is provided between the columns, it is preferable that the back portion is disposed on the back side of the fixing portion to the base portion of the column.

[0009] Also, it is preferable to include a groove formed in one of the first lid body and the second lid body and extending in the sliding direction of the second lid body, and an engaging portion provided on the other of the first lid body and the second lid body and engaging with the groove.

[0010] Further, it is preferable that the second lid body has a notch that is locked to the locking portion.

[0011] Further, it is preferable that the side surface portion includes a first side surface portion connected to the back surface portion and the lid portion, and a second side surface portion connected to the front surface portion, the back surface portion, and the lid portion.

[0012] Further, it is preferable that the side surface portion has a hole through which a part of the auxiliary equipment passes.

[0013] Further, it is preferable that the auxiliary equipment is a lighting fixture or its pull box.

[0014] Further, it is preferable to include a top surface portion connected to the sound insulation panel placed above.

[0015] In order to solve the above problems, one aspect of the present invention is a sound insulation wall, which includes columns installed at a predetermined interval on a base portion, the storage panel described above, and a sound insulation panel stacked on the storage panel along the standing direction of the columns.

[0016] Further, it is preferable that the storage panel is provided between the base portion and the sound insulation panel.

[0017] Further, it is preferable that the storage panel is provided substantially flush with the sound insulation panel on the front side.

[0018] Further, it is preferable that the storage panel protrudes to the back side of the sound insulation panel on the back side.

Advantages of the Invention

[0019] According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to store and protect auxiliary equipment, improve the appearance, and perform maintenance and inspection of the fixture for fixing the sound insulation wall to the base portion from the noise source side (front side) of the sound insulation wall.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0021] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that in the following description, the drawings are schematic, and it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the dimensional relationships of the respective elements, the ratios of the respective elements, etc. may be different from the actual ones. There may be portions where the dimensional relationships and ratios are different between the drawings.

[0022] <Configuration of Soundproof Wall> As shown in FIG. 1, the soundproof wall 100 is used to suppress the diffusion of noise from noise sources such as vehicles traveling on roads or railways and factories, and is installed beside the noise source. The soundproof wall 100 includes a base portion 1, a support column 2, a storage panel 3, and a soundproof panel 4.

[0023] (Base portion) As shown in Fig. 1, the base portion 1 is a so-called wall height railing that extends a predetermined height from the installation surface of the sound insulation wall 100. The base portion 1 is formed in a wall shape by, for example, concrete, and is formed such that its upper end surface is located at a position higher than the placement surface of the noise source (for example, the road surface). On the upper end surface of the base portion 1, the lowermost panel supported by the support column 2, specifically, the lower end portion of the storage panel 3 is placed.

[0024] (Support column) As shown in Fig. 1, the support column 2 is formed of, for example, H-shaped steel. The support column 2 is erected on the upper end surface of the base portion 1 at a predetermined interval, specifically, at an interval slightly larger than the width of the sound insulation panel 4. The support column 2 is erected on the base portion 1 such that a pair of flange portions of the H-shaped steel face the front side and the back side respectively, preventing the sound insulation panel 4 from falling to the front side or the back side by a pair of flange portions of adjacent H-shaped steels. That is, the support column 2 is erected on the base portion 1 at an interval such that the width direction end portion of the sound insulation panel 4 is accommodated in the space surrounded by the flange portion and the rib of the H-shaped steel constituting the support column 2. The support column 2 is fixed to the base portion 1 via the fixing portion 20. As shown in Figs. 5 to 10, the fixing portion 20 includes a base 21, a vertical plate 22, a horizontal plate 23, and a bolt 24. The base 21 is a plate material having a rectangular shape in plan view and is placed on the upper end surface of the base portion 1. A plurality of through holes are formed in the base 21, and the bolt 24 is screwed into the base portion 1 through these through holes to connect the fixing portion 20 to the base portion 1. The lower end of the support column 2 is joined to the upper surface of the base 21 by welding or the like.

[0025] The vertical plates 22 are arranged in parallel with each other so as to sandwich a pair of flange portions 2a of the support column 2 at a predetermined interval in the width direction of the sound insulation wall 100. The vertical plates 22 extend in the thickness direction of the sound insulation wall 100 and are joined to the base 21. The horizontal plates 23 are arranged in parallel with a predetermined interval in the thickness direction of the sound insulation wall 100. The horizontal plates 23 extend in the width direction of the sound insulation wall 100 and are joined to the base 21 and each vertical plate 22. One end of the horizontal plate 23 in the extending direction extends to the vicinity of the web 2b of the column 2 to be erected. The space formed between the horizontal plates 23 is formed as a path through which the wire rope passed through the column 2 passes. The bolts 24 are inserted into the through holes of the base 21 and screwed into the foundation part 1. If these bolts 24 become loose, the column 2 will wobble, and there is a risk that the storage panel 3 and the sound insulation panel 4 will fall together with the column 2. Therefore, the maintenance and inspection of the bolts 24 are important. In this embodiment, the foundation part 1 is constructed and the column 2 is erected on the foundation part 1, but the column 2 may be directly erected on the ground such as a road. In this case, the ground becomes the foundation part.

[0026] (Storage panel) As shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the storage panel 3 is formed in a box shape by combining, for example, alloy-plated steel plates. The storage panel 3 is provided together with the sound insulation panel 4 between adjacent columns 2, and both end portions in the width direction are locked to and supported by the columns 2. The storage panel 3 is provided between the foundation part 1 and the sound insulation panel 4 and is the lowermost panel in the sound insulation wall 100. That is, the storage panel 3 is placed on the foundation part 1, and a plurality of sound insulation panels 4 are stacked above the storage panel 3 along the erection direction of the column 2. The storage panel 3 is provided substantially flush with the sound insulation panel 4 on the front side of the sound insulation wall 100. The storage panel 3 protrudes to the back side of the sound insulation panel 4 on the back side of the sound insulation wall 100. That is, the storage panel 3 is formed thicker than the sound insulation panel 4. The storage panel 3 is not used as a soundproof panel in the soundproof wall 100, but is mainly used to store the accessory equipment 200 of the soundproof wall 100. The storage panel 3 is formed to have the minimum height necessary for storing the accessory equipment 200 so as not to reduce the soundproof performance of the soundproof wall 100. Also, due to the relationship of being supported by the support column 2, the width of the storage panel 3 is formed to be approximately equal to that of the soundproof panel 4. Here, the accessory equipment 200 includes, for example, devices related to lighting fixtures (power cables, communication cables, etc.) that illuminate the front side of the soundproof wall 100, and their pull boxes.

[0027] The storage panel 3 includes a front portion 31, a rear portion 32, side portions 33, a top portion 34, a lid portion 35, and a locking portion 38. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the front portion 31 is a plate material provided on the front side (the side with the noise source) of the storage panel 3 and is formed of, for example, an alloy-plated steel sheet. As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the front portion 31 is provided so as to cover the front side of the storage panel 3 and has a first opening 311 and a second opening 312. The first opening 311 is an opening that extends from the center in the width direction of the front portion 31 to the vicinity of both ends and extends throughout the height direction. Due to the first opening 311, the front portion 31 is in a state of being divided into two plate materials. The first opening 311 houses lighting fixtures as the accessory equipment 200 and their pull boxes. The second opening 312 is formed at both ends (near the support column 2) in the width direction of the front portion 31 and is an opening that extends throughout the height direction. Through the second opening 312, the internal space of the storage panel 3 (the space between the front portion 31 and the rear portion 32) is visible, and since the storage panel 3 is placed on the base portion 1, the fixing portion 20 (particularly, the bolt 24) of the support column 2 is visible.

[0028] As shown in FIGS. 4 to 10, the rear portion 32 is a plate material provided on the rear side of the storage panel 3 and is formed of, for example, an alloy-plated steel sheet. The back surface portion 32 is formed to extend across the entire area between adjacent support columns 2. The back surface portion 32 is arranged to face the front surface portion 31 with an interval of at least the depth of the accessory equipment 200 or more. The surface direction of the back surface portion 32 is parallel to the surface direction of the front surface portion 31. The back surface portion 32 is arranged on the back side of the bolt 24 on the back side of the fixing portion 20 in a state where the storage panel 3 is provided between the support columns 2. That is, in a state where the storage panel 3 is provided on the support column 2, the bolt 24 on the back side is on the front side of the back surface portion 32 and is visible from the second opening 312 of the front surface portion 31 without being obstructed by the back surface portion 32.

[0029] As shown in FIGS. 5 to 10, the side surface portion 33 is a plate material provided on both side surfaces of the storage panel 3 and is formed of, for example, an alloy-plated steel plate. The side surface portion 33 connects the front surface portion 31 and the back surface portion 32. The side surface portion 33 includes a first side surface portion 331, a second side surface portion 332, and a third side surface portion 333. One edge along the height direction of the first side surface portion 331 is connected to one edge along the height direction of the back surface portion 32, and the lid portion 35 can be locked via the locking portion 38 at the other edge along the height direction. The first side surface portion 331 is formed to bend in the middle so as not to contact the support column 2. A hole 331a communicating with the lower edge is formed in the first side surface portion 331. The hole 331a is for passing the accessory equipment 200 (for example, a power cable or a communication cable of a lighting fixture) or a wire rope for holding the soundproof panel 4. The second side surface portion 332 has one end edge along the height direction connected to the back surface portion 32 on the center side in the width direction from the connection position between the first side surface portion 331 and the back surface portion 32. A part of the other end edge along the height direction is connected to the lid portion 35, and the other part of the other end edge along the height direction is connected to the front surface portion 31. Here, the lid portion 35 is rotatably connected to the second side surface portion 332 via a hinge 351. A hole 332a communicating with the lower end edge is formed in the second side surface portion 332. The hole 332a is for passing through accessory equipment 200 (for example, a power cable or a communication cable of a lighting fixture) and a wire rope for holding the soundproof panel 4, etc. The third side surface portion 333 has one end edge along the height direction connected to the back surface portion 32 on the center side in the width direction from the connection position between the second side surface portion 332 and the back surface portion 32. The other end edge along the height direction is connected to the other end edge along the height direction of the front surface portion 31. A hole 333a communicating with the lower end edge is formed in the third side surface portion 333. The hole 333a is for passing through a part of the accessory equipment 200 (for example, a power cable of a lighting fixture) and a wire rope for holding the soundproof panel 4, etc.

[0030] As a result, on the front side near both ends in the width direction of the storage panel 3, the space between the first side surface portion 331 and the second side surface portion 332 is covered by the lid portion 35, and the space between the second side surface portion 332 and the third side surface portion 333 is covered by the front surface portion 31. That is, the opening formed between the two third side surface portions 333 becomes the first opening 311, and the opening formed between the first side surface portion 331 and the second side surface portion 332 becomes the second opening 312. Note that the connection positions of the front surface portion 31, the back surface portion 32, the side surface portion 33, and the lid portion 35 are arbitrary and do not necessarily have to be at the edges of each part.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 4, the top surface portion 34 is a plate material that forms the upper end surface of the storage panel 3 and connects the front surface portion 31 and the back surface portion 32. The top surface portion 34 is formed of, for example, an alloy-plated steel plate. The top surface portion 34 is disposed to be inclined downward from the front side toward the back side. A soundproof panel 4 placed upward is placed on the top surface portion 34 and is connected to the soundproof panel 4 by bolts, nuts, etc. By providing the top surface portion 34, it is possible to prevent rainwater, etc. from entering the storage panel 3.

[0032] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 to 10, the lid portion 35 opens and closes the second opening 312. The lid portion 35 is a plate material provided on the front side of the storage panel 3 and is formed of, for example, an alloy-plated steel plate. The lid portion 35 has two lid bodies, that is, a first lid body and a second lid body. Specifically, the lid portion 35 has a rotating portion 36 as the first lid body and a sliding portion 37 as the second lid body.

[0033] The rotating portion 36 is formed to be large enough to cover most of the second opening 312 and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front. One part of one end edge along the height direction of the rotating portion 36 is rotatably connected to the second side surface portion 332 via a hinge 351. Thereby, the rotating portion 36 is rotatable about an axis along the height direction. Note that although the rotating portion 36 is rotatably connected to the second side surface portion 332, it may be rotatably connected to the third side surface portion 333. An engaging portion 361 that engages with the sliding portion 37 and connects the rotating portion 36 and the sliding portion 37 is provided on the rotating portion 36. The engaging portion 361 also functions as a regulating member that regulates the sliding portion 37 from detaching from the rotating portion 36. The engaging portion 361 is composed of, for example, a bolt and a nut having a shaft portion and a head portion, and is provided at a right angle to the surface of the rotating portion 36. The engaging portion 361 engages with the groove 371 of the sliding portion 37, and the head portion of the engaging portion 361 regulates the detachment of the sliding portion 37. The engaging portion 361 is provided near the upper end edge and near the other end edge in the height direction in the rotating portion 36. The rotating part 36 is formed with a notch 362 that communicates with the other edge and the lower edge along the height direction. The notch 362 serves as a gripping portion for the operator when opening and closing the lid portion 35, and can avoid contact with the fixing portion 20.

[0034] The sliding part 37 is slidably connected to the rotating part 36. By being connected to the rotating part 36, the sliding part 37 is restricted from detaching from the rotating part 36. The sliding part 37 is located on the front side (front) of the storage panel 3 with respect to the rotating part 36, and slides reciprocally along the surface direction of the rotating part 36 and along the width direction of the lid part 35 (width direction of the storage panel 3). The sliding part 37 is formed in a size where its height and width are smaller than those of the rotating part 36, and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. The sliding part 37 is formed with a groove 371 that extends along the sliding direction (width direction). The groove 371 is a so-called long hole, and is formed in a length corresponding to the movement amount of the sliding part 37. The groove 371 is formed near the upper edge of the sliding part 37. When the rotating part 36 and the sliding part 37 are connected, the engaging part 361 is inserted into the groove 371 and is in an engaged state. One side edge of the sliding part 37 is formed with a notch 372 that can be locked to the locking part 38 and is cut out inward from the side edge. The notch 372 is formed at a position facing the locking part 38 in the width direction of the storage panel 3 when the lid part 35 is attached to the front part 31. The notch 372 is formed to extend along the width direction of the storage panel 3. Here, since the sliding part 37 is slidable in the width direction of the storage panel 3, the sliding part 37 is slidable between a position locked to the locking part 38 and a position not locked to the locking part 38 when the second opening 312 is closed by the lid part 35. In other words, the sliding part 37 is movable along the width direction of the storage panel 3 between a position where its notch 372 fits into the locking part 38 and a position where it detaches from the locking part 38.

[0035] As shown in FIGS. 7 to 10, when the locking portion 38 locks the sliding portion 37 of the lid portion 35 when the lid portion 35 closes the second opening 312, the rotation of the lid portion 35 is restricted to maintain the state where the second opening 312 is closed. The locking portion 38 is composed of, for example, a bolt and a nut having a shaft portion and a head portion, and is provided at a right angle to the end surface of the first side surface portion 331. The locking portion 38 is formed to have a size that fits into the notch 372 of the sliding portion 37. When the notch 372 fits into the locking portion 38, the head portion of the locking portion 38 restricts the rotation of the lid portion 35. Since the locking portion 38 is not connected to the sliding portion 37 but only locks it, the lid portion 35 can be easily held and released by simply moving the sliding portion 37 without detaching the locking portion 38.

[0036] As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 5, and 7, when the lid portion 35 is locked by the locking portion 38, the second opening 312 is in a closed state. As shown in FIGS. 6, 8 to 10, when the lid portion 35 is not locked by the locking portion 38 and the other edge of the lid portion 35 moves to the front side (front side) of the storage panel 3, the second opening 312 is in an open state. Note that the rotating portion 36 of the lid portion 35 is rotatably connected to the second side surface portion 332, but may be rotatably connected to the front surface portion 31. The lid portion 35 may be provided on the first side surface portion 331, and the locking portion 38 may be provided on the front surface portion 31. The groove 371 may be formed in the rotating portion 36, and the engaging portion 361 may be provided on the sliding portion 37. The locking portion 38 may be provided on the sliding portion 37, and the notch 372 may be formed in the first side surface portion 331.

[0037] (Soundproof panel) As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the soundproof panel 4 is formed in a box shape by, for example, combining a galvanized steel plate and an aluminum alloy plate. The soundproof panel 4 is provided together with the storage panel 3 between adjacent columns 2, and both end portions in the width direction are locked to and supported by the columns 2. The soundproof panels 4 are stacked in a plurality of stages along the standing direction of the columns 2 above the storage panel 3. The soundproof panel 4 is provided substantially flush with the front portion 31 of the storage panel 3 on the front side of the soundproof wall 100. The soundproof panel 4 is formed to be thinner than the storage panel 3, and on the back side of the soundproof wall 100, the storage panel 3 protrudes to the back side more than the soundproof panel 4.

[0038] The soundproof panel 4 includes a front portion 41, a back portion 42, side portions 43, a top portion 44, a bottom portion 45, and a sound-absorbing material 46. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the front portion 41 is a plate material provided on the front side (the side with the noise source) of the soundproof panel 4, and is formed of, for example, an aluminum alloy plate. The front portion 41 is formed to extend over the entire area between adjacent columns 2. A plurality of slits 411 for guiding sound to the sound-absorbing material 46 are formed in the front portion 41. The back portion 42 is a plate material provided on the back side of the soundproof panel 4, and is formed of, for example, a galvanized steel plate. The back portion 42 is formed to extend over the entire area between adjacent columns 2. The back portion 42 is arranged to face the front portion 41 with an interval of at least the thickness of the sound-absorbing material 46 or more. The surface direction of the back portion 42 is parallel to the surface direction of the front portion 41. The side portions 43 are plate materials provided on both side surfaces of the soundproof panel 4, and are formed of, for example, galvanized steel plates. The side portions 43 extend in the thickness direction (depth direction) of the soundproof panel 4, and connect the front portion 41 and the back portion 42 at both end portions in the width direction of the soundproof panel 4, respectively.

[0039] The top surface portion 44 is a plate material that forms the upper end surface of the sound insulation panel 4 and is formed of, for example, an alloy-plated steel sheet. The top surface portion 44 connects the front surface portion 41 and the back surface portion 42. The top surface portion 44 is inclined and arranged so as to go downward from the front side toward the back side. On the top surface portion 44, the bottom surface portion 45 of the sound insulation panel 4 placed thereon abuts. The bottom surface portion 45 is a plate material that forms the lower end surface of the sound insulation panel 4 and is formed of, for example, an alloy-plated steel sheet. The bottom surface portion 45 connects the front surface portion 41 and the back surface portion 42. The bottom surface portion 45 is inclined so as to go downward from the front side toward the back side and is arranged parallel to the top surface portion 44. The bottom surface portion 45 abuts on the top surface portion 44 of the sound insulation panel 4 placed below. The sound-absorbing material 46 is a member that absorbs sound emitted from a noise source. The sound-absorbing material 46 is formed of, for example, polyester fiber and is elastically deformable. The sound-absorbing material 46 is provided inside the sound insulation panel 4, that is, in the space surrounded by the front surface portion 41, the back surface portion 42, the side surface portions 43, the top surface portion 44, and the bottom surface portion 45.

[0040] <Method for constructing a sound insulation wall> To construct the sound insulation wall 100, a base portion 1 is constructed on the ground beside the noise source. When the noise source is an automobile, the base portion 1 is constructed beside the road. Next, a column 2 is erected on the upper end surface of the base portion 1 via a fixing portion 20. By joining the lower end portion of the column 2 to a base 21 and screwing the base 21 to the base portion 1 with bolts 24, the column 2 is erected and fixed on the base portion 1. A plurality of columns 2 are erected at predetermined intervals on the upper end surface of the base portion 1. Next, a storage panel 3 is provided between adjacent columns 2. Next, the accessory equipment 200 is stored in the storage panel 3 through the first opening 311 of the storage panel 3. For example, when the accessory equipment 200 is a lighting fixture, the light source is installed in the first opening 311, and the power cable is passed through holes 331a, 332a, 333a formed in the first side surface portion 331, the second side surface portion 332, and the third side surface portion 333. Next, stack the soundproof panel 4 on the storage panel 3. Here, among the soundproof panels 4 provided in multiple stages, the lowermost soundproof panel 4 is connected to the storage panel 3, and each soundproof panel 4 is fitted between adjacent columns 2. At this time, each soundproof panel 4 is held with a wire rope passed through them.

[0041] <Inspection method of soundproof wall> In the soundproof wall 100, when maintaining and inspecting the fixing part 20 of the column 2, the operator opens and closes the lid part 35 of the storage panel 3 from the front side of the soundproof wall 100. When checking the loosening of the bolt 24 in the fixing part 20, slide the slide part 37 of the lid part 35 in the direction away from the locking part 38 to release the locking between the slide part 37 and the locking part 38, and rotate the lid part 35 around the hinge 351. By rotating the lid part 35, the state of the bolt 24 can be visually recognized through the second opening 312. Also, with the lid part 35 open, if necessary, the bolt 24 can be tightened further with a tool such as a wrench. After the maintenance and inspection work is completed, rotate the lid part 35 to close it, and slide the slide part 37 of the lid part 35 in the direction approaching the locking part 38 to lock the slide part 37 to the locking part 38. Thereby, the rotation of the lid part 35 is restricted, and the state of closing the second opening 312 can be maintained.

[0042] According to the storage panel 3 and the soundproof wall 100 as described above, since the first opening 311 is formed in the storage panel 3, additional equipment 200 such as lighting fixtures can be stored in the first opening 311. Thereby, it is not necessary to externally attach the additional equipment 200 to the surface or the base part 1 of the soundproof wall 100, and in the vicinity of the soundproof wall 100, no space is taken for the additional equipment 200, and the additional equipment 200 can be protected. Also, since the additional equipment 200 can be stored in the storage panel 3, the protrusion of the additional equipment 200 from the soundproof wall 100 can be suppressed, and the appearance of the soundproof wall 100 can be improved. In addition, the storage panel 3 has a large opening 311 formed in the front portion 31, and the light source of the lighting device is provided so as to be exposed to the outside through this opening 311. More specifically, when the light sources of the lighting device are provided at a predetermined interval, there are storage panels in which the light sources are stored and storage panels in which the light sources are not stored. In this case, it is used as a storage panel in which the light sources are stored. For the storage panel in which the light source is not stored, the front side may be covered by the front portion 31 and the lid portion 35, and it may be a storage panel for storing cables or the like for energizing the light source. In addition, since a second opening 312 is formed in the storage panel 3, bolts 24 for fixing the support column 2 and wire ropes for holding each sound insulation panel 4 can be visually recognized through the second opening 312. Even if the storage panel 3 is provided, the maintenance and inspection of the sound insulation wall 100 can be smoothly performed from the front side (the noise source side).

[0043] In addition, since a lid portion 35 for opening and closing the second opening 312 is provided, the lid portion 35 is opened only during the maintenance and inspection work to check the bolts 24. When it is not a maintenance and inspection work, the lid portion 35 is closed to cover the second opening 312, so that the inside of the storage panel 3 can be hidden and the appearance can be improved. In addition, when the lid portion 35 is rotated to open the second opening 312, it is only necessary to slide the slide portion 37 of the lid portion 35 in a direction away from the locking portion 38. When closing the second opening 312, it is only necessary to slide the slide portion 37 of the lid portion 35 in a direction approaching the locking portion 38. Therefore, no fasteners for fixing the lid portion 35 or tools for the fasteners are required, and the lid portion 35 can be easily opened and closed by the manual operation of the operator. In addition, the back portion 32 of the storage panel 3 provided between the support columns 2 is arranged on the back side of the bolts 24 of the support columns 2. Therefore, the back portion 32 does not block the visual recognition of the bolts 24, and the bolts 24 can be confirmed only by opening the lid portion 35. In addition, by providing a plurality of side portions 331, 332, 333, the rigidity of the storage panel 3 can be increased, and the degree of freedom in the layout of the front portion 31 and the lid portion 35 can be increased. In addition, since holes 331a, 332a, and 333a are formed in the plurality of side surfaces 331, 332, and 333, a part of the accessory equipment 200 can be maneuvered within the storage panel 3, and it can be hidden within the storage panel 3 to improve the appearance.

[0044] In addition, since the storage panel 3 includes a top surface 34, it can be easily connected to the soundproof panel 4. In addition, since the storage panel 3 is provided between the base portion 1 and the soundproof panel 4, the storage panel 3 can be arranged at a low position, and the storage operation of the accessory equipment 200 into the first opening 311 can be easily performed. In addition, since the storage panel 3 is provided substantially flush with the soundproof panel 4 on the front side, the appearance of the soundproof wall 100 can be improved. In addition, since the storage panel 3 protrudes further to the back side than the soundproof panel 4 on the back side, the volume within the storage panel 3 can be increased, and the accessory equipment 200 can be stored with a margin. Furthermore, the fixing portion 20 can be stored within the storage panel 3.

Further, for example, the shape, material, arrangement, size, etc. of each component in the above-described embodiments can be appropriately changed according to the specific usage mode of the present invention. For example, the storage panel 3 does not necessarily have to be provided at the lowermost stage of the soundproof wall 100 and can be appropriately changed according to the height of the soundproof wall 100 and the environment in which the soundproof wall 100 is installed. Also, the positions, sizes, and ranges of the first opening 311 and the second opening 312 in the front portion 31 can be freely changed within the range that achieves the object of the invention. Also, the shape and opening / closing mechanism of the lid portion 35 can be freely changed within the range that achieves the object of the invention. Also, when the auxiliary equipment 200 is not exposed to the outside, a new lid for opening and closing the first opening 311 may be provided on the front portion 31, the side portion 33, or the like. Further, the side portion 33 is not limited to the first side portion 331 and the second side portion 332, and more side portions may be provided to enhance rigidity. Also, the configuration and shape of each part constituting the storage panel 3 can be freely changed within the scope of achieving the object of the invention.
