Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a magnetic therapy device for use by being attached to the human body, a package of the magnetic therapy device, or a method for reusing a magnetic material of the magnetic therapy device.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, magnetic therapy devices that are attached to the human body and used to improve blood flow and relieve stiffness and pain have been widely used. These magnetic therapy devices use tablet-shaped permanent magnets, but their size is as small as about 5 mm in diameter, making it difficult for ordinary people to accurately attach them to the affected area.
[0003] For this reason, Patent Document 1 discloses a magnetic therapy device that uses a sheet-shaped magnet instead of a tablet-shaped permanent magnet, and Patent Document 2 discloses a magnetic therapy device that prevents magnetic flux leakage to the outside by combining a sheet-shaped magnet and a sheet-shaped soft magnetic material.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] In recent years, SDGs have attracted attention, and the momentum for recycling and reusing goods has increased from the perspective of waste reduction. The permanent magnets used in magnetic therapy devices have the property of retaining magnetism semi-permanently and still retain magnetism even after being used as magnetic therapy devices. However, since the permanent magnets of magnetic therapy devices are directly attached to the adhesive body, they are basically disposable. Although adhesive sheets for replacement for repeatedly reusing permanent magnets are also commercially available, the permanent magnets of magnetic therapy devices are directly attached to the adhesive body, making them difficult to peel off. Even if peeled off, the adhesive material adheres to the permanent magnet peeled off from the adhesive body. There is a possibility that sebum, various bacteria, etc. of the exchanger may be taken in, which poses a problem in terms of hygiene. In addition, since the permanent magnet of the magnetic therapy device is in the form of a tablet with a diameter of about 5 mm, it has a similar shape to medicine and confectionery, and there is a possibility that a person or a pet may accidentally ingest the permanent magnet peeled off for replacement. Especially when a child accidentally ingests it, there is also a life-threatening danger.
[0006] As described above, since the permanent magnet of the magnetic therapy device is in the form of a tablet with a diameter of about 5 mm, it is difficult for general users to accurately attach it to the affected area that needs improvement. Therefore, the magnetic therapy devices of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 attempt to change the permanent magnet from the tablet form to a sheet-shaped magnet to facilitate accurate attachment to the affected area. However, since both Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 apply an adhesive material to the sheet-shaped magnet or impart adhesive properties to the sheet magnet itself, they are not suitable for reusing the magnet.
[0007] The present invention has been made paying attention to the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an inexpensive magnetic therapy device that facilitates accurate attachment to the affected area, enables simple and hygienic reuse of the magnetic body, and reduces the possibility of accidental ingestion.

[0008] The present invention takes the following means to solve the above problems.
[0009] The magnetic therapy device according to one aspect of the present invention includes a seal body in which a magnetic body holding portion is adhered to an adhesive body, and a magnetic body detachably held by the magnetic body holding portion.
[0010] In the magnetic therapy device according to another aspect of the present invention, the magnetic body holding portion is a sheet-shaped soft magnetic body, and the area of the surface of the soft magnetic body on the side holding the magnetic body is equal to or larger than the area of the surface of the soft magnetic body on the side where the magnetic body is held.
[0011] In another aspect of the magnetic therapy device of the present invention, the magnetic body holding part is composed of a cloth bag having at least one opening.
[0012] In another aspect of the magnetic therapy device of the present invention, at least a part of the cloth bag has a perforated sewing line.
[0013] In another aspect of the magnetic therapy device of the present invention, the magnetic body is composed of a magnetized sheet-shaped hard magnetic body.
[0014] In another aspect of the magnetic therapy device of the present invention, at least one surface of the magnetic body has a cut.
[0015] In the package of the magnetic therapy device according to one aspect of the present invention, the content quantity of the magnetic body is less than the content quantity of the sealing body.
[0016] In the method for reusing the magnetic body of the magnetic therapy device according to one aspect of the present invention, after use, the magnetic body is removed from the magnetic body holding part of the magnetic therapy device, and the removed magnetic body is attached to the magnetic body holding part of a new sealing body at the next use to reuse the magnetic body.
[0017] In the method for reusing the magnetic body of the magnetic therapy device according to another aspect of the present invention, after use, the cloth bag is torn along the perforated sewing line of the cloth bag of the magnetic therapy device to remove the magnetic body, and the removed magnetic body is inserted from the opening of the cloth bag of a new sealing body at the next use to reuse the magnetic body.
Advantages of the Invention

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0020] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the scales and angles of the members shown in the accompanying drawings do not necessarily match the actual objects, and are adjusted to appropriate sizes for easy visualization.
[0021] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram showing the state before the magnetic therapy device of the present invention is used. The magnetic therapy device is composed of a seal body 40 in which a magnetic body holding part 20 is adhered to an adhesive body 10, and a magnetic body 30. The adhesive surface side of the seal body 40 is covered with a release paper (not shown). When using the magnetic therapy device, the magnetic body 30 is attached to the magnetic body holding part 20 and then used. Hereinafter, an explanation will be given in accordance with the actual usage state.
[0022] [First Embodiment] Figure 2 is an external perspective view of the magnetic therapy device according to the first embodiment. When in use, the magnetic therapy device of this embodiment has a configuration in which a magnetic body is attached to a sealing body, that is, it is composed of an adhesive body 10, a soft magnetic body 21 which is a magnetic body holding part, and a magnetic body 30.
[0023] The adhesive body 10 has an adhesive applied to one surface, similar to a band-aid or white tape, and can be attached to the human body.
[0024] The soft magnetic body 21 is a flexible sheet, and one surface thereof is adhered to the adhesive body 10. This adhesion may be by the adhesive of the adhesive body 10, or may be by applying another adhesive to the soft magnetic body 21.
[0025] The magnetic body 30 is a magnetized sheet-shaped magnetic body having flexibility, and is detachably held by the soft magnetic body 21 by magnetic force.
[0026] In this embodiment, it is easy to attach the magnetic body 30 to the soft magnetic body 21 during use and to remove the magnetic body 30 from the soft magnetic body 21 after use, and the magnetic body 30 can be easily reused.
[0027] If the area of the surface of the soft magnetic body 21 on the side holding the magnetic body 30 is made equal to or larger than the area of the side of the magnetic body 30 held by the soft magnetic body 21, the magnetic body 30 can be attached and detached without contacting the adhesive body 10. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from adhering to the magnetic body 30, and the magnetic body 30 can be reused hygienically.
[0028] Also, since the magnetic body 30 is in the form of a sheet rather than a tablet, it is possible to accurately attach the magnetic therapy device to the affected area and reduce the possibility of accidental ingestion.
[0029] [Second Embodiment] Figure 3 is an external perspective view of the magnetic therapy device according to the second embodiment. When in use, the magnetic therapy device of this embodiment has a configuration in which a magnetic body is attached to a sealing body, that is, it is composed of an adhesive body 10, a clothing pocket 22 which is a magnetic body holding part, and a magnetic body 30.
[0030] The adhesive body 10 has an adhesive material applied to one surface, similar to a band-aid or white tape, and can be attached to the human body.
[0031] The pocket 22 of this embodiment is a pocket having an opening 22a on the upper surface side in FIG. 3, that is, the surface on the human body attachment side, and is adhered to the adhesive body 10. This adhesion may be by the adhesive material of the adhesive body 10, or alternatively, by applying another adhesive material to the pocket 22. The magnetic body 30 can be inserted into and removed from the pocket 22 through the opening 22a. The pocket 22 is made of a material with a good texture, such as non-woven fabric or gauze.
[0032] The magnetic body 30 is a magnetized sheet-shaped magnetic body having flexibility and is held in the pocket 22 so as to be insertable and removable.
[0033] In this embodiment, the magnetic body 30 can be inserted into the pocket 22 during use and removed from the pocket 22 after use, so the magnetic body 30 can be reused.
[0034] Since the opening of the pocket 22 is provided on the surface of the pocket 22 on the human body attachment side, the magnetic body 30 can be inserted and removed without contacting the adhesive body 10. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the adhesive material from adhering to the magnetic body 30, and the magnetic body 30 can be reused hygienically.
[0035] Furthermore, since the pocket 22 covers the entire magnetic body 30, the texture is improved, and since the magnetic body 30 does not directly touch the skin, the magnetic body 30 can be reused hygienically.
[0036] Also, since the magnetic body 30 is in the form of a sheet rather than a tablet, it is possible to accurately attach the magnetic therapy device to the affected area and reduce the possibility of accidental ingestion.
[0037] [First Modification of the Second Embodiment] FIG. 4 is an external perspective view of the magnetic therapy device according to the first modification of the second embodiment.
[0038] This modified example is different from the second embodiment in that the pocket 22 has the adhesive body 10 and the pocket 22 penetrating therethrough in such a manner that the opening 22a is located on the lower surface of FIG. 4, that is, on a surface different from the human body adhering side. By doing so, when in use, the magnetic body 30 can be inserted without partially or completely peeling off the release paper (not shown), and the convenience is improved.
[0039] [Second Modified Example of the Second Embodiment] FIG. 5 is an external perspective view of the magnetic therapy device according to the second modified example of the second embodiment.
[0040] This modified example is different from the second embodiment in that the pocket 22 has a plurality of openings 22a. By doing so, the magnetic body 30 can be inserted and removed from any opening, and the convenience is improved.
[0041] [Third Modified Example of the Second Embodiment] FIG. 6 is an external perspective view of the magnetic therapy device according to the third modified example of the second embodiment.
[0042] This modified example is different from the second embodiment in that the pocket 22 has the opening 22a in the longitudinal direction. By doing so, the insertion and removal of the magnetic body 30 become easier.
[0043] [Third Embodiment] FIG. 7 is an external perspective view showing the state of the magnetic therapy device according to the third embodiment during use, and FIG. 8 is an external perspective view showing the state of the magnetic therapy device according to the third embodiment after use. The magnetic therapy device of this embodiment, when in use, has a configuration in which a magnetic body is attached to the sealing body, that is, it is composed of the adhesive body 10, the pocket 22 which is a magnetic body holding part, and the magnetic body 30.
[0044] The adhesive body 10 has an adhesive material applied to one surface, similar to a band-aid or white tape, and can be attached to the human body.
[0045] As shown in FIG. 7, the pocket 22 of this embodiment has a perforation 22b starting from the end of the opening 22a on its side surface. The pocket 22 is adhered to the adhesive body 10, and this adhesion may be achieved by the adhesive material of the adhesive body 10, or alternatively, by applying another adhesive material to the magnetic body holding portion 22. The magnetic body 30 can be inserted into the magnetic body holding portion 22 through the opening 22a. The pocket 22 is made of a material with a good touch, such as non-woven fabric or gauze.
[0046] The magnetic body 30 is a magnetized sheet-like magnetic body with flexibility and is held in the pocket 22.
[0047] In this embodiment, during use, the magnetic body 30 is inserted through the opening 22a of the pocket 22. After use, the pocket 22 is torn along the perforation 22b to reach the state shown in FIG. 8, and then the exposed magnetic body 30 is taken out.
[0048] Since the magnetic body 30 is exposed, it can be taken out more easily, and the magnetic body 30 can be reused easily. Also, since the magnetic body 30 can be inserted into and taken out from the magnetic body holding portion 22 without contacting the adhesive body 10, the magnetic body 30 can be reused hygienically.
[0049] Furthermore, since the pocket 22 covers the entire magnetic body 30, the touch is improved, and since the magnetic body 30 does not directly touch the skin, it can be reused hygienically.
[0050] Also, since the magnetic body 30 is in the form of a sheet rather than a tablet, it is possible to accurately attach the magnetic therapy device to the affected area and reduce the possibility of accidental ingestion.
[0051] The magnetic body 30 used in each embodiment will be described. The magnetic body 30 is a flexible sheet-shaped magnetized hard magnetic body, i.e., a so-called magnet sheet. As the magnet sheet, one containing ferrite magnets, neodymium magnets, samarium cobalt magnets, etc. can be appropriately selected according to the desired magnetic force. As the magnetization method, single-sided magnetization or double-sided magnetization can be selected. However, in the case of single-sided magnetization, there is a nuisance of arranging the magnetized surface on the human body side during use, so double-sided magnetization is preferable.
[0052] The shape of the magnet sheet is rectangular in the figures of each embodiment, but it may also be square or circular. The same applies to the shapes of the adhesive body and the magnetic body holding part. The size of the magnet sheet needs to be such that an ordinary user can accurately attach it to the affected part. It is preferable that the short side of the rectangle or the diameter of the circle is 1 cm or more. With this size, the possibility of accidental ingestion can also be reduced.
[0053] The thinner the magnet sheet, the better the flexibility and the better the adhesion when attached to the human body. On the contrary, the magnetic force decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to select a thickness at which the flexibility and the magnetic force are optimized. When the thickness is 300 μm or less, the magnetic force is insufficient, and when it is 3000 μm or more, the flexibility is insufficient. Therefore, the thickness of the magnet sheet needs to be 300 μm or more and 3000 μm or less, and preferably 500 μm or more and 2000 μm or less.
[0054] FIG. 9 is an external perspective view of an example of the magnetic body 30. In this example, the magnetic body 30 is a laminate of a flexible sheet-shaped magnetized hard magnetic body 31 and a flexible sheet-shaped soft magnetic body. The hard magnetic body 31 and the soft magnetic body 32 may be adhered with an adhesive or the like, or may be magnetically adhered only by the magnetic force. By forming the magnetic body 30 into a laminate of the hard magnetic body 31 and the soft magnetic body 32, the yoke effect occurs, and the magnetic force of the magnetic body 30 becomes stronger, so an improvement in the magnetic therapy effect can be expected. Also, while suppressing the magnetic force equally, the thickness of the hard magnetic body 31 can be reduced to improve the flexibility. Furthermore, since the soft magnetic material 32 can prevent magnetic flux leakage to the outside, the influence on electronic devices and medical devices can be suppressed. In the magnetic body 30 of this example, the hard magnetic material 31 needs to be arranged on the human body side. For this reason, in the magnetic body 30 of this example, for example, it is preferable to make the color of the hard magnetic material 31 and the color of the soft magnetic material 32 different colors, or to mark "human body side" on the hard magnetic material 31 and "outside" on the soft magnetic material 32. The magnetic body 30 of this example can be used as the magnetic body of the second embodiment and the third embodiment.
[0055] FIG. 10 is an external perspective view of another example of the magnetic body 30. In this example, lattice-shaped cuts 30a are made on the surface of the magnetic body 30. By doing so, the flexibility of the magnetic body 30 is further improved, and the adhesion when attaching to the human body is improved, so an improvement in the magnetic therapy effect can be expected. The cuts 30a may be made on only one side, but applying them to both sides can be expected to further improve flexibility. When applying them to both sides, adjust so that the total value of the depths of the cuts 30a on each side is less than the thickness of the magnetic body 30. The magnetic body 30 of this example can be used as the magnetic body of the first embodiment to the third embodiment.
[0056] FIG. 11 is an external perspective view of another example of the magnetic body 30. In this example, cross-shaped cuts 30b are made in a zigzag pattern on the surface of the magnetic body 30. By doing so, the flexibility of the magnetic body 30 is further improved, and the adhesion when attaching to the human body is improved, so an improvement in the magnetic therapy effect can be expected. The cuts 30b penetrate the magnetic body 30, improving air permeability, so an improvement in the usability can be expected. In FIG. 11, only one cross-section of the cut 30b is shown, but the same cuts are made at other cross-shaped locations. Also, the shape of the cut is not limited to a cross, and it may be square, circular, or the like. The magnetic body 30 of this example can be used as the magnetic body of the first embodiment to the third embodiment.
[0057] The method of reusing the magnetic material of the magnetic therapy device of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, before use, the magnetic therapy device is in a state separated into a seal body 40 with a magnetic material holding portion 20 adhered to an adhesive body 10 and a magnetic material 30. When using the magnetic therapy device, the magnetic material 30 is attached to the magnetic material holder 20 and then used. After use, the magnetic material 30 is removed from the magnetic material holding portion 20, and the seal body 40 is discarded. The removed magnetic material 30 is attached to a new seal body 40 at the next use and reused.
[0058] The package of the magnetic therapy device of the present invention will be described. In the cost breakdown of the magnetic therapy device, the proportion occupied by the magnetic material is high, and reducing the content quantity of the magnetic material leads to providing the magnetic therapy device at a low cost. Since the magnetic therapy device of the present invention can reuse the magnetic material 30, it is possible to reduce the content quantity of the magnetic material 30. The magnetic therapy device is packaged in a state separated into a seal body 40 and a magnetic material 30 in the state before use. At that time, it is packaged so that the content quantity of the magnetic material 30 is less than the content quantity of the seal body 40. For example, the content quantity of the seal body 40 is 20 and the content quantity of the magnetic material 30 is 2. The content quantity of the magnetic material may be set assuming the quantity of magnetic therapy devices that will be used simultaneously, but 2 to 4, or 10% to 20% of the content quantity of the seal body is preferable. By packaging in this way, it becomes possible to provide the magnetic therapy device at a low cost.
[0059] The embodiments of the present invention have been described above. However, the embodiments disclosed above are merely examples, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. The scope of the present invention is shown by the description in the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.
