Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In the configuration described in Patent Document 1, since the pads of the top plate main body and each top plate side are not connected to each other, the top plate main body is likely to sink. Therefore, it is not possible to appropriately suppress the wobbling of the seated person in the yaw direction. Thus, the present invention provides a seat that can appropriately reduce the wobbling of the seated person in the yaw direction even when the top plate main body is separated from the top plate side.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0005] As means for solving the above problems, the seat of the present invention takes the following means.
[0006] That is, the first invention of the present invention is a seat having a cushion body that elastically supports a seated person and a seat frame that supports the cushion body from the back side of the seat, wherein the cushion body is composed of three divided elements: a top plate main part forming the central part in the seat width direction, and each top plate side part forming both side parts in the seat width direction, and the seat further has a cloth-like member stretched on the seat frame so as to support the top plate main part in a planar manner from the back side of the seat.
[0007] According to the first invention, the cloth-like member can support the top plate main part separated from each top plate side in a planar manner from the back side of the seat with respect to the seat frame. As a result, it becomes difficult for the top plate main part to sink into the back side of the seat. Therefore, even if the top plate main part is separated from each top plate side, it is possible to reduce the wobbling of the seated person in the yaw direction.
[0008] The second invention of the present invention is the seat according to the first invention, wherein the cloth-like member is a seat that extends so as to straddle the division line between the top plate main part and each top plate side in the seat width direction.
[0009] According to the second invention, the cloth-like member can appropriately prevent foreign substances from entering the inside of the seat from between the top plate main part and each top plate side.
[0010] The third invention of the present invention is the seat according to the first or second invention, wherein the cloth-like member is a seat that covers the side edges of each side frame of the seat frame from the front side of the seat.
[0011] According to the third invention, the cloth-like member can reasonably protect the side edges of each side frame.
[0012] The fourth invention of the present invention is the seat according to the first or second invention, wherein the cloth-like member is a seat that is fixed to each side frame of the seat frame.
[0013] According to the fourth invention, the top plate main body can be supported by the cloth-like member from both sides in the seat width direction with respect to the seat frame like a hammock. Thereby, the swaying of the seated person in the yaw direction can be more appropriately reduced.
[0014] According to the fifth invention of the present invention, in the first or second invention, the cloth-like member is a seat having a pair of upper hooking holes in the seat width direction that are passed through so as to be hooked from above the seat to a pair of headrest support brackets protruding upward from the upper frame of the seat frame in the seat width direction.
[0015] According to the fifth invention, the upper part of the cloth-like member can be fixed to the seat frame reasonably and appropriately.
[0016] According to the sixth invention of the present invention, in the first or second invention, the top plate main body has a main pad forming a seat pad and a main cover covering the main pad from the front side of the seat. The main cover is drawn backward in the seat so as to wrap the lower frame of the seat frame from below the seat, and has a hooking tool hooked to the lower frame at its cover terminal. The cloth-like member is drawn backward in the seat so as to wrap the lower frame together with the main cover from below the seat, and has a lower hooking hole passed through so as to be hooked to the hooking tool at its terminal portion.
[0017] According to the sixth invention, the lower part of the cloth-like member can be fixed to the seat frame reasonably and appropriately.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0019] Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0020] 《First Embodiment》 (Schematic Configuration of Sheet S) First, the configuration of the sheet S according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 15. In the following description, when indicating directions such as front, rear, up, down, left, and right, the respective directions shown in each figure shall be referred to.
[0021] In addition, when indicating "sheet" in each direction such as "sheet width direction", it shall refer to each direction based on the sheet S. Further, in the following description, when no specific reference figure is shown, or when there is no reference sign corresponding to the reference figure, any one of FIGS. 1 to 15 shall be referred to as appropriate.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet S according to the present embodiment is configured as a single-seat for mounting on an automobile. The sheet S includes a seat back 1 that serves as a backrest portion for the seated person, a seat cushion (not shown) that serves as a seating portion, and a headrest H that serves as a headrest portion.
[0023] The lower ends of both left and right sides of the seat back 1 are connected to the rear ends of both left and right sides of the seat cushion via a recliner (not shown). Thereby, the seat back 1 can appropriately adjust the backrest angle with respect to the seat cushion.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 2, the seat back 1 has a cushion body 2 that elastically supports the back of the seated person, and a back frame 3 that supports the cushion body 2 from the back side (rear side) of the sheet. The cushion body 2 is configured to be divided into three divided elements: a top plate main body 2A that forms the central portion in the sheet width direction, and each top plate side 2B that forms both side portions in the sheet width direction. Here, the back frame 3 corresponds to the "sheet frame" of the present invention.
[0025] The back frame 3 is composed of a metal member assembled in a frame shape when viewed from the front. Inside the frame of the back frame 3, a lumbar support 3D capable of enhancing the support for the waist of the seated person is provided. The seat back 1 further has a cloth-like member 4 made of non-woven fabric stretched inside the frame of the back frame 3. The cloth-like member 4 is made of so-called needle-punched non-woven fabric.
[0026] The cloth-like member 4 is a member that functions like a so-called hammock that supports the top plate main body 2A in a planar manner from the back side of the seat with respect to the back frame 3. The cloth-like member 4 is stretched within the frame of the back frame 3 so as to be positioned in front of the lumbar support 3D.
[0027] Since the cushion body 2 is divided into the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B as described above, it is possible to perform replacement according to the specifications for each divided element. The top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B can be easily assembled to the back frame 3 generally only by access from the front of the seat.
[0028] Since the top plate main body 2A is separated from each top plate side 2B, it is likely to sink to the back side of the seat with respect to the load received from the back of the seated person. The reason is that the pads between the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B are not connected.
[0029] When the top plate main body 2A is likely to sink to the back side of the seat, the support of the seated person's body by the top plate main body 2A is not sufficiently effective during cornering of the vehicle. As a result, the seated person's body is likely to wobble in the yaw direction.
[0030] Therefore, the seat S according to the present embodiment is configured to be able to appropriately support the top plate main body 2A from the back side of the seat in order to appropriately suppress the wobbling of the seated person's body in the yaw direction. One of them is a structure in which the top plate main body 2A is supported from the back side of the seat by the above-described cloth-like member 4.
[0031] (Configuration of the back frame 3) Hereinafter, the specific configuration of each part of the seat back 1 will be described in detail. First, the configuration of the back frame 3 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the back frame 3 has a pair of left and right long plate-shaped side frames 3A that extend in the seat height direction along both left and right side portions of the seat back 1.
[0032] Further, the back frame 3 has an upper frame 3B that extends in the sheet width direction along the upper portion of the seat back 1. The back frame 3 also has a lower frame 3C that extends in the sheet width direction along the lower portion of the seat back 1.
[0033] Further, the back frame 3 further has a lumbar support 3D that is provided so as to be suspended between the upper frame 3B and each side frame 3A. The lower part of the lumbar support 3D is elastically supported from the back side of the seat by the lower frame 3C via a spring (not shown).
[0034] On the outer side of each side frame 3A, brackets 3E are bolted. Hooks E1 that can hook the upper and lower two side hanging holes 4B formed at the left and right end portions of the cloth-like member 4 are formed on these brackets 3E. Each hook E1 has a claw shape that protrudes rearward of the seat from each bracket 3E.
[0035] Further, on the upper frame 3B, at two positions on the left and right, square tube-shaped headrest support brackets B5 that extend in the seat height direction are welded so as to penetrate in the seat height direction. These headrest support brackets B5 serve as holders for inserting and mounting a pair of left and right headrest stays (not shown) that hang down from the headrest H described above in FIG. 1 from above the seat.
[0036] (Configuration of the cloth-like member 4) The above-described cloth-like member 4 is assembled to the back frame 3 as follows. As shown in FIG. 4, first, the left and right two upper hanging holes 4A formed at the upper end portion of the cloth-like member 4 are hooked by passing them from above the seat through the tip portions of the headrest support brackets B5 that protrude upward from the seat from the upper frame 3B.
[0037] Next, the cloth-like member 4 is suspended in front of the back frame 3 with the hooked upper terminal portion as a fulcrum. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the left and right terminal portions of the cloth-like member 4 are drawn in so as to be wound around each side frame 3A from the outside to the rear side.
[0038] Then, the upper and lower two side hanging holes 4B formed at the left and right terminal portions of the cloth-like member 4 are hung by passing them from the rear side of the seat through the corresponding hanging claws E1 protruding from the rear of the seat of each bracket 3E. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6, the cloth-like member 4 is stretched in a state of being covered from the front side of the seat across the upper frame 3B and each side frame 3A.
[0039] The lower terminal portion of the cloth-like member 4 is also hooked on the lower frame 3C of the back frame 3. Specifically, the lower terminal portion of the cloth-like member 4 is hooked on the lower frame 3C as the top plate main body 2A is assembled to the back frame 3 shown in FIG. 2. The assembly of the lower terminal portion of the cloth-like member 4 will be described in detail together with the description of the top plate main body 2A later.
[0040] By the above assembly, the cloth-like member 4 is provided in a state of covering the front edge side edge A5 bent inward in the seat width direction of the front edge of each side frame 3A from the front of the seat. Also, the cloth-like member 4 is provided so as to extend across the division line L (see FIGS. 13 to 15) between the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B described later in the seat width direction.
[0041] (Configuration of the cushion body 2) Next, the configurations of the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7 to 8, the top plate main body 2A includes a main pad A1 made of foamed urethane, a main cover A2 made of fabric covering the main pad A1, and a main base material A3 made of resin applied to the main pad A1 from the back side of the pad.
[0042] The main cover A2 is covered on the main pad A1 from the front side of the pad. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 8, the upper side and the left and right cover terminals of the main cover A2 are drawn into the back side of the pad of the main pad A1. And each cover terminal of the main cover A2 is fixed to each peripheral edge of the main base material A3 that is applied to the back surface of the pad of the main pad A1.
[0043] By this fixing, the main cover A2 is integrated with the main base material A3 so as to wrap the main pad A1 between the main cover A2 and the main base material A3. As a result, the main base material A3 is fixed in a state of being applied to the back surface of the pad of the main pad A1 through the main cover A2.
[0044] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7 to 8, each top plate side 2B also similarly has a side pad B1 made of foamed urethane, a side cover B2 made of fabric covering the side pad B1, and a side base material B3 made of resin applied to the back side of the side pad B1.
[0045] Each side cover B2 is covered on the side pad B1 from the front side of the pad. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 8, each side cover B2 has its upper, lower, left, and right cover terminals drawn into the back side of the pad of the side pad B1. And each cover terminal of these side covers B2 is fixed to each peripheral edge of the side base material B3 that is applied to the back surface of the pad of the side pad B1.
[0046] By this fixing, each side cover B2 is integrated with the side base material B3 so as to wrap the side pad B1 between the side cover B2 and the side base material B3. As a result, each side base material B3 is fixed in a state of being applied to the back surface of the pad of the side pad B1 through the side cover B2.
[0047] As shown in FIG. 2, the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B are individually assembled to the back frame 3 by accessing from the front of the seat with respect to the back frame 3. The top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B are assembled to the back frame 3 from the front of the seat after a cloth-like member 4 is assembled to the back frame 3.
[0048] Specifically, first, each top plate side 2B is assembled to the back frame 3. The procedure is as follows. As shown in FIG. 7, first, a fitting projection B31 formed at the upper edge of the side base material B3 of each top plate side 2B and hanging down from the eaves portion on the back side of the base material is hooked by passing it through a fitting hole B6 that opens above the seat at both left and right ends of the upper frame 3B from above the seat.
[0049] Next, each top plate side 2B is set so as to abut against each side frame 3A from the front with the hooked upper end portion as a fulcrum. Then, each top plate side 2B is pressed against each side frame 3A from the front.
[0050] Thereby, clips (not shown) assembled to each side base material B3 are inserted into attachment holes of corresponding brackets 3E bolted to each side frame 3A from the front of the seat and snap-fitted. As shown in FIG. 9, as a result, each top plate side 2B is integrally fixed to the back frame 3.
[0051] After the above assembly, subsequently, the top plate main body 2A (see FIG. 2) is assembled to the back frame 3. The procedure is as follows. As shown in FIG. 7, first, two left and right upper hooking holes A4 formed in the eaves portion projecting rearward from the upper edge of the top plate main body 2A are hooked by passing them through the tip portions of two left and right headrest support brackets B5 projecting above the seat from the upper frame 3B from above the seat.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 12, next, the top plate main body 2A is set so as to be applied from the front to the cloth-like member 4 (located on the front side of the lumbar support 3D) with the hooked upper end as a fulcrum. Next, the lower cover terminal of the main cover A2 is drawn rearward of the seat so as to be wound around the lower frame 3C from below together with the lower part of the main pad A1.
[0053] Then, a hooking tool A22 composed of a resin J-hook sewn to the lower cover terminal of the main cover A2 is fixed by hooking it to the lower frame 3C from below. As shown in FIG. 10, as a result, the top plate main body 2A is integrally fixed to the back frame 3 with the gap (split line L) in the sheet width direction between the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B filled.
[0054] As shown in FIG. 12, when the hooking tool A22 of the lower cover terminal of the main cover A2 described above is hooked to the lower frame 3C, the hooking tool A22 is passed through a lower hooking hole 4C formed at the lower terminal portion of the cloth-like member 4. Thereby, when the lower cover terminal of the main cover A2 is fixed to the lower frame 3C, the lower terminal portion of the cloth-like member 4 is also fixed to the lower frame 3C via the main cover A2.
[0055] As a result, the cloth-like member 4 is also wound around the lower frame 3C from below together with the main cover A2 and the main pad A1. By the above assembly, the upper part of the top plate main body 2A is supported from the back side of the seat by the upper frame 3B (see FIG. 7). Also, in the region from the middle part to the lower part of the top plate main body 2A, the region is elastically supported from the back side of the seat by the lumbar support 3D.
[0056] Furthermore, the top plate main body 2A is supported in a planar manner from the back side of the seat by the cloth-like member 4 stretched on the back frame 3 (see FIGS. 12 to 15). By these supports, the top plate main body 2A can support the body of the seated person from the back side of the seat with an appropriate hardness feeling.
[0057] In addition, even when a load in the yaw direction is input from the back of the seated person during cornering of the vehicle, both side portions of the top plate main body 2A are supported from the back side of the seat by the cloth-like member 4, making it difficult for the top plate main body 2A to sink into the back side of the seat. With such a configuration, even when the top plate main body 2A is separated from each top plate side 2B, it is possible to support the body of the seated person so as to be less likely to wobble in the yaw direction during cornering of the vehicle.
[0058] As shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the cloth-like member 4 is provided so as to extend across the division line L between the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B in the seat width direction. Therefore, the cloth-like member 4 can prevent foreign matter from entering the inside of the seat through the gap between the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B.
[0059] Each top plate side 2B is supported from the back side of the seat by each side frame 3A over substantially the entire region in the seat height direction. Each top plate side 2B has a configuration in which its side base material B3 supports the side pad B1 in a planar manner from the back and obliquely outward of the seat. Thereby, each top plate side 2B can appropriately support the back of the seated person from both left and right outer sides.
[0060] Specifically, the side base material B3 of each top plate side 2B supports the side pad B1 in a planar manner from the back and obliquely outward of the seat by a surface portion that extends obliquely so as to cover each side frame 3A from the front side and the inner side in the seat width direction. With these structures, each top plate side 2B is configured to be less likely to sink into the back side of the seat than the top plate main body 2A.
[0061] As shown in FIG. 11, the main base material A3 of the top plate main body 2A has a shape that forms a frame shape when viewed from the front. Specifically, the main base material A3 has a ladder shape in which the space between the left and right frame side portions A32 is connected at a plurality of locations in the seat height direction.
[0062] On the left and right frame side portions A32 of the main base material A3, first side bulging portions A33 that bulge forward of the seat are formed in regions near their lower parts. These first side bulging portions A33 are formed at positions where the pelvic support portion R of the top plate main body 2A, that is, the portion that supports the pelvis of the seated person, overlaps in the seat height direction.
[0063] As shown in FIG. 13, specifically, each first side bulging portion A33 is configured to be extruded so as to form an inclined surface M that faces obliquely inward from the left and right frame side portions A32 of the main base material A3 toward the front of the seat. In the main pad A1, recessed portions A11 that are recessed according to the shape of each first side bulging portion A33 protruding from the main base material A3 are formed on both left and right side portions of the back surface of the pad.
[0064] Thereby, each first side bulging portion A33 is shaped to bulge so as to enter each recessed portion A11 of the main pad A1. Due to the bulging of these first side bulging portions A33, in the top plate main body 2A, both side portions of the main pad A1 are thinner than the central portion, and each first side bulging portion A33 can firmly support the back of the seated person from the back side of the seat.
[0065] Specifically, each first side bulging portion A33 is configured such that its inclined surface M supports the main pad A1 in a planar manner from the back diagonally outside of the seat. Thereby, the top plate main body 2A can support the pelvis of the seated person in a planar manner from both left and right outer sides by the inclined surfaces M of each first side bulging portion A33 of the main base material A3.
[0066] Due to these supports, even when a load in the yaw direction is input from the pelvis of the seated person during cornering of the vehicle, in the top plate main body 2A, both side portions are strongly supported from the back side of the seat by each first side bulging portion A33, making it difficult to sink into the back side of the seat. With such a configuration, even when the top plate main body 2A is separated from each top plate side 2B, it can support the body of the seated person so as to be less likely to wobble in the yaw direction during cornering of the vehicle.
[0067] Specifically, each first side bulging portion A33 is formed on the main base material A3 fixed to the back frame 3. Therefore, the first side bulging portions A33 of the main base material A3 supported by the back frame 3 can more appropriately reduce the sway of the seated person in the yaw direction.
[0068] As shown in FIG. 11, the left and right frame side portions A32 of the main base material A3 are supported in a planar manner from the back side of the seat by the extending portions B32 whose regions near the upper part of the seat extend inward in the seat width direction from each side base material B3. These extending portions B32 are formed at a position above the seat compared to the pelvis support portion R of the top plate main body 2A.
[0069] As shown in FIG. 14, specifically, each extending portion B32 is configured to extend flatly across the dividing line L between the top plate main body 2A and each top plate side 2B from the outer side to the inner side in the seat width direction. Specifically, each extending portion B32 extends inward to a position where the arrangement in the seat width direction overlaps with the lumbar support 3D that supports the top plate main body 2A from the back side of the pad.
[0070] Thereby, each extending portion B32 is arranged to be sandwiched between the top plate main body 2A and the lumbar support 3D. Due to the support from the back side of the seat by these extending portions B32, the left and right side portions of the top plate main body 2A can firmly support the back of the seated person from the back side of the seat.
[0071] Thereby, even when a load in the yaw direction is input from the pelvis of the seated person during cornering of the vehicle, the two side portions of the top plate main body 2A are strongly supported from the back side of the seat by the respective extending portions B32, making it difficult for the top plate main body 2A to sink into the back side of the seat. Therefore, even when the top plate main body 2A is separated from each top plate side 2B, it can support the body of the seated person so that it is difficult to sway in the yaw direction during cornering of the vehicle.
[0072] The left and right frame side portions A32 of the main base material A3 supported by each extension portion B32 from the back side of the sheet are covered from the back side of the sheet by a base material covering portion A21 which is a part of the cover terminal drawn into the back side of the sheet of the main cover A2. By interposing the base material covering portion A21 between the main base material A3 and each extension portion B32 in this way, direct contact between the main base material A3 and each extension portion B32 can be reasonably prevented. As a result, generation of abnormal noise associated with contact between the resins can be appropriately suppressed. In FIGS. 7 to 8, in order to clearly show the configuration of the main base material A3, illustration of the base material covering portion A21 is omitted.
[0073] Each extension portion B32 extends inward in the sheet width direction from each side base material B3. Therefore, even if the top plate main body 2A is assembled to the back frame 3 after assembling each top plate side 2B to the back frame 3, each extension portion B32 does not hinder the assembly of the top plate main body 2A.
[0074] As shown in FIG. 11, on the left and right frame side portions A32 of the main base material A3, in an intermediate region in the sheet height direction between the above-described first side bulging portion A33 and the extension portion B32, a second side bulging portion A34 bulging forward in the sheet is formed. As shown in FIG. 15, each second side bulging portion A34 is configured to be extruded in a shape forming an inclined surface M facing obliquely inward from the left and right frame side portions A32 of the main base material A3 toward the front of the sheet. On the main pad A1, recesses A11 recessed in accordance with the shapes of the respective second side bulging portions A34 protruding from the main base material A3 are formed on both left and right side portions of the back surface of the pad.
[0075] Thereby, each second side bulging portion A34 is shaped to bulge so as to enter each recess A11 of the main pad A1. Due to the bulging of these second side bulging portions A34, the top plate main body 2A is such that both side portions of the main pad A1 are thinner than the central portion and can firmly support the back of the seated person from the back side of the sheet.
[0076] Specifically, each second side bulging portion A34 is configured such that its inclined surface M supports the main pad A1 in a planar manner from the obliquely outer side of the seat back. Thereby, the top plate main body 2A can support the back of the seated person in a planar manner from both left and right outer sides by the inclined surfaces M of the second side bulging portions A34 of the main base material A3.
[0077] Due to these supports, even when a load in the yaw direction is input from the back of the seated person during cornering of the vehicle, both side portions of the top plate main body 2A are strongly supported from the back side of the seat by the second side bulging portions A34, making it difficult for the top plate main body 2A to sink into the back side of the seat. With such a configuration, even when the top plate main body 2A is separated from each top plate side 2B, it can support the body of the seated person so as to be less likely to wobble in the yaw direction during cornering of the vehicle.
[0078] Specifically, each second side bulging portion A34 is formed on the main base material A3 fixed to the back frame 3. Therefore, the second side bulging portions A34 of the main base material A3 supported by the back frame 3 can more appropriately reduce the wobbling of the seated person in the yaw direction.
[0079] Summarizing the above, the seat S according to the present embodiment is configured as follows. Note that the reference numerals in parentheses below correspond to the respective configurations shown in the above embodiment.
[0080] That is, the seat (S) has a cushion body (2) that elastically supports the seated person, and a seat frame (3) that supports the cushion body (2) from the back side of the seat. The cushion body (2) is composed of three divided elements: a top plate main body (2A) forming the central portion in the seat width direction, and each top plate side (2B) forming both side portions in the seat width direction. The seat (S) further has a cloth-like member (4) stretched on the seat frame (3) so as to support the top plate main body (2A) in a planar manner from the back side of the seat.
[0081] According to the above configuration, the cloth-like member (4) can support the top plate main body (2A) separated from each top plate side (2B) in a planar manner from the back side of the seat with respect to the seat frame (3). As a result, it becomes difficult for the top plate main body (2A) to sink into the back side of the seat. Therefore, even if the top plate main body (2A) is separated from each top plate side (2B), it is possible to reduce the wobbling of the seated person in the yaw direction.
[0082] Further, the cloth-like member (4) extends so as to straddle the division line (L) between the top plate main body (2A) and each top plate side (2B) in the seat width direction. According to the above configuration, the cloth-like member (4) can appropriately prevent foreign matter from entering the inside of the seat from between the top plate main body (2A) and each top plate side (2B).
[0083] Further, the cloth-like member (4) covers the side edge (A5) of each side frame (3A) of the seat frame (3) from the front side of the seat. According to the above configuration, the cloth-like member (4) can reasonably protect the side edge (A5) of each side frame (3A).
[0084] Further, the cloth-like member (4) is fixed to each side frame (3A) of the seat frame (3). According to the above configuration, the cloth-like member (4) can support the top plate main body (2A) like a hammock from both sides in the seat width direction with respect to the seat frame (3). Thereby, it is possible to more appropriately reduce the wobbling of the seated person in the yaw direction.
[0085] Further, the cloth-like member (4) has a pair of upper hanging holes (4A) in the seat width direction that are passed through so as to be hooked from above the seat to a pair of headrest support brackets (B5) protruding upward from the upper frame (3B) of the seat frame (3) in the seat width direction. According to the above configuration, the upper part of the cloth-like member (4) can be reasonably and appropriately fixed to the seat frame (3).
[0086] In addition, the top plate main body (2A) includes a main pad (A1) forming a seat pad and a main cover (A2) covering the main pad (A1) from the seat front side. The main cover (A2) is drawn backward of the seat so as to entrap the lower frame (3C) of the seat frame (3) from below the seat, and has a hooking tool (A22) that is hooked to the lower frame (3C) at the cover terminal.
[0087] The cloth-like member (4) is drawn backward of the seat so as to entrap the lower frame (3C) together with the main cover (A2) from below the seat, and has a lower hooking hole (4C) through which the terminal portion is passed so as to be hooked to the hooking tool (A22). According to the above configuration, the lower part of the cloth-like member (4) can be reasonably and appropriately fixed to the seat frame (3).
[0088] 《Regarding Other Embodiments》 As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described using one embodiment. However, the present invention can be implemented in various forms other than the above embodiments.
[0089] 1. The seat of the present invention may be applied to vehicles other than automobiles such as railways, airplanes, and ships. Further, the seat may be installed in various facilities such as sports facilities, theaters, concert halls, and event venues (for non-vehicles) other than vehicles. The configuration of the present invention is applicable not only to seat backs but also to seat cushions.
[0090] 2. The cloth-like member may be made of a member other than a non-woven fabric. The material applied to the cloth-like member preferably has flexibility and strength capable of supporting the top plate main body in a planar manner from the back side of the seat. Further, it is preferably a material that is difficult to stretch.
[0091] 3. The main cover and / or the side cover may be made of a leather material in addition to the fabric.
