Abstract

The invention relates to a seat (10) comprising: - a seat structure (12) having at least two buttresses (16), legs (13) having fasteners for fixing to rails, and at least one seat support tube (17.1, 17.2) to which the buttresses (16) and the legs (13) are mechanically connected, - at least one backrest (21) mechanically connected to the buttresses (16), - at least one seat (20) fixed to the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2), - at least one tubular reinforcement element (30) inserted inside the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2), said tubular reinforcement element (30) having an outer periphery bonded or welded to an inner periphery of the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2). Demands

1. Seat (10) comprising: - a seat structure (12) comprising at least one crook (16), at least one foot (13) and at least one seat support tube (17.1, 17.2) to which the crook (16) and the foot (13) are mechanically linked, - at least one backrest (21) mechanically linked to the crooks (16), - at least one seat (20) fixed to the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2), characterized in that said seat (10) comprises at least one tubular reinforcement element (30) inserted inside the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2), said tubular reinforcement element (30) having an outer periphery glued or welded to an inner periphery of the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2).

Seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the tubular reinforcement element (30) comprises at least one reduced dimension section (30.1) including an outer periphery having a smaller dimension than an inner periphery of the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2), such that the outer periphery of said reduced dimension section (30.1) defines with the inner periphery of the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2) a glue filling space (31).

Seat according to claim 2, characterized in that the tubular reinforcement element (30) comprises a cannula (34) having an axial glue injection opening (35) and a radial glue injection opening (36) opening into an external face of the reduced dimension section (30.1) inside the glue filling space (31).

Seat according to claim 3, characterized in that the cannula (34) is constituted by a duct of angled shape having a first portion of duct (34.1) of axial orientation provided with the axial opening for glue injection (35) and a second portion of duct (34.2) of radial orientation provided with the radial opening for glue injection (36).

5. Seat according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the tubular reinforcement element (30) comprises at least one axial end section (30.2) including an external periphery having the same dimension as an internal periphery of the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2).

6. Seat according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2) is made of a composite material comprising a fibrous reinforcement and a matrix made of a thermoplastic or thermosetting material.

7. Seat according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the seat support tube (17.1, 17.2) is made of a metallic material.

8. Seat according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the tubular reinforcement element (30) is made of a thermoplastic material.

9. Seat according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the tubular reinforcement element (30) comprises an internal tubular portion (41) and an external tubular portion (42) and stiffening ribs (39) ensuring a connection between the internal tubular portion (41) and the external tubular portion (42).

10. Aircraft comprising at least one seat as defined by any one of the preceding claims.
