Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] However, in the above prior art, although small rises or small falls are provided to change the floor height and make it easier to utilize the living space even in a narrow space, there is no window front arrangement, and the expansion as a living space is restricted.

[0005] In consideration of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to obtain a nut structure capable of ensuring an expansion as a living space even in a narrow space.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] The nut structure according to the first aspect includes a nut having a peripheral frame including a pair of vertical wall portions partitioning the interior of a building and a ceiling portion connecting the upper ends of the pair of vertical wall portions, and a frame base to which a sash frame for holding window glass is attached to the inner periphery of an opening provided in the outer wall portion of the building and to which the pair of vertical wall portions and the ceiling portion are respectively attached.

[0007] In the nut structure according to the first aspect, it is configured to include a nut and a frame base. The nut is provided with a surrounding frame including a pair of vertical wall portions partitioning the interior of the building and a ceiling portion connecting the upper ends of the pair of vertical wall portions. On the other hand, a sash frame for holding window glass is attached to the inner periphery of an opening provided in the outer wall portion of the building. The sash frame is attached to the frame base, and a pair of vertical wall portions and a ceiling portion constituting the surrounding frame of the nut are respectively attached thereto.

[0008] That is, in this aspect, window glass is provided inside the nut, and a pair of vertical wall portions and a ceiling portion of the surrounding frame constituting the nut are respectively attached to the frame base to which the sash frame for holding the window glass is attached. Thereby, the sash frame of the window glass is provided on the extension lines of the pair of vertical wall portions and the ceiling portion of the surrounding frame.

[0009] For this reason, the outdoor side can be viewed through the window glass with respect to the back wall of the nut, and the inside of the nut and the outside are continuous, obtaining a sense of openness. Therefore, in this aspect, it is possible to secure an expansion as a living space even in a narrow space.

[0010] Also, generally, in order to improve the aesthetics, a window frame may be attached to the indoor side of the sash frame. In this case, the window frame will be attached to the frame base. For this reason, when trying to form a nut so as to include the window glass, the surrounding frame constituting the nut will be attached to the window frame.

[0011] On the contrary, in this aspect, since the surrounding frame of the nut is attached to the frame base, the window frame becomes unnecessary. Therefore, in this aspect, it is possible to reduce the number of component parts. Also, in this aspect, since the surrounding frame of the nut also serves as a window frame, there is no joint at the joint portion between the parts, and the aesthetics can be improved.

[0012] In addition, when a window frame is used separately from the peripheral frame of the nook, if the width dimension of the peripheral frame and the width dimension of the window frame are different, a step will occur, which may further damage the aesthetics. On the contrary, in this aspect, since the peripheral frame of the nook also serves as a part of the window frame, such a step does not occur.

[0013] In the nook structure according to the second aspect, in the nook structure according to the first aspect, a stepped portion is provided between the floor portion constituting another part of the peripheral frame and the indoor floor surface, and the nook is slightly raised.

[0014] In the nook structure according to the second aspect, a stepped portion is provided between the floor portion constituting another part of the peripheral frame and the indoor floor surface. As a result, the nook is slightly raised, and a space partitioned from the indoor area can be formed. Also, since the nook is slightly raised, one can sit on the floor portion of the nook, and when the depth of the nook is narrow, it can be used as a bench.

[0015] The nook structure according to the third aspect is configured to include a window sill attached to the lower frame of the frame base in the nook structure according to the second aspect, and a backrest portion provided on the lower side of the window sill, connecting the window sill and the floor portion, and provided on the indoor side of the frame base in the nook.

[0016] In the nook structure according to the third aspect, it is configured to include a window sill and a backrest portion. The window sill is attached to the lower frame of the frame base. The backrest portion is provided on the lower side of the window sill, connecting the window sill and the floor portion, and provided on the front side of the frame base in the nook.

[0017] In this aspect, by providing a backrest portion on the inner wall of the nook, a three-dimensional space can be formed inside the nook, and it becomes possible to have an extension in the depth direction inside the nook. Also, by using the window sill of the frame base as the upper end portion of the backrest portion, it becomes possible to continuously form the frame base and the backrest portion, and it becomes possible to improve the aesthetics.

[0018] The nut structure according to the fourth aspect is the nut structure according to the second aspect, wherein a storage portion is provided in the stepped portion.

[0019] In the nut structure according to the fourth aspect, by providing a storage portion in the stepped portion, dead space can be eliminated.

[0020] The nut structure according to the fifth aspect is the nut structure according to the first aspect, wherein the nut is disposed between columns provided on the indoor side of the building and is provided adjacent to the columns.

[0021] In the nut structure according to the fifth aspect, the nut is disposed between columns provided on the indoor side of the building and is provided adjacent to the columns. Thereby, the uneven shape formed by the columns on the indoor side of the building can be reduced.

Effect of the Invention

[0022] As described above, the nut structure according to the present invention has an excellent effect that it can secure an expansion as a living space even in a narrow space.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0024] Hereinafter, the nut structure according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0025] FIG. 1 shows an example inside a building 10. For example, the building 10 is configured to include a first-floor space 12 and a second-floor space 14, and the first-floor space 12 and the second-floor space 14 are connected so as to be accessible by a staircase 16. Here, in the present embodiment, a nut 18 is provided at a corner of the first-floor space 12, and the back wall of the nut 18 is the outer wall portion 20 of the first-floor space 12.

[0026] (Configuration of the Nut Structure) First, the configuration of the nut structure according to the present embodiment will be described.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 2, a rectangular opening 22 that communicates the indoor 21 and the outdoor 23 is formed in the outer wall portion 20 of the building 10. The opening 22 is provided between columns 25 provided on the indoor 21 side, and a frame base 24 is provided on the inner peripheral portion of the opening 22.

[0028] The frame base 24 includes a sash frame attachment portion 30 that is disposed on the outdoor 23 side and to which a sash frame 28 for holding the window glass 26 is attached, and a peripheral frame attachment portion 34 that is provided on the indoor 21 side of the sash frame attachment portion 30 and to which the peripheral frame 32 of the nut 18 is attached.

[0029] Further, the frame base 24 has a rectangular frame shape, and includes a pair of vertical frame bases 24A that extend along the height direction of the outer wall portion 20, an upper frame base 24B that is bridged between the upper ends of the pair of vertical frame bases 24A and extends along the width direction of the outer wall portion 20, and a lower frame base (lower frame) 24C that is bridged between the lower ends of the pair of vertical frame bases 24A and extends along the width direction of the outer wall portion 20.

[0030] For the sake of convenience, the vertical frame base 24A, the upper frame base 24B, and the lower frame base 24C in the frame base 24 are divided into the sash frame attachment portion 30 side and the peripheral frame attachment portion 34 side. On the sash frame attachment portion 30 side, they are referred to as a vertical frame base 30A, an upper frame base 30B, and a lower frame base 30C, and on the peripheral frame attachment portion 34 side, they are referred to as a vertical frame base 34A, an upper frame base 34B, and a lower frame base 34C.

[0031] On the other hand, the sash frame 28 has a rectangular frame shape, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3(A), is disposed on the sash frame attachment portion 30 side of the frame base 24 and includes a pair of vertical frames 28A attached to the pair of vertical frame bases 30A, an upper frame 28B bridged between the upper ends of the pair of vertical frames 28A and attached to the upper frame base 30B of the frame base 24, and a lower frame 28C bridged between the lower ends of the pair of vertical frames 28A and attached to the lower frame base 30C of the frame base 24.

[0032] Here, the peripheral frame 32 of the nut 18 is configured to include a pair of vertical wall portions 32A, a ceiling portion 32B, and a floor portion 32C. The pair of vertical wall portions 32A are respectively attached to a pair of vertical frame bases 34A provided on the side of the peripheral frame attachment portion 34 of the frame base 24. Further, the ceiling portion 32B is attached to the upper frame base 34B of the frame base 24. The floor portion 32C is attached to the pair of vertical wall portions 32A and the inner wall panel 36 side.

[0033] In addition, in the present embodiment, the peripheral frame 32 of the nut 18 is provided between adjacent columns 25 and 25, the peripheral frame 32 and the pair of columns 25 are adjacent, and the end face 33 of the peripheral frame 32 and the surface 25A of the column 25 are substantially flush.

[0034] On the other hand, a window sill 38 is attached to the lower frame base 24C of the frame base 24, and the tip of the inner wall panel 36 abuts on the lower surface of the window sill 38. This inner wall panel 36 is provided as a backrest portion 40 on the back wall of the nut 18.

[0035] Also, as shown in FIG. 1, a step portion 41 is provided between the floor portion 32C of the peripheral frame 32 and the floor surface 13 of the indoor area 21, and the nut 18 is made to be slightly raised. Further, as shown in FIG. 3(A), a storage portion 42 is provided in the step portion 41, and a drawer 44 that can enter and exit the storage portion 42 is provided in the storage portion 42.

[0036] (Function and Effect of Nut Structure) Next, the function and effect of the nut structure according to the present embodiment will be described.

[0037] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3(A), and (B), the nut 18 includes the nut 18 and the frame base 24. The nut 18 includes a peripheral frame 32 including a pair of vertical wall portions 32A that partition the indoor area 21 of the building 10 and a ceiling portion 32B that connects the upper ends of the pair of vertical wall portions 32A.

[0038] On one side, a sash frame 28 for holding a window glass 26 is attached to the inner periphery of an opening 22 provided in the outer wall portion 20 of the building 10. The sash frame 28 is attached to the frame base 24, and a pair of vertical wall portions 32A and a ceiling portion 32B that constitute the peripheral frame 32 of the nut 18 are respectively attached thereto. As a result, the sash frame 28 of the window glass 26 is provided on the extension lines of the pair of vertical wall portions 32A and the ceiling portion 32B of the peripheral frame 32, and the inside of the nut 18 and the outdoors 23 are made continuous.

[0039] In this way, in the present embodiment, the outdoors 23 side can be viewed through the window glass 26 with respect to the back wall of the nut 18, and the inside of the nut 18 and the outdoors 23 are made continuous to obtain a sense of openness. Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is possible to secure an expansion as a living space even in a narrow space.

[0040] For example, as Comparative Example 1, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5(A), and 5(B), in order to improve the aesthetics, a window frame 100 may be attached to the indoor 21 side of the sash frame 28 that holds the window glass 26. For this structure, for example, when trying to form a nut 102 including the window glass 26, a peripheral frame 104 that constitutes the nut 102 is used separately from the window frame 100. In Comparative Examples 1 to 3, the same reference numerals are used for substantially the same configurations as those in the present embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.

[0041] On the other hand, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a part of the peripheral frame 32 that constitutes the nut 18 is used instead of the window frame 100 (see FIG. 4). Therefore, in the present embodiment, the window frame 100 becomes unnecessary, and it is possible to reduce the number of its component parts.

[0042] Further, in the above-described Comparative Example 1, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5(A), and 5(B), since a peripheral frame 104 that constitutes the nut 102 is used separately from the window frame 100, the joint 106 at the joint portion between the window frame 100 and the peripheral frame 104 is visible.

[0043] In contrast, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, since the peripheral frame 32 of the nut 18 is used instead of the window frame 100 (see FIG. 4), there is no joint at the joint between components, and the appearance can be improved.

[0044] Also, as a comparative example 2, as shown in FIGS. 6, 7(A), and (B), when the peripheral frame 204 of the nut 202 is used separately from the window frame 200, a step portion 208 is generated if the width dimension of the window frame 200 and the width dimension of the peripheral frame 204 are different, and there is a possibility of impairing the appearance.

[0045] In contrast, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3(A), and (B), since the window frame and the peripheral frame 32 of the nut 18 are integrated and the peripheral frame 32 of the nut 18 also serves as a part of the window frame, no step is generated between the window frame and the peripheral frame 32.

[0046] Also, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a step portion 41 is provided between the floor portion 32C of the peripheral frame 32 and the floor surface 13 of the indoor area 21, and the nut 18 is made to have a slight upward slope. Thereby, the nut 18 can be made into a space partitioned from the indoor area 21. Further, since the nut 18 has a slight upward slope, one can sit on the floor portion 32C of the nut 18, and when the depth of the nut 18 is narrow, it can be used as a so-called bench nut.

[0047] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3(A), and (B), it includes a window sill 38 and a backrest portion 40. The window sill 38 is attached to the lower frame base 24C of the frame base 24. The backrest portion 40 is provided on the lower side of the window sill 38, connects the window sill 38 and the floor portion 32C of the nut 18, and is provided on the front side of the sash frame 28 in the nut 18.

[0048] In Comparative Example 3, as shown in FIGS. 8, 9(A), and 9(B), the window frame 300 provided around the window glass 26 is provided inside the pair of vertical wall portions 304A and the ceiling portion 304B that constitute the peripheral frame 304 of the nut 302. For this reason, a gap L is generated between the pair of vertical frames 300A that constitute the window frame 300 and the vertical wall portion 304A of the nut 302, and a gap H is generated between the upper frame 300B that constitutes the window frame 300 and the ceiling portion 304B of the nut 302.

[0049] In this way, by providing the window glass 26 and the window frame 300 inside the peripheral frame 304 of the nut 302, a part of the space connecting the inside of the nut 302 and the outdoors 23 is shielded. For this reason, in Comparative Example 3, although it is possible to overlook the outdoors 23 side through the window glass 26 inside the nut 302, the sense of openness is reduced.

[0050] On the other hand, in the present embodiment, as described above, with respect to the frame base 24 to which the sash frame 28 shown in FIGS. 2, 3(A), and 3(B) is attached, the pair of vertical wall portions 32A and the ceiling portion 32B that constitute the peripheral frame 32 of the nut 18 are respectively attached.

[0051] As a result, the sash frame 28 of the window glass 26 is provided on the extension lines of the pair of vertical wall portions 32A and the ceiling portion 32B of the peripheral frame 32. That is, in the present embodiment, since a part of the space connecting the inside of the nut 18 and the outdoors 23 is not shielded, the inside of the nut 18 and the outdoors 23 are continuous and a sense of openness is obtained.

[0052] Furthermore, as Comparative Example 4, as shown in FIGS. 10, 11(A), and 11(B), when the backrest portion 40 (see FIG. 2) is not provided on the back wall of the nut 500, it will directly lean on the window glass 502.

[0053] In contrast, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3(A), and 3(B), a backrest portion 40 is provided below the window glass 26 on the inner wall of the nut 18. Thus, in the present embodiment, by providing the backrest portion 40, a three-dimensional space can be formed within the nut 18, and it becomes possible to provide an extension in the depth direction within the nut 18.

[0054] Further, by using the window sill 38 of the sash frame 28 as the upper end portion of the backrest portion 40, it becomes possible to continuously form the sash frame 28 and the backrest portion 40, and it becomes possible to improve the aesthetics. Although not shown, a table or the like may be provided within the nut 18.

[0055] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, a step portion 41 is provided between the floor portion 32C of the surrounding frame 32 and the floor surface 13 of the indoor area 21, and a storage portion 42 is provided in the step portion 41. Thereby, in the present embodiment, the dead space generated by forming the step portion 41 can be eliminated.

[0056] Also, in the present embodiment, the surrounding frame 32 of the nut 18 is provided between adjacent columns 25 and 25, the surrounding frame 32 and the pair of columns 25 are adjacent, and the end face 33 of the surrounding frame 32 and the surface 25A of the column 25 are substantially flush. Thereby, the uneven shape formed by the columns 25 on the indoor 21 side of the building 10 can be reduced.

[0057] Incidentally, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, an example in which the nut 18 is provided at a corner of the first floor space 12 of the building 10 is described, but the arrangement location of the nut 18 is not limited to this.

[0058] For example, as shown in Fig. 12(A), a nut 50 may be arranged on the indoor 48 side of the window portion 46. In this case, by arranging the nut 50 in a so-called front-of-window arrangement, an expansion as a living space can be obtained. Also, here, a closet 49 is provided at a corner of the indoor 48. For this reason, a dead space is provided between the closet 49 and the wall portion 51, but by providing the nut 50 in this dead space, it becomes possible to utilize the dead space.

[0059] Also, as shown in Fig. 12(B), a nut 54 may be arranged in the dining room 52. In this case, the nut 54 is used as a bench space that can be used integrally with the dining room 52. Further, as shown in Fig. 12(C), a nut 58 may be arranged adjacent to the sub-kitchen 56.

[0060] As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been explained. However, the present invention is not limited to the above, and it goes without saying that various modifications other than the above can be implemented without departing from the gist thereof.

[0061] <Supplementary Note> Note that the following configurations may be appropriately combined to form a power management system according to the present invention.

[0062] (Configuration 1) The nut structure includes a nut having a surrounding frame including a pair of vertical wall portions partitioning the indoor of the building and a ceiling portion connecting the upper ends of the pair of vertical wall portions, and a sash frame that is attached to the inner periphery of an opening provided in the outer wall portion of the building and holds window glass, and a frame base to which the pair of vertical wall portions and the ceiling portion are respectively attached.

[0063] (Configuration 2) A step portion is provided between the floor portion constituting another part of the surrounding frame and the indoor floor surface, and the nut is made to be slightly raised.

[0064] (Configuration 3) A window sill attached to the lower part of the frame base and constituting another part of the window frame, and a backrest provided below the window sill, connecting the window sill and the floor part, and provided on the indoor side of the frame base at the nut.

[0065] (Configuration 4) A storage part is provided in the step part.

[0066] (Configuration 5) The nut is arranged between columns provided on the indoor side of the building and is provided adjacent to the columns.
