Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a landing device and an elevator of an elevator including at least one of an operation unit and a display unit.
Background Art
[0002] Existing landing devices often have a structure where an opening is formed in the landing wall, a box is embedded, electrical equipment and wiring are housed in the box, a face plate having an operation unit and a display unit is arranged to cover the opening of the box, and the face plate is attached to the wall using screws and catch springs. On the other hand, a current general landing device is a wall-mounted type that attaches a device unit to the wall via a support without using a box. Since the elevator renewal period is about 20 to 30 years, the opportunity to update an existing landing device to a wall-mounted landing device has been increasing.
[0003] When updating an existing landing device to a wall-mounted landing device, an update method is used in which components other than the box are removed, a pedestal plate is attached to cover the opening of the box, a support is attached to the front side of the pedestal plate, and a device unit is hung and attached to the support (Patent Document 1). The pedestal plate has a pair of through holes corresponding to a pair of screw holes in the opening of the box, and is fixed using screws at the locations of the screw holes and the through holes.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] When the device unit to be updated has a shape equivalent to that of the existing box or is larger than the box, the screws inserted through the through-holes of the pedestal plate are hidden by the device unit, and the heads of the screws do not protrude onto the design surface when the landing device is viewed from the front. However, when the device unit to be updated is smaller than the existing box, or when the device unit to be updated is arranged with a shift upward or downward, the screws inserted through the through-holes of the pedestal plate will be exposed without being hidden, resulting in a problem of reduced design quality.
[0006] And, in the existing landing device, the display part is often analog, and generally the overall length is long, while in the device unit to be updated, the display part is digital or liquid crystal, and the overall length is short. Therefore, the frequency of the device unit to be updated being smaller than the existing box is high, and in this regard, the above problem can become prominent.
[0007] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a landing device for an elevator and an elevator that are excellent in design quality and in which the fixture is not exposed on the design surface.

[0017] <Embodiment 1> Hereinafter, the landing device according to Embodiment 1 will be described.
[0018] As shown in FIG. 1, the landing device 1 includes a wall-mounted device unit 7 as the main configuration of the device. The device unit 7 includes an operation unit 70 and a display unit 71. The operation unit 70 includes an upper call registration button and a lower call registration button. The display unit 71 includes a floor display unit and a car state display unit. The floor display unit displays information regarding the position of the car, that is, which floor the car is on. The car state display unit displays information regarding the movement of the car, that is, whether the car is ascending, stopped, or descending. The operation unit 70 and the display unit 71 are common ones used in elevators.
[0019] Incidentally, the landing device 1 (device unit 7) including the operation unit 70 and the display unit 71 is also referred to as a landing operation display device (operation display unit). There are also landing devices (device units) that include only the operation unit 70 or only the display unit 71. A landing device (device unit) that includes only the operation unit 70 is also referred to as a landing operation device (operation unit), and a landing device (device unit) that includes only the display unit 71 is also referred to as a landing display device (display unit).
[0020] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the landing device 1 is configured using an existing box 2. The landing device 1 includes a first plate 3, a second plate 4, a support 5 for the device unit 7, and the device unit 7. These are fixed using fixtures 60, 61,....
[0021] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the box 2 is embedded in an opening formed in the landing wall. The box 2 is the one that was used in the existing landing device 1'. When updating the existing landing device 1' to the landing device 1, components other than the box 2 (such as the face plate 4', etc.) are removed, and only the box 2 is left.
[0022] The box 2 includes a pair of upper and lower engaging portions 20, 20, an upper wall plate 21, a lower wall plate 22, left and right side wall plates 23, 23, and a bottom plate 24. The box 2 has a vertically long rectangular shape when viewed from the front. The engaging portion 20 is provided at a location of inwardly projecting pieces 21a, 22a that project inward from the upper wall plate 21 and the lower wall plate 22, respectively. For this reason, the engaging portion 20 is provided in the vicinity of each of the upper wall plate 21 and the lower wall portion 22. The engaging portion 20 is in the form of a clip that sandwiches the inwardly projecting pieces 21a, 22a. As an example, the engaging portion 20 is a screw hole of a nut joined to the clip. Through holes are formed in the inwardly projecting pieces 21a, 22a concentric with the screw holes.
[0023] As shown in Fig. 6(a), the first plate 3 has a vertically long rectangular shape when viewed from the front. Also, the first plate 3 has a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is longer than the length in the vertical direction of the opening of the box 2 (substantially the same as the opening of the boarding wall, hereinafter simply referred to as the opening), and the width in the left-right direction is larger than the width in the left-right direction of the opening. That is, the first plate 3 has a shape larger than the opening. The first plate 3 is a flat plate. The first plate 3 is arranged to cover the opening. The first plate 3 has rigidity and is composed of, for example, materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and hard resin (with plating treatment on the surface).
[0024] The first plate 3 is provided with a pair of through holes 30, 30 corresponding to the pair of engaging portions 20, 20. Also, the first plate 3 is provided with an engaging portion 31, an engaging portion 32, and a wiring passage port 34 in a region inside the pair of through holes 30, 30 (the device unit arrangement region, that is, the region where the device unit 7 is located when the boarding device 1 is viewed from the front, the front view projection region of the device unit 7). As an example, the engaging portion 31 is provided at a total of three locations, one location on the upper side (for example, the central location in the left-right direction) and two locations on the lower side (for example, the line-symmetric locations in the left-right direction). As an example, the engaging portion 32 is provided at a total of three locations, two locations on the upper side (for example, the line-symmetric locations in the left-right direction) and one location on the lower side (for example, the central location in the left-right direction). As an example, the through hole 30 is a dish-shaped hole which is a form of a countersunk hole, the engaging portion 31 is a threaded hole of a blind nut, and the engaging portion 32 is a threaded hole obtained by tapping a bottom hole. The wiring passage port 34 is an opening through which the wiring of the device unit 7 is connected to the electrical system in the box 2.
[0025] As shown in Fig. 6(b), the second plate 4 has a vertically long rectangular shape when viewed from the front. Also, the second plate 4 has a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is longer than the distance between the through-holes 30, 30 of the first plate 3. Further, the second plate 4 has the same shape as the first plate 3. The second plate 4 is a flat plate. The second plate 4 is disposed on the front side of the first plate 3 so as to be in contact with and (with the outer edges) coincide and overlap the first plate 3. The second plate 4 is configured using the same material as the first plate 3. Alternatively, since the second plate 4 becomes a face plate, it may be configured using a material with higher design characteristics than the first plate 3.
[0026] The second plate 4 is not provided with through-holes or any processing at locations corresponding to the pair of through-holes 30, 30 of the first plate 3. Also, the second plate 4 is provided with a through-hole 41, a through-hole 42, an engaging portion 43, and a wiring passage hole 44 within the device unit arrangement region. The through-hole 41 is provided corresponding to the engaging portion 31 of the first plate 3. The through-hole 42 is provided corresponding to the engaging portion 32 of the first plate 3. As an example, the engaging portion 43 is provided at a total of three locations, i.e., two upper locations (for example, line-symmetric locations in the left-right direction) and one lower location (for example, the central location in the left-right direction). As an example, the through-hole 41 is a round hole, the through-hole 42 is a dish-shaped hole which is a form of a countersunk hole, and the engaging portion 43 is a tapped hole obtained by tapping a bottom hole. The wiring passage hole 44 is provided corresponding to the wiring passage hole 34 of the first plate 3 and is an opening through which the wiring of the device unit 7 is passed to connect to the electrical system within the box 2.
[0027] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the support 5 is in the form of a plate (support plate). The support 5 has a vertically long rectangular shape when viewed from the front. Also, the support 5 has a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is shorter than the length in the vertical direction of the first plate 3 and the second plate 4, and the width in the left - right direction is smaller than the width in the left - right direction of the first plate 3 and the second plate 4. That is, the support 5 has a shape smaller than the first plate 3 and the second plate 4. Also, the support 5 has a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is shorter than the length in the vertical direction of the opening, and the width in the left - right direction is smaller than the width in the left - right direction of the opening. That is, the support 5 has a shape smaller than the opening. Also, the support 5 has a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is shorter than the distance between the through - holes 30, 30 of the first plate 3. Also, the support 5 has a shape smaller than the device unit 7 and has a size that fits within the device unit arrangement area. The support 5 is arranged on the front side of the second plate 4 so as to be in contact with and overlap the second plate 4.
[0028] The support 5 includes a through - hole 51, a through - hole 53, and a wiring passage port 54 within the device unit arrangement area. The through - hole 51 is provided corresponding to the engaging portion 31 of the first plate 3 and the through - hole 41 of the second plate 4. The through - hole 53 is provided corresponding to the engaging portion 43 of the second plate 4. As an example, the through - holes 51, 53 are round holes. The wiring passage port 54 is provided corresponding to the wiring passage port 34 of the first plate 3 and the wiring passage port 44 of the second plate 4, and is an opening through which the wiring of the device unit 7 is passed to connect to the electrical system within the box 2.
[0029] As shown in FIG. 8(a), the first plate 3 is fixed to the wall using a fixture 60. The fixture 60 has its shaft portion inserted through the through - hole 30 of the first plate 3 and engaged with the engaging portion 20 within the opening. As an example, the fixture 60 is a countersunk screw with a cross - hole. As described above, as an example, the engaging portion 20 is a threaded hole and the through - hole 30 is a countersunk hole, so the fixture 60 is inserted into the through - hole 30 without its head protruding from the front of the first plate 3, and its threaded portion is screwed with the engaging portion 20 to fix (fasten) the first plate 3 at the locations of the engaging portion 20 and the through - hole 30.
[0030] Since the head of the fixture 60 does not protrude from the front of the first plate 3, the second plate 4 is arranged so as to be in contact with and overlap the front of the first plate 3. Moreover, the second plate 4 does not have a through hole at the position corresponding to the through hole 30. Therefore, although the fixture 60 is located outside the device unit arrangement area, it is hidden by the second plate 4 and is not exposed on the design surface when the boarding device 1 is viewed from the front.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 8(b), the second plate 4 is fixed to the first plate 3 using the fixture 61, and the support 5 is fixed to the second plate 4 (and the first plate 3) using the fixture 61. The fixture 61 has its shaft inserted through the through hole 51 of the support 5 and the through hole 41 of the second plate 4, and its shaft engages with the engaging portion 31 of the first plate 3. As an example, the fixture 61 is a small truss screw with a cross hole. As described above, as an example, the engaging portion 31 is a threaded hole, and the through holes 41 and 51 are round holes. Therefore, the fixture 61 has its screw portion threaded through the through holes 51 and 41 and screwed into the engaging portion 31, and fixes (fastens) the second plate 4 and the support 5 at the positions of the engaging portion 31 and the through holes 41 and 51.
[0032] The fixture 61 is located within the device unit arrangement area. Therefore, the fixture 61 is hidden by the device unit 7 and is not exposed on the design surface when the boarding device 1 is viewed from the front.
[0033] As shown in FIG. 8(c), the second plate 4 is fixed to the first plate 3 using the fixture 62. The fixture 62 has its shaft inserted through the through hole 42 of the second plate 4 and its shaft engages with the engaging portion 32 of the first plate 3. As an example, the fixture 62 is a small dish screw with a cross hole. As described above, as an example, the engaging portion 32 is a threaded hole and the through hole 42 is a dish hole. Therefore, the fixture 62 is inserted into the through hole 42 without its head protruding from the front of the second plate 4, and its screw portion is screwed into the engaging portion 32, and fixes (fastens) the second plate 4 at the positions of the engaging portion 32 and the through hole 42.
[0034] Since the head of the fixture 62 does not protrude from the front of the second plate 4, the support 5 is arranged to contact and overlap with the front of the second plate 4. Moreover, the support 5 does not have a through hole at the location corresponding to the through hole 42. Moreover, the fixture 62 is located within the device unit arrangement area. For this reason, the fixture 62 is hidden by the support 5 and the device unit 7 and is not exposed on the design surface when the landing device 1 is viewed from the front.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 8(c), the support 5 is fixed to the second plate 4 using the fixture 63. The fixture 63 has its shaft inserted through the through hole 53 of the support 5 and engaged with the engaging portion 43 of the second plate 4. As an example, the fixture 63 is a small truss screw with a cross hole. As described above, as an example, the engaging portion 43 is a threaded hole and the through hole 53 is a round hole. Therefore, the fixture 63 has its threaded portion screwed through the through hole 53 and engaged with the engaging portion 43 to fix the support 5 at the locations of the engaging portion 43 and the through hole 53.
[0036] The fixture 63 is located within the device unit arrangement area. For this reason, the fixture 63 is hidden by the device unit 7 and is not exposed on the design surface when the landing device 1 is viewed from the front.
[0037] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the device unit 7 has a vertically long rectangular shape when viewed from the front. Also, the device unit 7 has a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is shorter than the length in the vertical direction of the first plate 3 and the second plate 4, and the width in the left-right direction is smaller than the width in the left-right direction of the first plate 3 and the second plate 4. That is, the device unit 7 has a shape smaller than the first plate 3 and the second plate 4. Further, the device unit 7 has a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is shorter than the length in the vertical direction of the opening, and the width in the left-right direction is smaller than the width in the left-right direction of the opening. That is, the device unit 7 has a shape smaller than the opening. Also, the device unit 7 has a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is shorter than the distance between the through-holes 30, 30 of the first plate 3. The device unit 7 is attached by hanging on the locking claws 50 of the support 5. The device unit 7 is arranged on the front side of the second plate 4 so that each fixture 60 (two fixtures 60, 60) inserted through the through-holes 30 of the first plate 3 is positioned outside the device unit arrangement area, and the back or the end face on the back side abuts against the front of the second plate 4. The device unit 7 is fixed to the support 5 using the fixture 64 at an inconspicuous location such as the lower surface.
[0038] The configuration of the landing device 1 according to the first embodiment is as described above. Next, a method for updating the landing device 1 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 8. There are four types of methods, and any of the update methods commonly includes a step of removing the configuration of the existing landing device 1' except for the box 2 (step 1) and a step of fixing the first plate 3 to the wall using the fixture 60 (step 2).
[0039] The first update method includes steps 1, 2, and (Step 3) A step of fixing the support 5 to the second plate 4 at two or three locations using the fixture 63 (Step 4) A step of fixing the second plate 4 and the support 5 to the first plate 3 at three locations using the fixture 61 is provided. According to the first update method, the fixture 62 is not used, and the formation of the engaging portion 32 and the through-hole 42 is not essential.
[0040] The second update method includes steps 1 and 2, and (Step 3) A step of fixing the second plate 4 to the first plate 3 at two or three positions using the fixture 62 (Step 4) A step of fixing the support 5 to the first plate 3 and the second plate 4 at three positions using the fixture 61 and is provided with. According to the second update method, the fixture 63 is not used, and the formation of the engaging portion 43 and the through hole 53 is not essential.
[0041] The third update method includes steps 1 and 2, and (Step 3) A step of fixing the second plate 4 to the first plate 3 at three positions using the fixture 62 (Step 4) A step of fixing the support 5 to the second plate 4 at three positions using the fixture 63 and is provided with. According to the third update method, the fixture 61 is not used, and the formation of the engaging portion 31, the through holes 41 and 51 is not essential.
[0042] The fourth update method includes steps 1 and 2, and (Step 3) A step of fixing the second plate 4 and the support 5 to the first plate 3 at three positions using the fixture 61 and is provided with. According to the fourth update method, the fixtures 62 and 63 are not used, and the formation of the engaging portion 32, the through hole 42, the engaging portion 43 and the through hole 53 is not essential.
[0043] As described above, according to the landing device 1 according to Embodiment 1, the fixture 60 for fixing the first plate 3 is hidden by the second plate 4, and the fixtures 61 and 62 for fixing the second plate 4 and the fixtures 61 and 63 for fixing the support 5 are hidden by the device unit 7, and none of the fixtures 60 to 63 are exposed on the design surface when the landing device 1 is viewed from the front. Therefore, according to the landing device 1 according to Embodiment 1, the design property of the landing device 1 can be improved.
[0044] Moreover, according to the landing device 1 according to Embodiment 1, the first plate 3 and the second plate 4 are overlapped so that their outer edges coincide. As a result, when the landing device 1 is viewed from the front, the first plate 3 and the second plate 4 do not form a step and present the appearance of a single plate. Therefore, according to the landing device 1 according to Embodiment 1, the design property of the landing device 1 can be further improved.
[0045] <Embodiment 2> Next, the landing device according to Embodiment 2 will be described. In the following, mainly the differences from the landing device 1 according to Embodiment 1 will be described, and the same points will be omitted assuming that they are the same as the description of the landing device 1 according to Embodiment 1.
[0046] As shown in FIGS. 9 to 13, the differences are that the form of the second plate 4 is different, the forms of the fixtures 61 and 63 are different accordingly, and the engaging portion 32 and the through hole 42 are not formed and the fixture 62 is not used.
[0047] The second plate 4 has a shape with a length in the vertical direction longer than the length in the vertical direction of the first plate 3 and a width in the horizontal direction larger than the width in the horizontal direction of the first plate 3. That is, the second plate 4 has a shape larger than the first plate 3. The second plate 4 includes a peripheral wall 45 that protrudes from the outer edge of the flat plate toward the first plate 3. The peripheral wall 45 protrudes by an amount larger than the thickness of the first plate 3. As a result, the second plate 4 is arranged on the front side of the first plate 3 so as to accommodate the first plate 3 inside, the tip surface of the peripheral wall 45 abuts against the wall surface of the landing, and a flat internal gap is formed between the second plate 4 and the first plate 3. The internal gap is used to route wiring of a different system from the wiring of the device unit 7 (for example, the wiring of the wheelchair device unit arranged side by side under the device unit 7).
[0048] Since an internal gap is formed between the first plate 3 and the second plate 4, as shown in FIG. 13(b), a spacer 65 is externally inserted into the shaft portion of the fixture 61. Further, as shown in FIG. 13(c), since the second plate 4 has a thickness smaller than the thickness of the first plate 3, a through hole 43 is formed in the second plate 4 instead of a screw hole, and the fixture 63 includes a nut 66. The second plate 4 and the support 5 are fastened by the screw 63 and the nut 66.
[0049] Thus, the boarding device 1 according to Embodiment 2 also exhibits the same operational effects as those of the boarding device 1 according to Embodiment 1.
[0050] Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0051] In the above-described embodiment, the device unit 7 is arranged such that the two fixtures 60, 60 are positioned outside the device unit arrangement area. However, the second plate 4 is arranged to coincide with and overlap the first plate 3, and the two fixtures 60, 60 are hidden by the second plate 4. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the device unit may be arranged such that only one of the fixtures is positioned outside the device unit arrangement area, and the second plate may be arranged to hide only one of the fixtures.
[0052] Further, in the above-described embodiment, the boarding device 1 is configured to be vertically long. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The boarding device may be configured to be horizontally long.
[0053] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the existing box 2 is used. However, the present invention is not limited to this. If a pair of engaging portions is provided, it is not essential to leave the box.
[0054] In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the existing engaging portion 20 of the existing box 2 is used. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The engaging portion may be newly provided within the box.
[0055] Further, the second plate may have a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is longer or shorter than the length in the vertical direction of the first plate, and may have a shape in which the width in the horizontal direction is larger or smaller than the width in the horizontal direction of the first plate. That is, the second plate may have a shape larger or smaller than the first plate.
[0056] In addition, the device unit may have a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is the same as or longer than the length in the vertical direction of the first plate or the second plate, and may have a shape in which the width in the horizontal direction is the same as or larger than the width in the horizontal direction of the first plate or the second plate. That is, the device unit may have the same shape as the first plate or the second plate or a shape larger than the first plate or the second plate. Further, the device unit may have a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is the same as or longer than the length in the vertical direction of the opening, and may have a shape in which the width in the horizontal direction is the same as or larger than the width in the horizontal direction of the opening. That is, the device unit may have the same shape as the opening or a shape larger than the opening. In addition, the device unit may have a shape in which the length in the vertical direction is the same as or longer than the distance between the through-holes of the first plate.
[0057] In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the fixture 60 is used at two locations, the fixture 61 is used at three locations, and the fixtures 62 and 63 are used at two or three locations. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.
