Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to men's underwear.
Background Art
[0002] In recent years, as men's underwear, there has been an increasing tendency to require a good fit without a baggy feeling. In response to this, a seamless local (penis and scrotum) storage part has been recently proposed (for example, Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2022-156680). In addition, many configurations have been proposed in which a urine leakage pad is arranged at a portion where the local part of the underwear hits (for example, Patent Document 2: Japanese Patent No. 5774411).

Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In the penis contact part and scrotum storage part of FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1, a highly fitting front bulging part (local storage part) is formed by knitting the fabric tightly in the wale direction and the course direction. However, it is not easy to arrange the urine leakage pad along the inside of this front bulging part without gaps. If the urine leakage pad is forcibly arranged along the inside of the front bulging part, wrinkles will be formed on the urine leakage pad itself, resulting in a baggy feeling and impairing the good fit.
[0005] The urine leakage pad shown in FIG. 5 of Patent Document 2 has a four-layer structure in which a water-absorbing cloth and a waterproof cloth are sandwiched between a front cloth and a back cloth, and the peripheral portions of this four-layer structure are sewn together to form an integral urine leakage pad. The front bulging portion in FIG. 5 is formed by forming a V-shaped cut as shown in FIGS. 3 and 11 in addition to the waterproof cloth, and sewing the cut. If there is a sewing portion on the waterproof cloth, liquid will seep out from the urine leakage pad.
[0006] The front bulging portion formed by the V-shaped cut and its sewing forms a longitudinally grooved portion with a V-shaped cross-section inside the front bulging portion, so the local accommodation or comfort is not necessarily good. Also, as described in paragraph 0024 of Patent Document 2, if a part of the water-absorbing cloth and the waterproof cloth is not sewn to the front cloth and the back cloth to make it easier to follow the front bulging portion, there is a possibility that the water-absorbing cloth and the waterproof cloth will be displaced, and this displacement may cause a wobbling feeling.
[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide men's underwear having a urine leakage pad that can accommodate the local part in as natural a shape as possible, obtain a comfortable fitting feeling, and surely prevent urine leakage.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0008] The men's underwear of the present invention for achieving the above object is men's underwear having a urine leakage pad, wherein the urine leakage pad is formed by heat pressing so that the outer surface is convex and the inner surface is concave, and a liquid-impermeable film is integrally formed on the convex outer surface.
Effects of the Invention
[0009] According to the present invention, the local part can be accommodated in as natural a shape as possible, and a comfortable fitting feeling and a sure urine leakage prevention effect can be obtained.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0011] Hereinafter, the men's undergarment according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The feature of the present invention is that the urine leakage pad is formed by thermocompression molding so that the outer surface is convex and the inner surface is concave, and a liquid-impermeable film is integrally formed on the convex outer surface of the urine leakage pad. The undergarment 10 has no seams and no feeling of looseness, and in particular, a local part can be accommodated without a feeling of compression in the concave inner surface, so that the local fit feeling is comfortable and an excellent wearing comfort not found in conventional men's undergarments can be obtained.
[0012] As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the men's undergarment 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a front appearance part 10A and a back body part 10B. The central part in the left-right direction of the front appearance part 10A is covered with a vertically long front part 10C. The appearance timing is double in this part of the front part 10C. The front appearance part 10A, the back body part 10B, and the front part 10C can be made of, for example, a knitted fabric made of polyester.
[0013] The lower end part of the front part 10C forms a crotch part. A pair of hem parts 10D are formed at the lower end part of the men's undergarment 10, and a body circumference part 10E is formed at the upper end part of the undergarment 10.
[0014] FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of the front sight 10A with the front part 10C omitted. As shown in FIG. 2, a vertically long opening 10A1 is formed in the central portion in the left-right direction of the front sight 10A. The peripheral edge portion of the urine leakage pad portion 20 (of the surface fabric 23) is integrally formed with the inner peripheral edge portion of this opening 10A1 by heat pressing.
[0015] ● Configuration of the urine leakage pad portion As shown in FIG. 3, the urine leakage pad portion 20 has a vertically long shape, and a front bulging portion 20a is formed at the central portion in the left-right direction and slightly closer to the lower side in the up-down direction. This front bulging portion 20a can be formed by heat press molding.
[0016] As shown in FIG. 4, the outer surface of the front bulging portion 20a is convex 20b and the inner surface is concave 20c. The concave 20c is configured to be able to accommodate the local part (penis and scrotum) in as natural a shape as possible without a sense of compression. Thereby, the air permeability of the local part is ensured, and it is possible to prevent the local part from getting stuffy even in an environment where the outside air temperature is high.
[0017] As shown in FIG. 4(b), the urine leakage pad portion 20 has a three-layer structure, and is composed of a urine leakage pad 21 made of, for example, polyester pile fabric as the inner layer, a surface fabric 23 made of, for example, polyester woven fabric as the outer layer, and a liquid-impermeable film 22 as the intermediate layer. The liquid-impermeable film 22 can be composed of, for example, a polyurethane film.
[0018] By forming the urine leakage pad portion 20 into a three-layer structure, it is possible to ensure an appropriate rigidity or shape retention property of the urine leakage pad portion 20. In addition, since the urine leakage pad 21 is composed of polyester pile fabric, the local part can be accommodated softly in as natural a shape as possible. Incidentally, it is also possible to arrange a lining fabric inside the urine leakage pad 21 as necessary. Also, a configuration in which the surface fabric 23 is omitted as shown in FIG. 4(c) is also possible.
[0019] ● Heat press molding of the urine leakage pad portion These three components are integrated through the hot pressing process shown in Figs. 5(a) to (d). That is, as shown in Fig. 5(a) ⇒ (b), first, only the urine leakage pad 21 is sandwiched between the lower mold 30 and the upper mold 40 and hot press formed.
[0020] Next, as shown in Fig. 5(c), the lower mold 30 and the upper mold 40 are opened once, and the liquid-impermeable film 22 and the surface fabric 23 are sequentially stacked on the urine leakage pad 21 that has been hot press formed in a convex shape. Then, the lower mold 30 and the upper mold 40 are closed again to form the three-layer integrated convex urine leakage pad portion 20.
[0021] ● Cracks in the liquid-impermeable film If an attempt is made to form the three-layer integrated convex urine leakage pad portion 20 in one hot press as shown in Figs. 6(a) ⇒ (b), a large number of cracks 22a will occur in the liquid-impermeable film 22 as shown in Fig. 6(b). This is because tensile stress acts on the liquid-impermeable film 22 due to the convex hot press forming.
[0022] When the cracks 22a occur, a part of the urine absorbed by the urine leakage pad 21 will seep out to the surface fabric 23. Therefore, in this embodiment, the urine leakage pad portion 20 is formed by two-stage hot press forming, namely, hot press forming only the urine leakage pad 21 and hot press forming the three layers integrally as shown in Fig. 5. Thereby, a comfortable fitting feeling of the urine leakage pad portion 20 and a reliable urine leakage prevention effect can be obtained.
[0023] ● Summary The embodiments of the present invention have been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible based on the technical idea described in the claims. For example, in the above embodiment, the surface fabric 23 is integrally formed on the outer surface of the liquid-impermeable film 22, but this surface fabric 23 can also be omitted. That is, although the surface fabric 23 functions as a protective layer for the liquid-impermeable film 22, since the front part 10C is arranged outside the urine leakage pad portion 20, the liquid-impermeable film 22 can be protected by the front part 10C even if the surface fabric 23 is omitted as shown in Fig. 4(c).
[0024] Also, the urine leakage pad 21 is not limited to a polyester pile fabric, and the urine leakage pad 21 can be constituted by any water-absorbent material. Similarly, the liquid-impermeable film 22 is not limited to a polyurethane film, and the liquid-impermeable film 22 can be constituted by any material having liquid impermeability. Also, the outer fabric 23 is not limited to a polyester woven fabric, and the outer fabric 23 can be constituted by any material used for conventional undergarments. The front panel 10A, the back panel 10B, and the front crotch portion 10C can also be constituted by any material used for conventional undergarments without being limited to a polyester woven fabric.
