A display panel, a front panel disposed on the front side of the display panel, a case for housing the display panel and the front panel, and a clip attached to the case, wherein the case has a housing recess for housing the display panel, a frame portion surrounding the periphery of the housing recess, and a mounting hole penetrating the housing recess at a position where the clip is attached to the frame portion, the clip has a front elastic piece and a back elastic piece facing each other, and is disposed in a state where the frame portion is sandwiched between the front elastic piece and the back elastic piece at the position where the mounting hole is formed, an adhesive layer is provided on the front side of the front elastic piece located on the front side of the frame portion, and a display device with a panel, characterized in that the back side of the front panel is attached to the clip via the adhesive layer.
2. The display device with a panel according to claim 1, wherein the case has a positioning recess recessed in a shape corresponding to the front elastic piece on the front side of the frame portion so that the front side of the frame portion and the front side of the front elastic piece are flush.

The clip has a locking hole penetrating the back elastic piece located on the back side of the frame portion, the case has a locking claw protruding from the back side of the frame portion, and the display device with a panel according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking claw is locked in the locking hole in a state where the frame portion is sandwiched between the front elastic piece and the back elastic piece.
