Abstract

To provide a voltage sensor IC mounted on a PCB substrate for detecting power supply voltage, allowing reduction in area of the PCB substrate and the number of types of components to be mounted.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a first input terminal connected to one potential of voltage as monitor object; a second input terminal connected to the other potential of the voltage as monitor object; a voltage dividing resistor dividing voltage between the first input terminal and the second input terminal; a polarity changeover section connected to the voltage dividing resistor; and an amplifier circuit connected to the polarity changeover section. The polarity changeover section changes over, on the basis of polarity setting information, the polarities of a first path and a second path from the voltage dividing resistor to the amplifier circuit provided between the voltage dividing resistor and the amplifier circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
