Stepping exercise device

Abstract

To address such a problem that though there are devices for stepping on foot soles, having pressure points attached to the foot soles, and devices in a form of bamboo, the just stepping produces no response from the device itself, therefore, it requires effort to keep stepping many times, and it is thought that there are few people who actually keep doing it, and additionally, some of them are large in size, making it difficult to use while out and about.SOLUTION: A stepping exercise device is configured to respond to return force of springs, when a hand grip is stepped on, thus creating a tactile sensation in the feet, so that a user wants to step thereon again and ultimately perform the stepping action many times repeatedly. Since it is small in size and light in weight, it is easy to carry and can be used at anywhere even while out and about.
