Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a clip member for attaching an adherend such as a skin material to a structure such as a seat frame of an automobile seat.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, as a clip member, a retainer for attaching a trim cover (adherend) covering a seat pad placed on a seat frame (structure) to an edge portion of the seat frame is known (see Patent Document 1), and a terminal of the trim cover is attached to the retainer. The retainer has a long piece, a short piece, and a bottom portion connecting them, and is formed in a substantially J-shaped cross section.

[0003] This retainer is attached to the edge portion of the seat frame by inserting the free end (edge portion) of the side portion of the seat frame into an opening formed between the long piece and the short piece of the retainer. When attaching the retainer to the seat frame in this way, the edge portion of the seat frame is made to straddle the long piece, and after once arranging the opening of the retainer at a position spaced in the insertion direction with respect to the edge portion of the seat frame, the edge portion of the seat frame is inserted into the opening.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] By the way, when attaching the retainer described in Patent Document 1 to the edge of the sheet frame, once the opening of the retainer is arranged at a position spaced in the insertion direction from the edge of the sheet frame, an over stroke occurs due to the spacing. For this reason, when attaching the retainer to the sheet frame, a large force is required to pull the trim cover, making it difficult to improve the workability of attaching the trim cover to the sheet frame.

[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide a clip member that can improve the workability of attaching to a structure of an adherend.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0007] The clip member of the present invention is a clip member for attaching an adherend to the edge of a structure, having a base piece portion having a tip end and a base end to which the adherend is fixed, a hook portion hung on the edge of the structure, and a continuous piece portion that connects the base piece portion and the hook portion at a position on the tip end side of the attachment position where the adherend is attached in the base piece portion. The continuous piece portion has a groove portion formed between the continuous piece portion and the base piece portion, and a guide portion that connects the groove portion to the hook portion and guides the edge of the structure from the hook portion to the groove portion during rotation of the clip member. According to the clip member of the present invention, since the continuous piece portion that connects the base piece portion and the hook portion has the above-described guide portion, by hanging the edge of the structure on the hook portion and rotating the clip member, the edge of the structure can be guided toward the groove portion by the guide portion. For this reason, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of an over stroke that temporarily spaces the edge of the structure from the opening of the groove portion in the insertion direction in which the edge of the structure is inserted into the opening of the groove portion, and the workability of attaching the adherend to the structure can be improved.

[0008] In the clip member of the present invention, the groove portion has a bottom portion continuous with the base piece portion and side portions continuous with the bottom portion and facing the base piece portion, and the guide portion may be continuously inclined with an obtuse angle in a direction away from the base piece portion with respect to the side portions. According to such a configuration, when the clip member rotates, the edge portion of the structure can be smoothly guided from the hook portion toward the groove portion by the guide portion.

[0009] In the clip member of the present invention, the position where the side portion is continuous with the guide portion may be arranged at a position on the base end side of the base piece portion with respect to the position of the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, when the edge portion of the structure guided by the guide portion enters the groove portion when the clip member is rotated, it is possible to configure the edge portion of the structure to be guided into the groove portion at the tip side portion of the base piece portion.

[0010] In the clip member of the present invention, the position of the tip of the hook portion may be arranged at a position spaced apart from the base end of the base piece portion more than the position of the tip of the base piece portion in the direction from the base end to the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, when hanging the edge portion of the structure on the hook portion, it is possible to configure the tip of the base piece portion to be less obstructive, and the clip member can be smoothly attached to the edge portion of the structure.

[0011] In the clip member of the present invention, the position of the end portion of the hook portion continuous with the guide portion may be arranged at a position spaced apart from the base end of the base piece portion more than the position of the tip of the base piece portion in the direction from the base end to the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, when hanging the edge portion of the structure on the hook portion, it is possible to configure the tip of the base piece portion to be even less obstructive, and the clip member can be more smoothly attached to the edge portion of the structure.

[0012] In the clip member of the present invention, a tapered surface for attracting the edge portion of the structure to the hook portion may be formed at the tip of the hook portion. According to such a configuration, when the edge of the structure hits the tapered surface formed at the tip of the hook portion, the hook portion can be smoothly hung on the edge of the structure as compared with the case where such a tapered surface is not formed.

[0013] In the clip member of the present invention, a tapered surface for guiding the edge of the structure into the hook portion may be formed at the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, for example, when the edge of the structure is formed thicker than the portion continuous with this edge and a step portion is formed between the portion and the edge, the tapered surface formed at the tip of the base piece portion hits the step portion, so that the edge of the structure can be guided to the hook portion, and the hook portion can be smoothly hung on the edge of the structure.

[0014] In the clip member of the present invention, a claw portion protruding toward the groove portion side may be formed at the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, when the edge of the structure is configured to be thick and a step portion is formed, the clip member can be prevented from falling off the edge of the structure by the claw portion engaging with the step portion.

[0015] In the clip member of the present invention, it may have a first position where the edge of the structure abuts against the hook portion to be in a temporarily held state, a second position that is continuous with the first position and where the edge of the structure abuts against the guide portion to be in a guided state, and a third position that is continuous with the second position and where the edge of the structure is disposed in the groove portion to be in a mounted state. According to such a configuration, the edge of the structure temporarily held in the first position can be guided in the second position and disposed in the groove portion in the third position.

[0016] Further, the clip member of the present invention is a clip member for attaching an adherend to an edge of a structure, having a tip and a base end, a base piece portion to which the adherend is fixed, a groove portion formed between the base piece portion at a position closer to the tip side than the attachment position where the adherend is attached, and a guide portion for guiding the edge of the structure to the groove portion during rotation of the clip member. The groove portion has a bottom portion continuous with the base piece portion and a side portion continuous with the bottom portion and facing the base piece portion. The guide portion is inclined and continuous in a direction away from the base piece portion with respect to the side portion. According to the clip member of the present invention, by rotating the clip member while pressing the edge of the structure against the inclined guide portion as described above, the edge of the structure can be guided toward the groove portion. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of an overstroke that temporarily creates a gap between the edge of the structure and the opening of the groove portion in the insertion direction in which the edge of the structure is inserted into the opening of the groove portion, and improve the workability of attaching the adherend to the structure. Before rotating the clip member while pressing the edge of the structure against the guide portion, by rotating the clip member while pressing the tip of the base piece portion against the structure, the edge of the structure can be easily pressed against the guide portion.

[0017] In the clip member of the present invention, the guide portion may be inclined and continuous with the side portion at an obtuse angle in a direction away from the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, the edge of the structure can be smoothly guided toward the groove portion by the guide portion during rotation of the clip member.

[0018] In the clip member of the present invention, the position where the side portion is continuous with the guide portion may be arranged at a position closer to the base end side of the base piece portion with respect to the position of the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, when the edge of the structure guided by the guide portion enters the groove portion when the clip member is rotated, the edge of the structure can be guided into the groove portion at the portion on the tip side of the base piece portion.

[0019] In the clip member of the present invention, it has a pressing piece portion extending from the guide portion, and the pressing piece portion may be disposed at a position above the position of the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, by providing the pressing piece portion at the above-described position, compared with the case of using a clip member in which the pressing piece portion is not formed, the workability of attaching the clip member while wrapping it around the edge of the structure by pushing the pressing piece portion can be improved. For this reason, for example, even when a strong tensile force is applied to the clip member from the adherend, it is possible to easily apply an attachment force that resists the tensile force by operating the pressing piece portion, and the clip member can be easily attached to the edge of the structure.

[0020] In the clip member of the present invention, the guide portion is inclined in a direction away from the base piece portion with respect to the side portion, is continuous with the side portion, and extends to a position above the position of the tip of the base piece portion, and the pressing piece portion may be continuous with the guide portion at a position above the position of the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, by bringing the tip of the base piece portion of the clip member arranged horizontally into contact with the side surface of the structure and bringing the guide portion into contact with the edge of the structure, a gap is formed between the pressing piece portion and the edge of the structure, and by operating the pressing piece portion from the outside so as to crush this gap, the clip member can be easily attached while being wrapped around the edge of the structure, and a structure that is easier to attach to the edge of the structure can be obtained.

[0021] In the clip member of the present invention, the claw portion protruding toward the groove portion may be formed at the tip of the base piece portion. According to such a configuration, when the edge of the structure is configured to be thick and a stepped portion is formed, the clip member can be prevented from falling off the edge of the structure by the claw portion engaging with the stepped portion.

[0022] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a clip member that can improve the workability of attaching the adherend to the structure.

[0024] [First Embodiment] Hereinafter, the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 1 and 3, the clip member 10 according to the first embodiment is made of synthetic resin, and attaches an epidermal material 1 made of a soft material such as genuine leather, synthetic leather, or vinyl as an adherend to an edge 2A of a frame 2 of an automobile seat as a structure. The clip member 10 has a tip 12 and a base end 13, a base piece portion 11 to which the epidermal material 1 is fixed, a hook portion 21 that is hung on the edge 2A of the frame 2, and a continuous piece portion 31 that connects the base piece portion 11 and the hook portion 21 at a position on the tip 12 side of the base piece portion 11 rather than the attachment position A where the epidermal material 1 is attached. In the following description, the X direction is the left-right direction of the clip member 10, the Y direction orthogonal to the X direction is the length direction of the clip member 10, and the Z direction orthogonal to the X and Y directions is the up-down direction of the clip member 10. Also, the +X direction is the direction toward one side of the X direction, the -X direction is the direction toward the other side of the X direction, the +Y direction is the direction toward one side of the Y direction, the -Y direction is the direction toward the other side of the Y direction, the +Z direction is the direction toward one side of the Z direction, and the -Z direction is the direction toward the other side of the Z direction. In this embodiment, for convenience of explanation, the tip 12 side of the base piece portion 11 is described as the upper side, and the base end 13 side is described as the lower side.

[0025] The clip member 10 of the first embodiment is formed to be long in the X direction, and a plurality of slits 5 extending in the Z direction are formed from the tip 24 side of the hook portion 21. Even though the above-described slits 5 are formed, the clip member 10 is continuous in the X direction at its base end 13. By forming the slits 5 in this way, the clip member 10 is configured to be easily bent.

[0026] The base piece portion 11 is formed along the Z direction. A tapered surface 14 for guiding the edge 2A of the frame 2 into the hook portion 21 is formed at the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. The tapered surface 14 is inclined with respect to the Z direction so as to approach a guide portion 33 described later as it goes toward the base end 13.

[0027] The hook portion 21 has a tip piece portion 22 along the X direction which is a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the base piece portion 11 extends from its base end 13 towards the tip 12, and a bottom piece portion 23 along the Z direction which is continuous with the tip piece portion 22 and the guide portion 33. The tip 24 of the tip piece portion 22 (the tip of the hook portion 21) is arranged at an upward interval with respect to a side portion 36, which will be described later, of the groove portion 32 in the Z direction. The bottom piece portion 23 is arranged at a position on the -X direction side with respect to the position of the side portion 36.

[0028] The tip piece portion 22 extends from the upper end of the bottom piece portion 23 in the +X direction and extends to a position that does not exceed the side portion 36. The position of the tip 24 of the tip piece portion 22 (the tip of the hook portion 21) is arranged at a position spaced farther from the base end 13 than the position of the tip 24 of the base piece portion 11 in the +Z direction which is the direction in which the base piece portion 11 extends from the base end 13 towards the tip 12. A tapered surface 25 for guiding the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 into the hook portion 21 is formed at the tip 24 of the tip piece portion 22. The tapered surface 25 is arranged to be inclined with respect to the X direction so as to approach the guide portion 33 as it faces the bottom piece portion 23.

[0029] The bottom piece portion 23 is arranged at a position above the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. For this reason, the position of the lower end 26 (end portion) of the bottom piece portion 23 which is continuous with the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position spaced farther from the base end 13 than the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 in the +Z direction.

[0030] The continuous piece portion 31 has a groove portion 32 formed between it and the base piece portion 11, and a guide portion 33 which makes the groove portion 32 continuous with the hook portion 21 and guides the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 from the hook portion 21 into the groove portion 32 during the rotation of the clip member 10 (rotation centered on the position where the tip 24 of the tip piece portion 22 abuts against the frame 2).

[0031] The groove portion 32 has a bottom portion 34 continuous with the base piece portion 11, and side portions 36 continuous with the bottom portion 34 and facing the base piece portion 11 in the X direction. The bottom portion 34 is formed along the X direction, and the side portions 36 are arranged along the Z direction. The bottom portion 34 is continuous with the base piece portion 11 at the end on its +X direction side, and is continuous with the side portions 36 at the end on its -X direction side. The Z-direction position of the bottom portion 34 with respect to the base piece portion 11 is a position on the tip 12 side rather than the attachment position A where the skin material 1 is attached to the base piece portion 11, and is a position about 1 / 3 of the overall Z-direction dimension of the base piece portion 11 away. The position where the side portion 36 is continuous with the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position on the base end 13 side with respect to the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 in the Z direction. Also, the side portion 36 is arranged spaced apart in the X direction with respect to the base piece portion 11 such that the width dimension of the groove portion 32 in the X direction is a width dimension that can accommodate the edge portion 2A of the frame 2.

[0032] The guide portion 33 is formed linearly in this embodiment. The guide portion 33 is continuous with the bottom piece portion 23 of the hook portion 21 and the side portion 36 of the groove portion 32 as described above, and is inclined, for example, in the diagonally upper right direction (-X direction and +Z direction) in FIG. 2. This guide portion 33 is continuous with the side portion 36, inclined at an obtuse angle in the -X direction (the direction away from the base piece portion 11), and is continuous with the bottom piece portion 23, inclined at an obtuse angle in the +X direction.

[0033] The above clip member 10 has a first position P1 where the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 abuts against the hook portion 21 to be in a temporarily held state, a second position P2 continuous with the first position P1 where the edge portion 2A abuts against the guide portion 33 to be in a guided state, and a third position P3 continuous with the second position P2 where the edge portion 2A is arranged in the groove portion 32 to be in an attached state. The first position P1 is arranged on the bottom piece portion 23 of the hook portion 21, the second position P2 is arranged on the guide portion 33, and the third position P3 is arranged in the groove portion 32.

[0034] As shown in Fig. 4, the clip member 10 is in a temporarily held state where the edge 2A of the frame 2 abuts against the bottom plate portion 23 with the clip member 10 arranged laterally with respect to the edge 2A of the frame 2. When in the temporarily held state, the tapered surface 25 formed at the tip 24 of the hook portion 21 functions as a guiding means for guiding the edge 2A of the frame 2 toward the bottom plate portion 23. Further, when the edge 2A is thickened and a stepped portion 2B is formed as in the frame 2 shown in Fig. 3, the tapered surface 14 formed at the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 functions as a guiding means for guiding the stepped portion 2B toward the hook portion 21. Here, the edge 2A of the frame 2 is thickened by folding back the frame 2. In the case where the frame 2 itself is formed thick with a desired thickness dimension, it is not necessary to fold back the frame 2 as described above. In this case, the above-described stepped portion 2B is not formed.

[0035] In this temporarily held state, by rotating about the contact portion between the edge 2A and the hook portion 21 so that the proximal end 13 of the base piece portion 11 wraps around downward with respect to the edge 2A of the frame 2, as shown in Fig. 5, the edge 2A comes into contact with the guide portion 33 and is in a guiding state where the edge 2A is guided into the groove portion 32. At this time, the tip 24 of the hook portion 21 abuts against the frame 2, and this contact portion serves as the rotation center. The edge 2A slides on the guide portion 33 toward the groove portion 32 by the rotation, and as shown in Fig. 3, is inserted into the groove portion 32.

[0036] In this way, by attaching the clip member 10 to the edge 2A of the frame 2 while rotating the clip member 10, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of overstroke that temporarily creates a Z-directional gap between the edge 2A and the opening of the groove portion 32. For this reason, the force for pulling the skin material 1 attached to the clip member 10 can be reduced, the failure of attaching the clip member 10 to the edge 2A can be reduced, and since overstroke is not caused, rattling of the clip member 10 after attachment to the edge 2A can be reduced, and the attachment workability can be improved.

[0037] [Second Embodiment] Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 6, the clip member 10B according to the second embodiment is configured in the same manner as the clip member 10 according to the first embodiment, except that the distal end 12 of the base piece portion 11 has a claw portion 15.

[0038] The claw portion 15 protrudes in the -X direction, an engaging surface 16 along the X direction is formed on the base end 13 side, and a tapered surface 14 extends longer than the tapered surface of the clip member 10 according to the first embodiment on the distal end 12 side.

[0039] According to this clip member 10B, by engaging the claw portion 15 with the stepped portion 2B of the frame 2, it is possible to prevent the clip member 10B from falling off from the edge portion 2A of the frame 2.

[0040] [Third Embodiment] Hereinafter, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 7 to 9, the clip member 10D according to the third embodiment is configured substantially the same as the configuration of the clip member 10 according to the first embodiment, but is different from the clip member 10 in that it does not have a configuration corresponding to the hook portion 21 of the clip member 10.

[0041] That is, the clip member 10D is a clip member for attaching the skin material 1 to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2. It has a tip end 12 and a base end 13, and a base piece portion 11 to which the skin material 1 is fixed. A groove portion 32 is formed between the base piece portion 11 at a position closer to the tip end 12 side than the attachment position A where the skin material 1 is attached on the base piece portion 11. And it has a guide portion 33 for guiding the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 into the groove portion 32 during the rotation of the clip member 10D. The groove portion 32 has a bottom portion 34 continuous with the base piece portion 11, and side portions 36 continuous with the bottom portion 34 and facing the base piece portion 11. The guide portion 33 is inclined and continuous in the -X direction away from the base piece portion 11 with respect to the side portion 36. Also, the guide portion 33 is inclined with an obtuse angle in the -X direction with respect to the side portion 36, and the position where the side portion 36 is continuous with the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position on the base end 13 side of the base piece portion 11 with respect to the position of the tip end 12 of the base piece portion 11. Note that the clip member 10D does not have the claw portion 15 described above, but it may have it.

[0042] In the clip member 10D configured as described above, first, as shown in FIG. 8, the tip end 12 of the base piece portion 11 of the clip member 10D to which the skin material 1 is attached is abutted against the frame 2. In this abutted state, the clip member 10D is rotated around this abutted portion so that the guide portion 33 wraps around the edge portion 2A of the frame 2. By rotating around this abutted portion, as shown in FIG. 9, the guide portion 33 is abutted against the edge portion 2A of the frame 2. Subsequently, the clip member 10D is rotated around the contact portion where the guide portion 33 contacts the edge portion 2A. By rotating around this contact portion, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 is moved and guided along the guide portion 33 as shown in FIG. 7 and arranged in the groove portion 32. In this way, by causing the clip member 10 to wrap around the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 and attaching the skin material 1 to the edge portion 2A, an overstroke of the clip member 10 with respect to the edge portion 2A can be suppressed, and the attachment workability can be improved. Also, since the clip member 10D does not have the hook portion 21, the configuration can be simplified.

[0043] [Fourth Embodiment] In FIGS. 10 and 11, the clip member 10E according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is configured substantially the same as the clip member 10D according to the third embodiment, but is different from the clip member 10D in that a push piece portion 41 is continuous with the upper end portion of the guide portion 33. The push piece portion 41 is formed along the +Z direction and extends from the upper end portion of the guide portion 33. This push piece portion 41 is disposed at a position above the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 in the Z direction. In the clip member 10E, the guide portion 33 is inclined in the -X direction with respect to the side portion 36 of the groove portion 32 so that the upper end portion thereof is spaced apart from the base piece portion 11 more than the portion continuous with the side portion 36. Further, the guide portion 33 extends to a position above the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 in the Z direction. For this reason, the push piece portion 41 is continuously disposed at the upper end portion of the guide portion 33 at a position above the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. First, as shown in FIG. 11, the clip member 10E is arranged horizontally along the X direction, and the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 is brought into contact with the side surface of the frame 2 from the side, and the guide portion 33 is brought into contact with the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 from below. At this time, a Z-direction gap 42 is formed between the push piece portion 41 and the edge portion 2A. Next, the push piece portion 41 is pushed from the outside so as to crush the gap 42 (pushed from below in this embodiment), and while the clip member 10E is wrapped around the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 along the arrow shown in FIG. 11, the edge portion 2A is disposed in the groove portion 32, whereby the clip member 10E can be attached to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 with almost no overstroke. Here, when the clip member 10E to which the skin material 1 is attached is attached to the edge portion 2A, a tensile force is applied to the clip member 10E due to the skin material 1 being stretched to a certain extent. However, by pushing the push piece portion 41 when attaching the clip member 10E to the edge portion 2A, it is possible to easily apply an attachment force that resists the tensile force, and the workability of attaching the clip member 10E to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 while wrapping it around can be improved. Note that in the clip member 10E according to the fourth embodiment, the guide portion 33 is formed such that the upper end thereof is positioned above the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11, but it may be formed such that it is at the same height position as the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 in the Z direction. In this case, when the clip member 10E is arranged horizontally and the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 is brought into contact with the side surface of the frame 2, the pressing piece portion 41, rather than the guide portion 33, comes into contact with the edge portion 2A of the frame 2. Even in such a case where the pressing piece portion 41 comes into contact with the edge portion 2A, compared with the clip member 10D without the pressing piece portion 41, the portion to be pushed in extends from the guide portion 33, so that the workability of attaching the clip member 10E to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be improved.

[0044] [Modification Example] In the above embodiment, the clip member 10 has a plurality of slits 5 and is formed to be long in the Y direction. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, it may be formed to be short in the Y direction without having the slits 5 and be the clip member 10C.

[0045] In the above embodiment, the guide portion 33 is formed linearly. However, if the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be guided into the groove portion 32, it may be formed in a curved surface shape, for example, curved in a concave shape.

[0046] In the above embodiment, the position where the side portion 36 is continuous with the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position on the base end 13 side of the base piece portion 11 with respect to the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. However, if the guide portion 33 is configured to be able to guide the edge portion 2A into the groove portion 32, the position where the side portion 36 is continuous with the guide portion 33 may be at the same height position as the tip 12, or may be arranged at a position higher than the tip 12.

[0047] In the above embodiment, the tapered surfaces 14 and 25 are formed on the clip member 10, but this configuration may be omitted. Similarly, it may be omitted in the clip members 10B, 10C, and 10D.

[0048] In the above-described embodiment, the object to which the clip members 10, 10B, 10C, and 10D are attached has been described as the frame 2 of the vehicle seat. However, in addition, for example, the clip members 10, 10B, 10C, and 10D may be attached to the frames of seats such as trains and airplanes, or to structures such as wood for furniture. Further, although the skin material 1 has been described as the adherend, any other material may be used as the adherend as long as it can be attached to the structure by the clip members 10, 10B, 10C, and 10D.

[0049] [Summary of the Invention] The clip members of the present embodiment are clip members 10, 10B, 10C for attaching the skin material 1 as the adherend to the edge 2A of the frame 2 as the structure. The clip members have a tip 12 and a base end 13, and a base piece portion 11 to which the skin material 1 is fixed, a hook portion 21 that is hung on the edge 2A of the frame 2, and a continuous piece portion 31 that connects the base piece portion 11 and the hook portion 21 at a position on the tip 12 side of the attachment position A where the skin material 1 is attached in the base piece portion 11. The continuous piece portion 31 has a groove portion 32 formed between the continuous piece portion 31 and the base piece portion 11, and a guide portion 33 that connects the groove portion 32 to the hook portion 21 and guides the edge 2A of the frame 2 from the hook portion 21 to the groove portion 32 during the rotation of the clip members 10, 10B, 10C. According to the clip member of the present embodiment, since the continuous piece portion 31 that connects the base piece portion 11 and the hook portion 21 has the guide portion 33 described above, by hanging the edge 2A of the frame 2 on the hook portion 21 and rotating the clip members 10, 10B, 10C, the guide portion 33 can guide the edge 2A of the frame 2 toward the groove portion 32. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of an overstroke that temporarily creates a gap between the edge 2A of the frame 2 and the opening of the groove portion 32 in the insertion direction (Z direction) in which the edge 2A of the frame 2 is inserted into the opening of the groove portion 32, and the workability of attaching the skin material 1 to the frame 2 can be improved.

[0050] In the clip members 10, 10B, and 10C of the present embodiment, the groove portion 32 has a bottom portion 34 continuous with the base piece portion 11 and side portions 36 continuous with the bottom portion 34 and facing the base piece portion 11. The guide portion 33 is inclined and continuous with respect to the side portion 36 at an obtuse angle in the -X direction away from the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, when the clip members 10, 10B, and 10C are rotated, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be smoothly guided by the guide portion 33 from the hook portion 21 toward the groove portion 32.

[0051] In the clip members 10, 10B, and 10C of the present embodiment, the position where the side portion 36 is continuous with the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position on the base end 13 side of the base piece portion 11 with respect to the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, when the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 guided by the guide portion 33 enters the groove portion 32 when the clip members 10, 10B, and 10C are rotated, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be guided into the groove portion 32 by a portion on the tip 12 side of the base piece portion 11.

[0052] In the clip members 10, 10B, and 10C of the present embodiment, the position of the tip 24 of the hook portion 21 is arranged at a position spaced farther from the base end 13 than the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 in the +Z direction from the base end 13 to the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, when hanging the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 on the hook portion 21, the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 is less likely to get in the way, and the clip members 10, 10B, and 10C can be smoothly attached to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2.

[0053] In the clip members 10, 10B, and 10C of the present embodiment, the position of the end portion of the hook portion 21 continuous with the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position spaced farther from the base end 13 than the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 in the +Z direction from the base end 13 to the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, when hanging the edge 2A of the frame 2 on the hook portion 21, the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 can be made less obstructive, and the clip members 10, 10B, 10C can be attached to the edge 2A of the frame 2 more smoothly.

[0054] In the clip members 10, 10B, 10C of the present embodiment, a tapered surface 25 for guiding the edge 2A of the frame 2 into the hook portion 21 is formed at the tip 24 of the hook portion 21. According to such a configuration, when the edge 2A of the frame 2 hits the tapered surface 25 formed at the tip 24 of the hook portion 21, the hook portion 21 can be smoothly hung on the edge 2A of the frame 2 as compared with the case where the tapered surface 25 is not formed.

[0055] In the clip members 10, 10B, 10C of the present embodiment, a tapered surface 14 for guiding the edge 2A of the frame 2 into the hook portion 21 is formed at the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, for example, when the edge 2A of the frame 2 is formed thicker than the portion continuous with this edge 2A and a step portion 2B is formed between the portion and the edge 2A, the tapered surface 14 formed at the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 hits the step portion 2B, so that the edge 2A of the frame 2 can be guided to the hook portion 21, and the hook portion 21 can be smoothly hung on the edge 2A of the frame 2.

[0056] In the clip member 10B of the present embodiment, a claw portion 15 protruding toward the groove portion 32 side is formed at the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, when the edge 2A of the frame 2 is thick and the step portion 2B is formed, the engagement of the claw portion 15 with the step portion 2B can prevent the clip member 10B from falling off the edge 2A of the frame 2.

[0057] In the clip members 10, 10B, and 10C of this embodiment, there are a first position P1 where the edge 2A of the frame 2 abuts against the hook portion 21 to be in a temporarily held state, a second position P2 that is continuous with the first position P1 and where the edge 2A of the frame 2 abuts against the guide portion 33 to be in a guided state, and a third position P3 that is continuous with the second position P2 and where the edge 2A of the frame 2 is disposed in the groove portion 32 to be in an attached state. According to such a configuration, the edge 2A of the frame 2 in the temporarily held state at the first position P1 can be guided at the second position P2 and disposed in the groove portion 32 at the third position P3.

[0058] Further, the clip members 10D and 10E of this embodiment are clip members for attaching the skin material 1 as an adherend to the edge 2A of the frame 2 as a structure. The clip members have a tip 12 and a base end 13, a base piece portion 11 to which the skin material 1 is fixed, a groove portion 32 formed between the base piece portion 11 at a position closer to the tip 12 side than the attachment position A where the skin material 1 is attached on the base piece portion 11, and a guide portion 33 that guides the edge 2A of the frame 2 into the groove portion 32 during the rotation of the clip members 10D and 10E. The groove portion 32 has a bottom portion 34 continuous with the base piece portion 11 and side portions 36 continuous with the bottom portion 34 and facing the base piece portion 11. The guide portion 33 is inclined and continuous in the -X direction away from the base piece portion 11 with respect to the side portions 36. According to the clip members 10D and 10E of this embodiment, since they have the inclined guide portion 33 as described above, by rotating the clip members 10D and 10E while pressing the edge 2A of the frame 2 against the guide portion 33, the edge 2A of the frame 2 can be guided toward the groove portion 32. For this reason, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of an overstroke that temporarily creates a gap between the edge 2A of the frame 2 and the opening of the groove portion 32 in the insertion direction (Z direction) in which the edge 2A of the frame 2 is inserted into the opening of the groove portion 32, and the workability of attaching the skin material 1 to the frame 2 can be improved. Before pressing the edge 2A of the frame 2 against the guide portion 33 and rotating the clip members 10D and 10E, by rotating the clip members 10D and 10E while pressing the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 against the frame, the edge 2A of the frame 2 can be easily pressed against the guide portion 33.

[0059] In the clip members 10D and 10E of the present embodiment, the guide portion 33 is continuously inclined with an obtuse angle in the -X direction away from the base piece portion 11 with respect to the side portion 36. According to such a configuration, in the rotation of the clip members 10D and 10E, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be smoothly guided toward the groove portion 32 by the guide portion 33.

[0060] In the clip members 10D and 10E of the present embodiment, the position where the side portion 36 is continuous with the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position on the base end 13 side of the base piece portion 11 with respect to the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, when the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 guided by the guide portion 33 enters the groove portion 32 when the clip members 10D and 10E are rotated, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be guided into the groove portion 32 by a portion on the tip 12 side of the base piece portion 11.

[0061] The clip member 10E of the present embodiment has a pressing piece portion 41 extending from the guide portion 33, and the pressing piece portion 41 is arranged at a position above the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, by providing the pressing piece portion 41 at the above-described position, the workability of attaching the clip member 10E while wrapping around the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 by pushing the pressing piece portion 41 can be improved as compared with the case of using a clip member in which the pressing piece portion 41 is not formed. Therefore, for example, even when a strong tensile force is applied from the skin material 1 to the clip member 10E, an attachment force against the tensile force can be easily applied by operating the pressing piece portion 41, and the clip member 10E can be easily attached to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2.

[0062] In the clip member 10E of the present embodiment, the guide portion 33 is inclined in the -X direction away from the base piece portion 11 with respect to the side portion 36, is continuous with the side portion 36, and extends to a position above the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11, and the pressing piece portion 41 is continuous with the guide portion 33 at a position above the position of the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, by bringing the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11 of the clip member 10E arranged horizontally along the Z direction into contact with the side surface of the frame 2 and bringing the guide portion 33 into contact with the edge portion 2A of the frame 2, a gap 42 is formed between the pressing piece portion 41 and the edge portion 2A. By performing a pressing operation on the pressing piece portion 41 from the outside so as to crush this gap 42, the clip member 10E can be attached while being easily wrapped around the edge portion 2A, and a structure that is more easily attached to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be achieved.

[0063] In the clip members 10D and 10E of the present embodiment, a claw portion 15 (see FIG. 6) protruding toward the groove portion 32 side may be formed at the tip 12 of the base piece portion 11. According to such a configuration, when the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 is configured to be thick and a stepped portion 2B is formed, the claw portion 15 engages with the stepped portion 2B, thereby suppressing the clip member 10B from falling off the edge portion 2A of the frame 2.
