A walking vehicle characterized by having wheels that can run on a ground surface, left and right handles, a flexible sheet-like luggage loading section between the left and right handles on which luggage can be placed, and a movement restriction section that protrudes from the top surface of the luggage loading section and abuts against the luggage when it is placed on the luggage loading section, restricting the forward and backward movement of the luggage.
