[0003] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3245515 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In such electric beds, the fixed frame is rectangular in plan view, has a longitudinal length of 2m or more, and has a large external shape, which makes it difficult to transport the fixed frame into a home.
[0005] On the other hand, although it has been considered to divide the fixed frame, dividing the fixed frame would result in a decrease in the strength of the entire fixed frame.
[0006] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of these points, and aims to provide an electric bed in which the fixed frame can be easily transported and the strength of the entire fixed frame can be maintained. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The present disclosure relates to an electric bed whose height can be adjusted electrically, comprising a fixed frame that is rectangular in plan view, and a head support, a torso support, and a leg support supported by the fixed frame, wherein the fixed frame includes a pair of tubular frame portions that are divided into two at a longitudinal center portion in plan view via a pair of dividing surfaces that extend in the width direction of the fixed frame, and a connecting pipe is provided at the pair of dividing surfaces, extending from within one frame portion to within the other frame portion.
[0008] The present disclosure is an electric bed in which the pair of frame portions abut at the pair of dividing surfaces.
[0009] The present disclosure is an electric bed in which, when the longitudinal length of the connecting pipe is L1 and the longitudinal length of the fixed frame is L2, 0.05×L2≦L1≦0.30×L2 is satisfied.
[0010] The present disclosure relates to an electric bed in which the fixed frame is movable in the vertical direction by a fixed frame drive mechanism.
[0011] The present disclosure relates to an electric bed having a reinforcing plate extending from the outer surface of one frame portion to the outer surface of the other frame portion, the reinforcing plate having an L-shaped cross section, a reinforcing plate main body abutting the underside of one frame portion and the underside of the other frame portion, and a protrusion abutting the inner side surface of one frame portion and the inner side surface of the other frame portion.
[0012] The present disclosure relates to an electric bed in which the frame portion and the other frame portion both have a central cross beam, and the protrusion of the reinforcing plate is positioned so as not to interfere with each central cross beam. [Effects of the Invention]
[0013] As described above, according to the present disclosure, the fixing frame can be easily carried in and the strength of the fixing frame can be maintained. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0015] First Embodiment A first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0016] 1 to 14 are diagrams showing a first embodiment of an electric bed according to the present disclosure.
[0017] First, an outline of an electric bed will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0018] The electric bed 1 is designed so that the height of multiple parts can be changed electrically.
[0019] Such an electric bed 1 includes a fixed frame 10 that is rectangular in plan view, and a head support 30, a torso support 40, and a leg support 50 that are supported by the fixed frame 10 (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
[0020] Of these, the fixed frame 10 is supported by the head side support portion 2 and the leg side support portion 3 that are installed on the floor surface F, and the fixed frame 10 is supported on the floor surface F in this manner.
[0021] The fixed frame 10 is supported on a floor surface F by a pair of support legs 5 at the center in the longitudinal direction.
[0022] In this specification, "upper" and "lower" refer to the "upper" and "lower" directions when the electric bed 1 is placed on a floor surface F as shown in Fig. 1. In Fig. 2, the "left-right direction" is the "longitudinal direction L" and the "up-down direction" is the "width direction W."
[0023] Further, side plates 60 that cover the fixed frame 10 from the outside are attached to a pair of side edges of the fixed frame 10.
[0024] 5 and 6, the fixed frame 10 has a pair of frame portions 11 and 12 that are divided in two at the longitudinal center in a plan view via a pair of dividing surfaces 10a and 10b that extend in the width direction of the fixed frame 10. One frame 11 of the fixed frame 10 has a central cross beam 93 and an end cross beam 93A. The other frame 12 has a central cross beam 94 and an end cross beam 94A.
[0025] In Figures 5 and 6, for convenience, the dividing surfaces 10a of one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are shown separated from each other, and the dividing surfaces 10b of one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are also shown separated from each other.
[0026] The pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10a and 10b, 10b that divide one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 in this manner both extend along the width direction W in the center of the longitudinal direction L of the fixed frame 10. In other words, the pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10a and 10b, 10b extend parallel to the width direction W of the fixed frame 10 (see FIGS. 5 and 6).
[0027] In addition, one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12 of the fixed frame 10 are both rectangular cylindrical, and a connecting pipe 13 extending from one frame part 11 to the other frame part 12 is provided at a pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10b.
[0028] This connecting pipe 13 is also formed in a rectangular cylindrical shape like the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, and the outer shape of the connecting pipe 13 is slightly smaller than the inner shape of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12.
[0029] Therefore, the connecting pipe 13 can be easily inserted from one frame portion 11 into the other frame portion 12. Furthermore, the outer surfaces of the connecting pipes 13 inserted into the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 abut against the inner surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12. As a result, the connecting pipes 13 reliably reinforce the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 near the pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10a and dividing surfaces 10b, 10b, and the strength of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 can be maintained.
[0030] In this embodiment, both the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 of the fixed frame 10 are made of steel, and the connecting pipe 13 is also made of steel.
[0031] Furthermore, the connecting pipe 13 inserted into one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12 extends half its length (50% of its length) in the longitudinal direction L into the one frame part 11, and half its length (50% of its length) in the longitudinal direction L into the other frame part 12. Therefore, the connecting pipe 13 can provide balanced protection and strengthening to the one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12.
[0032] Furthermore, if the length of the connecting pipe 13 in the longitudinal direction L is L1 and the length of the fixed frame 10 in the longitudinal direction L is L2, The relationship is 0.05×L2≦L1≦0.30×L2 (see Figures 2 and 5).
[0033] In this case, if L1 is less than 0.05×L2, it becomes difficult to enhance the protection of one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 by the connecting pipe 13.
[0034] On the other hand, if L1 exceeds 0.3×L2, the operation of inserting the connecting pipe 13 into one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 becomes complicated.
[0035] After inserting the connecting pipes 13 into the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, mounting bolts 11a, 12a are attached to the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 from the outside as described below. The mounting bolt 11a extends from the one frame portion 11 to the opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13, connecting the one frame portion 11 and the connecting pipe 13. The mounting bolt 12a extends from the other frame portion 12 to the opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13, connecting the other frame portion 12 and the connecting pipe 13 (see Figures 9A to 10B).
[0036] Next, the head support 30, torso support 40 and leg support 50 supported on the fixed frame 10 will be described.
[0037] Of these, the head support 30 supports the user's head, the torso support 40 supports the user's torso, and the leg support 50 supports the user's legs.
[0038] Head support 30 has a rectangular frame 30a and a net structure 30b attached to frame 30a. Head support 30 is supported so as to be tiltable by a head support drive mechanism 31. Head support drive mechanism 31 is made up of a link mechanism installed on one frame portion 11 of fixed frame 10. Head support drive mechanism 31 also has an electric cylinder 32 attached to one frame portion 11, which is driven by an electric motor 32a. When electric cylinder 32 extends or retracts, the link mechanism of head support drive mechanism 31 is displaced, causing head support 30 to gradually tilt from the horizontal.
[0039] A total of two torso supports 40 are provided on the fixed frame 10. One torso support 40A is provided on one frame portion 11, and the other torso support 40B is provided on the other frame portion 12 of the fixed frame 10.
[0040] Both of the trunk supports 40A and 40B have a rectangular frame 40a and a net structure 40b attached to the inside of the frame 40a.
[0041] A total of two leg supports 50 are provided on the fixed frame 10. One leg support 50A is provided on the trunk support 40 side, and the other leg support 50B is provided on the leg support part 3 side.
[0042] Each of the leg supports 50A, 50B has a rectangular frame 50a and a net structure 50b attached within the frame 50a.
[0043] The leg supports 50A, 50B are supported so as to be freely bendable by a leg support drive mechanism 51. That is, the leg support drive mechanism 51 is made up of a link mechanism installed on the other frame portion 12 of the fixed frame 10. The leg support drive mechanism 51 is also fitted with an electric cylinder 52 that is connected to the other frame portion 12 and driven by an electric motor 52a, and when the electric cylinder 52 extends or contracts, the leg support drive mechanism 51 is displaced.
[0044] 1, when the electric cylinder 52 extends, the leg support drive mechanism 51, which is a link mechanism, is displaced, and one leg support 50A gradually rises from the horizontal direction toward the head support 30. At the same time, the other leg support 50B is gradually lifted upward from the horizontal direction by the leg support drive mechanism 51, which is a link mechanism, and moves downward toward the leg support 3.
[0045] At this time, one leg support 50A and the other leg support 50B are bent toward each other via a hinge 50C provided between them, and the leg supports 50A and 50B form a triangular shape that protrudes upward (see FIG. 1).
[0046] In this way, the head support 30 is gradually tilted from a horizontal position by the head support drive mechanism 31 consisting of a link mechanism, so that the user can change the position of their head from a horizontal position to a standing position as desired.
[0047] Furthermore, leg supports 50A, 50B are gradually bent from a horizontal position by leg support drive mechanism 51, which is a link mechanism. This allows the user to gradually raise the position of their legs upward and bend their legs.
[0048] Next, a method for assembling the electric bed having such a configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. 7A to 14. FIG.
[0049] First, the other frame portion 12 is prepared, to which a leg support drive mechanism 51 and an electric cylinder 52 connected to an electric motor 52a are attached in advance (see FIG. 7A). In this case, a leg support 50 consisting of a pair of leg supports 50A, 50B is installed on the leg support drive mechanism 51 attached to the other frame portion 12. In addition, the other body support 40B is installed on the other frame portion 12.
[0050] Next, the connecting pipes 13, 13 are inserted into the other frame portion 12 from the pair of divided surfaces 10a, 10b (see FIGS. 7A and 7B).
[0051] In this case, the connecting pipes 13, 13 are inserted into the other frame portion 12 over approximately half the length L1 in the longitudinal direction L of the connecting pipes 13, 13.
[0052] 8A and 8B, the mounting bolt 12a is tightened from the outside to the other frame part 12 using a tool 70. In this case, the mounting bolt 12a is tightened via a spring 12b and a washer 12c into the opening 12d of the other frame part 12. The mounting bolt 12a reaches the opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13, fixing the other frame part 12 and the connecting pipe 13 together.
[0053] Next, one frame part 11 is prepared to which a head support drive mechanism 31 and an electric cylinder 32 connected to an electric motor 32a are attached in advance (see FIGS. 9A and 9B). In this case, a head support 30 is installed on the head support drive mechanism 31 attached to one frame part 11. One body support 40A is also installed on one frame part 11.
[0054] Next, the connecting pipe 13, which has been inserted into and fixed to the other frame portion 12, is inserted into one frame portion 11 from the pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10b.
[0055] In this case, the connecting pipes 13, 13 are inserted into one of the frame parts 11 along the remaining half of the length L1 in the longitudinal direction L of the connecting pipes 13, 13.
[0056] 10A and 10B, the mounting bolt 11a is tightened from the outside of one frame part 11 using a tool 70. In this case, the mounting bolt 11a is tightened via a spring 11b and a washer 11c into an opening 11d of one frame part 11. The mounting bolt 11a reaches an opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13, fixing the one frame part 11 and the connecting pipe 13 together.
[0057] In this way, one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12 are firmly fixed together via the connecting pipe 13, and the one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12 form a fixed frame 10. In this case, the one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12 abut against each other at a pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10b, and the connecting pipe 13 is covered by the one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12.
[0058] Next, as shown in FIG. 11, a pair of support legs 5 are attached to the fixed frame 10 at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction L thereof.
[0059] Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, side plates 60 that cover the fixed frame 10 from the outside are attached to the side edges of the fixed frame 10.
[0060] Specifically, first, a pair of side plates 60 are attached to the side edges of the other frame portion 12 with mounting bolts (see FIG. 12).
[0061] Thereafter, an attachment pin 61 is inserted into the end face of one of the pair of side plates 60 attached to the other frame portion 12 on the side of the frame portion 11 (see FIG. 13). In this case, the attachment pin 61 protrudes from the end faces of the pair of side plates 60.
[0062] Next, a new pair of side plates 60, 60 are butted against the pair of side plates 60 attached to the other frame part 12, and the mounting pins 61 of the pair of side plates 60 attached to the other frame part 12 are inserted into the end faces of the side plates 60 on one frame part 11 side (see Figure 14). Thereafter, the new pair of side plates 60, 60 are attached to the side edges of one frame part 11 with mounting bolts.
[0063] After the side plates 60 are attached to a pair of side edges of the fixed frame 10 in this way, the fixed frame 10 is turned upside down. Next, the fixed frame 10 is placed on the head side support part 2 and the leg side support part 3 placed on the floor surface F, and in this way the electric bed 1 is assembled (see Figure 1). In Figure 1, the fixed frame 10 of the electric bed 1 is supported on the floor surface F by the head side support part 2, the leg side support part 3, and the support legs 5.
[0064] As described above, according to this embodiment, the fixed frame 10 of the electric bed 1 is divided into two, one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, at the center in the longitudinal direction L in plan view via a pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10b extending in the width direction of the fixed frame 10. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry in the fixed frame 10, which is rectangular in plan view, as it is, but the fixed frame 10 can be carried in after being divided into the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, making it easier to carry in the fixed frame 10.
[0065] Furthermore, one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are connected via a connecting pipe 13 that extends from the inside of one frame portion 11 to the inside of the other frame portion 12 .
[0066] Generally, the central portion of the fixed frame 10 in the longitudinal direction L is a portion where a large moment is applied due to the weight of the user. According to this embodiment, the fixed frame 10 is divided into two at the central portion of the longitudinal direction L of the fixed frame 10, and one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 can be reinforced with a connecting pipe 13 in the central portion of the longitudinal direction L where a large moment is applied. This makes it possible to provide a sturdy and safe electric bed 1.
[0067] <Second embodiment> Next, a second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0068] 15 to 24 are diagrams showing a second embodiment of an electric bed according to the present disclosure.
[0069] First, an outline of the electric bed will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0070] The electric bed 1 is designed so that the height of multiple parts can be changed electrically.
[0071] Such an electric bed 1 includes a fixed frame 10 that is rectangular in plan view, and a head support 30, a torso support 40, and a leg support 50 that are supported by the fixed frame 10.
[0072] Of these, the fixed frame 10 is fitted with a head-side fixed part 2A and a leg-side fixed part 3A.
[0073] The fixed frame 10 is supported on a stand 83 placed on the floor F via a fixed frame drive mechanism 81 .
[0074] In this embodiment, the stand 83 has support legs 83b placed on the floor F, and a stand body 83a supported by the support legs 83b.
[0075] The fixed frame drive mechanism 81 is made up of a link mechanism, and this link mechanism, the fixed frame drive mechanism 81, is driven by an electric cylinder 82 having an electric motor 82a. That is, when the electric cylinder 82 is driven by the electric motor 82a to expand and contract, the fixed frame drive mechanism 81 is displaced. As a result, the fixed frame 10 supported by the fixed frame drive mechanism 81 moves up and down as a whole.
[0076] In this specification, "upper" and "lower" refer to the "upper" and "lower" directions when the electric bed 1 is placed on a floor surface F as shown in Fig. 15. In Fig. 16, the "left-right direction" is the "longitudinal direction L" and the up-down direction is the "width direction W."
[0077] Further, side plates 60 that cover the fixed frame 10 from the outside are attached to a pair of side edges of the fixed frame 10.
[0078] 18 and 19, the fixed frame 10 has a pair of frame portions 11 and 12 that are divided in two at the longitudinal center in a plan view via a pair of dividing surfaces 10a and 10b that extend in the width direction of the fixed frame 10. One frame 11 of the fixed frame 10 has a central cross beam 93 and an end cross beam 93A. The other frame 12 has a central cross beam 94 and an end cross beam 94A.
[0079] In Figures 18 and 19, for convenience, the dividing surfaces 10a of one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are shown separated from each other, and the dividing surfaces 10b of one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are also shown separated from each other.
[0080] The pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10a and 10b, 10b that divide one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 in this manner both extend along the width direction W in the center portion of the longitudinal direction L of the fixed frame 10. In other words, the pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10a and 10b, 10b extend parallel to the width direction W of the fixed frame 10 (see FIGS. 18 and 19).
[0081] In addition, one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12 of the fixed frame 10 are both rectangular cylindrical, and a connecting pipe 13 extending from one frame part 11 to the other frame part 12 is provided at a pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10b.
[0082] This connecting pipe 13 is also formed in a rectangular cylindrical shape like the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, and the outer shape of the connecting pipe 13 is slightly smaller than the inner shape of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12.
[0083] This allows the connecting pipe 13 to be easily inserted from one frame portion 11 into the other frame portion 12. Furthermore, the outer surfaces of the connecting pipes 13 inserted into the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 come into contact with the inner surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12. This ensures that the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are reinforced near the pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10a and dividing surfaces 10b, 10b, and the strength of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 can be maintained.
[0084] Further, a reinforcing plate 90 is attached near the dividing surfaces 10a, 10a and 10b, 10b between the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, covering the outer surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 from below. This reinforcing plate 90 reinforces the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 near the dividing surfaces 10a, 10a and 10b, 10b.
[0085] In this embodiment, both the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 of the fixed frame 10 are made of steel, and the connecting pipe 13 and the reinforcing plate 90 are also made of steel.
[0086] Furthermore, the connecting pipe 13 inserted into one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12 extends half its length (50% of its length) in the longitudinal direction L into the one frame part 11, and half its length (50% of its length) in the longitudinal direction L into the other frame part 12. Therefore, the connecting pipe 13 can provide balanced protection and strengthening to the one frame part 11 and the other frame part 12.
[0087] Furthermore, if the length of the connecting pipe 13 in the longitudinal direction L is L1 and the length of the fixed frame 10 in the longitudinal direction L is L2, The relationship is 0.05×L2≦L1≦0.30×L2 (see FIGS. 16 and 18).
[0088] In this case, if L1 is less than 0.05×L2, it becomes difficult to enhance the protection of one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 by the connecting pipe 13.
[0089] On the other hand, if L1 exceeds 0.3×L2, the operation of inserting the connecting pipe 13 into one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 becomes complicated.
[0090] After inserting the connecting pipes 13 into the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, mounting bolts 11a, 12a are attached to the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 from the outside as described below. The mounting bolt 11a extends from the one frame portion 11 to the opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13, connecting the one frame portion 11 and the connecting pipe 13. The mounting bolt 12a extends from the other frame portion 12 to the opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13, connecting the other frame portion 12 and the connecting pipe 13 (see Figures 20A to 22B).
[0091] Furthermore, a reinforcing plate 90 is attached to the outer surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12. This reinforcing plate 90 has a reinforcing plate main body 90A that abuts against the undersides of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, and protruding pieces 91 that abut against the inner side surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 (see FIGS. 23A and 23B). Note that in FIGS. 23A and 23B, the undersides of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 face upward for convenience. The reinforcing plate main body 90A covers and reinforces the undersides of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, and the protruding pieces 91 cover the inner side surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12. In this way, the reinforcing plate 90 has the reinforcing plate main body 90A and the protruding pieces 91 and has an L-shaped cross section. This improves the bending rigidity of the reinforcing plate 90. In addition, because the protruding pieces 91 of the reinforcing plate 90 abut against the inner side surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, the outer side surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are not covered by the reinforcing plate 90, and no protrusions appear on the outer side surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, causing interference during use. Furthermore, because the central cross beam 93 of the one frame portion 11 and the central cross beam 94 of the other frame portion 12 are both separated from the underside of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, the protruding pieces 91 abutting against the inner side surfaces of the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 do not interfere with the central cross beam 93 of the one frame portion 11 and the central cross beam 94 of the other frame portion 12.
[0092] The reinforcing plate 90 is fixed to the first frame portion 11 and the second frame portion 12 by means of mounting bolts 90 a , which extend from the first frame portion 11 and the second frame portion 12 into the opening 13 a of the connecting pipe 13 .
[0093] Next, the head support 30, torso support 40 and leg support 50 supported on the fixed frame 10 will be described.
[0094] Of these, the head support 30 supports the user's head, the torso support 40 supports the user's torso, and the leg support 50 supports the user's legs.
[0095] Head support 30 has a rectangular frame 30a and a net structure 30b attached to frame 30a.
[0096] A total of two torso supports 40 are provided on the fixed frame 10. One torso support 40A is provided on one frame portion 11, and the other torso support 40B is provided on the other frame portion 12 of the fixed frame 10.
[0097] Both of the trunk supports 40A and 40B have a rectangular frame 40a and a net structure 40b attached to the inside of the frame 40a.
[0098] A total of two leg supports 50 are provided on the fixed frame 10. One leg support 50A is provided on the trunk support 40 side, and the other leg support 50B is provided on the leg side fixed portion 3A side.
[0099] Each of the leg supports 50A, 50B has a rectangular frame 50a and a net structure 50b attached within the frame 50a.
[0100] The leg supports 50A, 50B are supported so as to be freely bendable by a leg support drive mechanism 51.
[0101] 15, when the electric cylinder 52 extends, the leg support drive mechanism 51, which is a link mechanism, is displaced, and one leg support 50A gradually rises from the horizontal direction toward the head support 30. At the same time, the other leg support 50B is gradually lifted upward from the horizontal direction by the leg support drive mechanism 51, which is a link mechanism, and moves downward toward the leg-side fixed part 3A.
[0102] At this time, one leg support 50A and the other leg support 50B are bent toward each other via a hinge 50C provided between them, and the leg supports 50A and 50B form a triangular shape that protrudes upward (see FIG. 15).
[0103] In this way, the head support 30 is gradually tilted from a horizontal position by the head support drive mechanism 31 consisting of a link mechanism, so that the user can change the position of their head from a horizontal position to a standing position as desired.
[0104] Furthermore, leg supports 50A, 50B are gradually bent from a horizontal position by leg support drive mechanism 51, which is a link mechanism. This allows the user to gradually raise the position of their legs upward and bend their legs.
[0105] Next, a method for assembling the electric bed having such a configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. 20A to 27. FIG.
[0106] First, the other frame portion 12 is prepared, to which a leg support drive mechanism 51 and an electric cylinder 52 connected to an electric motor 52a are attached in advance (see FIG. 20A). In this case, a leg support 50 consisting of a pair of leg supports 50A, 50B is installed on the leg support drive mechanism 51 attached to the other frame portion 12. In addition, the other torso support 40B is installed on the other frame portion 12.
[0107] Next, the connecting pipes 13, 13 are inserted into the other frame portion 12 from the pair of divided surfaces 10a, 10b (see FIGS. 20A and 20B).
[0108] In this case, the connecting pipes 13, 13 are inserted into the other frame portion 12 over approximately half the length L1 in the longitudinal direction L of the connecting pipes 13, 13.
[0109] 21A and 21B, the mounting bolt 12a is tightened from the outside of the other frame part 12 using a tool 70. In this case, the mounting bolt 12a is tightened via a spring 12b and a washer 12c into the opening 12d farthest from the dividing surfaces 10a and 10b, out of the two openings 12d in the other frame part 12. The mounting bolt 12a reaches the opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13, fixing the other frame part 12 and the connecting pipe 13 together.
[0110] Next, one frame part 11 is prepared, to which a head support drive mechanism 31 and an electric cylinder 32 connected to an electric motor 32a are attached in advance (see FIGS. 22A and 22B). In this case, a head support 30 is installed on the head support drive mechanism 31 attached to one frame part 11. One body support 40A is also installed on one frame part 11.
[0111] Next, the connecting pipe 13, which has been inserted into and fixed to the other frame portion 12, is inserted into one frame portion 11 from the pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10b.
[0112] In this case, the connecting pipes 13, 13 are inserted into one of the frame parts 11 along the remaining half of the length L1 in the longitudinal direction L of the connecting pipes 13, 13.
[0113] 23A and 23B, the mounting bolt 11a is tightened from the outside of one frame part 11 using a tool 70. In this case, the mounting bolt 11a is tightened via a spring 11b and a washer 11c into the opening 11d of the one frame part 11 that is farthest from the dividing faces 10a and 10b. The mounting bolt 11a reaches the opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13, fixing the one frame part 11 and the connecting pipe 13 together.
[0114] Thereafter, the reinforcing plate 90 is attached to the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, and the attachment bolt 90a is tightened into the opening 90d of the reinforcing plate 90 using the tool 70 via the spring 90b and washer 90c.
[0115] In this case, the mounting bolt 90a of the reinforcing plate 90 extends through the opening 90d of the reinforcing plate 90, the remaining opening 11d on the dividing surfaces 10a, 10b of one frame portion 11, and the remaining opening 12d on the dividing surfaces 10a, 10b of the other frame portion 12, and reaches the opening 13a of the connecting pipe 13. In this way, the mounting bolt 90a of the reinforcing plate 90 can fix the one frame portion 11, the other frame portion 12, the connecting pipe 13, and the reinforcing plate 90 as a single unit, and the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 form a fixed frame 10. In this case, the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 abut against each other at the pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10b, and the connecting pipe 13 is covered by the one frame portion and the other frame portion.
[0116] Next, a gantry 80 and a fixed frame drive mechanism 81 consisting of a link mechanism provided on the gantry 80 are prepared (see FIG. 24). As shown in FIG. 24, the fixed frame drive mechanism 81 consisting of a link mechanism has a vertical element 81a extending upward from a gantry main body 83a of the gantry 83 and an upper element 81c connected to the vertical element 81a via a pair of bending elements 81b, 81b. The pair of bending elements 81b, 81b can be bent via a rotating element 81d. An electric cylinder 82 having an electric motor 82a is stretched between the upper element 81c and the rotating element 81d. In FIG. 24, when the electric cylinder 82 between the upper element 81c and the rotating element 81d extends or contracts, the upper element 81c moves up and down relative to the gantry 83.
[0117] Next, the fixed frame 10 assembled as described above and having the head support 30, head support drive mechanism 31, torso support 40, leg support 50, and leg support drive mechanism 51 attached thereto is placed as a whole on the upper element 81c of the fixed frame drive mechanism 81 (see Figure 25).
[0118] Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 26 and 27, side plates 60 that cover the fixed frame 10 from the outside are attached to the side edges of the fixed frame 10.
[0119] Specifically, first, a pair of side plates 60 are attached to the side edges of one frame portion 11 with mounting bolts (see FIG. 25).
[0120] Thereafter, the mounting pin 61 is inserted into the end face of the pair of side plates 60 attached to one frame portion 11 on the side of the other frame portion 12 (see FIG. 26). In this case, the mounting pin 61 protrudes from the end faces of the pair of side plates 60.
[0121] Next, a new pair of side plates 60, 60 are butted against the pair of side plates 60 attached to one frame part 11, and the mounting pins 61 of the pair of side plates 60 attached to one frame part 11 are inserted into the end faces of the side plates 60 on the other frame part 12 side (see Figure 27). Thereafter, the new pair of side plates 60, 60 are attached to the side edges of the other frame part 12 with mounting bolts.
[0122] Thereafter, the head side fixing part 2A and the leg side fixing part 3B are attached to the fixing frame 10.
[0123] In this way, the electric bed 1 is assembled (see FIG. 15). In FIG. 15, the fixed frame 10 of the electric bed 1 is supported via a fixed frame drive mechanism 81 on a stand 83 installed on the floor surface F.
[0124] As described above, according to this embodiment, the fixed frame 10 of the electric bed 1 is divided into two, one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, at the center in the longitudinal direction L in plan view via a pair of dividing surfaces 10a, 10b extending in the width direction of the fixed frame 10. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry in the fixed frame 10, which is rectangular in plan view, as it is, but the fixed frame 10 can be carried in after being divided into the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12, making it easier to carry in the fixed frame 10.
[0125] Furthermore, one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are connected via a connecting pipe 13 that extends from the inside of one frame portion 11 to the inside of the other frame portion 12. At the same time, the one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 are reinforced by a reinforcing plate 90.
[0126] Incidentally, since the fixed frame 10 is supported by the fixed frame drive mechanism 81, the fixed frame 10 does not have a structure in which it is supported by the support legs 5 as in the first embodiment. Therefore, the central portion of the fixed frame 10 in the longitudinal direction L is a portion where a large moment is applied due to the weight of the user. Furthermore, one frame portion 11 and the other frame portion 12 can be further reinforced with a reinforcing plate 90.
