Furthermore, various features or aspects of the various embodiments described in this disclosure, or portions of such features or aspects, may be used in combination with each other.
[0014] Although the operations of some of the various methods disclosed in this disclosure are described in a particular order for convenience, it should be understood that description in this manner encompasses rearranging the order of the operations unless a particular order is required by specific text below. For example, operations described in a sequence may, in some cases, be rearranged or performed simultaneously. Furthermore, for purposes of simplicity, the accompanying drawings do not show the various ways in which the various items and methods described in this disclosure can be used in conjunction with other items and methods.
[0015] Any theories of operation, scientific principles, or other theoretical descriptions presented in this disclosure related to the devices or methods of the present disclosure are provided for the purpose of better understanding and are not intended to limit the scope of the technology, and the devices and methods in the appended claims are not limited to devices and methods that operate in a manner described by such theories of operation.
[0016] Any of the various methods disclosed in this disclosure may be implemented using computer-executable instructions stored on one or more computer-readable media and executed on a computer. The one or more media may be non-transitory computer-readable storage media, such as at least one optical media disk, volatile memory components, or non-volatile memory components. Here, the volatile memory components may include, for example, DRAM or SRAM. Also, the non-volatile memory components may include, for example, hard drives and solid-state drives (SSDs). Furthermore, the computer may include any computer available on the market, including, for example, smartphones and other mobile devices with computing hardware.
[0017] Any such computer-executable instructions for implementing the techniques disclosed in this disclosure, along with any data generated or used during the implementation of various embodiments disclosed in this disclosure, may be stored on one or more computer-readable media (e.g., non-transitory computer-readable storage media). Such computer-executable instructions may, for example, be part of a separate software application, or may be part of a software application accessed or downloaded via a web browser or other software application (such as a remote computing application). Such software may, for example, be executed on a single local computer (e.g., as a process running on any suitable commercially available computer) or in a networked environment (e.g., the Internet, a wide area network, a local area network, a client-server network (such as a cloud computing network), or other such network) using one or more networked computers.
[0018] For clarity, only certain selected aspects of various software-based implementations are described. Other details that are well known in the art are omitted. For example, the techniques disclosed in this disclosure are not limited to a particular computer language or program. For example, the techniques disclosed in this disclosure may be implemented by software written in C, C++, Java, or any other suitable programming language. Similarly, the techniques disclosed in this disclosure are not limited to a particular computer or a particular type of hardware. Specific details of suitable computers and hardware are well known and need not be described in detail in this disclosure.
[0019] Moreover, any of the various such software-based embodiments (e.g., including computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform any of the various methods disclosed in this disclosure) may be uploaded, downloaded, or remotely accessed by suitable communications means, including, for example, the Internet, the World Wide Web, an intranet, a software application, cable (including fiber optic cable), magnetic communication, electromagnetic communication (including RF, microwave, and infrared communication), electronic communication, or other such communications means.
[0020] 1. Overview of Processing System 1 A processing system according to the present disclosure is used to arrange a meeting between an introducee, who has been introduced to a target by an introducer, and the target. Typically, the processing system 1 first issues first access destination information to the target for inputting one or more candidate dates for the meeting, and accepts the input of one or more candidate dates for the meeting by the target accessing the first access destination information. The processing system 1 then transmits candidate information including at least one of the one or more candidate dates to the introducee. The processing system 1 then accepts the introducee's selection of a date for the meeting from one or more candidate dates and registers the date for the meeting based on the selection.
[0021] In this way, the processing system 1 allows the introducer to more smoothly arrange a meeting between the target person and the introduced person.
[0022] In this disclosure, an "introducer" may refer to any person capable of introducing a target person to an introduced person. Examples of such introducers include a recruitment agent that introduces a job seeker to an employer, a talent matching agent that introduces a business contractor to a business contractor, an intermediary that introduces service providers offering various products and services to those who wish to provide them, a business acquisition agent that introduces a business operator wishing to transfer at least a portion of its business to a business acquirer wishing to acquire the business, and a marriage broker that introduces suitors who wish to get married to each other. In the following, for the sake of convenience, the introducer will be described as a recruitment agent, but of course, this is not limited to this.
[0023] Furthermore, in this disclosure, an "introduced person" may be any person who can be introduced by an introducer to a target person to be introduced. Examples of such introduced persons include an employer who is introduced a job seeker by a recruitment agent, a business contractor who is introduced a business contractor by a talent matching agent, a prospective provider who wishes to provide various products and services and is introduced by an intermediary, a business acquirer who is introduced by a business acquisition agent to a business operator who wishes to transfer at least a portion of the business conducted by the business operator, and a suitor who is introduced by a marriage intermediary to another suitor who wishes to marry. Note that, for the sake of convenience, the following description will be given assuming that the introduced person is an employer, but of course, this is not limited to this.
[0024] Furthermore, in this disclosure, a "target person" may be any person that an introducer can introduce to an introduced person. Examples of such introduced persons include a job seeker introduced by a recruitment agent to an employer, a business contractor introduced by a talent matching agent to a business contractor, a service provider introduced by an intermediary to a person seeking to provide various products or services, a business operator introduced by a business acquisition agent to a business acquirer who wishes to transfer at least a portion of the business operated by the business operator, and another suitor introduced by a marriage intermediary to a suitor seeking marriage. Note that, for the sake of convenience, the following description will be given assuming that the target person is a job seeker, but of course, this is not limited to this.
[0025] Furthermore, in this disclosure, as described above, the introduced person and the target person are exemplified, but in some cases the introduced person and the target person may be reversed. For example, when a recruitment agent matches an employer with a job seeker, it is possible to imagine both a case where the recruitment agent introduces the employer to the job seeker and a case where the recruitment agent introduces the job seeker to the employer. Therefore, the introduced person and the target person are merely terms used to distinguish between the two, and the person who the introducer introduces the target person and the person who the introducer introduces to the introduced person may also be reversed as appropriate.
[0026] Furthermore, in this disclosure, as described above, there may be an introducer, an introduced person, and a target person, but these persons may not be a specific individual, but may also be an organization of multiple individuals. In other words, if the introducer is a recruitment agent, the introducer may not only be an individual working as a recruitment agent, but also include a business operator such as a recruitment agency to which the individual belongs. Furthermore, if the introduced person is an employer, the employer may not only be an individual in charge of recruitment activities, but also include a business operator such as a company that conducts the recruitment.
[0027] In addition, in this disclosure, as described above, there may be introducers, introducees, and targets, but these are merely names given to distinguish between the roles currently played. That is, an introducer may become an introducee or target, an introducee may become an introducer or target depending on the circumstances, and a target may become an introducer or introducee.
[0028] Furthermore, in the present disclosure, a "meeting" may refer to any gathering or gathering of multiple people including at least the introducee and the target. Such a meeting may include a meeting between the introducee and the target in person in the real world, a meeting in a virtual space, or an online meeting. Furthermore, a meeting may include a visit to an organization, not just a single individual, such as when a job seeker visits an employer's business to take a hiring test. Furthermore, a meeting may include a single meeting or a meeting held in two or more separate meetings. For example, the meeting may include a series of multiple meetings, such as a first meeting and a second meeting held at a different time from the first meeting. In other words, the meeting may be a series of multiple meetings held between the same introducee and the target. In particular, in the present disclosure, it is desirable to use the candidate meeting selected by the job seeker as candidate dates for multiple meetings, including the first meeting and the second meeting.
[0029] Furthermore, although the terms "first" and "second" may be used in this disclosure, unless otherwise specified, these are merely names used for the convenience of explanation. Therefore, even if the terms "first" and "second" are used, it does not mean that the elements are limited to those to which they are attached. Naturally, multiple elements such as "third," "fourth," "fifth," and more may be included.
[0030] Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a processing system 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. According to Fig. 1, the processing system 1 includes at least a server device 100, an introducer terminal device 200-1 that can be used by an introducer, a job seeker terminal device 200-2 that can be used by a target job seeker, and an employer terminal device 200-3 that can be used by an introduced employer. The server device 100, the introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employer terminal device 200-3 are connected to at least one of a wireless network and a wired network so as to be able to communicate with each other.
[0031] In this disclosure, the "processing device" may be any of the server device 100, the introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employing person terminal device 200-3. In other words, when the term "processing device" is used, it refers to any of the above devices and is not limited to any one device unless specifically mentioned. For ease of explanation, the following description will be given taking the server device 100 as a specific example of a processing device, but each process executed by the server device 100 can be performed in the same way in any of the introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employing person terminal device 200-3.
[0032] Furthermore, in this disclosure, the introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employing person terminal device 200-3 are distinguished based on whether they are available to the introducer, the job seeker, or the employing person. However, this does not mean that the introducer terminal device 200-1 is available only to the introducer, the job seeker terminal device 200-2 is available only to the job seeker, or the employing person terminal device 200-3 is available only to the employing person. In other words, each terminal device may be used by the introducer, the job seeker, the employing person, or others, and the name of each terminal device changes depending on who is using it. The introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employing person terminal device 200-3 may be simply referred to as terminal device 200, but this means at least one of the terminal devices including the introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employing person terminal device 200-3. Furthermore, in this disclosure, three terminal devices 200 are exemplified: the introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employed person terminal device 200-3; however, other terminal devices 200 may naturally be included.
[0033] 2. Configuration of Server Device 100 2A is a block diagram showing a configuration of a server device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The server device 100 does not need to include all of the components shown in FIG. 2A, and may have a configuration in which some components are omitted, or may include other components. Furthermore, the server device 100 does not need to include the components shown in FIG. 2A in a single housing, and each component and process of the server device 100 may be distributed to multiple processing devices, such as on-premise server devices and cloud server devices.
[0034] 2A, the server device 100 includes a processor 111 configured with a CPU or the like, a memory 112 including RAM, ROM, non-volatile memory, an HDD or the like, and a communication interface 113. These components are electrically connected to each other via control lines and data lines.
[0035] Processor 111 is configured with a CPU (microcomputer) and functions as a control unit for controlling other connected components based on various programs stored in memory 112. Processor 111 reads and executes programs for executing applications related to the present disclosure and programs for executing an OS from memory 112. Specifically, processor 111 executes the following processes based on the programs stored in memory 112: "receiving a registration request including one or more candidates input by the target person from a target person terminal device usable by the target person by accessing first access destination information for the target person to input one or more candidate meeting dates using the target person terminal device," "sending candidate information including at least one of the one or more candidates to an introduced person terminal device usable by an introduced person registered by the introducer," and "registering a meeting date selected by the introduced person from one or more candidates based on the candidate information." Processor 111 is primarily configured with one or more CPUs, but may also be combined with a GPU, FPGA, or the like as appropriate.
[0036] The memory 112 includes RAM, ROM, nonvolatile memory, and HDD, and functions as a storage unit. The ROM stores instructions for executing the application and OS according to the present disclosure as a program. Such programs are loaded and executed by the processor 111. The RAM is used to write and read data while the program stored in the ROM is being processed by the processor 111. The nonvolatile memory is memory to which data is written and read by the execution of the program, and the data written therein is saved even after the execution of the program has ended. Specifically, the memory 112 stores programs that allow the processor 111 to execute various processes, such as "a process of receiving, from a target terminal device usable by the target, a registration request including one or more candidates input by the target, by accessing first access destination information for the target to input one or more candidate meeting dates, using the target terminal device usable by the target," "a process of transmitting candidate information including at least one of the one or more candidates to an introduced terminal device usable by an introduced registered by the introducer," and "a process of registering a meeting date selected by the introduced from one or more candidates based on the candidate information." The memory 112 also stores various types of information such as a job seeker management table (FIG. 3A) and a hired employee management table (FIG. 3B). If necessary, this information may be stored in a database device communicably connected to the server device 100 (in this case, the database may also be included as part of the memory 112).
[0037] The communication interface 113 functions as a communication unit that transmits and receives information to and from the terminal device 200 or other server devices installed remotely via a communication processing circuit and an antenna. The communication processing circuit processes programs used in the processing system 1, various types of information, and the like, for transmitting and receiving information according to the progress of processing. The communication processing circuit processes based on a wideband wireless communication method such as the LTE method, but can also process based on a method related to narrowband wireless communication or a method related to contactless wireless communication such as a wireless LAN such as IEEE802.11 or Bluetooth (registered trademark). Wired communication can also be used instead of or in addition to wireless communication.
[0038] 3. Configuration of Terminal Device 200 2B is a block diagram showing a configuration of a terminal device 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. According to FIG. 2B, the terminal device 200 includes a processor 211, a memory 212, an input interface 213, an output interface 214, and a communication interface 215. These components are electrically connected to each other via control lines and data lines. Note that the terminal device 200 does not need to include all of the components shown in FIG. 2B; it is possible to omit some of the components or add other components.
[0039] The terminal device 200 may be any device capable of executing the processes executed by the terminal device 200. The terminal device 200 may be a smartphone, tablet device, laptop PC, desktop PC, or other device. Furthermore, in the present disclosure, the processes performed by the terminal device may be distributed to other terminal devices, processing devices, server devices, database devices, or the like. In other words, the terminal device 200 is not limited to devices configured in a single housing, but also includes combinations of the various devices exemplified above. Furthermore, the terminal device 200 can be used as the introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employed person terminal device 200-3. However, when used as the introducer terminal device 200-1, the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the employed person terminal device 200-3, each device may be a different type of terminal device. For example, the introducer terminal device 200-1 may be a desktop PC, the job seeker terminal device 200-2 may be a smartphone, and the employed person terminal device 200-3 may be a tablet device.
[0040] The processor 211 functions as a control unit that controls the other components of the terminal device 200 based on programs stored in the memory 212. The processor 211 is mainly composed of one or more CPUs, but may also be combined with a GPU, FPGA, etc. as appropriate. The processor 211 executes various processes based on processing programs stored in the memory 212.
[0041] Specifically, when the terminal device 200 is used as the introducer terminal device 200-1, the processor 211 performs the following operations based on the program stored in the memory 212: "a process of accepting an introducer's operation input via the input interface 213 and inputting job seeker information including attribute information of the job seeker, etc."; "a process of transmitting a registration request including the job seeker information to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215."; "a process of receiving, from the server device via the communication interface 215, first access destination information indicating a destination that the job seeker accesses to input one or more candidate dates for the meeting."; "a process of transmitting, via the communication interface 215, the first access destination information to the job seeker terminal device 200-2 that can be used by the job seeker into which the job seeker information has been input."; and "a process of registering, via the communication interface 215, the candidate information including one or more candidate dates for the meeting input by the job seeker in the job seeker terminal device. The process executes the following: "process of receiving a completion notification," "process of accepting an introducer's operational input via the input interface 213 and inputting employed person information including attribute information of the employed person," "process of accepting an introducer's operational input via the input interface 213 and inputting selection information indicating the content of the meeting for selecting job seekers as event attribute information," "process of sending a registration request to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215, the registration request including at least job seeker ID information that identifies the job seeker, employed person information, and selection information," "process of receiving from the server device via the communication interface 215, second access destination information that indicates a destination that the employed person accesses to select at least one event date from one or more candidates," and "process of sending via the communication interface 215 the second access destination information to the employed person terminal device 200-3 that can be used by the employed person to select at least one event date from one or more candidates."
[0042] Furthermore, when the terminal device 200 is used as the job seeker terminal device 200-2, the processor 211 executes, based on the program stored in the memory 212, the following processes: "receiving, via the communication interface 215, from the introducer terminal device 200-1, first access destination information indicating a destination to be accessed by the job seeker to input one or more candidate meeting dates," "accessing the access destination indicated by the first access destination information by accepting operation input from the job seeker via the input interface 213 and selecting the received first access destination information," "outputting a candidate information selection screen via the output interface 214," "accepting operation input from the job seeker via the input interface 213 and inputting candidate information indicating one or more candidate meeting dates desired by the job seeker on the candidate information selection screen," and "sending, via the communication interface 215, to the server device 100, a registration request including at least the input candidate information."
[0043] Furthermore, when the terminal device 200 is used as the employer terminal device 200-3, the processor 211, based on the program stored in the memory 212, executes the following processes: "a process of receiving, from the introducer terminal device 200-1 via the communication interface 215, second access destination information indicating a destination to be accessed by the employer to select at least one meeting date from one or more candidates," "a process of accepting an operational input from the job seeker via the input interface 213 and selecting the received second access destination information, thereby accessing the access destination indicated by the second access destination information," "a process of accepting an operational input from the employer via the input interface 213 and inputting selection information indicating the meeting date desired by the employer on the meeting date selection screen," and "a process of sending, to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215, a registration request including at least the input selection information."
[0044] The memory 212 is composed of RAM, ROM, non-volatile memory, HDD, etc., and functions as a storage unit. The memory 212 stores instructions and commands for various controls of the processing system 1 according to this embodiment as programs.
[0045] Specifically, when the terminal device 200 is used as the introducer terminal device 200-1, the memory 212 stores the following functions: "a process of accepting an introducer's operation input via the input interface 213 and inputting job seeker information including attribute information of the job seeker, etc.," "a process of transmitting a registration request including job seeker information to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215," "a process of receiving, from the server device via the communication interface 215, first access destination information indicating a destination that the job seeker accesses to input one or more candidate dates for the meeting," "a process of transmitting, via the communication interface 215, the first access destination information to the job seeker terminal device 200-2 that can be used by the job seeker into which the job seeker information has been input," "a process of receiving, via the communication interface 215, a registration completion notification indicating that candidate information including one or more candidate dates for the meeting input by the job seeker in the job seeker terminal device has been registered," "a process of receiving, via the input ... The program stores programs for the processor 211 to execute such processes as "accepting an introducer's operation input via the input interface 213 and inputting employed person information including attribute information of the employed person, etc.", "accepting an introducer's operation input via the input interface 213 and inputting selection information indicating the content of a meeting for selecting a job seeker as event attribute information," "transmitting a registration request to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215, the registration request including at least job seeker ID information for identifying the job seeker, employed person information, and selection information," "receiving from the server device via the communication interface 215 second access destination information indicating a destination to be accessed by the employed person in order to select at least one event date from one or more candidates," and "transmitting via the communication interface 215 the second access destination information to the employed person terminal device 200-3 which can be used by the employed person in order to select at least one event date from one or more candidates."
[0046] Furthermore, when the terminal device 200 is used as the job seeker terminal device 200-2, the memory 212 stores programs for the processor 211 to execute, such as "a process of receiving, from the introducer terminal device 200-1, via the communication interface 215, first access destination information indicating a destination to be accessed by the job seeker in order to input one or more candidate dates for the meeting," "a process of accepting an operational input from the job seeker via the input interface 213 and selecting the received first access destination information, thereby accessing the access destination indicated by the first access destination information," "a process of outputting a candidate information selection screen via the output interface 214," "a process of accepting an operational input from the job seeker via the input interface 213 and inputting candidate information indicating one or more candidate dates for the meeting desired by the job seeker on the candidate information selection screen," and "a process of sending, via the communication interface 215, to the server device 100 a registration request including at least the input candidate information."
[0047] Specifically, when the terminal device 200 is used as the employer terminal device 200-3, the memory 212 stores programs for the processor 211 to execute, such as "a process of receiving, via the communication interface 215, from the introducer terminal device 200-1, second access destination information indicating a destination to be accessed by the employer to select at least one meeting date from one or more candidates," "a process of accepting an operational input from the job seeker via the input interface 213 and selecting the received second access destination information, thereby accessing the access destination indicated by the second access destination information," "a process of accepting an operational input from the employer via the input interface 213 and inputting selection information indicating the meeting date desired by the employer on the meeting date selection screen," and "a process of sending, via the communication interface 215, a registration request including at least the input selection information to the server device 100."
[0048] The input interface 213 functions as an input unit that accepts operational inputs from introducers, job seekers, or employers to the terminal device 200. Examples of the input interface 213 include physical key buttons and a touch panel having an input coordinate system corresponding to the display coordinate system of the display. In the case of a touch panel, icons are displayed on the display, and the introducer, job seeker, or employer makes an operational input via the touch panel to select each icon. The method for detecting the operational inputs of the target person using the touch panel may be any method, such as a capacitive method or a resistive film method. The input interface 213-2 does not always need to be physically provided on the terminal device 200, and may be connected as needed via a wired or wireless network. Therefore, in addition to the above, a mouse, keyboard, etc. can also be used as the input interface 213-2.
[0049] The output interface 214 functions as an output unit for outputting various information. An example of the output interface 214 is a display, but the output interface 214 is not limited to this and may be composed of other liquid crystal panels, organic EL displays, plasma displays, printers, etc. Also, a display does not have to be provided. For example, an interface for connecting to a display or the like connectable to the terminal device 200 via a wired or wireless network can function as the output interface 214 for outputting display data to the display or the like.
[0050] The communication interface 215 functions as a communication unit for transmitting and receiving information to and from the server device 100, other terminal devices 200, and other processing devices via a communication processing circuit and an antenna. The communication processing circuit processes based on a wideband wireless communication system such as the LTE system, but it is also possible to process based on a system related to narrowband wireless communication or a system related to contactless wireless communication such as a wireless LAN such as IEEE802.11 or Bluetooth (registered trademark). Furthermore, wired communication can be used instead of or in addition to wireless communication.
[0051] 4. Information stored in the server device 100 3A is a diagram conceptually illustrating a job applicant management table stored in server device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The information stored in the job applicant management table is updated and stored as needed in accordance with the progress of processing by processor 111 of server device 100.
[0052] According to FIG. 3A, the job seeker management table is a table generated for each piece of introducer ID information. The job seeker management table stores attribute information, contact information, candidate information, access destination information, and confirmed information in association with job seeker ID information. "Job seeker ID information" is information unique to each job seeker and is used to identify each job seeker. Job seeker ID information is information generated in the server device 100, for example, when a job seeker sends a new registration request to a service provided by the processing system 1. Job seeker ID information can be a code consisting of any character string, or various other information such as the job seeker's name, account name for SNS or the like, or email address.
[0053] "Attribute information" is information that attributes each job seeker. Examples of such attribute information include the job seeker's name, nickname, career history, social media accounts, friend list, current affiliation, current annual salary, desired annual salary, qualifications held, desired job type, desired employment conditions, and home address. This attribute information is input via the job seeker terminal device 200-2 that can be used by the job seeker, or via the introducer terminal device 200-1 that can be used by the introducer. The attribute information is mainly used to screen employers to be presented to job seekers and to screen job seekers to be introduced to employers.
[0054] "Contact information" is information relating to the contact details of each job seeker. Examples of such contact information include email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, and social media accounts. This attribute information is input via the job seeker terminal device 200-2 that can be used by the job seeker, or via the introducer terminal device 200-1 that can be used by the introducer. The contact information is mainly used as a destination to which the first access destination information is sent. The contact information is not limited to information indicating one contact, and multiple pieces of contact information may be stored depending on the number of desired contacts.
[0055] "Candidate information" is information indicating candidate dates for a meeting. Typically, it is information specifying candidate dates for a meeting by date, month, year, and time. The period is the time required for the meeting (e.g., 60 minutes) plus time to allow for travel before and after the meeting, if necessary (e.g., 30 minutes before and after the meeting). Candidate information is input by the job seeker terminal device 200-2 that can be used by job seekers. Note that candidate information does not need to be limited to one specific candidate for one meeting; multiple candidates may be stored. In some cases, candidate information may also store candidate attribute information that indicates which of the selection steps the candidate can be used for, in association with each candidate date for the meeting.
[0056] "Access destination information" is information indicating the access destination to be accessed in order to input candidate meeting dates. Typically, the URL of a website that displays candidate meeting dates as a calendar or list and outputs a desired candidate so that the candidate can be selected is stored as the access destination information. The access destination information is information generated by the server device 100 when it receives a job seeker information registration request from the introducer terminal device 200-1, which can be used by the introducer. Note that, among the access destination information, the access destination information sent to the job seeker terminal device 200-2 so that the job seeker can input one or more candidate meeting dates is referred to as first access destination information, and the access destination information sent to the employer terminal device 200-3 so that the employer can select the desired meeting date from one or more candidates is referred to as second access destination information. However, the information indicated by the first access destination information and the second access destination information may be the same information, such as the URL of the same website.
[0057] The "confirmed information" is information indicating the time that has been confirmed as the date for holding the meeting. Typically, the confirmed information is information that is confirmed when the recruiter accesses the URL of the website that is the access destination indicated by the access destination information and selects a candidate for the desired date for the meeting.
[0058] 3B is a diagram conceptually illustrating a hired employee management table stored in the server device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The information stored in the hired employee management table is updated and stored as needed according to the progress of processing by the processor 111 of the server device 100.
[0059] According to FIG. 3B, the hired person management table is a table generated for each piece of introducer ID information. Each hired person management table stores attribute information, job seeker information, and selection information in association with the hired person ID information. "Recruiter ID information" is information unique to each hired person and is used to identify each hired person. The hired person ID information is generated in the server device 100, for example, when a new registration request for a service provided by the processing system 1 is sent by the hired person. The hired person ID information can be a code consisting of any character string, or various other information such as the hired person's name, the hired person's company name, an account name for SNS or the like, or an email address.
[0060] "Attribute information" is information that attributes each recruit. Examples of such attribute information include the recruit's company name, social media account, friend list, name of the person in charge at the recruiting company, contact information for the person in charge, the person's affiliation, and the address of the recruiting company. This attribute information is input via the recruiter terminal device 200-3 that can be used by the recruiter, or via the introducer terminal device 200-1 that can be used by the introducer. The attribute information is mainly used to screen recruits to be presented to job seekers, and to screen job seekers to be introduced to recruiters.
[0061] "Job seeker information" is information indicating a job seeker to be introduced to an employer identified by employer ID information. Typically, job seeker ID information is stored. Job seeker information is input by the introducer terminal device 200-1, which can be used by the introducer. It is possible to store not only one job seeker information but also multiple job seeker information. Furthermore, if the employer identified by employer ID information plans to hire for multiple job types, it is also possible to store one or more job seeker information for each job type.
[0062] "Selection information" is information indicating the details of the selection of a job seeker. Such selection information includes the job type for which employment is planned, the selection steps for arranging meetings (e.g., first interview (first meeting), essay test (second meeting), and final interview (third meeting)), the selection time indicating the estimated time required for the meeting (e.g., 60 minutes, 120 minutes, and 180 minutes), and the selection method (e.g., in-person and online). The selection information is input by the employer terminal device 200-3, which can be used by the employer, or the introducer terminal device 200-1, which can be used by the introducer. The selection information is mainly used to narrow down the candidate dates for the meeting indicated by the candidate information.
[0063] 5. Processing sequence performed by processing system 1 4A to 4D are diagrams showing processing sequences executed by the processing system 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 4A shows a job seeker registration process for newly registering a job seeker for services provided by the processing system 1, FIG. 4B shows a candidate information registration process for a job seeker to register one or more candidate dates for a meeting with an employer, FIG. 4C shows a meeting attribute information registration process for narrowing down one or more candidates based on meeting attribute information, and FIG. 4D shows a meeting schedule confirmation process for an employer to confirm the meeting schedule. Each processing sequence is mainly performed by the processor of each device executing a program stored in the memory or the like of each device.
[0064] (A) Job Seeker Registration Processing 4A shows the job seeker registration process for newly registering a job seeker for the service provided by the processing system 1, as described above. According to FIG. 4A, upon receiving an operational input from the introducer via the input interface 213, the processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 launches an application program for arranging a meeting schedule (S11). The application program may be a program stored locally in the introducer terminal device 200-1 dedicated to schedule adjustment, or may be a browser application program for executing a function for schedule adjustment on a browser. Upon launching the application program, the processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 displays a login screen for the schedule adjustment service provided by the processing system 1 via the output interface 214. Then, the processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 accepts an operational input from the introducer via the input interface 213, and inputs introducer ID information and a password (S12). The processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 transmits the received introducer ID information and password to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215, together with a login request (T11) for logging in to the schedule adjustment service.
[0065] Although not shown here, it is assumed that the introducer has been registered in advance as a user of the schedule adjustment service, and the introducer ID information and password are stored in the introducer management table (not shown) by the server device 100.
[0066] When processor 111 of server device 100 receives a login request via communication interface 113, it authenticates whether the introducer is a person who has been registered in advance based on the introducer ID information and password received together (S13). That is, in S13, processor 111 of server device 100 refers to the introducer management table and checks whether the received introducer ID information is stored in the introducer management table. If the introducer ID information is stored in the introducer management table, processor 111 of server device 100 checks whether the password associated with the introducer ID information matches the received password. If the passwords match, processor 111 of server device 100 authenticates that the introducer who sent the login request is a legitimate introducer.
[0067] When processor 111 of server device 100 authenticates that the introducer is a legitimate introducer, it refers to the introducer management table and reads out introducer information including the introducer's attribute information associated with the introducer's introducer ID information and various information stored in the job seeker management table. Then, processor 111 of server device 100 transmits the read out introducer information (T12) via communication interface 113 to introducer terminal device 200-1 that has transmitted the login request.
[0068] When processor 211 of introducer terminal device 200-1 receives the introducer information via communication interface 215, it inputs job seeker information of the job seeker who will be a user of the schedule adjustment service in order to arrange a date for a meeting between the job seeker and the employer (S14). Specifically, when processor 211 receives the introducer information, it outputs, via output interface 214, a screen listing job seekers for which the introducer is in charge. Then, when processor 211 accepts, via input interface 213, an operation input by the introducer on a "New job seeker registration" icon included in the list screen, it outputs a job seeker information registration screen via output interface 214. Processor 211 accepts the operation input by the introducer on the job seeker information registration screen via input interface 213, and inputs, as job seeker information, for example, the name of the job seeker, which is the job seeker's attribute information, and an email address and telephone number, which are the job seeker's contact information. Processor 211 transmits to server device 100 via communication interface 215 a registration request (T13) that includes the input job seeker information and a request to newly register the job seeker.
[0069] When the processor 111 of the server device 100 receives the registration request via the communication interface 113, it registers the received job seeker information in the job seeker management table (S15). Specifically, the processor 111 generates new job seeker ID information and stores the generated job seeker ID information in the job seeker management table. Then, the processor 111 stores the job seeker's name from the received job seeker information in the attribute information of the job seeker management table, and stores the email address and telephone number in the contact information of the job seeker management table. The processor 111 also generates first access destination information indicating an access destination to be accessed by the job seeker terminal device 200-2 so that the job seeker can input one or more candidate dates for the meeting (S16). Typically, the first access destination information is a URL of a website for displaying a candidate information selection screen, as exemplified in FIG. 6A. It is desirable that the first access destination information be generated as a URL unique to each job seeker. The processor 111 stores the generated first access destination information in the job seeker management table in association with the job seeker ID information, and transmits the generated first access destination information (T14) via the communication interface 113 to the introducer terminal device 200-1 that sent the registration request.
[0070] When processor 211 of introducer terminal device 200-1 receives the first access destination information via communication interface 215, it accepts an operational input from the introducer via input interface 213 and transmits the first access destination information (T15) received via communication interface 215 to job seeker terminal device 200-2 of the job seeker (S17). Specifically, when the URL that is the received first access destination information is displayed on a display or the like, processor 211 of introducer terminal device 200-1 accepts an operational input from the introducer via input interface 213 and copies the URL. Then, processor 211 of introducer terminal device 200-1 shares the access destination information by specifying the email address stored as the job seeker's contact information as the destination using a communication application program such as email or SNS and pasting the copied URL into a message.
[0071] When the processor 211 of the job seeker terminal device 200-2 receives the first access destination information via the communication interface 215, it outputs a notification that the first access destination information has been received and the access destination indicated by the received first access information via the output interface 214 (S18). This completes the job seeker registration process.
[0072] 4A, access destination information indicating an access destination for selecting candidate meeting dates for each job seeker is generated. Therefore, the processing system 1 can appropriately manage candidate meeting dates for each job seeker.
[0073] (B) Candidate information registration process As described above, Figure 4B shows the candidate information registration process for a job seeker to register one or more candidate dates for a meeting with an employer. According to Figure 4B, the processor 211 of the job seeker terminal device 200-2, which can be used by the job seeker, receives the first access destination information transmitted at T15 in Figure 4A via the communication interface 215. Then, the processor 211 of the job seeker terminal device 200-2 accepts an operation input by the job seeker via the input interface 213, and inputs an access request to the URL stored as the received first access destination information (S21).
[0074] The processor 211 of the job seeker terminal device 200-2 accepts the job seeker's operational input via the input interface 213 and executes login processing to use the schedule adjustment service (S22). This login processing will not be described in detail, but for example, when an access request is input in S21, the processor 211 transmits the access request to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215. Upon receiving the access request, the processor 111 of the server device 100 identifies job seeker ID information based on the accessed URL and generates an authentication code associated with the job seeker ID information. The processor 111 transmits the generated authentication code via the communication interface 113 to the job seeker terminal device 200-2 that transmitted the access request. Upon receiving the authentication code, the processor 211 of the job seeker terminal device 200-2 outputs a notification via the output interface 214 to prompt the introducer to input the received authentication code. The processor 211 accepts the job seeker's operational input via the input interface 213 and inputs the authentication code. Then, the processor 211 transmits a login request (T21) including the input authentication code and job seeker ID information to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215. Note that this login process is an example, and for example, input of a predetermined password or biometric authentication may also be used.
[0075] When processor 111 of server device 100 receives a login request via communication interface 113, it authenticates whether the job seeker is a person who has been registered in advance based on the job seeker ID information and authentication code received together (S23). That is, in S23, processor 111 of server device 100 references the job seeker management table and confirms whether the received job seeker ID information is stored in the job seeker management table. If the job seeker ID information is stored in the job seeker management table, processor 111 of server device 100 confirms whether the authentication code associated with the job seeker ID information matches the received authentication code. If the authentication codes match, processor 111 of server device 100 authenticates that the job seeker who sent the login request is a legitimate job seeker.
[0076] When the processor 111 of the server device 100 authenticates that the job seeker is a legitimate job seeker via the communication interface 113, it transmits a candidate registration request (T22) for inputting candidate dates for a meeting with an employer to the job seeker terminal device 200-2 that transmitted the login request. Note that although a series of processes related to authentication are executed here, it is also possible to omit the processes related to authentication, for example, as shown in Fig. 4D.
[0077] When processor 211 of job seeker terminal device 200-2 receives a candidate registration request via communication interface 215, it outputs a candidate information registration screen via output interface 214. Then, processor 211 accepts an operational input from the job seeker via input interface 213 and selects one or more candidate dates and times for the meeting date on the candidate information registration screen (S24). When making this selection, processor 211 can also select candidate attribute information that indicates which of a plurality of selection steps the candidate can be used for, in association with information indicating each selected date and time, in accordance with general procedural steps or if the job seeker has acquired information on the selection steps in advance. Specifically, when processor 211 accepts a job seeker's operational input via input interface 213 and selects one of the candidate meeting dates, it selects one of the candidate attribute information for the candidate, "a candidate that can be selected for the first interview (first meeting)," "a candidate that can be selected for the essay test (second meeting)," "a candidate that can be selected for the final interview (third meeting)," or "a candidate that can be used for any meeting."
[0078] 6A is a diagram showing an example of a screen displayed on the job seeker terminal device 200-2 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 6A is a diagram showing an example of a candidate information registration screen 10 output on the job seeker terminal device 200-2. According to FIG. 6A, the candidate information registration screen 10 includes a calendar display area 11, an automatic candidate extraction icon 12, and a registration icon 13.
[0079] Calendar display area 11 includes a calendar-like display with the days of a specific week on the horizontal axis and time on the vertical axis. Although not shown, the calendar-like display can be switched to display units other than weeks, such as days, months, or years, by detecting an operation input to a unit switching icon. Furthermore, by detecting an operation input to a previous / next switching icon, the displayed period can be switched to a selected unit before or after the displayed period.
[0080] Processor 211 accepts operational input from the job seeker via input interface 213 and selects one or more candidate dates and times for the meeting date. Specifically, processor 211 detects operational input by tapping and dragging by the operator via input interface 213 to select a desired date and time (period) on calendar display area 11. Processor 211 then selects the period corresponding to the detected operational input as a candidate date and time. In Figure 6A, by this operational input, candidate S1 for 10:00 to 11:00 on the 3rd, candidate S2 for 12:00 to 15:00 on the 3rd, candidate S3 for 17:00 to 19:00 on the 3rd, candidate S4 for 8:00 to 12:30 on the 4th, candidate T1 for 16:00 to 19:00 on the 4th, candidate S5 for 10:00 to 14:00 on the 5th, candidate T2 for 12:00 to 13:00 on the 6th, candidate T3 for 16:00 to 19:00 on the 6th, and candidate T4 for 14:00 to 19:00 on the 7th are each selected by the above process.
[0081] Furthermore, when making the above selection, processor 211 can also accept operational input from the job seeker via input interface 213 and select candidate attribute information indicating for which of the multiple selection steps the candidate can be used. Specifically, processor 211 selects candidate attribute information to be assigned to each candidate selected as described above via input interface 213. Figure 6A shows that, of the selected candidates, the job seeker selected candidate S1 for 10:00-11:00 on the 3rd, candidate S2 for 12:00-15:00 on the 3rd, candidate S3 for 17:00-19:00 on the 3rd, candidate S4 for 8:00-12:30 on the 4th, and candidate S5 for 10:00-14:00 on the 5th, and selected information indicating that the candidate is a "candidate that can be selected for the first interview (first meeting)" as candidate attribute information; and selected candidate T1 for 16:00-19:00 on the 4th, candidate T2 for 12:00-13:00 on the 6th, candidate T3 for 16:00-19:00 on the 6th, and candidate T4 for 14:00-19:00 on the 7th, and selected information indicating that the candidate is a "candidate that can be selected for the essay exam (second meeting)" as candidate attribute information.
[0082] Note that Figure 6A illustrates a case where the candidate attribute information is selected from two options: "a candidate that can be selected for the first interview (first meeting)" and "a candidate that can be selected for the essay test (second meeting)." However, other candidate attributes, such as "a candidate that can be selected for the final interview (third meeting)" and "a candidate that can be used for either meeting," may also be selected.
[0083] The automatic extraction icon 12 is an icon that instructs the automatic extraction of candidate dates for a meeting. When the processor 211 receives an operation input to the automatic extraction icon 12 via the input interface 213, it can automatically extract candidate dates for a meeting. As an example, the processor 211 displays an input screen for automatic extraction conditions via the output interface 214 so as to be superimposed on the candidate information registration screen 10. When the processor 211 receives input of automatic extraction conditions by a job seeker via the input interface 213, it executes automatic extraction of candidates based on the job seeker's schedule information that has been registered in advance in accordance with the conditions. The automatic extraction conditions include, for example, the following conditions: Job seeker schedule information (job seeker availability) - Blackout dates and times specified by job seekers The starting date for extracting candidates
[0084] When candidates for the location of the meeting are automatically extracted as described above, processor 211 outputs the extracted candidates to candidate information registration screen 10, such as candidates S1 to S5 and candidates T1 to T4 in Fig. 10A. Also, similar to the above, processor 211 can assign candidate attribute information to each of the output candidates.
[0085] The registration icon 13 is an icon for determining each candidate for the meeting date selected as described above as a candidate. When the processor 211 receives an operation input for the registration icon 13 via the input interface 213, it generates a registration request including at least the selected candidate for the meeting date and candidate attribute information associated with each candidate.
[0086] Returning to FIG. 4B again, as shown in FIG. 6A, when candidate dates for the selected meeting and candidate attribute information associated with each candidate are selected, the processor 211 of the job seeker terminal device 200-2 generates a registration request (T23) including at least information indicating the candidate dates and times for the selected meeting dates, the candidate attribute information associated with each candidate, and job seeker ID information, and transmits the request to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215.
[0087] When processor 111 of server device 100 receives the registration request via communication interface 113, it stores information indicating candidate dates and times for the selected meeting date and candidate attribute information associated with each candidate in the candidate information of the job seeker management table, in association with the received job seeker ID information (S25). Processor 111 also generates a registration completion notice including the job seeker ID information and notifying that the candidate dates for the meeting have been received from the job seeker and that registration of the candidate information has been completed, and transmits the registration completion notice (T24) to introducer terminal device 200-1 via communication interface 113.
[0088] When processor 211 of introducer terminal device 200-1 receives the registration completion notification via communication interface 215, it outputs a notification to the effect that the registration completion notification has been received via output interface 214 (S18). This completes the job seeker registration process.
[0089] 4B, it is possible to more efficiently select one or more candidate meeting dates for each job seeker. In addition, by assigning candidate attribute information to each selected candidate, it is possible to more efficiently narrow down the candidates.
[0090] (C) Event attribute information registration process FIG. 4C illustrates the event attribute information registration process for narrowing down one or more candidates based on the event attribute information, as described above. According to FIG. 4C, upon receiving an introducer's operational input via the input interface 213, the processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 launches an application program for arranging a meeting schedule (S31). The application program may be a program dedicated to schedule adjustment and stored locally on the introducer terminal device 200-1, or may be a browser application program for executing schedule adjustment functions on a browser. Upon launching the application program, the processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 displays a login screen for the schedule adjustment service provided by the processing system 1 via the output interface 214. The processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 then accepts the introducer's operational input via the input interface 213 and inputs introducer ID information and a password (S32). The processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 transmits the received introducer ID information and password to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215, together with a login request (T31) for logging in to the schedule adjustment service.
[0091] Although not shown here, it is assumed that the introducer has been registered in advance as a user of the schedule adjustment service, and the introducer ID information and password are stored in the introducer management table (not shown) by the server device 100.
[0092] When processor 111 of server device 100 receives a login request via communication interface 113, it authenticates whether the introducer is a person who has been registered in advance based on the introducer ID information and password received together (S33).
[0093] When processor 111 of server device 100 authenticates that the introducer is a legitimate introducer, it refers to the introducer management table and reads out introducer information including the introducer's attribute information associated with the introducer's introducer ID information and various information stored in the job seeker management table. Then, processor 111 of server device 100 transmits the read out introducer information (T32) via communication interface 113 to introducer terminal device 200-1 that has transmitted the login request.
[0094] When processor 211 of introducer terminal device 200-1 receives introducer information via communication interface 215, it outputs via output interface 214 a list of job seekers associated with introducer ID information based on various information stored in the job seeker management table. Processor 211 accepts operational input from the introducer via input interface 213, and selects one or more job seekers to introduce to the employer from the list (S34). Processor 211 then outputs an event attribute information registration screen via output interface 214. Processor 211 accepts operational input from the introducer via input interface 213, and inputs attribute information of the employer on the event attribute information registration screen (S35). Processor 211 also accepts operational input from the introducer via input interface 213, and inputs selection information on the event attribute information registration screen (S36).
[0095] Processor 211 of introducer terminal device 200-1 reads out, from the event attribute information registration screen, the candidate information associated with the job seeker ID information of the job seeker selected in S34, and outputs the candidate information to the candidate information display area of the event attribute information registration screen via output interface 214. Processor 211 also accepts operational input from the introducer via input interface 213, and selects a narrowing-down icon for narrowing down the candidates output as candidate information. When the narrowing-down icon is selected, processor 211 transmits a narrowing-down request (T33) including at least the job seeker ID information, the attribute information of the hired person, and the selection information to server device 100 via communication interface 215.
[0096] When the processor 111 of the server device 100 receives the narrowing down request via the communication interface 113, it generates new employee ID information based on the employee's attribute information and stores the new employee ID information in the employee management table. The processor 111 also stores the received job seeker ID information, employee's attribute information, and selection information in the employee management table in association with the employee ID information. The processor 111 reads out the candidate information associated with the job seeker ID information and narrows down the candidates stored as candidate information based on the selection information (S37).
[0097] 5 is a diagram showing a processing flow executed in the server device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a processing flow for narrowing down candidate information shown in S37 of FIG. 4C. This processing flow is mainly performed by the processor 111 of the server device 100 reading and executing a program stored in the memory 112.
[0098] 5, processor 111 refers to the job seeker management table and reads out candidate information associated with the received job seeker ID information (S111). Processor 111 also refers to the hired candidate management table and reads out selection information stored in association with the generated hired candidate ID information (S112).
[0099] Next, processor 111 refers to the information input as the selection step among the retrieved selection information and determines whether the selection step of the meeting input by the introducer is the first meeting (S113). If processor 111 determines that the meeting is the first meeting, processor 111 narrows down the candidate information to candidates for which it is stored that they are "selectable for the first meeting (first interview)" or "available for both meetings" based on the candidate attribute information associated with each candidate (S114). If it determines that the meeting is not the first meeting, processor 111 narrows down the candidate information to candidates for which it is stored that they are "selectable for the second meeting (essay test)" or "available for both meetings" based on the candidate attribute information associated with each candidate (S115). Note that while FIG. 5 describes a case where the selection steps are only the first and second meetings, even if there are more meetings, such as a third meeting and a fourth meeting, it is possible to process the process by increasing the number of branches based on the determination in S113 accordingly.
[0100] Next, processor 111 further narrows down the candidates for the meeting date narrowed down in S114 or S115 based on information indicating the selection time in the selection information, i.e., information indicating the estimated time required for the meeting (S116). Specifically, processor 111 removes from the candidate information any candidate for which the time (period) stored in association with each candidate is shorter than the selection time, thereby narrowing down the candidates to the remaining candidates.
[0101] 7A and 7B are diagrams conceptually illustrating a process for narrowing down candidates in the server device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, Fig. 7A is a diagram conceptually illustrating candidates narrowed down by S114 and S116 in Fig. 5, and Fig. 7B is a diagram conceptually illustrating candidates narrowed down by S115 and S116 in Fig. 5.
[0102] First, Figure 7A shows that, as illustrated in Figure 6A, the following candidate information is stored: candidate S1 for 10:00 to 11:00 on the 3rd, candidate S2 for 12:00 to 15:00 on the 3rd, candidate S3 for 17:00 to 19:00 on the 3rd, candidate S4 for 8:00 to 12:30 on the 4th, candidate T1 for 16:00 to 19:00 on the 4th, candidate S5 for 10:00 to 14:00 on the 5th, candidate T2 for 12:00 to 13:00 on the 6th, candidate T3 for 16:00 to 19:00 on the 6th, and candidate T4 for 14:00 to 19:00 on the 7th. Then, among these candidates, S114 of FIG. 5 selects candidates who are "selectable for the first meeting (first interview)" or "available for any meeting" based on the candidate attribute information from among these candidates, namely candidate S1 for 10:00 to 11:00 on the 3rd, candidate S2 for 12:00 to 15:00 on the 3rd, candidate S3 for 17:00 to 19:00 on the 3rd, candidate S4 for 8:00 to 19:00 on the 4th, and candidate S5 for 19:00 to 20:00 on the 5th. The candidates are first narrowed down to candidate S4 for 0-12:30 and candidate S5 for 10:00-14:00 on the 5th, and then S116 in Figure 5 shows that, based on the information indicating the selection time, the candidates are narrowed down from these to candidate S2 for 12:00-15:00 on the 3rd, candidate S3 for 17:00-19:00 on the 3rd, candidate S4 for 8:00-12:30 on the 4th, and candidate S5 for 10:00-14:00 on the 5th.
[0103] In other words, Figure 7A shows that of the candidates in Figure 6A, candidates T1 to T4 are eliminated based on candidate attribute information, and candidate S1 is eliminated based on information indicating the selection time, thereby narrowing down the final candidates to candidates S2 to S5.
[0104] Furthermore, Figure 7B shows that, as illustrated in Figure 6A, the following candidate information is stored: candidate S1 for 10:00 to 11:00 on the 3rd, candidate S2 for 12:00 to 15:00 on the 3rd, candidate S3 for 17:00 to 19:00 on the 3rd, candidate S4 for 8:00 to 12:30 on the 4th, candidate T1 for 16:00 to 19:00 on the 4th, candidate S5 for 10:00 to 14:00 on the 5th, candidate T2 for 12:00 to 13:00 on the 6th, candidate T3 for 16:00 to 19:00 on the 6th, and candidate T4 for 14:00 to 19:00 on the 7th. Then, of these candidates, S115 of Figure 5 first narrows down the candidates that are stored as "candidates that can be selected for the second meeting (essay exam)" or "candidates that are available for either meeting" based on the candidate attribute information, namely candidate T1 for 16:00-19:00 on the 4th, candidate T2 for 12:00-13:00 on the 6th, candidate T3 for 16:00-19:00 on the 6th, and candidate T4 for 14:00-19:00 on the 7th.Furthermore, S116 of Figure 5 narrows down these candidates based on the information indicating the selection time to candidate T1 for 16:00-19:00 on the 4th, candidate T3 for 16:00-19:00 on the 6th, and candidate T4 for 14:00-19:00 on the 7th.
[0105] In other words, Figure 7B shows that of the candidates in Figure 6A, candidates S1 to S5 are eliminated based on candidate attribute information, and candidate T2 is eliminated based on information indicating the selection time, thereby narrowing down the final candidates to candidate T1, candidate T3, and candidate T4.
[0106] 6 again, when the candidate information is narrowed down as shown in Figures 7A and 7B, the narrowed down candidate information is stored in association with the job seeker ID information of the job seeker. Note that the candidate information may be stored by overwriting the candidate information before narrowing down, or may be stored as an additional candidate information after narrowing down.
[0107] In addition, although the example of FIG. 6 does not narrow down the candidates by introducer, the candidates may be narrowed down by receiving desired candidates for introducer via the input interface 213.
[0108] Returning to FIG. 4C again, as shown in FIG. 6, once the candidate information has been narrowed down, the processor 111 of the server device 100 transmits, via the communication interface 113, the narrowed-down candidate information (T34) from the candidate information stored in association with the job seeker ID information to the introducer terminal device 200-1 that sent the narrowing-down request.
[0109] When processor 211 of introducer terminal device 200-1 receives the narrowed-down candidate information via communication interface 215, it outputs the narrowed-down candidate information to the candidate information display area of the event attribute information registration screen via output interface 214 (S38). When processor 211 accepts an operational input by the introducer via input interface 213 and selects the candidate information registration icon, it transmits a registration request (T35) including job seeker ID information, attribute information of the hired person, and selection information via communication interface 215.
[0110] 6B is a diagram illustrating an example of a screen displayed on the introducer terminal device 200-1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 6B is a diagram illustrating an example of an event attribute information registration screen 20 output on the introducer terminal device 200-1. According to FIG. 6B, the event attribute information registration screen 20 includes an event attribute input area 21, a narrowing down icon 22, and a registration icon 23.
[0111] The event attribute input area 21 includes one or more pieces of event attribute information to be input and input fields provided corresponding to each piece of event attribute information. In Fig. 6B, such event attribute information includes each attribute information item, such as "name of the company employing" and "name of person in charge," and its input field, as well as each selection information item, such as "job type," "selection steps," "selection time," and "selection method," and its input field.
[0112] When the processor 211 receives an introducer's operational input via the input interface 213 on the event attribute information registration screen 20, it inputs the attribute information and selection information of the hirer. Specifically, when the processor 211 receives an introducer's operational input for the input fields for "Employer Company Name" and "Person in Charge" via the input interface 213, it transitions to an input mode for inputting arbitrary character strings into each input field. Then, the processor 211 receives the introducer's operational input via the input interface 213 and inputs arbitrary character strings into each input field. Similarly, when the processor 211 receives an introducer's operational input for the input fields for "Job Type," "Selection Steps," "Selection Time," and "Selection Method" via the input interface 213, it transitions to an input mode for inputting arbitrary character strings into each input field or to a selection mode from multiple options. Then, the processor 211 receives the introducer's operational input via the input interface 213 and inputs arbitrary character strings into each input field or selects one of multiple options. For example, information such as job titles like "human resources," "sales," or "intellectual property" or job titles like "department manager," "section chief," or "managerial position" is input using any character string. Furthermore, selection steps include multiple selection steps leading up to employment, such as the first interview (first meeting), essay test (second meeting), and final interview (third meeting), each of which is presented as a choice, and are input by selecting one of these options. Furthermore, selection time and selection method include multiple selection times, such as 60 minutes, 120 minutes, and 180 minutes, and multiple selection methods, such as in-person and online, each of which is presented as a choice, and are input by selecting one of these options.
[0113] The narrowing down icon 22 is an icon that instructs the user to narrow down the candidate meeting dates based on the event attribute information, etc. When the processor 211 receives an operation input to the narrowing down icon 22 via the input interface 213, the processor 211 can further narrow down the candidate meeting dates based on the event attribute information, etc. When the processor 211 receives an operation input to the narrowing down icon 22, the processor 211 transmits a narrowing down request to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215. Then, when the processor 211 receives candidate information including the narrowed down candidate meeting dates via the communication interface 215, the processor 211 displays the received candidate information in a candidate information display area provided below the narrowing down icon 22.
[0114] The registration icon 23 is an icon for confirming the event attribute information and candidate information input as described above. When the processor 211 receives an operation input to the registration icon 23 via the input interface 213, it generates a registration request including at least the selected event attribute information and candidate information.
[0115] Returning to FIG. 4C , upon receiving the registration request via the communication interface 113, the processor 111 of the server device 100 stores the received job seeker ID information, the employee's attribute information, and the selection information in the employee management table in association with the employee ID information. The processor 111 also generates second access destination information (S39). The second access destination information indicates the access destination that the employee accesses to select at least one event date from one or more candidate dates. Typically, the second access destination information is a URL of a website that displays candidate dates as a calendar or list, allowing the desired candidate to be selected. However, it is desirable that the second access destination information be the same as the first access destination information stored in the access destination information. The processor 111 of the server device 100 stores the generated second access destination information in the job seeker management table and transmits the second access destination information (T36) via the communication interface 113 to the introducer terminal device 200-1 that sent the registration request.
[0116] When the processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 receives the second access destination information via the communication interface 215, it accepts operational input from the introducer via the input interface 213 and transmits the second access destination information (T37) received via the communication interface 215 to the adopter terminal device 200-3 of the adopter (S40). Specifically, when the URL that is the received second access destination information is displayed on a display or the like, the processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 accepts operational input from the introducer via the input interface 213 and copies the URL. Then, the processor 211 of the introducer terminal device 200-1 shares the access destination information by specifying the email address stored as the adopter's contact information as the destination using a communication application program such as email or SNS and pasting the copied URL into a message.
[0117] When the processor 211 of the adopter terminal device 200-3 receives the second access destination information via the communication interface 215, it outputs a notification that the second access destination information has been received and the access destination indicated by the received second access information via the output interface 214 (S41). This completes the event attribute information registration process.
[0118] Here, in each process of S34 to S36, a job seeker is selected and selection information including the selection steps is input. Then, usable candidates for each selection step are selected from the candidate information input in S24 of FIG. 4B. That is, for example, even if the selection steps for the first meeting are input using selection information, usable candidates are selected from the candidate information input in S24 of FIG. 4B, and even if the selection steps for the second meeting are input using selection information, usable candidates are selected from the candidate information input in S24 of FIG. 4B. Conversely, each candidate input in S24 of FIG. 4B is used as a candidate for both the first meeting and the second meeting. In other words, the job seeker, introducer, or recruiter does not need to perform processes such as inputting candidate information for each meeting.
[0119] In this way, according to Figure 4C, the candidate information entered as a candidate for a meeting date can be used for multiple meetings (for example, a series of meetings such as the first meeting and the second meeting), which can reduce the work required by job seekers, etc. Also, by narrowing down the candidates entered by job seekers based on the meeting hosting attribute information, employers can select candidates more efficiently.
[0120] (D) Event Schedule Confirmation Process As described above, Figure 4D shows the meeting schedule confirmation process in which the employer confirms the meeting schedule. According to Figure 4D, the processor 211 of the employer terminal device 200-3, which can be used by the employer, receives the second access destination information transmitted at T37 in Figure 4C via the communication interface 215. Then, the processor 211 of the employer terminal device 200-3 accepts the employer's operation input via the input interface 213 and inputs an access request to the URL stored as the received second access destination information (S51).
[0121] The processor 211 of the employed person terminal device 200-3 transmits the access request (T51) to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215. When the processor 111 of the server device 100 receives the access request, it identifies the job applicant ID information based on the accessed URL and reads out the narrowed-down candidate information from the candidate information stored in association with the job applicant ID information (S52). The processor 111 transmits the read-out candidate information (T52) via the communication interface 113 to the employed person terminal device 200-3 that transmitted the access request. Note that, although the authentication processing shown in FIG. 4B is not executed here, it is possible to add this processing as necessary.
[0122] When the processor 211 of the employed person terminal device 200-3 receives the candidate information via the communication interface 215, it outputs a meeting date selection screen via the output interface 214. Then, the processor 211 accepts the job seeker's operational input via the input interface 213, and selects a desired candidate date and time from among candidate meeting dates on the meeting date selection screen (S53).
[0123] 6C is a diagram showing an example of a screen displayed on the selected employee terminal device 200-3 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 6C is a diagram showing an example of an event schedule selection screen 30 output on the selected employee terminal device 200-3. According to FIG. 6C, the event schedule selection screen 30 includes a calendar display area 31, a candidate selection box 32, and a registration icon 33.
[0124] The calendar display area 31 includes a calendar-like display with the days of a specific week on the horizontal axis and time on the vertical axis.
[0125] Furthermore, the calendar display area 31 displays each candidate stored as narrowed-down candidate information based on the received candidate information. In Fig. 6C, candidate T1 for 16:00 to 19:00 on the 4th, candidate T3 for 16:00 to 19:00 on the 6th, and candidate T4 for 14:00 to 19:00 on the 7th, which are narrowed down in S115 and S116 of Fig. 5, are displayed. However, instead of these candidates, candidate S2 for 12:00 to 15:00 on the 3rd, candidate S3 for 17:00 to 19:00 on the 3rd, candidate S4 for 8:00 to 12:30 on the 4th, and candidate S5 for 10:00 to 14:00 on the 5th, which are narrowed down in S114 and S116 of Fig. 5, can also be displayed. Alternatively, if no narrowing down is performed, all candidates entered in S24 of Fig. 4B can be displayed.
[0126] Here, the person identified by the person's name stored as the employee's attribute information is a person scheduled to attend the job seeker's meeting. The processor 211 can receive schedule information stored in association with the person from the server device 100 or another processing device. The schedule information stores various information about various meetings other than the meeting with the job seeker whose schedule is being arranged, such as the scheduled time, content, attendees, and importance of the meetings. The processor 211 then outputs the schedule information to the calendar display area 31 of the meeting date selection screen 30 via the output interface 214 so that it can be compared with the candidate information. Specifically, in FIG. 6C , Schedules U1 to U5 are displayed next to the candidate information for each day of the week as meetings other than the meeting with the job seeker. Displaying the schedule information of other meetings so that it can be compared with the candidate information in this way allows the employee to more easily select a candidate date for the meeting.
[0127] The candidate selection box 32 is a box for selecting a desired candidate from among the candidate dates. The processor 211 accepts an operation input by the selector dragging via the input interface 213 and moves the display position of the candidate selection box. The size of the candidate selection box 32 (the vertical length in FIG. 6C) is determined according to the event duration entered as the event attribute information. For example, if 120 minutes is selected as the event duration, one vertical side of the candidate selection box is set to a length equivalent to 120 minutes. FIG. 6C shows that the 7th, 15:00 to 17:00, has been selected from among multiple candidates by accepting an operation input by the selector dragging via the input interface 213.
[0128] The registration icon 33 is an icon for confirming the candidate meeting date selected as above as the meeting date. When the processor 211 receives an operation input to the registration icon 33 via the input interface 213, it generates selection information including at least the candidate meeting date selected.
[0129] Returning to FIG. 4B again, as shown in FIG. 6C, when a candidate date for the meeting is selected, the processor 211 of the employed person terminal device 200-3 generates selection information (T53) including at least information indicating the candidate date and time for the selected meeting and job seeker ID information, and transmits this information to the server device 100 via the communication interface 215.
[0130] When processor 111 of server device 100 receives the selection information via communication interface 113, it associates the received job seeker ID information with information indicating the selected candidate meeting dates and stores the information as the meeting dates in the confirmed information in the job seeker management table (S54). Processor 111 also generates a confirmation notice including the fact that the meeting dates have been confirmed, and transmits the registration completion notice (T54) to introducer terminal device 200-1 and job seeker terminal device 200-2 via communication interface 113.
[0131] When the processor 211 of the job seeker terminal device 200-2 receives the confirmation notice via the communication interface 215, it outputs a notice to the effect that the confirmation notice has been received via the output interface 214 (S55). This completes the event schedule confirmation process.
[0132] 4D, the candidate information entered as a candidate for a meeting date can be used for multiple meetings (for example, a series of meetings such as the first and second meetings), reducing the burden on introducers and recruiters. Furthermore, by narrowing down the candidates entered by the job seeker based on the meeting attribute information, recruiters can select candidates more efficiently.
[0133] As described above, in this embodiment, it is possible to provide a good processing device, processing program, and processing method that can be used to select candidate dates for a meeting between an introducee who has been introduced to a target by an introducer and the target.
[0134] 6.Other 1 to 7B, the case where the introducer is a recruitment agent, the introduced person is an employer, and the target person is a job seeker has been described, but of course, similar processing is also possible for other parties. For example, if the introducer is an intermediary who mediates various products and services, the introduced person is a requester who wishes to receive the products or services, and the target person is a provider of the products or services, the intermediary terminal device performs the same processing as the introducer terminal device 200-1, the requester terminal device performs the same processing as the recruiter terminal device 200-3, and the provider terminal device performs the same processing as the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the server device performs the same processing as the server device 100, it is possible to configure a processing system 1 similar to that shown in FIGS. 1 to 7B.
[0135] While Figures 1 to 7B illustrate a case where a job seeker and a recruit hold a one-on-one meeting, similar processing is possible for multiple-on-one meetings, one-on-multiple meetings, or multiple-on-multiple meetings. For example, when there are multiple job seekers, the candidate information stored for each job seeker is narrowed down to only those candidates that overlap in each candidate information in the narrowing process. This makes it possible to adjust the date of a meeting attended by multiple job seekers. Furthermore, when there are multiple recruits, the second access destination information is sent to the multiple recruits in a predetermined order, and candidates are selected in order from the recruits to whom the information was sent, and the final remaining candidate is determined as the date of the meeting. This makes it possible to adjust the date of a meeting attended by multiple recruits.
[0136] 1 to 7B, a case has been described in which there are at least three parties: an introducer, a job seeker, and an employer, and the introducer mediates between the job seeker and the employer in arranging a schedule. However, instead of this, for example, the job seeker himself / herself executes the process of S14 in FIG. 4A on the job seeker terminal device 200-2, and the job seeker terminal device 200-2 also acquires the first access destination information from the server device 100. Similarly, the employer himself / herself executes the processes of S34 to S36 in FIG. 4C on the employer terminal device 200-3, and the employer terminal device 200-3 also acquires the second access destination information from the server device 100. In this way, it is also possible for the job seeker and the employer to operate the processing system 1 alone, without the intervention of an introducer.
[0137] The above-described embodiment and the above-described modified examples can be appropriately substituted or appropriately combined for implementation. [Explanation of symbols]
