Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a gas cylinder fixing device for fixing a gas cylinder filled with LP gas (liquefied petroleum gas) such as propane gas. [Background technology]

[0002] In this specification, the term "gas cylinder" refers to a large cylinder filled with LP gas such as propane gas, and does not refer to a cassette cylinder used in a portable stove. Gas cylinders such as LP gas used in ordinary homes are filled with liquefied petroleum gas such as propane. These gas cylinders have a dome-shaped top and a governor is installed on it. These gas cylinders are often installed in pairs. When the gas in the gas cylinder in use runs out, the gas is switched to the gas cylinder that is not in use, and when the gas runs out, the governor is installed on the other cylinder. This is because the gas cylinders are replaced in a cycle.

[0003] Gas cylinders used in this way are placed outdoors in an upright position, but to prevent them from accidentally falling over, they are enclosed by chains attached to hooks on both sides of the cylinder (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-009495). The hooks are attached to the wall of a house or to a dedicated support pole. This type of gas cylinder enclosed by chains has the problem that the chains can come into contact with the gas cylinder when swayed by the wind, causing an abnormal noise. To prevent this noise, a wide belt made of synthetic fiber is used instead of a chain. There is also one (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-083545).

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 10-009495 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-083545 DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, whether the chain or wide belt is used, there is a problem that when a strong earthquake occurs, the chain or wide belt cannot support the gas cylinder, causing the gas cylinder to fall over. In addition, gas cylinders float in water, so in the event of a flood, tsunami, or other water damage, the gas cylinders can come loose from the chains or wide belts and flow out. In the worst case scenario, they can even flow out to sea, causing problems such as obstructing ship navigation. Furthermore, chains and wide belts are fixed to the exterior walls of houses with bolts or other fasteners, which can damage the house. Also, rainwater can seep into the exterior walls through the holes in the bolts and cause deterioration of the house.

[0006] To provide a gas cylinder fixing device which has been devised in view of the above circumstances, and which prevents a gas cylinder from falling over even in the event of an earthquake, makes it easy to replace the gas cylinder, and prevents the gas cylinder from being washed away even in the event of water damage such as a flood, without damaging the house. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The gas cylinder fixing device of the present invention comprises a mounting base on which gas cylinders are placed side by side, a first locking hook fixedly attached to the mounting base and locking the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder from the inside, and a second locking hook that is detachable from the mounting base and locks the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder from the inside.

[0008] Another gas cylinder fixing device according to the present invention comprises a mounting base for mounting gas cylinders in a vertical arrangement, a first locking hook fixed to the mounting base and locking the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder installed at the back from the inside, a second locking hook that is detachable from the mounting base and locks the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder installed at the front from the inside, and a third locking hook that locks the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder installed at the back with the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder installed at the front.

[0009] Furthermore, another gas cylinder fixing device according to the present invention comprises a mounting base for placing a gas cylinder, a first locking hook fixedly attached to the mounting base and inserted through an opening in the skirt of the gas cylinder to lock the skirt, and a second locking hook detachable from the mounting base and inserted through an opening in the skirt of the gas cylinder to lock the skirt.

[0010] Furthermore, another gas cylinder fixing device according to the present invention comprises a mounting base for placing a gas cylinder, a first locking hook that is detachable from the mounting base and locks the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder from the inside, and a second locking hook that is detachable from the mounting base and locks the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder from the inside. [Effects of the Invention]

[0011] The gas cylinder fixing device of the present invention firmly fixes the gas cylinder to the mounting base using each locking hook, and in particular by using the flange portion of the skirt of the gas cylinder to firmly fix it. Therefore, compared to conventional devices that use chains, etc., the gas cylinder will not tip over even in the event of an earthquake, and it is easy to replace the gas cylinder. It will not leak even in the event of a flood or other water damage, and will not damage the house. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises a mounting base 100A for mounting two gas cylinders GB side by side, two first locking hooks 110A fixedly attached to the mounting base 100A and locking the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB from the inside, and two second locking hooks 200A detachable from the mounting base 100A and locking the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB1 of the gas cylinder GB from the inside.

[0014] First, before describing the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A, the gas cylinder GB fixed to this gas cylinder fixing device 1000A will be described with reference to FIG. Gas cylinders GB are generally formed by welding formed steel or aluminum plates. Each gas cylinder GB has a cylindrical body GB1, a skirt GB2 attached to the bottom of the body GB1 to allow it to stand on its own, a neck (not shown) at the top of the body GB1, and a protector (not shown) attached to the body GB1 to cover the neck. The bottom end of the skirt GB2 forms a flange GB3 that curves inward. The skirt GB2 is also provided with an air vent hole (not shown) to prevent corrosion. There are no specific regulations regarding the shape of this hole, and it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. The gas cylinder GB comes in three different capacities: a 10 kg type with a height of approximately 520 mm, a 20 kg type with a height of approximately 990 mm, and a 50 kg type with a height of approximately 1410 to 1440 mm. The gas cylinder fixing device 1000A can accommodate any of the gas cylinders GB.

[0015] The mounting table 100A is formed by bending the end of a metal plate material that is rectangular in plan view and has been treated with anti-corrosion measures such as plating or painting. The gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment is formed in a horizontally long rectangular shape in plan view because it mounts two gas cylinders GB side by side. The mounting table 100A has a plurality of fixing holes 160A for fixing the mounting table 100A itself to a flat base surface GL made of concrete or the like.

[0016] As shown in FIG. 1 and other figures, the mounting table 100A is provided with two guide frame portions 120A corresponding to the width dimensions of two gas cylinders GB (shown by two-dot chain lines in FIG. 2) to be mounted thereon. The guide frame 120A is formed by fixing two upright walls 121A made of metal plates facing each other and parallel to the mounting table 100A by welding, etc. The distance between the two upright walls 121A corresponds to the width of the gas cylinder GB to be mounted. 1, 2(C), etc., the upper edges of both ends of the standing wall portion 121A are inclined downward. Furthermore, both ends of the standing wall portion 121A are formed to widen in a direction away from the opposing standing wall portion 121A. The reason why both ends of the upright wall portion 121A are widened in a direction away from the opposing upright wall portion 121A is to make it easier to place the gas cylinder GB.

[0017] The stage 100A is also provided with rails 130A for sliding the gas cylinder GB when the gas cylinder GB is placed on it. The rail portion 130A is provided between two upright wall portions 121A that constitute the guide frame portion 120A. The rail portion 130A is made up of two metal rods each shaped like a horizontal T, and is fixed to the mounting table 100A by welding or the like. The portion of rail portion 130A corresponding to the lower end of the vertical line of the T shape is connected to upright wall portion 121A. Furthermore, the portions of rail portion 130A corresponding to the horizontal lines of the T shape are arranged parallel to each other.

[0018] As shown in FIG. 4, the first locking hook 110A has a connecting portion 111A fixedly connected to the mounting table 100A, and a hook portion 112A extending from the connecting portion 111A. The first locking hook 110A is formed by bending a metal plate material that has been treated to prevent corrosion.

[0019] The connecting portion 111A is formed in a flat rectangular shape, and the hook portion 112A is configured by bending one end of the connecting portion 111A into a substantially U-shape. The connecting portion 111A is formed flat so that it can be fixedly connected to the mounting table 100A by welding, etc. The rising dimension of the hook portion 112A is matched to the height dimension of the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB. As shown in FIG. 1 and other figures, the hook portion 112A is fixedly connected to the stage 100A so as to face outward. Moreover, the first locking hook 110A is fixedly connected to the mounting table 100A at the inner center side of each of the two guide frame portions 120A and two rail portions 130A.

[0020] Furthermore, two nuts 140A for fixing a second locking hook 200A (described later) are provided on the rear surface of the mounting base 100A. That is, one nut 140A is provided on the rear surface of the mounting table 100A, near the center of each of the two guide frame portions 120A and two rail portions 130A. In addition, in this mounting table 100A, an opening 150A connected to the female thread portion is opened at a location corresponding to the female thread portion of the nut 140A.

[0021] The gas cylinder fixing device 1000A has a mounting base 100A on which two gas cylinders GB are placed side by side, and is provided with two guide frame portions 120A, two rail portions 130A, two first locking hooks 110A, and two nuts 140A.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 3, the second engaging hook 200A has a connecting portion 210A that is connected to the mounting table 100A, and a hook portion 220A that extends from the connecting portion 210A. The second locking hook 200A is formed by bending a metal plate material that has been treated to prevent corrosion.

[0023] The connecting portion 210A is formed in a flat rectangular shape with a long hole 211A opened in the center. The hook portion 220A is bent from one end of the connecting portion 210A into a substantially U-shape. The rising dimension of the hook portion 220A is matched to the height dimension of the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB.

[0024] A pair of protrusions 230A are bent and formed on the end of second locking hook 200A opposite to the end where hook portion 220A is provided. Protrusions 230A are portions on which an operator can hook his / her fingers when positioning second locking hook 200A. The pair of protrusions 230A are spaced apart so that a tool such as a wrench can be inserted when screwing in a bolt 250A, which will be described later. In FIG. 1, bolt 250A is shown as a bolt with a knob formed thereon, known as a thumb screw, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that a so-called hexagon bolt as shown in FIG. 5 may also be used.

[0025] As mentioned above, a nut 140A is welded to the back side of the portion where the second engaging hook 200A is detachably attached to the mounting base 100A, and an opening 150A communicating with the female thread portion is opened in the mounting base 100A at a location corresponding to the female thread portion of the nut 140A.

[0026] The gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment configured as described above fixes the gas cylinder GB in the following manner. First, the mounting table 100A is firmly fixed to the base surface GL (see FIG. 5) with fastening parts such as bolts (not shown) through the fixing holes 160A. The mounting table 100A is fixed so that the first locking hook 110A is positioned at the back side. Therefore, the gas cylinder GB is placed on the mounting table 100A from the side where the first locking hook 110A is not provided (i.e., the side where the second locking hook 200A is attached). Also, the second locking hook 200A is lightly connected to the top of the mounting table 100A by a bolt 250A.

[0027] The gas cylinder GB is placed on the rail portion 130A between the guide frame portions 120A and pushed in towards the rear side. Then, the rear skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB is slightly lifted to allow it to climb over the first locking hook 110A. Once the first locking hook 110A has climbed over the skirt GB2, the gas cylinder GB is returned onto the rail portion 130A, and the hook portion 112A of the first locking hook 110A is locked from the inside to the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2.

[0028] Once the above-mentioned state is achieved, the position of the second locking hook 200A is adjusted so that the hook portion 220A of the second locking hook 200A locks the front flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB from the inside. Once the second locking hook 200A has firmly locked onto the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB, the bolt 250A is firmly screwed into the nut 140A at that position to fix the gas cylinder GB to the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A.

[0029] Since the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A is firmly fixed to the base surface GL, the gas cylinder GB fixed to the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A is equivalent to being firmly fixed to the base surface GL.

[0030] In addition, since the gas cylinder GB fixed by this gas cylinder fixing device 1000A rests on the rail portion 130A, ventilation into the skirt GB2 is ensured. Therefore, this gas cylinder fixing device 1000A is also effective in preventing corrosion of the gas cylinder GB.

[0031] In the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment described above, the nut 140A is provided on the back surface side of the mounting table 100A, and the bolt 250A is fastened to the nut 140A through the opening 150A. However, the opposite may be true, that is, the bolt may be provided on the mounting table 100A side, the underside of the bolt may protrude from the elongated hole 211A of the second locking hook 200A, and the nut may be screwed onto the underside of the bolt.

[0032] Furthermore, in the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment described above, two gas cylinders GB are fixed side by side, but the present invention is not limited to this, and includes configurations for fixing only one gas cylinder GB or for fixing three or more gas cylinders GB. In this case, it goes without saying that guide frame portions 120A, rail portions 130A, first locking hooks 110A, second locking hooks 200A, etc. are provided in accordance with the number of gas cylinders GB to be fixed.

[0033] In the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment described above, the gas cylinders GB are placed side by side, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, when gas cylinders GB must be installed in a long, narrow, deep alley, it may be difficult to install the gas cylinders GB side by side. In such a case, the gas cylinder fixing device 1000B according to the second embodiment is suitable.

[0034] A gas cylinder fixing device 1000B according to the second embodiment of the present invention comprises a mounting base 100B for mounting two gas cylinders GB in a vertical arrangement, a first locking hook 110B fixedly attached to the mounting base 100B and locking the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB installed at the rear side from the inside, a second locking hook 200B detachable from the mounting base 100B and locking the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB installed at the front side from the inside, and a third locking hook 300B locking the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB installed at the rear side with the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB installed at the front side.

[0035] In the gas cylinder fixing device 1000B according to the second embodiment, the third locking hook 300B is a distinctive component. Other parts, such as the mounting table 100B, the first locking hook 110B, the second locking hook 200B, etc., are substantially the same as those of the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment. However, since the mounting table 100B mounts two gas cylinders GB in a vertically arranged manner, the guide frame portion 120B and the rail portion 130B are configured as a single set, as shown in FIGS. In this specification, detailed description of the same or nearly same components as the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment will be omitted. In the description of the gas cylinder fixing device 1000B according to the second embodiment, the rear side means the rear side of the arrow indicating the insertion direction shown in Fig. 6, and the front side means the front side of the arrow indicating the insertion direction. In other words, they mean the rear side and the front side of the insertion direction of the gas cylinder GB.

[0036] The third engaging hook 300B, which is characteristic of the gas cylinder fixing device 1000B of the second embodiment, has a connecting portion 310B that is connected to the mounting base 100B, and a rear hook portion 320B and a front hook portion 340B that extend from this connecting portion 310B, and the rear hook portion 320B is engaged from the inside with the front flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the rear gas cylinder GB, and the front hook portion 340B is engaged from the inside with the rear flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the front gas cylinder GB, and an elongated hole 311B is formed in the connecting portion 310B to accommodate the size of the gas cylinder GB, and the elongated hole 311B is designed to allow a bolt 350B to be screwed into a nut 170B provided on the mounting base 100B through the elongated hole 311B.

[0037] Moreover, the third locking hook 300B is fixed near the point where the rear gas cylinder GB and the front gas cylinder GB come into contact, that is, in the center of the mounting table 100B in the insertion direction.

[0038] The third locking hook 300B is formed by bending a metal plate material that has been treated to prevent corrosion.

[0039] The connecting portion 310B is formed in a flat rectangular shape with an elongated hole 211B opened in the center. The rear hook portion 320B and the front hook portion 340B are bent into a substantially U-shape from opposite sides of the connecting portion 310B. The rising dimension of the rear hook portion 320B and the front hook portion 340B is matched to the height dimension of the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB.

[0040] As mentioned above, a nut 170B is welded to the back side of the portion where the third engaging hook 300B is detachably attached to the mounting base 100B, and an opening 151B communicating with the female thread portion of the nut 170A is opened in the mounting base 100B at a location corresponding to the female thread portion of the nut 170A.

[0041] The second locking hook 200B and the nut 150B for fixing it are substantially the same as those of the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment. The first locking hook 110B is substantially the same as that of the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A according to the first embodiment.

[0042] The gas cylinder fixing device 1000B according to the second embodiment configured as described above fixes two gas cylinders GB in the following manner. First, the mounting table 100B is firmly fixed to the base surface GL (see FIG. 5) with fastening parts such as bolts (not shown) through the fixing holes 160B. The mounting table 100B is fixed so that the first locking hook 110B is positioned at the back side. Therefore, the gas cylinder GB is placed on the mounting table 100B from the side where the first locking hook 110B is not provided (i.e., the side where the second locking hook 200B is attached). Furthermore, the second and third locking hooks 200B and 300B are not attached to the stage 100B so as not to interfere with the insertion of the gas cylinder GB.

[0043] The gas cylinder GB is placed on the rail portion 130B between the guide frame portions 120B and pushed in towards the rear. Then, the rear skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB is slightly lifted to allow it to climb over the first locking hook 110B. Once the first locking hook 110B has climbed over the skirt GB2, the gas cylinder GB is returned onto the rail portion 130B, and the hook portion 112B of the first locking hook 11BA is locked from the inside to the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2.

[0044] Once the above-described state is achieved, the third locking hook 300B is attached. That is, the rear hook portion 320B of the third locking hook 300B is locked onto the inside of the front skirt GB2 of the rear gas cylinder GB. In this state, the third locking hook 300B is fixed to the mounting table 100B with a bolt 350B. The position of the third locking hook 300B is adjusted using the elongated hole 311B of the third locking hook 300B according to the size of the gas cylinder GB.

[0045] Once the rear gas cylinder GB is fixed, the front gas cylinder GB is placed on the rail portion 130B between the guide frame portions 120B and pushed in toward the rear. Then, the rear skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB is slightly lifted to allow it to climb over the front hook portion 340B of the third locking hook 300B.

[0046] Once the above-described state is achieved, the second locking hook 200B is attached. That is, the hook portion 220B of the second locking hook 300B is locked onto the inside of the front skirt GB2 of the front gas cylinder GB. In this state, the second locking hook 200B is fixed to the mounting table 100B with a bolt 250B. The position of the second locking hook 300B is adjusted using the elongated hole 211B of the second locking hook 200B according to the size of the gas cylinder GB. The positions of the two gas cylinders GB are indicated by dashed lines in FIG.

[0047] In this way, the first and third locking hooks 100B and 300B firmly secure the rear gas cylinder GB, and the third and second locking hooks 300B and 200B firmly secure the front gas cylinder GB to the gas cylinder fixing bracket 000B.

[0048] The gas cylinder fixing device 1000C of the third embodiment comprises a mounting base 100C on which a gas cylinder GB is placed, a first engaging hook 110C fixedly attached to the mounting base 100C and inserted through an opening GB4 in the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder to engage the skirt GB2, and a second engaging hook 200C that is detachable from the mounting base and inserted through the opening GB4 in the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB to engage the skirt GB2.

[0049] As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the first locking hook 110C has a connecting portion 111C fixedly connected to the mounting table 100C, and a hook portion 112C extending from the connecting portion 111C. The first locking hook 110A is formed by bending a metal plate material that has been treated to prevent corrosion.

[0050] The connecting portion 111C is formed in a flat rectangular shape, and the hook portion 112C is configured by bending from one end of the connecting portion 111A to the side opposite to the side where the connecting portion 111C is provided. The connecting portion 111C is formed flat so that it can be fixedly connected to the mounting table 100C by welding, etc. The rising dimension of the hook portion 112C is matched to the height dimension of the opening GB4 formed in the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the hook portion 112C is fixedly connected to the stage 100C so as to face outward. Moreover, the first locking hook 110C is fixedly connected to the mounting table 100A at the inner center side of each of the two guide frame portions (omitted in FIG. 9) and the two rail portions 130C.

[0051] As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the second locking hook 200C has a connecting portion 210C that is connected to the mounting table 100V, and a hook portion 220C that extends from the connecting portion 210C. The second locking hook 200C is formed by bending a metal plate material that has been treated to prevent corrosion.

[0052] The connecting portion 210C is formed in a flat rectangular shape with a long hole 211C opened in the center. The hook portion 220C is bent from one end of the connecting portion 210C to the side opposite to the side where the connecting portion 210C is provided. The rising dimension of the hook portion 220C is adjusted to the height dimension of the opening GB4 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB.

[0053] The second locking hook 200C is fixed to the stage 100C by threading a bolt 250C into a nut 140C through the elongated hole 211C. The nut 140C is welded to the rear surface of the mounting base 100C, and the mounting base 100C has an opening (not shown) that communicates with the female thread portion at a location corresponding to the female thread portion of the nut 140C.

[0054] The gas cylinder fixing device 1000C according to the third embodiment configured as described above fixes the gas cylinder GB in the following manner. First, the mounting table 100C is firmly fixed to the base surface GL (see FIG. 5) with fastening parts such as bolts (not shown) through fixing holes (not shown). The mounting table 100C is fixed so that the first locking hook 110C is located at the back. Therefore, the gas cylinder GB is placed on the mounting table 100C from the side where the first locking hook 110C is not provided (i.e., the side where the second locking hook 200C is attached). Also, the second locking hook 200C is lightly connected to the top of the mounting table 100C by a bolt 250C.

[0055] The gas cylinder GB is placed on the rail portion 130C between the guide frame portions (not shown) and pushed in towards the rear. Then, the gas cylinder GB is inserted from the outside into the opening GB4 of the skirt GB2 at the rear side of the gas cylinder GB.

[0056] Once the above-mentioned state is achieved, the position of the second locking hook 200C is adjusted so that the hook portion 220C of the second locking hook 200C is inserted from the outside into the opening GB4 on the front side of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB. Once the second locking hook 200C has firmly locked onto the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB, the bolt 250C is firmly screwed into the nut 140C at that position to fix the gas cylinder GB to the gas cylinder fixing device 1000C.

[0057] Since the gas cylinder fixing device 1000C is firmly fixed to the base surface GL, the gas cylinder GB fixed to the gas cylinder fixing device 1000C is equivalent to being firmly fixed to the base surface GL.

[0058] In addition, since the gas cylinder GB fixed by this gas cylinder fixing device 1000C rests on the rail portion 130C, ventilation into the skirt GB2 is ensured. Therefore, this gas cylinder fixing device 1000C is also effective in preventing corrosion of the gas cylinder GB.

[0059] Next, a gas cylinder fixing device D according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The gas cylinder fixing device 1000D of the fourth embodiment comprises a mounting base 100D on which a gas cylinder GB is placed, a first engaging hook 110D that is detachable from the mounting base 100D and engages the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB from the inside, and a second engaging hook 200D that is detachable from the mounting base 100D and engages the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB from the inside.

[0060] As shown in FIG. 13, the first locking hook 110D has a connecting portion 111D and a hook portion 112D extending from the connecting portion 111D. The connecting portion 111D is formed in a flat rectangular shape, and the hook portion 112D is formed by bending one end of the connecting portion 111D to the opposite side of the connecting portion 111D. The connecting portion 111D has a long hole 112D formed in the center. The rising dimension of the hook portion 220A is matched to the height dimension of the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB. The first locking hook 110D is formed by bending a metal plate material that has been treated to prevent corrosion.

[0061] This first locking hook 110D is fixed to the mounting table 100D by being screwed into a nut 180D welded to the back side of the mounting table 100D. Moreover, unlike the first locking hooks 110A, 110B, and 110C in the gas cylinder fixing devices 1000A, 1000B, and 1000C according to the first, second, and third embodiments described above, this first locking hook 110D is positioned inside the gas cylinder GB when the gas cylinder GB is fixed to the mounting table 100D.

[0062] As shown in FIG. 14, the second locking hook 200D has a connecting portion 210D that is connected to the mounting table 100D, and a hook portion 220D that extends from the connecting portion 210D. The second locking hook 200D is formed by bending a metal plate material that has been treated to prevent corrosion.

[0063] The connecting portion 210D is formed in a flat rectangular shape with an elongated hole 211D formed in the center thereof. The hook portion 220D is bent from one end of the connecting portion 210D into a substantially U-shape. The rising dimension of the hook portion 220D is matched to the height dimension of the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB.

[0064] A pair of protrusions 230D are bent and formed on the end of second locking hook 200D opposite to the end where hook portion 220D is provided. These protrusions 230D are portions on which an operator can hook his / her fingers when positioning second locking hook 200D. The pair of protrusions 230D are spaced apart so that a tool such as a wrench can be inserted when screwing in a bolt 250A, which will be described later.

[0065] The gas cylinder fixing device 1000D according to the fourth embodiment configured as described above fixes the gas cylinder GB in the following manner. First, the mounting table 100D is firmly fixed to the base surface GL (see FIG. 5) with fastening parts such as bolts (not shown) through fixing holes (not shown). The mounting table 100D is fixed so that the first locking hook 110D is located at the back. Therefore, the gas cylinder GB is placed on the mounting table 100D from the side where the first locking hook 110D is not provided (i.e., the side where the second locking hook 200D is attached). The first locking hook 110D is connected to the top of the mounting table 100D by a bolt 190D and a nut 180D welded to the back side of the mounting table 100D. The second locking hook 200D is loosely connected to the top of the mounting table 100A by a bolt 250D.

[0066] The gas cylinder GB is placed on the rail portion 130D between the guide frame portions (not shown) and pushed in towards the rear. Then, the rear skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB is slightly lifted to allow it to climb over the first locking hook 110D. Once the first locking hook 110D has climbed over the skirt GB2, the gas cylinder GB is returned onto the rail portion 130D, and the gas cylinder GB is moved slightly forward so that the hook portion 112D of the first locking hook 110D is locked from the inside to the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2.

[0067] Once the above-mentioned state is achieved, the position of the second locking hook 200D is adjusted so that the hook portion 220D of the second locking hook 200D locks the front flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB from the inside. Once the second locking hook 200D has firmly locked onto the flange portion GB3 of the skirt GB2 of the gas cylinder GB, the bolt 250D is firmly screwed into the nut 140D at that position to fix the gas cylinder GB to the gas cylinder fixing device 1000D.

[0068] Since the gas cylinder fixing device 1000D is firmly fixed to the base surface GL, the gas cylinder GB fixed to the gas cylinder fixing device 1000D is equivalent to being firmly fixed to the base surface GL.

[0069] Furthermore, since the gas cylinder GB fixed by this gas cylinder fixing device 1000D rests on the rail portion 130D, ventilation into the skirt GB2 is ensured. Therefore, this gas cylinder fixing device 1000D is also effective in preventing corrosion of the gas cylinder GB.

[0070] The reason why the first engaging hook 110D is not fixedly connected to the mounting base 100D as in the gas cylinder fixing device 1000A of the first embodiment is that gas cylinders GB come in various sizes, and the positional relationship needs to be slightly changed depending on the size.

[0071] In addition, in the gas cylinder fixing device 1000B according to each of the above-mentioned embodiments, nuts 140B, 170B, 250C, 180D, and 250D are provided on the back side of the mounting table 100B, and bolts 250B, 250C, 350B, 190D, and 250D are fastened through openings 150B, 151B, etc. However, the opposite may be true, that is, the bolt may be provided on the mounting table side, with the underside of the bolt protruding and the nut screwed onto it.

[0072] Furthermore, in the gas cylinder fixing device 1000B according to the second embodiment described above, two gas cylinders GB are fixed in a vertical arrangement, but the present invention is not limited to this and also includes a configuration in which three or more gas cylinders GB are fixed in a vertical arrangement. In this case, it goes without saying that the third locking hooks 200B are provided in accordance with the number of gas cylinders GB to be fixed. This also applies to the gas cylinder fixing device 1000C according to the third embodiment and the gas cylinder fixing device 1000D according to the fourth embodiment.

[0073] Furthermore, since the gas cylinder GB fixed by the gas cylinder fixing devices 1000B, 1000C, and 1000D rests on the rail portions 130B, 130C, and 130D, ventilation into the skirt GB2 is ensured. Therefore, the gas cylinder fixing device 1000B is also effective in preventing corrosion of the gas cylinder GB. [Explanation of symbols]
