Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a sash unit that is attached to a window in a building. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, in buildings such as office buildings, an airflow window system has been known in which a ventilation space is created between the window glass installed in the building and the blinds installed on the interior side, or between the double-paned window glass installed in the building, and a fan is used to flow air into the ventilation space, thereby expelling hot or cold air that has accumulated in the ventilation space and reducing the thermal load inside the room (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-224817 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, conventional airflow window systems required fans to be installed inside the wall adjacent to the window, inside the part rising from the floor, or inside the ceiling. In addition, when installing an airflow window system in an existing building, the windows had to be newly constructed as double-glazed windows, making the construction work complicated and expensive.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its object is to provide a sash unit that enables an airflow window system to be easily constructed with as little construction work as possible. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The sash unit of the present invention is a sash unit that can be attached to a window of a newly constructed or existing building, and is characterized by having a sash body having an upper frame portion, a lower frame portion, and a pair of side frame portions, a panel body that is attached to the inside of the sash body and forms a ventilation space between the panel and the window glass installed in the window, an inlet passage that is provided in the lower frame portion and connects the interior of the building to the ventilation space, a blower that is arranged inside the lower frame portion and sends air from the interior of the building to the ventilation space through the inlet passage, and an exhaust passage that is provided in the upper frame portion and connects the ventilation space to the interior of the building.
[0007] In the sash unit of the present invention having the above-described configuration, it is preferable that the window glass is attached to the sash body. [Effects of the Invention]
[0008] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a sash unit that allows an airflow window system to be easily constructed with as little construction work as possible. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0010] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A sash unit according to an embodiment of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011] The building 1 shown in FIG. 1 is made of reinforced concrete, such as an office building. A sash unit 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention is attached to a window 3, which is an opening provided in an exterior wall 2 of the building 1. By attaching the sash unit 10 to the window 3 of the building 1, the window 3 can be configured as an airflow window system. Note that the building 1 to which the sash unit 10 according to this embodiment is attached is not limited to being made of reinforced concrete.
[0012] A window glass 5 is attached to the window 3 using a sash 4. In this embodiment, the window glass 5 is vacuum glass (double glazing) in which a vacuum is created between two transparent panes of glass. Using vacuum glass as the window glass 5 can improve the heat insulating properties of the window 3. Note that the window glass 5 is not limited to vacuum glass, and other types of glass, such as glass made of a single pane of glass, may also be used.
[0013] The sash unit 10 is attached to the window 3 on the interior 6 side of the window glass 5.
[0014] The blinds 7 may be provided closer to the room 6 than the sash unit 10. In this embodiment, the blinds 7 are provided closer to the room 6 than the sash unit 10 and can be freely transformed between a stored state shown by the solid line in FIG. 1 and an expanded state shown by the dashed line in FIG. 1. The blinds 7 are provided with a plurality of angle-adjustable louvers 7a (only one louver 7a is marked in FIG. 1), and can be opened and closed by changing the angle of the louvers 7a. Note that the blinds 7 do not necessarily have to be provided.
[0015] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, in this embodiment, a building 1 is provided with a plurality of windows 3 arranged horizontally adjacent to each other and separated by vertical frames 8 that are part of the sash 4, and a sash unit 10 is attached to each window 3. The sash units 10 attached to each window 3 are basically identical in configuration, so the following will explain the details of the configuration of only one sash unit 10 (the second sash unit 10 from the left in Figures 2 and 3).
[0016] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sash unit 10 has a sash body 11 and a panel body 12.
[0017] The sash body 11 has a rectangular frame shape including an upper frame portion 11a, a lower frame portion 11b, and a pair of side frame portions 11c. More specifically, the upper frame portion 11a and the lower frame portion 11b each extend straight in the horizontal direction, with the lower frame portion 11b disposed below the upper frame portion 11a in parallel with each other at a predetermined distance. The pair of side frame portions 11c each extend straight in the vertical direction, with their upper ends connected to corresponding longitudinal ends of the upper frame portion 11a and their lower ends connected to corresponding longitudinal ends of the lower frame portion 11b. The sash body 11 is made of, for example, but is not limited to, a synthetic resin. The sash body 11 is fitted into a window 3, which is an opening in the building 1, from the side of the room 6 and fixed to the window 3.
[0018] As shown in Figure 4, an outer frame body 20 having a generally L-shaped cross section and including a base portion 20a and a locking portion 20b can be fixed to the sash 4 with screw members 21 on the inner peripheral surface of a window 3 of a building 1 (although this is the side surface of the vertical frame 8 in Figure 4, the inner peripheral surface of the window 3 of the building 1 is not limited to the side surface of the vertical frame 8), the sash body 11 can be fitted inside the outer frame body 20, and a ledge member 23 can be fixed to the base portion 20a with screw members 22, thereby attaching the sash body 11 to the window 3 by sandwiching it between the locking portion 20b and the ledge member 23. In this case, it is preferable to place sealing members 24, 25 between the outer frame body 20 and the sash body 11, and between the inner peripheral surface of the window 3 and the base portion 20a of the outer frame body 20, respectively. With this configuration, the sash unit 10 can be easily attached to the window 3 by a simple operation of fitting the sash body 11 inside the outer frame body 20 and attaching the ridge member 23 to the outer frame body 20, and the sash unit 10 can be easily removed from the window 3 by removing the ridge member 23 from the outer frame body 20.
[0019] It is also possible to configure the sash body 11 to be directly fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the window 3 without using the outer frame body 20.
[0020] The panel body 12 is attached to the inside of the sash body 11. In this embodiment, the panel body 12 is a rectangular transparent glass plate. More specifically, the panel body 12 is attached to the inside of the sash body 11 by fixing its upper edge to the upper frame portion 11a of the sash body 11, its lower edge to the lower frame portion 11b, and a pair of side edges to corresponding side frame portions 11c. By attaching the panel body 12, the opening on the inside of the rectangular frame-shaped sash body 11 is closed by the panel body 12.
[0021] The panel body 12 faces the window glass 5 provided in the window 3 with a predetermined gap therebetween, and defines a ventilation space 13 between the panel body 12 and the window glass 5. In this embodiment, the panel body 12 is a transparent glass plate, so the window 3 is a double-pane window in which the transparent window glass 5 and the panel body 12, which is also a transparent glass plate, are arranged facing each other with a predetermined gap between them. By providing the window 3 with a double-pane window structure in this way, the thermal insulation properties of the window 3 can be improved.
[0022] The panel body 12 is not limited to a transparent glass plate, and may be made of various materials and have various structures as long as it is attached to the inside of the sash body 11 and can partition and form the ventilation space 13 between it and the window glass 5 provided in the window 3. For example, the panel body 12 may be an opaque plate material such as an aluminum alloy panel, an opaque solar cell panel, or transparent photovoltaic glass.
[0023] As shown in Figure 5, the lower frame portion 11b of the sash body 11 is provided with an introduction passage 14 that communicates with the interior 6 of the building 1 and the ventilation space 13. The introduction passage 14 has an introduction port 14a that opens to the interior side of the lower frame portion 11b, and an outlet port 14b that opens to the upper surface of the lower frame portion 11b that faces the ventilation space 13. The introduction passage 14 can introduce air from the interior 6 into the ventilation space 13.
[0024] 2, in this embodiment, vertically elongated rectangular inlets 14a, each with a vertical dimension greater than a horizontal dimension, are provided on the indoor side of both longitudinal ends of the bottom frame portion 11b adjacent to the side frame portions 11c. Note that the position, number, shape, etc. of the inlets 14a can be changed as appropriate.
[0025] 4, in this embodiment, the air outlet 14b is provided in the upper surface of the lower frame 11b in the form of a long hole (slit) extending along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 11b. A plurality of long hole-shaped air outlets 14b may be provided on the upper surface of the lower frame 11b, lined up at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. The position, number, shape, etc. of the air outlets 14b can be changed as appropriate.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 6, the introduction passage 14 has a pair of first air chambers 14c (only one of the first air chambers 14c is shown in FIG. 6) adjacent to the corresponding introduction ports 14a, and a second air chamber 14d adjacent to the outlet port 14b and disposed between the pair of first air chambers 14c. The first air chambers 14c are substantially cubic spaces defined at both longitudinal ends of the lower frame portion 11b. The second air chamber 14d is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped space provided between the pair of first air chambers 14c. A partition portion 14e is provided inside the lower frame portion 11b at the boundary between the first air chambers 14c and the second air chambers 14d and partitioning the upper half of the interior of the lower frame portion 11b.
[0027] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, a blower 30 is disposed inside the lower frame portion 11b. The blower 30 is disposed in the inlet passage 14 below the partition portion 14e, i.e., between the inlet port 14a and the outlet port 14b, and operates to send air from the room 6 to the ventilation space 13 through the inlet passage 14. That is, the blower 30 forcibly introduces air from the room 6 into the ventilation space 13 through the inlet passage 14. Although Figures 5 and 6 only show the blower 30 disposed at one end of the lower frame portion 11b in the longitudinal direction, a pair of blowers 30 are disposed symmetrically inside the lower frame portion 11b, corresponding to a pair of inlets 14a provided at one end and the other end of the lower frame portion 11b in the longitudinal direction.
[0028] In this embodiment, the blower 30 is an axial DC fan in which a fan 32 and a DC motor 33 are disposed inside a rectangular case 31, and the fan 32 is driven and rotated by the DC motor 33. As shown in FIG. 6 , the blower 30 is disposed between the first air chamber 14c and the second air chamber 14d with the rotation axes of the fan 32 and the DC motor 33 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 11b, and operates to blow air from the first air chamber 14c to the second air chamber 14d. Therefore, when the blower 30 operates, air from the room 6 is introduced into the first air chamber 14c through the inlet 14a, flows from the first air chamber 14c to the second air chamber 14d, and is blown out into the ventilation space 13 through the outlet 14b.
[0029] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 , the blower 30 is configured to operate on power supplied from a battery 34 disposed adjacent to the partition portion 14e inside the lower frame portion 11b. The battery 34 may be connected to an external power source 35, such as a commercial power source (100 V AC), and be charged as needed by the external power source 35. If a photovoltaic glass (which may be a solar panel) is used as the panel body 12, the photovoltaic glass may be connected to the battery 34 in addition to the external power source 35, and the battery 34 may be charged as needed by the photovoltaic glass and, if necessary, by the external power source 35. The battery 34 is equipped with a control unit 36, which converts power input from the external power source 35 or the photovoltaic glass into direct current of a predetermined voltage (e.g., 24 V) and outputs the converted power to the blower 30.
[0030] The configuration and arrangement of the spaces such as the first air chamber 14c and the second air chamber 14d inside the lower frame 11b, and the arrangement of the blower 30, the battery 34, etc. can be changed as appropriate.
[0031] When photovoltaic glass (which may be a solar panel) is used as the panel body 12, the battery 34 may be configured to be charged as needed using only the photovoltaic glass, without using an external power source 35. With this configuration, it is not necessary to install wiring on the building 1 side to supply power to the fan 30, and an airflow window system can be constructed more easily using the sash unit 10.
[0032] The blower 30 is not limited to the above-described axial flow DC fan, but may be another type of fan, such as a sirocco fan (tubular fan) or a centrifugal fan, or may be an AC fan. Furthermore, as long as the blower 30 is disposed inside the lower frame portion 11b, its location can be changed as appropriate, for example, by disposing a sirocco fan extending along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame portion 11b in the second air chamber portion 14d. Furthermore, it is sufficient that at least one blower 30 is provided.
[0033] As shown in FIG. 8, the upper frame portion 11a of the sash body 11 is provided with an exhaust passage 15 that communicates with the ventilation space 13 and the room 6. The exhaust passage 15 has an exhaust port 15a that opens to the room side of the upper frame portion 11a and an intake port 15b that opens to the lower surface of the upper frame portion 11a that faces the ventilation space 13. As shown in FIG. 2, in this embodiment, the exhaust port 15a is provided on the room side of the upper frame portion 11a in the form of an elongated hole (slit) extending along the longitudinal direction of the upper frame portion 11a from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction. The exhaust passage 15 can exhaust air inside the ventilation space 13 to the room 6. That is, the exhaust passage 15 can exhaust air introduced by the blower 30 from the room 6 into the ventilation space 13 through the introduction passage 14 provided in the lower frame portion 11b from the ventilation space 13 to the room 6.
[0034] The exhaust path 15 is not limited to one in which the exhaust outlet 15a is in the form of a long hole (slit) as shown in Figure 2, and the shape, number, etc. can be changed as appropriate as long as it is in a form that connects the ventilation space 13 and the room 6.
[0035] By attaching the sash unit 10 having the above configuration to a window 3 of a building 1, the window 3 can be configured as an airflow window system. That is, when the sash unit 10 is attached to the window 3, a ventilation space 13 is defined between the window glass 5 and the panel body 12. Air from the room 6 is introduced into the ventilation space 13 by the blower 30 through an inlet passage 14 provided in the lower frame portion 11b of the sash body 11. The air introduced into the ventilation space 13 flows from bottom to top inside the ventilation space 13 and is discharged into the room 6 through an outlet passage 15 provided in the upper frame portion 11a of the sash body 11. In this way, air (hot air) inside the ventilation space 13 heated by sunlight incident through the window glass 5 or air (cold air) inside the ventilation space 13 cooled by external cold air through the window glass 5 can be discharged into the room 6, thereby reducing the thermal load on the room 6.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 1, the building 1 may be configured with an exhaust device 40 on the ceiling 9. The exhaust device 40 can exhaust air from the room 6 to the outside through an exhaust duct 41. As shown in FIG. 8, the exhaust path 15 is provided in the upper frame portion 11a of the sash body 11, so that the air (hot air or cold air) that is exhausted from the ventilation space 13 through the exhaust path 15 and the exhaust port 15a into the room 6 flows along the ceiling 9 and is exhausted from the room 6 to the outside by the exhaust device 40.
[0037] As described above, with the sash unit 10 according to this embodiment, the window 3 can be configured as an airflow window system by the simple task of simply attaching the sash unit 10 to the window 3. That is, with the sash unit 10 according to this embodiment, the blower 30 that circulates air in the ventilation space 13 is located inside the lower frame portion 11b of the sash body 11, so there is no need to install fans inside the wall adjacent to the window 3, inside the part rising from the floor, or inside the ceiling portion, and the window 3 can be configured as an airflow window system by the simple task of simply attaching the sash unit 10 to the window 3.
[0038] Furthermore, with the sash unit 10 according to this embodiment, when an airflow window system is introduced into an existing building having a single sash window 3, the window 3 can be configured as a double-pane window with a ventilation space 13 by the simple task of simply attaching the sash unit 10 to the window 3. This makes it possible to easily construct an airflow window system in an existing building having a single sash window 3 by the simple task of simply attaching the sash unit 10 to the window 3.
[0039] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
[0040] For example, the sash unit 10 may be retrofitted to a window 3 of an existing building, or may be attached to the window 3 when the building 1 is newly constructed.
[0041] When attaching a sash unit 10 to a window 3 when constructing a new building 1, the sash unit 10 may be configured such that the window glass 5 is attached to the sash body 11, as shown in Figure 9. This configuration eliminates the need to attach the window glass 5 to the window 3 using the sash 4, making it easier to configure the window 3 into an airflow window system.
