Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a package for containing medical instruments. [Background technology]
[0002] Medical instruments such as catheters, guidewires, and sheaths are housed in a package in a sterile state. The package is required to have a high sealing strength to maintain the sterile state. However, from the viewpoint of usability, the package is required to have as low a sealing strength (opening strength) as possible when opened so that it can be opened easily. Furthermore, the opened package is required to have an opening shape that ensures high sterility of the medical instruments.
[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 describes a package having a strap-shaped body attached to the inside of the packaging bag to fasten a medical instrument covered with a covering cloth. This package allows the medical instrument covered with the covering cloth to be removed from the package by opening the packaging bag through a notch formed in the packaging bag and pulling the strap-shaped body exposed from the opening. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-131284 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] The packaging described in Patent Document 1 requires a band and a covering cloth, and after removing the medical instrument covered with the covering cloth from the packaging, the covering cloth must be unfolded, which is a cumbersome process. Furthermore, because the covering cloth must be unfolded to remove the medical instrument, there is a possibility that cross-contamination of the medical instrument may occur through the contaminated covering cloth during the unfolding process.
[0006] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has an object to provide a package that is easy to open and allows medical instruments to be provided in a sterile manner. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The above object can be achieved by the invention described in (1) or (4) below. (1) A packaging body according to the present invention is a packaging body capable of containing contents including medical instruments, and comprises: a bag portion in which a storage area capable of containing the contents is formed by a sheet including a flexible resin sheet and a flexible gas-permeable sheet; and a protective portion arranged inside the bag portion; the bag portion has a sealing portion where the sheets are joined together; and a tearable line formed at a position different from the sealing portion so that the storage area can be opened to the outside; the storage area has a main area on one side of the tearable line and a detachable area on the other side; when the contents are contained up to a position farthest from the tearable line within the range in which the main area can be arranged, the contents are arranged from the main area across the tearable line to the detachable area; and the protective portion is arranged inside the bag portion from the main area across the tearable line to the detachable area, and sandwiches and covers the contents located in the detachable area. [Effects of the Invention]
[0008] The package described in (1) above can be easily opened by tearing the bag along the tearable line and removing the portion of the bag that has the tear-off region. Furthermore, the package can be provided in a sterile manner by sandwiching the contents contained in the main region and protruding from the tearable line in the protective section.
[0009] (2) In the package described in (1) above, the protective part may include a first flexible protective sheet fixed to one of the opposing inner surfaces of the main region of the bag portion and projecting beyond the tearable line into the tear-off region, and a second flexible protective sheet fixed to the other inner surface and projecting beyond the tearable line into the tear-off region. This allows the package to be provided in a sterile state when opened by severing the tearable line, with the contents projecting from the main region covered by the first protective sheet and the second protective sheet.
[0010] (3) In the package described in (1) above, the protective part may have a first protective part covering one side of the contained item, a second protective part covering the other side, and a connecting part connecting the first protective part and the second protective part, and may be arranged to be movable independently from the bag part. In this way, when the package is opened by cutting the cuttable line, the contained item protruding from the main region is covered by the first protective part and the second protective part, and can be provided in a sterile manner.
[0011] (4) Another aspect of the packaging body according to the present invention is a packaging body capable of containing contents including medical instruments, comprising: a bag portion in which a storage area capable of containing the contents is formed by a sheet portion including a flexible resin sheet and a flexible gas-permeable sheet; and a protective portion arranged inside the bag portion, wherein the bag portion has a sealing portion where the sheet portions are joined together and a cuttable line formed at a position different from the sealing portion so that the storage area can be opened to the outside, the storage area having a main area on one side of the cuttable line and a separation area on the other side, wherein the contents can be placed in their entirety in the main area when they are contained up to a position farthest from the cuttable line within the range in which the main area can be placed, and the bag portion has a moving mechanism that causes the contents to protrude from the main area beyond the cuttable line.
[0012] The package described in (4) above can be easily opened by tearing the bag along the tearable line and removing the portion of the bag that has the tear-off region. Furthermore, the package can be provided in a sterile manner by using a moving mechanism to cause the sterile contents contained in the main region that do not protrude beyond the tearable line to protrude beyond the tearable line.
[0013] (5) In the packaging body described in (4) above, the moving mechanism may have an inclined portion inclined with respect to the cuttable line at a position in the main region away from the cuttable line. In this way, by moving the contents contained in the main region along the inclined portion, the packaging body can easily make the contents contained in the main region that do not protrude from the cuttable line protrude from the cuttable line.
[0014] (6) In the packaging body described in (4) above, the moving mechanism may have a bottom sheet disposed between the overlapping sheet portions that form the main region at a position away from the cuttable line of the main region, whereby the contents contained in the main region can be easily protruded from the cuttable line by deforming the bottom sheet and pushing it toward the cuttable line.
[0015] (7) In the packaging body described in (4) above, the moving mechanism may have a bottom portion that tapers away from the cuttable line in the main region, where the bottom portion is located away from the cuttable line. This allows the contents contained in the main region to easily protrude from the cuttable line by deforming the bottom portion and pushing it toward the cuttable line.
[0016] (8) The packaging body described in any one of (1) to (7) above may have at least one tear guide fixed to the outer surface or inner surface of the bag portion on the tear-off region side of the tearable line and extending along the tearable line. This makes it easier to tear the bag portion along the tearable line by using the tear guide to prevent the bag portion from being torn apart from the tearable line. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0018] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the dimensional proportions in the drawings may be exaggerated for convenience of explanation and may differ from the actual proportions. Furthermore, in this specification and drawings, components having substantially the same functions are designated by the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations will be omitted.
[0019] First Embodiment As shown in Fig. 1, a package 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is a bag-shaped member that contains contents 2 including medical instruments such as catheters, guidewires, and sheaths while maintaining a sterile state for transport and storage. The contents 2 may be the medical instruments alone, or may be the medical instruments and a member (such as a mount) that holds the medical instruments. Alternatively, the contents 2 may be a medical kit that brings together multiple medical instruments.
[0020] The packaging body 1 has a bag portion 10 that forms a storage area 3 for storing the contents 2, a cutting guide 30 fixed to the bag portion 10, and a protective portion 40 that protects the contents 2 inside the bag portion 10.
[0021] The bag portion 10 is formed by a sheet portion 11 that includes multiple sheets. The sheet portion 11 has a first resin sheet 12 that is flexible and can be easily torn by hand without using scissors or the like, a second resin sheet 13 that is flexible and can be easily torn by hand, and a gas-permeable sheet 14 that is flexible and allows gas (air) to pass through. The second resin sheet 13 and the gas-permeable sheet 14 are bonded together at a linearly extending central sealing portion 15 to form a single bonded sheet 16. The first resin sheet 12 and the bonded sheet 16 are stacked in the thickness direction Z and peripheral sealing portions 17 are bonded together to form the bag portion 10.
[0022] The first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13 are resin films that can be torn apart, and are preferably transparent or translucent. The first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13 are formed from stretch-oriented films, making them easy to tear only in a specific direction. The first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13 that are bonded together and overlap each other are arranged so that their orientation directions match. Note that the first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13 do not necessarily have to be stretch-oriented, as long as they are easy to tear.
[0023] The first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13 each have an inner layer of polyethylene, which is a thermoplastic resin, and an outer layer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The inner polyethylene layer becomes an adhesive layer when heated, allowing desired overlapping portions with other sheets to be heat-sealed (adhered). In this embodiment, the first resin sheet 12 and the connecting sheet 16 are generally quadrangular (e.g., generally rectangular), but may have other shapes.
[0024] The gas-permeable sheet 14 is made of a nonwoven fabric or the like, and is a sheet that allows gas (air) to pass through but prevents bacteria from passing through. The gas-permeable sheet 14 has the property of being difficult for users to tear. The packaging body 1 having the gas-permeable sheet 14 allows a sterilizing gas (e.g., ethylene oxide gas) to pass through the gas-permeable sheet 14, thereby enabling the contents 2 contained and sealed in the storage area 3 to be sterilized by the gas. The contents 2 contained in the packaging body 1 may be sterilized by gamma ray sterilization, electron beam sterilization, or the like. In this case, the packaging body 1 does not need to have the gas-permeable sheet 14.
[0025] The bag portion 10 is formed in a substantially quadrilateral (e.g., substantially rectangular) shape and has notches 18, which are slits or cutouts, on the edges of two opposing sides (e.g., long sides). The notches 18 are not formed in the gas permeable sheet 14, but are formed in the first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13. The shortest, substantially straight line connecting the notches 18 on two opposing sides along the surface of the bag portion 10 coincides with the direction of stretch orientation of the material and is defined as the cuttable line 19. The cuttable line 19 is positioned substantially parallel to the short sides of the bag portion 10 and the central sealed portion 15, and is slightly spaced from the central sealed portion 15. The plane including both the shortest, substantially straight line connecting the two notches 18 along the surface of the first resin sheet 12 and the shortest, substantially straight line connecting the two notches 18 along the surface of the second resin sheet 13 is defined as the cuttable plane 22. Alternatively, a plane that is approximately perpendicular to the plane on which the sealing portion 17 around the bag portion 10 is located and that includes the cuttable line 19 may be defined as the cuttable plane 22. The cuttable line 19 and the cuttable plane 22 indicate positions that are likely to be cut from the notch 18. The storage area 3 of the bag portion 10 has a main area 20 on one side of the cuttable line 19 (or the cuttable plane 22) and a tear-off area 21 on the other side of the cuttable line 19 (or the cuttable plane 22). The main area 20 is an area that mainly stores the contents 2, and the tear-off area 21 is an area that is torn off from the main area 20 when the cuttable line 19 is torn and the contents are opened. It is preferable that the main area 20 is larger than the tear-off area 21. In this embodiment, when the contents 2 are stored in the main area 20 to the position farthest from the cuttable line 19, the contents 2 are arranged from the main area 20, beyond the cuttable line 19, to the tear-off area 21. The cuttable line 19 allows the storage area 3 to be opened to the outside at a position different from the sealing portion 17. In other words, the bag portion 10 is not opened by peeling off the adhesive portion of the sealing portion 17, but by cutting the first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13 at a position different from the sealing portion 17. When cutting the first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13 at a position different from the sealing portion 17, the sealing portion 17 is also partially cut, but it is not necessary to peel off the adhesive portion of the sealing portion 17. Therefore, in order to maintain a sterilized state, the adhesive strength (sealing strength) of the sealing portion 17 is set high so that it does not peel off easily.
[0026] Note that there may be only one notch 18. In this case, the possible cutting line 19 can be defined as a straight line that passes through the notch 18 and extends perpendicularly from the side on which the notch 18 is formed. Alternatively, the possible cutting line 19 may be defined as a straight line that passes through the notch 18 and extends in the direction of the stretch orientation of the material. The possible cutting plane 22 may be defined as a plane that passes through the notch 18 and is perpendicular to the side on which the notch 18 is formed.
[0027] The cutting guide 30 is a sheet-like member attached to the outer surface of the first resin sheet 12 located in the separation region 21. The cutting guide 30 may also be attached to the inner surface of the first resin sheet 12. The cutting guide 30 is formed long in the separation region 21 along the cuttable line 19 and attached to the bag portion 10. The cutting guide 30 is arranged slightly away from the cuttable line 19 and approximately parallel to the cuttable line 19. The cutting guide 30 is, for example, an adhesive sheet, but may also be a sheet-like member fixed to the first resin sheet 12 by adhesion, fusion, or the like. The cutting guide 30 preferably has a strength greater than that of the first resin sheet 12, but is not limited thereto. The cutting guide 30 may be arranged along the cuttable line 19 over the entire bag portion 10, or may be arranged partially or in multiple sections.
[0028] The cutting guide 30 may be disposed on the outer or inner surface of the first resin sheet 12 located in the main region 20, slightly spaced from and substantially parallel to the cuttable line 19. The cutting guide 30 may be disposed on the outer or inner surface of the second resin sheet 13 located in the separation region 21, slightly spaced from and substantially parallel to the cuttable line 19. That is, the cutting guide 30 may be disposed on at least one of the first resin sheet 12 located in the separation region 21, the first resin sheet 12 located in the main region 20, and the second resin sheet 13 located in the separation region 21. The connecting sheet 16 located in the main region 20 does not need to be provided with the cutting guide 30 because it has a tear-resistant gas-permeable sheet 14 that functions as a tear guide. The cutting guide 30 also helps prevent the first resin sheet 12, to which the cutting guide 30 is attached, from curling inward.
[0029] The protective part 40 has a first protective sheet 41 fixed to the first resin sheet 12 and a second protective sheet 42 fixed to the connecting sheet 16. The first protective sheet 41 is a flexible sheet-like member that is adhered to the inner surface of the main region 20 of the first resin sheet 12 near the cuttable line 19 and protrudes beyond the cutting guide 30 to the separation region 21. The second protective sheet 42 is adhered to the inner surface of the main region 20 of the connecting sheet 16 near the cuttable line 19 and protrudes beyond the cuttable line 19 (or the cuttable surface 22) to the separation region 21. In this embodiment, the second protective sheet 42 is adhered to the gas permeable sheet 14, but may also be adhered to the second resin sheet 13. When the contained item 2 is contained up to the position farthest from the cuttable line 19 of the main area 20, the first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42 can sandwich and cover the entire portion of the contained item 2 that protrudes from the main area 20 beyond the cuttable line 19 (or cuttable surface 22) to the separation area 21 in the thickness direction Z.
[0030] The first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42 are preferably transparent or translucent, and thinner and more flexible than the first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13. The ends of the first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42 that are located in the tear-off region 21 and away from the cut line 19 may be located closer to the cut line 19 than the cutting guide 30, or may be located farther from the cut line 19 than the cutting guide 30. When the bag portion 10 is torn along the cut line 19, the first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42 can flexibly deform so as not to be torn together.
[0031] First protective sheet 41 and second protective sheet 42 are made of a flexible resin material such as polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate.
[0032] Next, the operation of the packaging body 1 according to the first embodiment will be described.
[0033] The package 1 receives the contents 2 from one of the four sides of the rectangle, with the sealing portion 17 located on that side unsealed. The unsealed side is then sealed by fusion to form the sealing portion 17. This allows the contents 2 to be contained in the package 1. Next, a sterilizing gas is supplied to the inside of the package 1 through the gas-permeable sheet 14 to sterilize the contents 2. The package 1 can keep the contents 2 in a sterile state.
[0034] When removing the contained item 2 from the package 1, a person in the unclean area moves the contained item 2 inside the bag portion 10 to a position where the entire portion of the contained item 2 in the tear-off region 21 is disposed between the first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42. Next, as shown in FIG. 2 , the person in the unclean area tears the bag portion 10 from the notch 18 along the tearable line 19 to separate the tear-off region 21 from the main region 20. At this time, because the tear guide 30 is fixed to the tear-off region 21 side of the bag portion 10 and the tear-resistant gas permeable sheet 14 is disposed on the main region 20 side of the bag portion 10, the portion of the bag portion 10 along the tearable line 19 or its vicinity is torn.
[0035] When the tear-off region 21 side of the bag portion 10 is torn off, a portion of the contents 2 contained in the main region 20 of the bag portion 10 protrudes outward from the main region 20 beyond the cuttable line 19 (or cuttable surface 22). This protruding contents 2 is sandwiched and covered by the first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42, preventing contamination due to accidental contact by a person or object in the unsanitary area and contamination due to inward curling of the edges of the cut first resin sheet 12 and second resin sheet 13, thereby preventing cross-contamination. The first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42, which are exposed to the outside and cover the contents 2, are flexible and can bend outward away from the contents 2, as indicated by the white arrows in FIG. 2(B). The first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42 may sag outward away from the contents 2 due to their own weight. Alternatively, the first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42 may be pre-shaped to bend outward. A person in the clean area can grasp and pull out the contents 2 protruding from the package 1 held by a person in the unclean area while keeping it in a sterile state.
[0036] As described above, the packaging body 1 according to the first embodiment is a packaging body 1 capable of containing an item 2 including a medical instrument, and has a bag portion 10 in which a storage area 3 capable of containing the item 2 is formed by a sheet portion 11 including a flexible resin sheet (first resin sheet 12 and second resin sheet 13) and a flexible gas-permeable sheet 14, and a protective portion 40 arranged inside the bag portion 10, and the bag portion 10 has a sealing portion 17 where the sheet portions 11 are joined together, and a cuttable portion 40 formed at a position different from the sealing portion 17 so that the storage area 3 can be opened to the outside. The storage area 3 has a main area 20 on one side of the cuttable line 19 and a tear-off area 21 on the other side, and when the contents 2 are stored in the main area 20 to a position farthest from the cuttable line 19, they can be positioned from the main area 20 beyond the cuttable line 19 to the tear-off area 21, and the protective part 40 is positioned inside the bag part 10 from the main area 20 beyond the cuttable line 19 to the tear-off area 21, sandwiching and covering the contents 2 positioned in the tear-off area 21. This makes it easy to open the package 1 by cutting the bag part 10 along the cuttable line 19 and removing the portion of the bag part 10 that has the tear-off area 21. Furthermore, the package 1 can be provided in a sterile manner by sandwiching the contents 2 stored in the main area 20 and protruding from the cuttable line 19 between the protective part 40.
[0037] The protective part 40 also has a flexible first protective sheet 41 fixed to one of the opposing inner surfaces of the main region 20 of the bag part 10 and protruding beyond the cuttable line 19 into the tear-off region 21, and a flexible second protective sheet 42 fixed to the other inner surface and protruding beyond the cuttable line 19 into the tear-off region 21. As a result, when the package 1 is opened by cutting the cuttable line 19, the contents 2 protruding from the main region 20 are covered by the first protective sheet 41 and the second protective sheet 42, and can be provided in a sterile manner.
[0038] Second Embodiment As shown in Figure 3, the packaging body 50 of the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it does not have a protective part and has a moving mechanism 51 that causes the contents 2 to protrude from the main area 20 beyond the cuttable line 19 (or cuttable surface 22).
[0039] The packaging body 50 has a moving mechanism 51, which is located on a side (e.g., a short side) of the main region 20 of the bag portion 10 that is away from the cuttable line 19, and which has an inclined portion 52 that is inclined with respect to the cuttable line 19. The inclined portion 52 is formed by the sealing portion 17. When the contents 2 are contained in the main region 20 to the innermost position within the range that can be moved from the cuttable line 19 toward the inclined portion 52, the contents 2 can be placed entirely in the main region 20. In other words, the contents 2 can be placed only in the main region 20 so as not to be located in the tear-off region 21.
[0040] Next, the operation of the packaging body 50 according to the second embodiment will be described.
[0041] When removing the contents 2 from the package 50, a person in the unsanitary area moves the contents 2 from the storage area 3 to the main area 20 so that the contents 2 is not positioned in the tear-off area 21. Next, the person in the unsanitary area cuts the bag portion 10 from the notch 18 along the tearable line 19, as shown in FIG. 4 , to separate the tear-off area 21 from the main area 20.
[0042] When the tear-off area 21 side of the bag part 10 is cut off, the contents 2 contained in the main area 20 of the bag part 10 do not protrude beyond the cuttable line 19 (or cuttable surface 22) from the main area 20 to the outside. This prevents the contents 2 from being contaminated by accidental contact with people or objects in the unsanitary area, and prevents cross-contamination.
[0043] When a person in the unclean area moves the contained item 2 in the main area 20 along the inclined portion 52, the contained item 2 moves toward the cuttable line 19 and protrudes beyond the cuttable line 19 (or the cuttable surface 22). A person in the clean area can grasp and pull out the contained item 2 protruding from the package 50 held by a person in the unclean area while keeping it in a sterile state.
[0044] As described above, the packaging body 50 of the second embodiment is a packaging body 50 capable of storing contents 2 including medical instruments, and comprises a bag portion 10 in which a storage area 3 capable of storing the contents 2 is formed by a sheet portion 11 including a flexible resin sheet (a first resin sheet 12 and a second resin sheet 13) and a flexible gas-permeable sheet 14, and the bag portion 10 has a sealing portion 17 where the sheet portions 11 are joined together, and a cuttable line 19 formed at a position different from the sealing portion 17 so that the storage area 3 can be opened to the outside, the storage area 3 has a main area 20 on one side of the cuttable line 19 and a separation area 21 on the other side, and the contents 2 can be placed in its entirety in the main area 20 when it is stored up to the position farthest from the cuttable line 19 within the range in which the main area 20 can be placed, and the bag portion 10 has a moving mechanism 51 that causes the contents 2 to protrude from the main area 20 beyond the cuttable line 19. This makes it easy to open the packaging body 50 by cutting the bag portion 10 along the cuttable line 19 and removing the portion of the bag portion 10 having the tear-off region 21. Furthermore, the packaging body 50 can provide sterile contents 2 that are contained in the main region 20 and do not protrude from the cuttable line 19 by using the moving mechanism 51 to protrude the contents 2 from the cuttable line 19.
[0045] The moving mechanism 51 also has an inclined portion 52 inclined relative to the cuttable line 19 at a position away from the cuttable line 19 in the main region 20. As a result, by moving the contents 2 contained in the main region 20 along the inclined portion 52, the package 50 can easily make the contents 2 contained in the main region 20 and not protruding from the cuttable line 19 protrude from the cuttable line 19.
[0046] Third Embodiment As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the packaging body 60 of the third embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it does not have a protective part and has a moving mechanism 61 that causes the contents 2 to protrude from the main area 20 beyond the cuttable line 19.
[0047] The packaging body 60 has a bottom sheet 62 as a moving mechanism 61 at a position on the short side of the main region 20 of the bag portion 10 away from the cuttable line 19. The bottom sheet 62 is sandwiched between the first resin sheet 12 and the bonding sheet 16 (gas permeable sheet 14), which overlap to form the main region 20, and forms a gusset (thickness) in the thickness direction Z where the first resin sheet 12 and the bonding sheet 16 overlap. At the short side of the bag portion 10, the bottom sheet 62 is bonded (fused) to the first resin sheet 12 and the bonding sheet 16 in a folded state. The bottom sheet 62 and the first resin sheet 12 are bonded to form a first sealed portion 63, and the bottom sheet 62 and the bonding sheet 16 (gas permeable sheet 14) are bonded to form a second sealed portion 64. The bottom sheet 62 has a protruding portion 65 between the first sealed portion 63 and the second sealed portion 64 that can protrude while curving toward the internal space of the main region 20. The entire contents 2 can be placed in the main region 20 when it is placed in the main region 20 up to the farthest position from the cuttable line 19 toward the bottom sheet 62 within the range in which it can be placed in the main region 20. In other words, the contents 2 can be placed only in the main region 20 so as not to be located in the tear-off region 21. The bottom sheet 62 is preferably capable of being creased so that it can be bonded to the first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13 in a folded state, and is formed, for example, from the same material as the first resin sheet 12 and the second resin sheet 13, but from a different material from the gas permeable sheet 14, which is hard and difficult to crease.
[0048] Next, the operation of the packaging body 60 according to the third embodiment will be described.
[0049] When removing the contents 2 from the package 60, a person in the unsanitary area moves the contents 2 from the storage area 3 to the main area 20 so that the contents 2 is not positioned in the tear-off area 21. Next, the person in the unsanitary area cuts the bag portion 10 from the notch 18 along the tearable line 19, and separates the tear-off area 21 from the main area 20.
[0050] When the tear-off area 21 side of the bag part 10 is cut off, the contents 2 contained in the main area 20 of the bag part 10 do not protrude beyond the cuttable line 19 (or cuttable surface 22) from the main area 20 to the outside. This prevents the contents 2 from being contaminated by accidental contact with people or objects in the unsanitary area, and prevents cross-contamination.
[0051] 7, when a person in the unclean area deforms the bottom sheet 62 by crushing it in the thickness direction Z, the protruding portion 65 deforms so as to protrude toward the cuttable line 19 (or the cuttable surface 22). As a result, the contained item 2 is pushed by the protruding portion 65 and moves toward the cuttable line 19, protruding beyond the cuttable line 19 to the outside. A person in the clean area can grasp and pull out the contained item 2 protruding from the package 60 held by a person in the unclean area while maintaining the contents in a sterile state.
[0052] As described above, in the packaging body 60 according to the third embodiment, the moving mechanism 61 has the bottom sheet 62 that is disposed between the overlapping sheet portions 11 that form the main region 20, at a position away from the cuttable line 19 of the main region 20. This allows the contents 2 contained in the main region 20 to easily protrude from the cuttable line 19 by deforming the bottom sheet 62 and pushing it toward the cuttable line 19.
[0053] <Fourth embodiment> As shown in Figure 8, the packaging body 70 of the fourth embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it does not have a protective part and has a moving mechanism 71 that causes the contents 2 to protrude from the main area 20 beyond the cuttable line 19.
[0054] The packaging body 70 has a bottom 72 that tapers away from the cuttable line 19 in the main region 20 of the bag portion 10 as a moving mechanism 71. The bottom 72 is formed by the sealing portion 17. The bottom 72 is formed so that it is close to the cuttable line 19 on both sides near the long sides and is inclined toward the center so that it is farther from the cuttable line 19 in the center away from the long sides. Therefore, the bag portion 10 is formed into a substantially pentagonal shape. The contents 2 can be placed entirely in the main region 20 when they are placed in the main region 20 from the cuttable line 19 to the farthest position toward the bottom 72 within the range in which they can be placed in the main region 20. In other words, the contents 2 can be placed only in the main region 20 so as not to be placed in the tear-off region 21.
[0055] Next, the operation of the packaging body 70 according to the fourth embodiment will be described.
[0056] When removing the contents 2 from the package 70, a person in the unsanitary area moves the contents 2 from the storage area 3 to the main area 20 so that the contents 2 is not positioned in the tear-off area 21. Next, the person in the unsanitary area cuts the bag portion 10 from the notch 18 along the tearable line 19, and separates the tear-off area 21 from the main area 20.
[0057] When the tear-off area 21 side of the bag part 10 is cut off, the contents 2 contained in the main area 20 of the bag part 10 do not protrude beyond the cuttable line 19 (or cuttable surface 22) from the main area 20 to the outside. This prevents the contents 2 from being contaminated by accidental contact with people or objects in the unsanitary area, and prevents cross-contamination.
[0058] As shown in Figure 9, when a person in the unclean area grasps or twists the bottom 72, which tapers toward the end, the main area 20 decreases. Note that the method for deforming the bottom 72 is not limited. When the bottom 72 deforms so as to reduce the main area 20, the contents 2 are pushed by the bottom 72 and move toward the cuttable line 19, protruding beyond the cuttable line 19 (or cuttable surface 22) to the outside. A person in the clean area can grasp and pull out the contents 2 protruding from the package 70 held by a person in the unclean area while maintaining the contents in a sterile state.
[0059] As described above, in the packaging body 70 according to the fourth embodiment, the moving mechanism 71 may have a bottom 72 that tapers in a direction away from the cuttable line 19 in the main region 20, at a position away from the cuttable line 19. This allows the contents 2 contained in the main region 20 to easily protrude from the cuttable line 19 by deforming the bottom 72 and pushing it toward the cuttable line 19.
[0060] Fifth Embodiment As shown in FIG. 10, the packaging body 80 according to the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the configuration of the protection portion 81.
[0061] Unlike the first embodiment, the protective portion 81 is a member that is not fixed to the bag portion 10 but is movable independently of the bag portion 10. The protective portion 81 has a first protective portion 82 that covers one side of the contained item 2 in the Z direction, a second protective portion 83 that covers the other side, and a connecting portion 84 that connects the first protective portion 82 and the second protective portion 83. The first protective portion 82 and the second protective portion 83 are flexible or hard sheet-like members having substantially the same shape. The connecting portion 84 connects the ends of the first protective portion 82 and the second protective portion 83. A gap can be formed between the first protective portion 82 and the second protective portion 83 to sandwich the contained item 2. The protective portion 81 can cover a portion of the contained item 2 that protrudes beyond the cuttable line 19 and into the separation region 21 between the first protective portion 82 and the second protective portion 83. The protective part 81 has a structure in which only one ends of the first protective part 82 and the second protective part 83 are connected by the connecting part 84, and therefore the first protective part 82 and the second protective part 83 are not connected at the other ends other than the one end where the connecting part 84 is located. This makes it easy to place the protective part 81 over the contained item 2 and to remove it from the contained item 2. The protective part 81 may also be bag-shaped, with only one ends of the first protective part 82 and the second protective part 83 not connected. In this case, it is easy to maintain the protective part 81 covering the contained item 2.
[0062] When the item 2 is contained up to the farthest position from the cuttable line 19 within the range in which the main region 20 can be arranged, the first protective portion 82 and the second protective portion 83 sandwich and cover the entire portion of the item 2 that protrudes from the main region 20 beyond the cuttable line 19 (or the cuttable surface 22) to the separation region 21 in the thickness direction Z. The protective portion 81 can be easily made by folding a single sheet-like member. The protective portion 81 may also be made by joining two sheet-like members together, or by other methods. The protective portion 81 is preferably transparent or translucent. The protective portion 81 is formed from a resin material such as polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate.
[0063] Next, the operation of the packaging body 80 according to the fifth embodiment will be described.
[0064] When removing the contained item 2 from the package 80, a person in the unclean area moves the contained item 2 inside the bag portion 10 so that the only part of the contained item 2 in the tear-off area 21 is the part sandwiched between the first protective portion 82 and the second protective portion 83 of the contained item 2. Next, the person in the unclean area cuts the bag portion 10 from the notch 18 along the cuttable line 19, and separates the tear-off area 21 from the main area 20.
[0065] When the tear-off region 21 side of the bag portion 10 is cut away, a portion of the contents 2 contained in the main region 20 of the bag portion 10 protrudes from the main region 20 beyond the cut line 19 (or cut surface 22) to the outside. This protruding contents 2 is sandwiched and covered by the first protective portion 82 and the second protective portion 83, which prevents contamination due to accidental contact by a person or object in the unclean area and contamination due to the edges of the cut first resin sheet 12 and second resin sheet 13 curling inward, thereby preventing cross-contamination. A person in the clean area can grasp the contents 2 protruding from the package 80 held by a person in the unclean area together with the protective portion 81 and remove it in a sterile state.
[0066] As described above, in the packaging body 80 according to the fifth embodiment, the protective part 81 has a first protective part 82 that covers one side of the contents 2, a second protective part 83 that covers the other side, and a connecting part 84 that connects the first protective part 82 and the second protective part 83, and is arranged to be movable independently from the bag part 10. As a result, when the packaging body 80 is opened by cutting the cuttable line 19, the contents 2 protruding from the main region 20 to the outside are covered by the first protective part 82 and the second protective part 83, and can be provided in a sterile manner.
[0067] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the technical spirit of the present invention. For example, the packaging body 80 may be configured to include the contents 2 contained therein. [Explanation of symbols]
