[0009] [Structure of this embodiment] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Figures 1 to 4, the outdoor structure 1 according to this embodiment constitutes a canopy for openings such as entrances and exits in buildings or for bus stops, and comprises a wall material 2 and a roof material 3 connected to the upper part of the wall material 2. The wall material 2 and the roof material 3 are each composed of panel materials 4 which are configured in substantially the same way as each other. The panel material 4 comprises a base material 10, a plurality of connecting members 20 fixed to the base material, panel components 30 connected to the base material 10 by a plurality of parallel connecting members 20, an end member 50 that fits into a panel component 30A located at one side end of the plurality of panel components 30, and an end member 60 that fits into a panel component 30B located at the other side end of the plurality of panel components 30. In the following description, the left-right direction (frontage direction) of Outdoor Structure 1 is defined as the X-axis direction, the up-down direction of Outdoor Structure 1 is defined as the Y-axis direction, and the depth direction of Outdoor Structure 1 is defined as the Z-axis direction. The X, Y, and Z axes are mutually orthogonal. Furthermore, one direction along the X-axis is defined as the +X-axis direction, and the other direction along the X-axis is defined as the -X-axis direction.
[0010] As mentioned above, the wall material 2 and the roof material 3 are constructed in a similar manner to each other, and are each made up of panel materials 4 that have been appropriately processed according to their installation location. Therefore, the details of each component of the panel material 4 that make up the roof material 3 will be explained below, while the detailed explanation of each component of the panel material 4 that make up the wall material 2 will be omitted. Note that the wall material 2 is made up of panel materials 4 arranged along the Y-axis.
[0011] [Underlayment] The base material 10 is made of steel material aligned with the X-axis direction and has a U-shaped cross-section (see Figure 7(C)). In this embodiment, multiple base materials 10 are installed at intervals in the Z-axis direction; in this embodiment, two base materials 10 are installed. The number of base materials 10 is set appropriately according to the longitudinal dimensions of the panel components 30.
[0012] [Connecting material] Multiple connecting members 20 are installed along the base material 10 at intervals in the X-axis direction. Each connecting member 20 is a piece made of a metal material such as steel or stainless steel, and as shown in Figure 4, for example, it has a fixing piece 21 along the X-axis direction that is fixed to the base material 10, a main body piece 22 extending from the fixing piece 21 in the Y-axis direction, a connecting piece 23 extending from the main body piece 22 in the +X-axis direction at a position spaced apart from the fixing piece 21 in the Y-axis direction, and a guide piece 24 extending from the main body piece 22 in the +X-axis direction between the fixing piece 21 and the connecting piece 23, and is formed in a roughly J-shape except for the guide piece 24. The fixing piece 21 extends longer in the +X axis direction than the connecting piece 23 and the guide piece 24, and a hole 211 is formed in the portion located on the +X axis side relative to the connecting piece 23 and the guide piece 24, through which a screw 5 serving as a fastener is inserted. This fixing piece 21 is mechanically fixed to the underside of the base material 10 inserted through the hole 211 by the screw 5, and this fixing position is located at a different position in the +X axis direction from the connection position with the panel component 30 and the end member 50. The connecting piece 23 extends from the lower end of the main body piece 22 and is inserted into the connecting recess 335 of the panel component 30 or end member 50, which will be described later. It is mechanically fixed to the base piece 331 of the second fitting projection 33, which will be described later, by a screw 6, which is a fastener. The guide piece 24 is formed to be longer in the +X axis direction than the connecting piece 23, and forms a guide recess 20A between it and the connecting piece 23, in which a part of the second fitting projection 33 and a part of the second fitting groove 43 (described later) are positioned. The guide piece 24 is designed to slide and guide the second fitting groove 43, which is fitted into the second fitting projection 33 fixed to the connecting piece 23, to the fitting position. This connecting member 20 connects the second fitting projection 33 of the panel component 30 to the base material 10.
[0013] [Panel components] The plurality of panel members 30 are formed in the same shape as each other, and each of the plurality of panel members 30 is arranged side by side in its width direction. The panel member 30 is a long member formed of an aluminum extrusion profile and has a solid structure without a hollow portion made of a single piece of material. Note that a roof gradient in which the longitudinal direction thereof is inclined with respect to the Z-axis direction is set for the panel member 30 that constitutes the panel material 4 that is the roof material 3, and it is provided on the outdoor structure 1. For the sake of convenience, the longitudinal direction of the panel member 30 will be described as a direction along the Z-axis direction. Further, the width direction of the panel member 30 will be described as a direction along the X-axis direction, and the thickness direction of the panel member 30 will be described as a direction along the Y-axis direction.
[0014] The panel member 30 has a substantially flat first arm piece portion 31 inclined with respect to the X-axis direction such that one end portion on the -X-axis direction side is positioned below the other end portion on the +X-axis direction side, and a substantially flat second arm piece portion 41 inclined with respect to the X-axis direction such that one end portion on the +X-axis direction side is positioned below the other end portion on the -X-axis direction side. The first arm piece portion 31 and the second arm piece portion 41 intersect with each other at the central position in their respective inclined directions, and are arranged along the diagonal line in a virtual quadrilateral having the first fitting protrusion 32, the first fitting groove portion 42, the second fitting protrusion 33, and the second fitting groove portion 43 described later as the corners. For this reason, the panel member 30 is formed in a substantially X-shaped cross section, and the upper and lower intersection angles θ1 and θ2 shown in FIG. 4 are equal to each other. In the present embodiment, among the panel members 30, the upper surface at the central portion where the first arm piece portion 31 and the second arm piece portion 41 intersect constitutes the gutter portion 301. Note that since the lower surface at the central portion of the panel member 30 has the same intersection angle θ2 as the intersection angle θ1 of the upper surface, for example, even when the panel member 30 is arranged upside down, the gutter portion 301 can be formed in the same manner as described above.
[0015] On the first arm piece portion 31, a first fitting protrusion 32 (fitting portion) is formed at one end thereof, and a second fitting protrusion 33 (fitting portion) is formed at the other end thereof. Further, on the second arm piece portion 41, a first fitting groove portion 42 (fitting portion) is formed at one end thereof, and a second fitting groove portion 43 (fitting portion) is formed at the end thereof. The first fitting protrusion 32 and the first fitting groove portion 42 have shapes that can be fitted to each other, and the second fitting groove portion 43 and the second fitting protrusion 33 have shapes that can be fitted to each other. Also, the first fitting protrusion 32 and the first fitting groove portion 42 are respectively formed in directions away from each other in the X-axis direction, and the second fitting groove portion 43 and the second fitting protrusion 33 are respectively formed in directions away from each other in the X-axis direction. That is, the first fitting protrusion 32 is formed to protrude in the -X-axis direction, the first fitting groove portion 42 is formed to open in the +X-axis direction, the second fitting groove portion 43 is formed to open in the -X-axis direction, and the second fitting protrusion 33 is formed to protrude in the +X-axis direction. The first fitting protrusion 32 and the first fitting groove portion 42 are arranged at positions facing each other in the X-axis direction, and the second fitting groove portion 43 and the second fitting protrusion 33 are arranged at positions facing each other in the X-axis direction. In the present embodiment, the first fitting protrusion 32 and the second fitting groove portion 43 are arranged on the -X-axis direction side, and the first fitting groove portion 42 and the second fitting protrusion 33 are arranged on the +X-axis direction side. Also, the first fitting protrusion 32 and the second fitting groove portion 43 are arranged at positions facing each other in the Y-axis direction, and the first fitting groove portion 42 and the second fitting protrusion 33 are arranged at positions facing each other in the Y-axis direction. In the present embodiment, the first fitting protrusion 32 and the first fitting groove portion 42 are arranged on the lower side in the Y-axis direction, and the second fitting groove portion 43 and the second fitting protrusion 33 are arranged on the upper side in the Y-axis direction.
[0016] As shown in Figure 5, the first fitting projection 32 has a base piece 321 extending along the -X axis direction at one lower end of the first arm piece 31, a projection 322 extending diagonally downward from the tip of the base piece 321 along the inclination direction of the second arm piece 41, and an inner projection 323 projecting diagonally upward from the tip of the base piece 321 along the inclination direction of the second arm piece 41. In a parallel arrangement where multiple panel components 30 are arranged side by side, the inner projection 323 of the panel component 30 is positioned to project toward the second fitting projection 33 of the adjacent panel component 30. Here, the inner projection 323 of the first fitting projection 32 is positioned on the -X axis side with respect to the position of the inner projection 334 of the second fitting projection 33 of the adjacent panel component 30. The movement of the first fitting projection 32 in the up, down, left, and right directions is restricted when it is fitted with the first fitting groove 42 of the other panel component 30. Specifically, the projection 322 extending diagonally downward on the first fitting projection 32 is inserted into the recess 422A of the bent portion 422 of the first fitting groove 42 (described later) and faces the base portion 421 (described later), thereby restricting the movement of the first fitting projection 32 in the Y-axis and X-axis directions.
[0017] As shown in Figure 5, the first fitting groove 42 has a base piece 421 that extends diagonally downward along the inclination direction of the second arm piece 41, a bent piece 422 that is bent from the tip of the base piece 421 along the inclination direction of the first arm piece 31, and a projection 423 that protrudes from the base end of the base piece 421 in the same direction as the bent piece 422. The base portion 421 has a length dimension equivalent to the protruding dimension of the projection portion 322 of the first fitting projection portion 32. The bent portion 422 has a recess 422A at its base into which the tip of the projection portion 322 is inserted. The recess 422A has a slope 422B that is in line with the inclination direction of the second arm portion 41, and the tip of the projection portion 322 is positioned between this slope 422B and the base portion 421. The projection 423 is opposite to the base end of the projection portion 322 described above. Here, when the panel component 30, whose tip of the projection 322 is positioned in the recess 422A, is attached to the end member 50 or other panel component 30, it rotates around the tip of the projection 322 as shown in Figures 7(B) and (D), causing the second fitting groove 43 to approach and fit with the second fitting projection 33 of the end member 50 or other panel component 30, and the fixing piece 21 of the connecting member 20 to contact the base material 10, causing it to tilt in the R direction. The movement of the first fitting groove 42 in the up, down, left, and right directions is restricted when it is fitted with the first fitting projection 32 of the adjacent panel component 30. Specifically, the base piece 421 along the inclination direction of the second arm piece 41 faces the projection 322 of the first fitting projection 32 along the inclination direction of the second arm piece 41 on the -X axis side, and the inclined surface 422B along the inclination direction of the second arm piece 41 faces the projection 322 on the +X axis side, thereby restricting the movement of the first fitting groove 42 in the Y axis and X axis directions.
[0018] As shown in Figure 6, the second fitting projection 33 has a base piece 331 extending along the +X axis direction at the upper other end of the first arm piece 31, a projection 332 extending diagonally upward from the tip of the base piece 331 along the inclination direction of the second arm piece 41, an end piece 333 extending in the -X axis direction from the tip of the projection 332 and having its tip portion bent along the inclination direction of the first arm piece 31, and an inner projection 334 projecting in the Y axis direction from the base piece 331 toward the first fitting groove 42. The base piece 331, projection 332, and end piece 333 constitute a connecting portion to which the connecting member 20 is connected, and define a connecting recess 335 that opens in the -X axis direction and in which the connecting piece 23 of the connecting member 20 is positioned. In a configuration where multiple panel components 30 are arranged side by side, the inner projection 334 of a panel component 30 is positioned to protrude toward the direction approaching the first fitting projection 32 of another panel component 30 adjacent to that panel component 30. Here, the inner projection 334 of the second fitting projection 33 is positioned on the +X axis side with respect to the position of the inner projection 323 of the first fitting projection 32 of the adjacent panel component 30. The second fitting projection 33 is configured such that its movement is restricted vertically and to the left in Figure 6 when fitted with the second fitting groove 43 of the other panel component 30. Specifically, the base piece 331 of the second fitting projection 33 faces the extended piece 433 of the second fitting groove 43 (described later), and the end piece 333 of the second fitting projection 33 faces the end piece 432 of the second fitting groove 43 (described later), thereby restricting the movement of the second fitting projection 33 in the Y-axis direction. Furthermore, the projection 332 of the second fitting projection 33 faces the base piece 431 of the second fitting groove 43 (described later), thereby restricting the movement of the second fitting projection 33 in the +X-axis direction. Furthermore, in the aforementioned fitting relationship, the movement of the second fitting projection 33 in the -X axis direction is not restricted, but as will be described later, it is mechanically fastened to the second fitting groove 43 by a screw 7 which is a fixing device, so its movement in the -X axis direction is also restricted.
[0019] The second fitting groove portion 43 has a base portion 431 aligned with the inclination direction of the second arm portion 41, an end portion 432 that forms an opposing surface 432A aligned with the X-axis direction at the tip of the base portion 431, and an extended portion 433 that extends in the -X-axis direction from the base end of the base portion 431. The base piece 431 has a length dimension equivalent to the protruding dimension of the projection 332 of the second fitting projection 33. The end piece 432 is formed to a size that allows it to be inserted between the connecting piece 23 and the guide piece 24 of the connecting member 20 together with the end piece 333 of the second fitting projection 33. The extension piece 433 is set to a length dimension that allows it to abut against the inner projection 334 of the second fitting projection 33. The second fitting groove 43 is configured such that its movement is restricted vertically and to the right in Figure 6 when fitted with the second fitting projection 33 of the other panel component 30. Specifically, the extension portion 433 of the second fitting groove 43 faces the base portion 331 of the second fitting projection 33, and the opposing surface 432A of the end portion 432 of the second fitting groove 43 faces the end portion 333 of the second fitting projection 33, thereby restricting the movement of the second fitting groove 43 in the Y-axis direction. Furthermore, the base portion 431 of the second fitting groove 43 faces the projection portion 332 of the second fitting projection 33, thereby restricting the movement of the second fitting groove 43 in the X-axis direction. Furthermore, while the second fitting groove 43 is not restricted from moving in the +X direction by the fitting relationship described above, as will be described later, it is mechanically fastened to the second fitting projection 33 by a screw 7 which is a fixing device, and therefore its movement in the +X direction is also restricted.
[0020] The end member 50 is a starter member to which the aforementioned panel component 30A is first attached when multiple panel components 30 are sequentially arranged along the X-axis. It is a long body made of aluminum extruded profile and has a solid structure made from a single piece of material without any hollow parts. The end member 50 is formed in the same way as the +X-axis side portion of the panel component 30 from the intersection of the first arm piece 31 and the second arm piece 41, and has a roughly V-shaped cross-section. It has a first fitting groove 42 and a second fitting projection 33. The base piece 331 of the second fitting projection 33 of the end member 50 is fixed to the connecting piece 23 of the connecting member 20 by a screw 6. The first fitting projection 32 of the panel component 30A is fitted into the first fitting groove 42 of the end member 50, and the second fitting groove 43 of the panel component 30A is fitted into the second fitting projection 33 of the end member 50 and fastened with a screw 7.
[0021] The end member 60 is the end member to which the panel component 30B is attached last when multiple panel components 30 are sequentially arranged along the X-axis. It is a long body made of aluminum extruded profile and has a solid structure made from a single piece of material with no hollow parts. The end member 60 is formed in the same way as the X-axis side portion of the panel component 30 from the intersection of the first arm piece 31 and the second arm piece 41, and has a roughly V-shaped cross-section. It has a first fitting projection 32 and a second fitting groove 43. The first fitting groove 42 of the panel component 30B is fitted into the first fitting projection 32 of the end member 60, and the second fitting projection 33 of the panel component 30B is fitted into the second fitting groove 43 of the end member 60 and fastened with a screw 7.
[0022] In the aforementioned panel material 4, one panel component 30 is attached to a panel component 30A attached to an end member 50, another panel component 30 is attached to that other panel component 30, and so on. The attachment of the panel components 30 is repeated an arbitrary number of times, and the end member 60 is attached to the last panel component 30B that has been attached to the panel components 30. At this time, the end member 50 and the panel component 30A, adjacent panel components 30 to each other, and the panel component 30B and the end member 60 each form a hollow section 4A. This hollow section 4A is divided into the first arm piece 31 and the second arm piece 41 of the panel component 30, and the second arm piece 41 and the first arm piece 31 of the other panel component 30. The length dimensions and end shapes of each panel component 30 and end member 50, 60 are processed in advance according to their respective installation positions. An end member 8 is also provided in the hollow section 4A.
[0023] [Installation procedure for panel components] The following describes the installation procedure for the panel components 30. Here, as shown in Figure 7(A), it is assumed that the connecting member 20 is initially fixed to the underside of the base material 10, and the end member 50 is fixed to the connecting member 20. The fixing structure of the connecting member 20 to the base material 10 is as described above, and the fixing structure of the end member 50 to the connecting member 20 is the same as the fixing structure of the panel components 30 to the connecting member 20. The end member 50 is connected to the base material 10 by the connecting member 20 and is positioned below the base material 10. First, install the initial panel component 30A. Here, the connecting piece 23 of the second connecting member 20 is positioned in the connecting recess 335 of the second fitting projection 33 of the panel component 30A and is fixed to the base piece 331 by a screw 6. Specifically, the projection 322 of the first fitting projection 32 of the panel component 30A is hooked onto the recess 422A of the bent portion 422 of the first fitting groove 42 of the end member 50. Next, while inserting the projection 322 into the recess 422A, the panel component 30A is tilted in the R direction as shown in Figure 7(B). At this time, the connecting member 20, to which the connecting piece 23 is fixed to the second fitting projection 33, also tilts along with the panel component 30A. Next, the tilting motion guides the end portion 432 of the second fitting groove portion 43 of the panel component 30A to the guide piece portion 24 of the first connecting member 20 to which the end member 50 is fixed, and positions it in the guide recess 20A. The base portion 431 of the second fitting groove portion 43 comes into contact with the projection portion 332 of the second fitting projection portion 33 of the end member 50, and the tip of the extended portion 433 of the second fitting groove portion 43 comes into contact with the inner projection 334 of the second fitting projection portion 33 of the end member 50, resulting in a fitted state in which the second fitting groove portion 43 is fitted into the second fitting projection portion 33 of the end member 50, as shown in Figure 7(C). In this fitted state, the movement of the second fitting groove portion 43 of the panel component 30A in the Y-axis direction and the -X-axis direction is restricted. On the other hand, the projection 322 of the first fitting projection 32 of the panel component 30A abuts against the base piece 421 of the first fitting groove 42 of the end member 50, resulting in a fitted state where the first fitting projection 32 is fitted into the first fitting groove 42 of the end member 50, as shown in Figure 7(C). In this fitted state, the movement of the first fitting projection 32 of the panel component 30A in the Y-axis and X-axis directions is restricted. Then, the base piece 431 of the second fitting groove 43 of the panel component 30A is fastened to the projection 332 of the second fitting projection 33 of the end member 50 by screws 7, and the fixing piece 21 of the connecting member 20 is fixed to the base material 10 by screws 5. As a result, in this fastened and fixed state, the movement of the panel component 30A in the Z-axis direction is restricted, and the movement of the second fitting groove 43 of the panel component 30A in the +X-axis direction is restricted. The panel component 30A is then installed in this manner. Next, the panel component 30 is attached to the panel component 30A. This installation procedure is generally the same as the installation procedure for the panel component 30A described above. The third connecting member 20 is fixed to the second fitting projection 33 of the panel component 30. Specifically, the projection 322 of the first fitting projection 32 of the panel component 30 is hooked onto the recess 422A of the bent portion 422 of the first fitting groove 42 of the panel component 30A. Next, while inserting the projection 322 into the recess 422A, the panel component 30 is tilted in the R direction as shown in Figure 7(D). At this time, the connecting member 20, to which the connecting piece 23 is fixed to the second fitting projection 33, also tilts along with the panel component 30. Next, the tilting motion guides the end portion 432 of the second fitting groove portion 43 of the panel component 30 to the guide piece portion 24 of the second connecting member 20 to which the panel component 30A is fixed, and positions it in the guide recess 20A. The base portion 431 of the second fitting groove portion 43 abuts against the projection portion 332 of the second fitting projection portion 33 of the panel component 30A, and the tip of the extended portion 433 of the second fitting groove portion 43 abuts against the inner projection 334 of the second fitting projection portion 33 of the panel component 30A, resulting in a fitted state where the second fitting groove portion 43 is fitted into the second fitting projection portion 33 of the panel component 30A, as shown in Figure 7(E). In this fitted state, the movement of the second fitting groove portion 43 of the panel component 30 in the Y-axis direction and the -X-axis direction is restricted. In this fitted state, the movement of the first fitting projection 32 of the panel component 30 in the Y-axis and X-axis directions is restricted. Then, the base piece 431 of the second fitting groove 43 of the panel component 30A is fixed to the projection 332 of the second fitting projection 33 of the end member 50 by screws 7, and the fixing piece 21 of the connecting member 20 is fixed to the base material 10 by screws 5. This restricts the movement of the panel component 30 in the Z-axis direction and restricts the movement of the second fitting groove 43 of the panel component 30 in the +X-axis direction. The panel component 30 is then installed in this manner. Next, the panel components 30 are fitted into the panel components 30A according to the dimensions of the panel material 4 to be constructed, and the panel components 30 are fitted together in the same procedure as the installation procedure, and a predetermined number of panel components 30 are installed one by one in sequence. Finally, the first fitting projection 32 and the second fitting groove 43 of the end member 60 are fitted into the first fitting groove 42 and the second fitting projection 33 of the panel component 30B, and the second fitting groove 43 of the end member 60 is fastened to the second fitting projection 33 of the panel component 30B with screws 7. Note that the fastening with screws 7 is mainly for positional control, and the strength of the combination of the panel components 30 is mainly provided by the fitting structure. In this manner, the panel components 30 are attached to form the panel material 4. The panel components 30 are oriented so that the connecting portion, which consists of the base piece 331, projection piece 332, and end piece 333 of the second fitting projection 33, is positioned at the top. That is, the panel components 30 are arranged in an up-and-down orientation, with the second fitting groove 43 and the second fitting projection 33 positioned above the first fitting projection 32 and the first fitting groove 42. The fixing piece 21 is fixed to the base material 10 at a position in the +X axis direction that is different from the fitting position of the second fitting projection 33 and the second fitting groove 43 between adjacent panel components 30.
[0024] [Other installation procedures for panel components] In the installation procedure for the panel component 30 described above, the connecting member 20 was fixed to the second fitting projection 33 of the panel component 30 in advance. However, as shown in Figure 8, for example, the connecting member 20 may be fixed to the base material 10 in advance. In this case, the connecting member 20 is made of a type in which the hole 211 of the fixing piece 21 is an elongated hole extending in the X-axis direction. In the installation procedure shown in Figure 8, first, as shown in Figure 8(A), screws 5 are passed through the base material 10 at equal intervals in the X-axis direction, and as shown in Figure 8(B), the fixing piece 21 of the connecting member 20 is temporarily fixed with multiple screws 5. Next, as shown in Figure 8(C), the second fitting projection 33 of the end member 50 is fixed to the first connecting member 20, and the connecting member 20 is permanently fixed to the base material 10. Next, as shown in Figure 8(D), the second connecting member 20 is slid in the -X axis direction, and then, as shown in Figure 8(E), the panel component 30A is fitted to the end member 50 in the same manner as described above. Next, as shown in Figure 8(F), the second connecting member 20 is slid in the +X axis direction, the connecting piece 23 is inserted into the connecting recess 335, and the base piece 331 of the second fitting projection 33 is fastened to the connecting piece 23 with screws 6, thereby permanently fixing the connecting member 20 to the base material 10. At this time, the second fitting groove 43 is fastened to the second fitting projection 33 of the end member 50 with screws 7. Next, the panel components 30 are fitted together in the same procedure according to the dimensions of the panel material 4 to be constructed in the X-axis direction, and a predetermined number of panel components 30 are attached one by one in sequence, and finally the end members 60 are attached.
[0025] According to the panel component 30 of this embodiment described above, the number of screws used can be reduced compared to when so-called corrugated sheets are used, and the panel components 30 can be sequentially fitted together one by one in the X-axis direction at the work site, eliminating the need to slide the panel components 30 in the Z-axis direction, thereby reducing the on-site construction space and making installation work easier. Furthermore, since the panel components 30 are fastened together with screws 7 and their movement in the Z-axis direction is restricted, it is not necessary to provide end members along the X-axis direction on the Z-axis end side of the panel components 30 to suppress misalignment of the panel components 30 in the Z-axis direction. Moreover, since fitting is used in addition to fixing with screws 6 and 7 to attach the panel components 30, misalignment of the panel components 30 is less likely to occur, improving workability and improving the strength of the panel material 4. In addition, with respect to the panel component 30, by combining solid panel component 30s, a panel material 4 having a hollow portion 4A can be constructed, thereby improving strength. Furthermore, since the cross-section is approximately X-shaped, a gutter portion 301 can be constructed at the intersection and surrounding portion in either the up or down orientation. Furthermore, in the panel component 30, which is formed in a roughly X-shape in cross-section, a first fitting projection 32 and a second fitting projection 33 are formed at both ends of the first arm piece 31, and a first fitting groove 42 and a second fitting groove 43 are formed at both ends of the second arm piece 41, while a gutter portion 301 is formed at the intersection of the first arm piece 31 and the second arm piece 41 and its surrounding area. Therefore, when the panel component 30 is used as a roofing material 3, the height position of the gutter portion 301 will be lower than the height position of the end members 50, 60 of the panel component 30 and the upper fitting portion to other panel components 30. For example, when constructing a roofing material, multiple hollow rectangular columns are joined together in the width direction and arranged side by side, with recesses forming gutters between the columns, there is a risk that the joints between the columns in the width direction will be located in the gutters and cause water to leak downwards. However, in this embodiment, the aforementioned fitting portion is not located in the gutter 301, which is positioned lower than the height of the upper fitting portion, thus eliminating the risk of water leaking downwards from the fitting portion in the gutter 301. Furthermore, in the mounting structure 70 for the panel components, which is composed of a combination of panel components 30 and the like, the fixing position for fixing the fixing piece 21 of the connecting member 20 to the base material 10 is positioned at a different location in the X-axis direction than the connection position of the panel components 30 and the connecting member 20. Therefore, the fixing part does not get in the way when attaching the panel components 30, and fitting can be performed smoothly. Moreover, even if water such as rainwater flows down the fitting portion of the panel components 30, the inner projection 334 of the second fitting projection 33 acts as a water drain, and the base piece 321 of the first fitting projection 32 of the other panel components 30 that fit into the first fitting groove 42 can receive the water, and the inner projection 323 of the first fitting projection 32 can prevent the water received by the base piece 321 from flowing downward. The water received by the base piece 321 is drained in the longitudinal direction of the panel components 30. According to the outdoor structure 1 of this embodiment, by orienting the panel components 30 vertically as described above, the panel material 4 can be constructed in a suspended state with the panel components 30 positioned below the base material 10.
[0026] [Differentiation] In the above embodiment, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the panel components 30 are sequentially attached in a suspended state with the panel components 30 positioned below the base material 10. However, the invention is not limited to this, and the panel material 4 may be constructed in a stationary state with the base material 10 positioned below the panel components 30, as shown in Figure 9. When the panel material 4 is configured as a freestanding unit, the panel component 30 is installed using the installation procedure shown in Figure 9. Specifically, first, as shown in Figure 9(A), the first connecting member 20 is fixed above the base material 10, and the end member 50 is fixed to the connecting member 20. Next, as shown in Figure 9(B), the panel component 30A is attached to the end member 50 while tilting it in the R direction, and as shown in Figure 9(C), the second connecting member 20 fixed to the panel component 30A is fixed to the base material 10, and the second fitting groove 43 of the panel component 30A is fastened to the second fitting projection 33 of the end member 50 with a screw 7. Next, as shown in Figure 9(D), the panel component 30 is attached to the panel component 30A while tilting it in the R direction, and as shown in Figure 9(E), the third connecting member 20 fixed to the panel component 30 is fixed to the base material 10, and the second fitting groove portion 43 of the panel component 30 is fastened to the second fitting projection portion 33 of the panel component 30A. Subsequently, a predetermined number of panel components 30 are arranged in parallel according to the dimensions of the panel material 4 to be constructed in the X-axis direction, and finally the end members 60 are attached to the panel components 30(30B). At this time, the panel components 30 positioned above the base material 10 are positioned vertically, with the second fitting groove portion 43 and the second fitting projection portion 33 located below the first fitting projection portion 32 and the first fitting groove portion 42. Furthermore, the inner projection 323 of the first fitting projection 32 of the other panel component 30 that fits into the first fitting groove 42 acts as a drain, allowing water to be received by the base piece 331 of the second fitting projection 33, and the inner projection 334 of the second fitting projection 33 can prevent the water received by the base piece 331 from flowing downward. Furthermore, if the connecting member 20 has an elongated hole 211 through which the screw 5 is inserted, multiple connecting members 20 may be fixed to the base material 10 in advance at predetermined intervals along the X-axis.
[0027] In the above embodiment, the panel component 30 has a substantially X-shaped cross-section, but it is not limited to this, and may have an H-shaped cross-section or an I-shaped cross-section. In the above embodiment, the connecting member 20 has a guide piece 24, but it is not limited to this, and if the second fitting groove 43 can be smoothly fitted to the second fitting projection 33 of the other panel component 30 even without the guide piece 24, the configuration of the guide piece 24 may be omitted. In the above embodiment, the fixing piece 21 of the connecting member 20 is fixed to the base material 10 at a position different in the X-axis direction from the fitting position of the second fitting projection 33 and the second fitting groove 43 between adjacent panel components 30. However, the embodiment is not limited to this, and for example, the fixing piece 21 may be at a position that coincides with the fitting position in the X-axis direction (a position that overlaps in the Y-axis direction) if the fixing piece 21 can be fixed to the base material 10, or if the fixing structure of the fixing piece 21 to the base material 10 does not get in the way. In the above embodiment, the second fitting projection 33 and the first fitting projection 32 each have inner protrusions 323 and 334 that protrude toward each other, but the embodiment is not limited to this, and the configuration of the inner protrusions 323 and 334 may be omitted. In the above embodiment, the base material 10 is formed from steel members aligned with the X-axis direction, but it is not limited to this, and for example, the slab (roof) of an RC building frame may be used as the base material. In this case, anchor bolts may be attached to the slab, connecting members 20 may be fixed to them, and panel components 30 and end members 50, 60, etc. may be connected via the connecting members 20.
[0028] [Summary of the invention] (B1) The outdoor structure of the present invention is an outdoor structure in which a panel material is composed of a plurality of parallel panel components, wherein each of the plurality of panel components is a solid structure without a hollow portion and is formed to be the same shape as the others, and the panel components are fitted together with other adjacent panel components, and the panel components and other panel components form a hollow portion partitioned by the panel components and the other panel components in a fitted state in which they are fitted together. According to the outdoor structure of the present invention, a hollow section is formed by fitting together solid panel components, so that a panel material having a hollow section can be constructed using these panel components, and the strength of the panel material can be improved. (B2) In the outdoor structure of the present invention, the panel component has a first arm portion and a second arm portion that intersect each other, the first arm portion has fitting portions at both ends thereof, and the second arm portion has fitting portions at both ends thereof, and in a fitted state in which the fitting portions of the panel component and the fitting portions of the other panel component are fitted together, the hollow portion may be divided into the first arm portion and the second arm portion of the panel component and the second arm portion and the first arm portion of the other panel component. With this configuration, a panel configuration with a substantially X-shaped cross-section can be formed by the intersecting first and second arm pieces, and a panel material having a hollow portion can be constructed by fitting the fitting portions of the first and second arm pieces of one panel component into the fitting portions of the second and first arm pieces of another panel component. (B3) In the outdoor structure of the present invention, the panel material is a roofing material, and the upper surface of the central part where the first arm piece and the second arm piece intersect among the panel components may form a gutter. With this configuration, the gutter section is formed using the main body shape of the panel components, which improves workability and allows for the easy creation of drainable panel materials. (B4) In the outdoor structure of the present invention, a base material and a plurality of connecting members that connect the panel components to the base material, the panel components having connecting parts to which the connecting members connect, the base material being positioned above the panel components, the panel components being oriented so that the connecting parts are at the top, and the connecting members being fixed to the base material and connected to the connecting parts. With this configuration, by orienting the panel components as described above, the panel material 4 can be constructed in a suspended state with the panel components positioned below the base material. (B5) In the outdoor structure of the present invention, a base material and a plurality of connecting members that connect the panel components to the base material, the panel components having connecting parts to which the connecting members connect, the base material being positioned below the panel components, the panel components being oriented so that the connecting parts are located at the bottom, and the connecting members being fixed to the base material and connected to the connecting parts. With this configuration, by orienting the panel components as described above, the panel material can be constructed in a freestanding state with the panel components positioned above the base material. (B6) In the outdoor structure of the present invention, the panel components are arranged along the vertical direction, and the wall material of the outdoor structure may be composed of a panel material formed by arranging a plurality of such panel components side by side. With this configuration, the wall material can be constructed as an outdoor structure by arranging the panel components along the vertical direction.
[0029] (A1) Furthermore, the panel component of the present invention is a panel component that is arranged in parallel in an outdoor structure to constitute a panel material, and has a first fitting projection and a first fitting groove having a shape that can be fitted together with each other, and a second fitting groove and a second fitting projection having a shape that can be fitted together with each other, and in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the panel component, the first fitting projection and the first fitting groove are arranged in positions opposite to each other, and the second fitting groove and the second fitting projection are arranged in positions opposite to each other, and in the thickness direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the width direction, the first fitting projection and the second fitting groove are arranged in positions opposite to each other, and the first fitting groove and the second fitting projection are arranged in positions opposite to each other, and the first fitting projection of the panel component moves in the thickness direction and the width direction when fitted with the first fitting groove of another panel component The panel component is configured to restrict movement, wherein the first fitting groove of the panel component is configured to restrict movement in the thickness direction and the width direction when fitted with the first fitting projection of another panel component, the second fitting projection of the panel component is configured to restrict movement in one direction of the thickness direction and the width direction, such that the second fitting groove moves away from the second fitting projection when fitted with the second fitting groove of another panel component, the second fitting groove of the panel component is configured to restrict movement in the other direction of the thickness direction and the width direction, such that the second fitting groove approaches the second fitting projection when fitted with the second fitting projection of another panel component, and the second fitting groove of the panel component is fastened to the second fitting projection of another panel component by a fastener so as to restrict movement in the longitudinal direction and one direction. According to the panel component of the present invention, when fitting adjacent panel components together, first the first fitting projection and the second fitting groove are fitted together, and then the second fitting projection and the second fitting groove are fitted together while rotating the panel component around the fitting portion of the first fitting projection and the second fitting groove, thereby allowing adjacent panel components to be fitted together one by one in the width direction on site. Furthermore, since the second fitting groove of one panel component is fastened to the second fitting projection of another panel component by a fastener, displacement of the panel component in its longitudinal direction can be suppressed, eliminating the need to provide end members or the like at the ends of the panel component to suppress such displacement. Furthermore, the fitting of the first fitting projection and the first fitting groove suppresses positional displacement in the width and thickness directions of the panel components, the fitting of the second fitting groove and the second fitting projection suppresses positional displacement in the other direction in the width direction and in the thickness direction of the panel components, and the fastening of the second fitting groove and the second fitting projection by the fastener also suppresses positional displacement in one direction in the width direction of the panel components. As a result, the strength of the panel components can be improved by utilizing the aforementioned fitting, not just by fastening with a fastener. Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to improve the workability of panel components that make up panel materials in outdoor structures. (A2) In the panel component of the present invention, the first fitting projection and the first fitting groove are formed in directions that are separated from each other in the width direction, and the second fitting groove and the second fitting projection are formed in directions that are separated from each other in the width direction. With this configuration, the first fitting projection and the second fitting projection in the aforementioned orientation on the panel component can be easily fitted with the first fitting groove and the second fitting groove in the aforementioned orientation on the other panel component. (A3) The panel component of the present invention may have a first arm portion and a second arm portion that intersect each other, wherein the first arm portion has the first fitting projection formed at one end and the second fitting projection formed at the other end, and the second arm portion may have the first fitting groove formed at one end and the second fitting groove formed at the other end. With this configuration, the panel components can be formed from solid materials without hollow sections, rather than from frame materials with hollow sections. Furthermore, by arranging multiple panel components made of solid material side by side, the hollow sections partitioned by the first and second arm sections can be incorporated into the panel material, thereby improving the strength of the panel material. Furthermore, since the first arm portion and the second arm portion intersect, a gutter can be formed at the intersection and its surrounding areas. (A4) In the panel component of the present invention, the first arm piece and the second arm piece are arranged along the diagonals of a virtual quadrilateral whose corners are the first fitting projection, the first fitting groove, the second fitting projection, and the second fitting groove, and the first fitting groove is provided with a bent portion that is bent along the first arm piece, and the bent portion may form a recess into which the first fitting projection of the other panel component is tiltably positioned. With this configuration, by providing the aforementioned bent portion, the fitting portion of the first fitting projection and the first fitting groove can be made inconspicuous in appearance, and other panel components having the first fitting projection that fits into the first fitting groove can be tilted as desired, using the recess of the bent portion as a reference. (A5) The mounting structure for panel components of the present invention is a mounting structure for panel components in which a plurality of panel components constituting a panel material are arranged in parallel in an outdoor structure, wherein the panel components are made of the panel components of the present invention as described above, and the panel material comprises a base material along a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the panel components, and a plurality of connecting members that connect the panel components to the base material. According to the mounting structure for panel components of the present invention, it is possible to construct a mounting structure for panel components that can exhibit the same effects as those of the panel components described above. (A6) In the mounting structure for the panel component of the present invention, the panel component has a connecting recess formed in the second fitting projection that opens in the other direction in the width direction, and the connecting member has a fixing piece along the width direction that is fixed to the base material, a main body piece extending from the fixing piece in the thickness direction, and a connecting piece extending from the main body piece in one direction in the width direction at a position spaced apart from the fixing piece in the thickness direction, and the connecting piece may be placed in the connecting recess and fastened to the second fitting projection by a fastener. With this configuration, the connecting piece can be placed in the connecting recess, allowing the panel component to be easily attached to other panel components and connecting components. (A7) In the mounting structure for the panel components of the present invention, the connecting member may have a guide piece that extends from the main body piece in one direction in the width direction between the fixing piece and the connecting piece, and the guide piece may be configured to guide the second fitting groove when adjacent panel components are fitted with the second fitting projection. With this configuration, the second fitting groove is guided by the guide piece of the connecting member, allowing it to be fitted with the second fitting projection, thus facilitating the fitting process. (A8) In the mounting structure for the panel components of the present invention, the fixing piece may be fixed to the base material at a position different in the width direction from the fitting position of the second fitting projection and the second fitting groove between adjacent panel components. With this configuration, when the second fitting groove engages with the second fitting projection between adjacent panel components, the fixing portion that secures the fixing piece of the connecting member to the base material does not get in the way, allowing for smooth engagement. (A9) In the mounting structure for panel components of the present invention, a plurality of panel components constituting a panel material are arranged side by side in an outdoor structure, wherein the panel components are made of the panel components of the present invention as described above, and the second fitting projection of the panel component and the first fitting projection of another panel component that fits into the first fitting groove each have a base piece along the width direction and an inner projection that protrudes toward the direction toward which the second fitting projection and the first fitting projection approach each other, and the inner projection of the second fitting projection is positioned on the side of the one direction in the width direction, and the inner projection of the first fitting projection may be positioned on the side of the other direction in the width direction. With this configuration, even if water such as rainwater flows down the fitting portion of the panel components, for example, when the second fitting projection is positioned above the first fitting groove, the inner projection of the second fitting projection acts as a drain, allowing the water to be received by the base piece of the first fitting projection of other panel components that fit into the first fitting groove, and furthermore, the inner projection of the first fitting projection can prevent the water received by the base piece from flowing downward. Also, for example, when the second fitting projection is positioned below the first fitting groove, the inner projection of the first fitting projection of other panel components that fit into the first fitting groove acts as a drain, allowing the water to be received by the base piece of the second fitting projection, and furthermore, the inner projection of the second fitting projection can prevent the water received by the base piece from flowing downward. The water received by the base piece is drained in the longitudinal direction of the panel components. (A10) In the mounting structure for the panel component of the present invention, the base material is positioned above the panel component, the panel component is positioned vertically with the second fitting groove and the second fitting projection positioned above the first fitting projection and the first fitting groove, and the connecting material may connect the second fitting projection to the base material. With this configuration, by orienting the panel components in the aforementioned direction, the panel material can be constructed in a suspended state with the panel components positioned below the base material. (A11) In the mounting structure for the panel component of the present invention, the base material is positioned below the panel component, the panel component is positioned vertically with the second fitting groove and the second fitting projection positioned below the first fitting projection and the first fitting groove, and the connecting material may connect the second fitting projection to the base material. With this configuration, by orienting the panel components in the aforementioned direction, the panel material can be constructed in a freestanding state with the panel components positioned above the base material.
