Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cable laying jig for laying a cable on a cable rack supported near a ceiling, for example, and a cable laying method using the cable laying jig.

Background Art

[0002] As a cable laying operation, there is an operation of laying a cable such as a flat vinyl cable (VVF cable) used for indoor low-voltage wiring on a cable rack supported near a ceiling.

[0003] This laying operation is performed using, for example, a rigid vinyl chloride pipe (VP pipe). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9, temporary scaffolds 111 and 112 corresponding to both end portions of the cable rack 10 are provided. First, the VP pipe 101 is sent out from one temporary scaffold 111 to the other temporary scaffold 112 so as to pass over the cable rack 10 (on the crossbar). Next, the ends 30a of several cables 30 are attached to the VP pipe 101 that has reached the other temporary scaffold 112, and the cable 30 is laid on the cable rack 10 by pulling back the VP pipe 101 from the one temporary scaffold 111. That is, in this case, the VP pipe 101 is used as a so-called calling line. Here, the number of cables that can be attached to the VP pipe 101 at one time is, for example, 5 to 6 in consideration of damage to the cable 30. Therefore, a large number of预定数量的 cables 30 are laid on the cable rack 10 by repeating the sending out and pulling back of the VP pipe 101 several times.

[0004] Note that the rigid VP pipe 101 is used to prevent the tip from潜入子桁下方 in the ladder-shaped cable rack 10 when it is sent out. This makes the above-mentioned sending operation smooth. In this regard, a leading fitting has been devised to prevent the calling line from潜入子桁下方 for the purpose of smoothly performing the calling line sending operation (see Patent Document 1). It should be noted that there are some unclear parts in the original text, such as "预定数量的" which should be replaced with the actual intended quantity, and "潜入子桁下方" which is not clear in meaning and may need further clarification in the original text. The translation is done as accurately as possible based on the existing text.Furthermore, a multi-cable laying jig has been devised that includes a tubular laying body 10 having a length between main girders P1, a connector 40 for connecting multiple cable ends C to the laying body 10, a rope-like towing device 50 for pulling the laying body 10, and a movable engaging body 20 that abuts against the upper surface of the main girders P1 and engages movably, allowing the laying body 10 to be moved along the upper surface of the main girders P1 to lay multiple cables (see Patent Document 2). [0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-225410 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2023-12655 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0006] However, in large stores and factories, the total length of the cable rack 10 can reach several tens of meters (for example, 90 meters), making the above installation work difficult and requiring a large amount of time and personnel.

[0007] In other words, the above installation work involves working at heights to feed out and pull back the VP pipes 101. Specifically, this work is performed on temporary scaffolding 111 and 112, for example, at a height of 4m above the floor. Furthermore, when feeding out VP pipes 101 of a length corresponding to a cable rack 10 that extends to 90m, for example, it becomes necessary to insert a mobile scaffolding 113 in between and feed them out sequentially. Also, for safety reasons, the mobile scaffolding 113 cannot be moved unless workers have dismounted from it. Moreover, since the standard length of rigid VP pipes 101 is usually 4m, it is necessary to connect more than a dozen of them together, and in order to feed out and pull back VP pipes 101 that have been connected to become, for example, 90m long, a large space is required behind the temporary scaffolding 111 (indicated by the symbol S in the diagram).

[0008] Furthermore, even when using guide fittings or other devices to utilize something other than VP pipe as a pull wire, work at heights still occurs, and if the cable rack is several tens of meters long, a mobile scaffolding becomes necessary, meaning the above-mentioned problems can still arise. Furthermore, when laying cables that were several tens of meters long in cable racks of the required length, workers would manually pull the cables out of the cable drums, and then numerous workers waiting along the cable racks would sequentially manually feed the cables downstream, thus guiding them through the cable racks.

[0009] In addition, when attaching the movable engaging body 20 of the multi-cable laying jig described in Patent Document 2 to the main girder P1, it was necessary to pass four knob bolts 24 through the adjustment holes 21a of the connecting part 21 and connect them to the fall prevention device 30, which made the installation time-consuming.

[0010] The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and aims to simplify the cable laying work when laying cables to cable racks, thereby reducing the time and personnel required for laying. The inventor solved the above problem by the following means. [1] A cable laying jig comprising an L-shaped cross-section frame 2a and an inverted L-shaped cross-section frame 2b facing each other, with at least one torque hinge 3 attached to the frame 2a and frame 2b to allow opening and closing, Rollers 5a and 5b are provided on the inner surface of the frame 2a so as to be able to roll in contact with the outer surface 11a of the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10. The cable laying jig is characterized in that the frame 2b has an attachment part 4a for attaching a towing rope (outbound), an attachment part 4b for attaching a towing rope (return), a cable attachment part 4c for attaching a cable to be laid, and rollers 6a and 6b on its inner surface that can roll in contact with the inner surface 11b of the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10, and rollers 7a and 7b that can roll in contact with the upper surface 11c of the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10. [2] The cable laying jig according to item [1] above, characterized in that the roller is a bearing. A cable laying jig 40 comprising the cable laying jigs of [3] and [1], wherein the respective frame bodies 2b are connected to each other by a connector 41, and the connector 41 is provided with a towing rope attachment part 23 for attaching a towing rope (outbound), a towing rope attachment part 24 for attaching a towing rope (return), and a cable attachment part 25 for attaching multiple cables.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0014] Hereinafter, embodiments of a cable laying jig for laying a cable on a cable rack according to the present invention and a cable laying method using the cable laying jig will be described based on the drawings. Figures 1 and 2 show a cable laying jig in the first embodiment of this invention, with Figure 1 showing the cable laying jig in a closed state and Figure 2 showing the cable laying jig in an open state. Figure 3 is a diagram showing a cable rack in an embodiment of this invention. In Figures 1 to 3, 1 is a cable laying jig, 2a is an L-shaped frame that constitutes cable laying jig 1, 2b is an inverted L-shaped frame that constitutes cable laying jig 1, 3 is a torque hinge, 4a is a towing rope attachment part for attaching the towing rope (outbound), 4b is a towing rope attachment part for attaching the towing rope (return), 4c is a cable attachment part for attaching the cable, 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b are rollers, and 8 is an attachment device for the towing rope, etc.

[0015] The cable laying jig 1 consists of a frame 2a with an L-shaped cross-section on the left side of the plane of Figure 1 and a frame 2b with an inverted L-shaped cross-section on the right side of the plane of Figure 1, facing each other. Torque hinges 3 are attached to frame 2a and frame 2b, allowing them to be opened and closed. On the inner surface of the frame 2a of the cable laying jig 1, rollers 5a and 5b are provided at both ends in the pulling direction so that they can roll in contact with the outer surface 11a of the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10. The frame 2b of the cable laying jig 1 is provided with an attachment part (mounting hole) 4a for attaching the towing rope (outbound), an attachment part (mounting hole) 4b for attaching the towing rope (return), and a cable attachment part (mounting hole) 4c for attaching the cable to be laid. Furthermore, rollers 6a and 6b are provided on the inner surface of the frame 2b at both ends in the towing direction so as to be able to roll in contact with the inner surface 11b of the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10, and rollers 7a and 7b are provided so as to roll in contact with the upper surface 11c of the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10.

[0016] Furthermore, the torque hinge 3 applies a contact force so that rollers 5a and 5b contact the outer surface of the main beam of the cable rack 10, and rollers 6a and 6b contact the inner surface of the main beam of the cable rack 10. In this embodiment, a high opening and closing torque (15 kgf) is used to prevent the cable laying jig 1 attached to the main beam of the cable rack from falling off the main beam during movement. However, the embodiment is not limited to this, as long as it can prevent the cable laying jig 1 attached to the main beam of the cable rack from falling off the main beam during movement. Furthermore, while the towing rope attachment points and cable attachment points are provided as mounting holes in the frame, they are not limited to this and may be protrusions as long as they can be used to attach the towing rope and cable. The attachment device for the tow rope, etc., is designed to attach the tow rope to the frame 2b by attaching the tow rope, etc., to one end and the other end to a tow rope attachment part provided on the frame 2b. In this embodiment, a carabiner (6 mm) is used as the attachment device 8. The cable is attached to the carabiner by tying it with a cable grip or a string-like fastener. Multiple cables can be attached to a single carabiner, or multiple carabiners can be attached to the cable attachment point 4c, and one cable can be attached to each carabiner. The tow rope can be attached either by tying it directly to the carabiner or by securing it with a fastener such as a string. Note that the attachment devices for the towing ropes, etc., are not components of the cable laying jig 1, but are described as examples of attaching the towing ropes and cables to the cable laying jig 1, as will be explained later.

[0017] In Figure 3, 10 is a cable rack, 11 is a main beam, 11a is the outer surface of the main beam, 11b is the inner surface of the main beam, 11c is the top surface of the main beam 11, and 12 is a sub-beam (placed between the main beams 11). The cable rack 10 is a ladder-shaped structure suspended from the ceiling. The cable rack 10 consists of a main beam 11 extending in the direction of cable laying and sub-beams 12 placed between the main beams 11. In this embodiment, the length of the main beam 11 is 100m. Examples of the length of the sub-beams 12 (width of the main beam 11) are 600mm, 800mm, or 1000mm. In this embodiment, the length of the sub-beams 12 is 800mm. The pitch of the sub-beams 12 (distance between adjacent sub-beams 12) is 300mm.

[0018] Figure 4 shows a cable laying jig 40 in a second embodiment of this invention. The cable laying jig 40 is a cable laying jig obtained by connecting the respective frame bodies 2b of the cable laying jig 1 of the first embodiment with a connector 41. This allows the frame 2b of each cable laying jig 40 to be mounted on the main cable beam 11 so that it is positioned on the inner surface of the cable rack 10. The connector 41 is provided with a tow rope attachment section 23 for attaching the tow rope (outbound) 13, a tow rope attachment section 24 for attaching the tow rope (return) 14, and a cable attachment section 25 for attaching multiple cables 15. The tow rope (outbound) 13 is tied to and attached to the tow rope attachment point 23, and the tow rope (return) 14 is tied to and attached to the tow rope attachment point 24. In this embodiment, eye bolts are used as examples of the towing rope attachment part 23, towing rope attachment part 24, and cable attachment part 25, but the invention is not limited to these as long as a towing rope or cable can be attached to them. Figure 5 illustrates the effect of laying cables using the cable laying jig according to the present invention. Figure 5(a) shows a diagram without the use of a cable laying jig, where the twisting connector (hereinafter simply referred to as twisting) 16 and the sub-girder 12 of the cable rack 10 interfere with each other, causing problems during cable laying. Figure 5(b) shows that by using a cable laying jig, the position of the twisted end 16 is raised, which eliminates interference between the twisted end 16 and the sub-girder 12 of the cable rack 10.

[0019] Figures 6 to 8 are schematic diagrams illustrating a first embodiment of a method for laying cables on a cable rack 10 using a cable laying jig 1. Figure 6 shows a cable rack 10 supported by a cable rack support member 21 suspended from a suspension member 20 from the ceiling, and Figure 7 shows a state in which a cable laying jig 1 is attached to the cable rack 10. Figure 8 is an explanatory diagram of a method for laying cables on a cable rack 10 supported near the ceiling using a cable laying jig 1. The cable laying jig 1, the cable to be laid 15, and the towing ropes 4a and 4b are lifted onto the cable rack 10 supported near the ceiling using an aerial work platform (not shown). Alternatively, a temporary scaffolding such as the one shown in Figure 9 may be used instead of an aerial work platform. The towing of the cable 15 in the outward direction and the towing of the cable laying jig 1 in the return direction are performed by workers on the ground as shown in Figure 8.

[0020] In this embodiment, a planned number of cables 15 (for example, 100) are laid on the subgirders 12 of such a cable rack 10. The figure shows the configuration for laying the cables 15. In this embodiment, a 9mmφ threaded bolt is used for the suspension member 20, and the cable rack 10 is supported at a position 4m above the floor. Based on Figures 6 to 8, a method for laying cables 15 on cable racks 10 using cable laying jig 1 will be explained. The cable laying method for laying cables to a cable rack will be explained based on the following steps (1) to (8). (1) At the starting position (hereinafter referred to as the start line S), the frames 2a and 2b of the cable laying jig 1 are closed by opening the torque hinge 3 so that the frame 2b of the cable laying jig 1 is on the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10, and attached to the main beam 10. In the case of the multi-cable laying jig of Patent Document 2, when attaching the movable engaging body to the main beam, it is necessary to pass four knob bolts through the adjustment holes of the connecting part and connect them to the anti-detachment device, which makes the attachment process time-consuming. However, in the present invention, the cable laying jig 1 can be attached to the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10 more easily than in Patent Document 1. As a result, the rollers 5a and 5b provided on both ends of the inner surface of the frame 2a in the direction of traction (2) The mounting fixture 8 is attached to the mounting section 4a of the frame 2b of the cable laying jig 1 for attaching the forward traction rope 13 in the direction of travel, the mounting section 4b for attaching the return traction rope 14, and the mounting section 4c for attaching the cable to be laid 15. (3) The towing rope 13 in the forward direction is attached to the mounting fixture 8 attached in the forward direction, and the towing rope 14 in the return direction is attached to the mounting fixture 8 attached in the return direction. (4) The cable 15 to be laid is attached to the return mounting fixture 8 via the twist-return fitting 16 using a fastening device such as a cable grip. (5) Pull the tow rope 13 to the cable laying location and transport the cable 15 together with the cable laying jig 1 to the laying location L. (6) After laying the cable, remove the cable from the mounting fixture 8. (7) Pull the return towing rope 14 to return the cable laying jig 1 to the starting line S. (8) Repeat the above steps according to the number of cables to be laid. This allows the cable to be laid with at least two personnel positioned at the starting line S and the laying site.

[0021] A method for laying multiple cables on a cable rack 10 using a cable laying jig 40 will be explained based on Figures 4 and 6 to 8. The cable laying method for laying multiple cables in a cable rack will be explained based on the following steps (1) to (7). (1) At the starting line S, one of the cable laying jigs 1 of the cable rack 10 in the cable laying jig 40 is attached to the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10 by opening the frames 2a and 2b fixed by the torque hinge 3 and closing them so that the frame 2b of the cable laying jig is on the inside of the cable rack 10 on one main beam of the cable rack 10, and similarly the other cable laying jig 1 is attached to the other main beam by closing the frame 2b of the cable laying jig so that the frame 2b is on the inside of the cable rack 10. As a result, the rollers 5a and 5b provided on the inner surface of the frame 2a of the left and right cable laying jigs 1 come into contact with the outer surface 11a of the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10, the rollers 6a and 6b provided on the inner surface of the frame 2b come into contact with the inner surface 11b of the main beam 11 of the cable rack 10, and the rollers 7a and 7b provided on the inner upper surface of the frame 2b come into contact with the upper surface 11c of the main beams 11 of the cable rack 10, and the jigs are attached to the left and right main beams in this manner. (2) Attach the towing rope (outbound) 13 and the towing rope (return) 14 to the connector 41. (3) The cable 15 to be laid is attached in the return direction via a twisting fitting 16 and a fastening device such as a cable grip. (4) Pull the tow rope to the cable laying location and transport the cable 15 together with the cable laying jig 40 to the laying location L. (5) After laying the cable, remove the cable from the connector 41. (6) Pull the return towing rope to return the cable laying jig 40 to the starting line S. (7) Repeat the above steps according to the number of cables to be laid. This allows cable installation to be carried out with at least two personnel positioned at the starting line and the installation site. [Explanation of symbols]
