The invention relates to a lifting method of a submarine cable terminal landing platform, which comprises the following steps: 1) drawing a steel wire rope of a hoist of the platform onto a deck of a cable laying ship; 2) connecting a lute head short rope on a submarine cable dragging head; 3) mounting a clamp on a submarine cable; 4) connecting the steel wire rope of the hoist of the platform with the clamp, and laying and fixing the steel wire rope on the submarine cable through a plurality of binding bands; 5) connecting the steel wire rope of the hoist with the short rope into a whole in the position of the end of the submarine cable; 6) performing smooth treatment on all connecting points; 7) starting a cable laying machine on the cable laying ship of the hoist of the platform to synchronously send out the submarine cable, removing a steel wire rope clip after the head of the submarine cable is out of a submarine cable protecting pipe, untying the binding bands one by one, and separating the steel wire rope from the submarine cable; and 8) placing the submarine cable on the deck till the clamp is out of the submarine cable protecting pipe, and enabling the submarine cable to land the platform. The whole process adopts the continuous operation almost, the head of the submarine cable is rapidly lifted in place, the operation is time-saving and labor-saving, operation ship days are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
