Abstract

We offer underwear that prevents itching caused by urine seeping through or contact with the testicles. [Solution] The present invention is designed to be attached to underwear. The lower part of a piece of fabric shaped like underwear, smaller than the underwear itself, is made into a bag-like structure to form a urine collection bag 3. A horizontally elongated slit 2 for removing the penis is provided on the upper side. Multiple buttonholes 4 are placed at both ends of the horizontally elongated penis removal slit 2 to prevent fraying even when cut with a cutter or scissors. The required number of buttonholes 4 can be cut to fit the size of the penis. For itching relief, if the amount of urine is small and only stains the fabric, an ordinary piece of cloth is sufficient, and the bag can be used without anything inside. However, for urinary incontinence with a large amount of urine, a waterproof or water-repellent cloth is used. By placing gauze, cotton wool, paper towels, absorbent cloth, or absorbent polymer inside the bag, it can be attached to underwear or long underwear using sewing, clips, double-sided tape, or fabric adhesive, making it possible to address both itching relief and urinary incontinence.
