Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a water stop device for preventing water from passing through an opening.

Background Art

[0002] A water stop device is known in which a water stop panel is installed on the front side or the rear side of an opening to prevent water from passing through the opening. For example, as a water stop device configured by installing a water stop panel on the front side of an opening on the outdoor side where water arrives due to rain, river flooding, etc., a water stop device having a configuration in which a plurality of water stop panels having the same configuration are stacked is known (see Patent Document 1). The schematic configuration of the water stop device disclosed in Patent Document 1 will be described based on FIGS. 8 and 9. Hereinafter, up, down, left, right, front, and rear will be defined and described as the directions shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. As shown in FIG. 8, the water stop device disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a mounting portion, a lower water stop panel 3C, and an upper water stop panel 3C. The mounting portion includes a left mounting portion 2L and a right mounting portion 2R. The lower water stop panel 3C and the upper water stop panel 3C each include a panel body 30, a watertight maintenance means, and a mounting means (not shown) for mounting to the mounting portion. The panel body 30 includes a front surface, a rear surface, a lower end surface connecting the lower end edges of the front surface and the rear surface, a left end surface connecting the left end edges of the front surface and the rear surface, a right end surface connecting the right end edges of the front surface and the front surface, and an upper end surface connecting the upper end edges of the front surface and the rear surface, and is configured in a hollow rectangular panel shape (plate shape), for example. The watertight maintenance means is configured by, for example, a rubber sealing material such as a rubber sponge formed of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber). For example, as shown in Figure 9, the watertight maintenance means comprises a lower end watertight maintenance means 31a provided to extend horizontally along the lower end surface of the panel body 30, lower left and right watertight maintenance means 31b, 31b provided to extend horizontally along the left and right ends of the lower end surface of the panel body 30, rear left and right watertight maintenance means 31c, 31c provided to extend vertically along the left and right ends of the rear surface of the panel body 30, and upper left and right watertight maintenance means 31d, 31d provided to extend horizontally along the left and right ends of the upper end surface of the panel body 30. The conventional water-stopping device disclosed in Patent Document 1 is configured such that the lower water-stopping panel 3C is attached to the mounting section (left mounting section 2L and right mounting section 2R) via mounting means not shown, and then the upper water-stopping panel 3C is arranged to be stacked on top of the lower water-stopping panel 3C, and the upper water-stopping panel 3C is similarly attached to the mounting section (left mounting section 2L and right mounting section 2R) via mounting means not shown. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2023-179158 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0004] In the conventional water-stopping device disclosed in Patent Document 1, as shown in Figure 8, the left-right length dimension 3W of the water-stopping panel 3C is formed to be smaller than the allowable left-right width dimension 2W of the water-stopping panel 3C between the left and right mounting parts (between the left mounting part 2L and the right mounting part 2R), so that the water-stopping panel 3C can be attached to the mounting parts (left mounting part 2L and right mounting part 2R) even if the center position between the left and right sides of the water-stopping panel 3C is shifted to the left or right of the center position between the left and right mounting parts. Therefore, there is a possibility that the lower water-stopping panel 3C and the upper water-stopping panel 3C may be attached to the mounting part via mounting means not shown, even if the center position between the left and right sides of the lower water-stopping panel 3C and the center position between the left and right sides of the upper water-stopping panel 3C do not coincide. For example, as shown in Figure 8, if the lower water-stopping panel 3C is installed with its left-right center position shifted to position 3MR, which is to the right of the center position 2M between the left and right mounting parts, and the upper water-stopping panel 3C, which is installed on top of the lower water-stopping panel 3C and attached to the mounting part, is installed with its left-right center position shifted to position 3ML, which is to the left of the center position 2M between the left and right mounting parts, then, as shown in Figure 9, if the left-right center positions of the lower water-stopping panel 3C and the upper water-stopping panel 3C do not coincide, a water-stopping leakage section 34i may occur where the continuity between the water-tight maintenance means 31c,31d of the lower water-stopping panel 3C and the water-tight maintenance means 31c,31b of the upper water-stopping panel 3C is lost. In other words, regardless of whether the lower water-stopping panel 3C is attached to the mounting portion (left mounting portion 2L and right mounting portion 2R) in the predetermined correct position, if the left-right center position of the upper water-stopping panel 3C does not coincide with the left-right center position of the lower water-stopping panel 3C, as shown in Figure 9, the positions of the watertight maintenance means 31c,31d of the lower water-stopping panel 3C and the positions of the watertight maintenance means 31c,31b of the upper water-stopping panel 3C will be shifted in the left-right direction, resulting in a water-stopping leak section 34i where the continuity between the watertight maintenance means 31c,31d of the lower water-stopping panel 3C and the watertight maintenance means 31c,31b of the upper water-stopping panel 3C is lost, and water may leak through the water-stopping leak section 34i.

[0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a water-stopping device in which a water-stopping panel can be attached to a mounting part even when the center position between the left and right sides of the water-stopping panel is shifted to the left or right of the center position between the left and right mounting parts, and in a water-stopping device composed of multiple water-stopping panels stacked on top of each other, the center position between the left and right sides of the lower water-stopping panel can be made to coincide with the center position between the left and right sides of the upper water-stopping panel which is installed stacked on top of the lower water-stopping panel, thereby suppressing the occurrence of water-stopping leakage where the continuity between the water-tight maintenance means of the lower water-stopping panel and the water-tight maintenance means of the upper water-stopping panel is lost. [0008] Embodiment 1 A water-stopping device 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 6. In the following explanation, up, down, left, right, front, and back will be defined as the directions shown in Figure 1. The water-stopping device 1 according to Embodiment 1 is configured such that a rectangular plate-shaped water-stopping panel 3 is attached to mounting parts located on both the left and right sides of an opening A, and the water-stopping panel 3 prevents water from passing through the opening A. The left and right length dimension 3W (see Figure 3) of the water-stopping panel 3 is formed to be smaller than the allowable left and right width dimension 2W (see Figure 3) of the water-stopping panel 3 between the left and right mounting parts, so that the water-stopping panel 3 can be attached to the mounting parts even if the center position 3M between the left and right water-stopping panels 3 is shifted to the left or right of the center position 2M between the left and right mounting parts. Furthermore, the water-stopping device 1 is configured by stacking multiple water-stopping panels 3. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3, in Embodiment 1, the left-right length dimension 3W of the water-stopping panel 3 is the left-right length dimension of the water-stopping panel 3, which is the distance between the tips of the left and right guides 32, 32, which will be described later. Further, the allowable left - right width dimension 2W for attaching the water - stop panel 3 is the left - right width dimension between the inner surfaces of the outer plates 20f, 20f of the left and right guide receiving portions 20, 20 described later. For example, the left - right length dimension 3W of the water - stop panel 3 is formed to be a dimension that is several millimeters to about a dozen millimeters smaller than the allowable left - right width dimension 2W for attaching the water - stop panel 3.

[0009] The opening A where the water - stop panel 3 is installed is, for example, an opening that constitutes an entrance or an exit of a building structure. The building structure refers to so - called buildings such as single - family houses, condominiums, buildings, warehouses, factories, etc., external structures such as garages, carports, gates, fences, etc., and structures such as tunnels and underground shopping areas. The front side of the opening A is "either the indoor side or the outdoor side", and the rear side of the opening A is "either the indoor side or the outdoor side". In Embodiment 1, the front side of the opening A is the outdoor side (that is, the side where water arrives due to rain, river flooding, etc.), the rear side of the opening A is the indoor side, and a water - stop panel is installed on the front side of the opening A, which is the outdoor side where water arrives due to rain, river flooding, etc., and a water - stop device 1 for preventing water from entering the rear side of the opening A, which is the indoor side, will be described by way of example.

[0010] The water - stop device 1 according to Embodiment 1 includes an attachment portion, a lower water - stop panel 3, an upper water - stop panel 3, and positioning means 5. The lower water - stop panel 3 includes a lower engaging portion 5a that constitutes one part of the positioning means 5, and the upper water - stop panel 3 includes an upper engaging portion 5b that constitutes the other part of the positioning means 5.

[0011] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the attachment portion to which the lower water - stop panel 3 and the upper water - stop panel 3 are attached is configured to include a left - hand attachment portion 2L and a right - hand attachment portion 2R. The left - hand attachment portion 2L is provided on the front surface Wf of the left wall WL located on the left side of the opening A, and the right - hand attachment portion 2R is provided on the front surface Wf of the right wall WR located on the right side of the opening A. The left mounting section 2L and the right mounting section 2R each consist of a column section 2P fixed to the wall (left wall WL or right wall WR) with anchor bolts 2A (see Figure 4(b)) and the like, and a guide receiving section 20 provided on the front surface 2WS of the column section 2P. The guide receiver 20 of the left mounting section 2L is provided on the left side of the front surface of the column section 2P, and the guide receiver 20 of the right mounting section 2R is provided on the right side of the front surface of the column section 2P.

[0012] The front surface 2WS of column section 2P functions as a watertight surface that comes into contact with the watertight maintenance means, described later, provided on the lower watertight panel 3 and the upper watertight panel 3, respectively, to maintain a watertight state. The guide receiving section 20 comprises an outer plate 20f facing the left or right end face of the water-stopping panel 3, a front plate 20a extending laterally from the front end of the outer plate 20f, and a guide receiving groove opening in the front plate 20a. The guide groove comprises a lower guide groove 21 and an upper guide groove 22.

[0013] In the water-stopping device 1 according to Embodiment 1, a plurality of water-stopping panels of the same configuration are used, and the upper water-stopping panels are stacked on top of the lower water-stopping panels. Therefore, a pair of left and right guide receivers 20, 20 for attaching the water-stopping panels are provided on the front side of the column portion 2P of the left mounting portion 2L and on the front side of the column portion 2P of the left mounting portion 2L, corresponding to each water-stopping panel. Furthermore, the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the upper water-stopping panel 3 are water-stopping panels in which the component portion of the lower water-stopping panel 3 excluding the lower engaging portion 5a and the component portion of the upper water-stopping panel 3 excluding the upper engaging portion 5b are the same.

[0014] The lower water-stopping panel 3 comprises a panel body 30, a means for maintaining watertightness, a means for attaching it to the aforementioned mounting portion, a handle 35, and a lower engaging portion 5a. The upper watertight panel 3 comprises a panel body 30, a means for maintaining watertightness, a means for attaching it to the aforementioned mounting portion, a handle 35, and an upper engaging portion 5b.

[0015] The panel body 30 is configured, for example, in the shape of a hollow rectangle panel (plate), and includes a front surface formed by one rectangular plate surface that will become the panel surface of the water-stopping panel 3, a rear surface formed by the other rectangular plate surface that will become the panel surface of the water-stopping panel, a lower end surface connecting the lower edge of the front surface to the lower edge of the rear surface, a left end surface connecting the left edge of the front surface to the left edge of the rear surface, a right end surface connecting the right edge of the front surface to the right edge of the front surface, and an upper end surface connecting the upper edge of the front surface to the upper edge of the rear surface.

[0016] The means for maintaining watertightness consists of, for example, rubber sealing materials such as rubber sponges made of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber), sealing materials with water swelling properties, or sealing materials made of other materials.

[0017] For example, as shown in Figures 2 and 6, the watertight maintenance means is configured to include a lower end watertight maintenance means 31a provided to extend in the left-right direction on the lower end surface of the panel body 30, lower left and right watertight maintenance means 31b, 31b provided to extend in the front-rear direction on the left and right ends of the lower end surface of the panel body 30, rear left and right watertight maintenance means 31c, 31c provided to extend in the up-down direction on the left and right ends of the rear surface of the panel body 30, and upper left and right watertight maintenance means 31d, 31d provided to extend in the front-rear direction on the left and right ends of the upper end surface of the panel body 30. Specifically, the left end of the lower watertight maintenance means 31a and the lower left watertight maintenance means 31b are in close contact, and the right end of the lower watertight maintenance means 31a and the lower right watertight maintenance means 31b are in close contact. Furthermore, the rear end of the lower left watertight maintenance means 31b and the lower end of the rear left watertight maintenance means 31c are in close contact, and the rear end of the lower right watertight maintenance means 31b and the lower end of the rear right watertight maintenance means 31c are in close contact. In addition, the upper end of the rear left watertight maintenance means 31c and the rear end of the upper left watertight maintenance means 31d are in close contact, and the upper end of the rear right watertight maintenance means 31c and the rear end of the upper right watertight maintenance means 31d are in close contact. In other words, the watertight maintenance means is configured such that the watertight maintenance means 31d on the upper left side, the watertight maintenance means 31c on the rear left side, the watertight maintenance means 31b on the lower left side, the watertight maintenance means 31a on the lower end, the watertight maintenance means 31b on the lower right side, the watertight maintenance means 31c on the rear right side, and the watertight maintenance means 31d on the upper right side are provided in a continuous, tightly fitting manner without any interruption.

[0018] The mounting means for attaching the water-stopping panel 3 to the mounting section (left mounting section 2L and right mounting section 2R) is configured, for example, to include a guide 32 and a fixing device 33.

[0019] Guides 32 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the left end face of the panel body 30, and on the upper and lower sides of the right end face of the panel body 30. The guide 32 is comprised of a rod-shaped body 32a protruding from the left or right end face of the panel body 30, and a roller 32b provided on the tip side of the rod-shaped body 32a.

[0020] The fixing device 33 is provided on the left and right ends of the front surface of the panel body 30. The fixing device 33 includes a horizontal bar-shaped engaging body 33b that is movable laterally from the left or right end face of the panel body 30, a horizontal cylindrical movement path 33a provided on the left or right end side of the front surface of the panel body 30 to hold the engaging body 33b so that it can move outward and inward from the left or right end face of the panel body 30, and an operating part 33c provided on the engaging body 33b to lock the engaging body 33b in an activated state and a deactivated state. Furthermore, the horizontal cylindrical movement path 33a is formed with a slide groove 33d that allows the operating section 33c to slide laterally, and lock grooves that extend in the circumferential direction of the horizontal cylindrical movement path 33a at both the left and right ends of the slide groove 33d. The lock groove comprises an operating lock groove 33e formed on one end of the slide groove 33d in the horizontal cylindrical movement path 33a, and a non-operating lock groove 33f formed on the other end of the slide groove 33d in the horizontal cylindrical movement path 33a (see Figure 4(b)). Furthermore, a pressing mechanism such as a spring (not shown) is provided at the end of the horizontal cylindrical movement path 33a, and when the operating part 33c moves from the non-operating lock groove 33f into the slide groove 33d, the engaging body 33b is pressed towards the guide receiving part 20. Then, by bringing the engaging body 33b into contact with the inner surface (rear surface) 20u of the front plate 20a of the guide receiving part 20, and then inserting the operating part 33c into the operating lock groove 33e, the lower water-stopping panel 3 is attached to the mounting parts (left mounting part 2L and right mounting part 2R).

[0021] The positioning means 5 is configured by the engagement of the lower engaging portion 5a of the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the upper engaging portion 5b of the upper water-stopping panel 3. The lower engaging portion 5a is provided on the upper end side of the front surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3 and is positioned to protrude forward from the front surface. The upper engaging portion 5b is provided on the lower end side of the front surface of the upper water-stopping panel 3 and is positioned to protrude forward from the front surface.

[0022] The lower engaging portion 5a is composed of a concave engaging portion, which is made up of a member having a V-shaped concave inclined surface 50a that slopes upward and to the left and right from a central position 50c. The upper engaging portion 5b is composed of a convex engaging portion that engages with the concave engaging portion, and the convex engaging portion is composed of a member having a V-shaped convex inclined surface 50b that slopes upward and to the left and right from the central position 50d. For example, as shown in Figure 5, the lower engaging portion 5a is constructed by forming the upper part of a rectangular flat plate into a V-shaped concave inclined surface 50a, and the upper engaging portion 5b is constructed by forming the lower part of a rectangular flat plate into a V-shaped convex inclined surface 50b. The lower engaging portion 5a and the upper engaging portion 5b are configured to be detachably attached to the panel body 30 using, for example, fastening means such as screws, or to be fixedly attached to the panel body 30 using fastening means such as welding. As shown in Figure 3, the lower engaging portion 5a is attached to the upper end of the front surface of the panel body 30 such that the central position 50c of the V-shaped concave inclined surface 50a coincides with the central position 3M between the left and right sides of the panel body 30. Similarly, the upper engaging portion 5a is attached to the lower end of the front surface of the panel body 30 such that the central position 50d of the V-shaped convex inclined surface 50b coincides with the central position 3M between the left and right sides of the panel body 30. In other words, in Embodiment 1, the positioning means 5 is composed of a pair of lower engaging portions 5a and upper engaging portions b.

[0023] Then, the positioning means 5 is formed when the lower engaging portion 5a of the lower water-stopping panel 3, which is attached to the mounting portion (left mounting portion 2L and right mounting portion 2R) via the mounting means (guide 32 and fixing device 33), engages with the upper engaging portion 5b of the upper water-stopping panel 3, which is stacked on top of the lower water-stopping panel 3. This makes it possible to align the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the lower water-stopping panel 3, which is installed below and attached to the mounting part, with the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the upper water-stopping panel 3, which is installed on top of the lower water-stopping panel and attached to the mounting part.

[0024] The lower water-stopping panel 3 is installed by, for example, holding the handle 35 provided on the front of the panel body 30 and installing it from the front of the opening A. Specifically, the rollers 32b, 32b of the left and right lower guides 32, 32 of the water-stopping panel 3 are inserted into the lower guide grooves 21 of the guide receiving portion 20 of the left mounting portion 2L and the right mounting portion 2R, respectively. At the same time, the rollers 32b, 32b of the left and right upper guides 32, 32 of the water-stopping panel 3C are inserted into the upper guide grooves 22 of the guide receiving portion 20 of the left mounting portion 2L and the lower guide grooves 21 of the guide receiving portion 20 of the right mounting portion 2R. After that, the operating part 33c of the fixing device 33 is operated to make the engaging body 33b protrude toward the guide receiving portion 20 and come into contact with the inner surface (rear surface) 20u of the front plate 20a, and then the operating part 33c is inserted into the operating lock groove 33e. As a result, the engaging body 33b contacts the inner surface 20u of the front plate 20a of the guide receiving portion 20 and receives a reaction force from the front plate 20a, which presses the lower water-stopping panel 3 backward and downward. This ensures that the space between the lower end surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the installation surface F is maintained in a watertight state by the watertight maintenance means 31a, 31b, and the left and right ends of the rear surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the front surfaces (water-stopping surfaces) 2WS, 2WS of the left and right column portions 2P, 2P are maintained in a watertight state by the watertight maintenance means 31b, 31c, 31d. The lower water-stopping panel 3 is then attached to the mounting portion (left mounting portion 2L and right mounting portion 2R) in this manner.

[0025] Similarly, the upper water-stopping panel 3 is installed by, for example, using the handle 35 provided on the front of the panel body 30, engaging the upper engaging portion 5b of the upper water-stopping panel 3 with the lower engaging portion 5a of the lower water-stopping panel 3, and then placing the upper water-stopping panel 3 on the upper end surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3. Subsequently, the upper water-stopping panel 3 is attached to the mounting section (left mounting section 2L and right mounting section 2R) via the mounting means (guide 32 and fixing device 33), in the same manner as the lower water-stopping panel 3 is attached. When the upper water-stopping panel 3 is attached to the mounting section, as shown in Figure 6, the space between the upper end surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the lower end surface of the upper water-stopping panel 3 is maintained in a watertight state by the watertight maintenance means 31a, 31d, and 31b, while the left and right ends of the rear surface of the upper water-stopping panel 3 and the front surfaces (water-stopping surfaces) 2WS, 2WS of the left and right column sections 2P, 2P are maintained in a watertight state by the watertight maintenance means 31b, 31c, and 31d.

[0026] As described above, a water-stopping device 1 is constructed, as shown in Figures 2 and 4, in which the opening A is closed by the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the upper water-stopping panel 3 stacked on top of the lower water-stopping panel 3, thereby preventing water from passing through the opening A.

[0027] According to the water-stopping device 1 of Embodiment 1, after the lower water-stopping panel 3 is attached to the mounting part via the mounting means, when stacking the upper water-stopping panel 3 on the upper end surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3, the upper engaging part 5b of the upper water-stopping panel 3 is engaged with the lower engaging part 5a of the lower water-stopping panel 3, and then the upper water-stopping panel 3 is attached to the mounting part via the mounting means, so that, as shown in Figure 4, the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the upper water-stopping panel 3 coincide. Accordingly, according to the water-stopping device 1 of Embodiment 1, as shown in Figure 6, the continuity between the watertight maintenance means 31c, 31d of the lower panel 3 and the watertight maintenance means 31c, 31b of the upper water-stopping panel 3 is maintained, thereby suppressing the occurrence of water-stopping leakage sections 34i that occur when the continuity between the watertight maintenance means of the lower water-stopping panel and the watertight maintenance means of the upper water-stopping panel is lost, as is the case with conventional water-stopping devices.

[0028] Furthermore, according to Embodiment 1, since the water-stopping device 1 is equipped with a positioning means 5, the work of aligning the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the upper water-stopping panel 3 with the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the lower water-stopping panel can be performed easily and reliably, thereby improving the workability when attaching the upper water-stopping panel 3 to the mounting parts (left mounting part 2L and right mounting part 2R).

[0029] Embodiment 2 The positioning means may be configured to include a left-side positioning means 5AL and a right-side positioning means 5AR, as shown in Figure 7(a). The left positioning means 5AL and the right positioning means 5AR have the same configuration. Specifically, the left positioning means 5AL and the right positioning means 5AR are each configured to include a lower engaging portion 5c and an upper engaging portion 5d that engages with the lower engaging portion 5c. The lower engaging portion 5c of the left-side positioning means 5AL is provided to protrude forward from the upper left end of the front surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3, and the upper engaging portion 5d of the left-side positioning means 5AL is provided to protrude forward from the lower left end of the front surface of the upper water-stopping panel 3. The lower engaging portion 5c of the right-side positioning means 5AR is provided to protrude forward from the upper right end of the front surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3, and the upper engaging portion 5d of the right-side positioning means 5AR is provided to protrude forward from the lower right end of the front surface of the upper water-stopping panel 3. In other words, in Embodiment 2, the positioning means is composed of a plurality of pairs of lower engaging portions 5c and upper engaging portions 5d.

[0030] The lower engaging portion 5c is composed of a concave engaging portion, which is made up of a member having a conical recess 51a that opens upward. The upper engaging portion 5d is composed of a convex engaging portion, which is made up of a member having a conical protrusion 51b that engages with the conical recess 51a.

[0031] According to Embodiment 2, by engaging the conical protrusion 51b of the upper engaging portion 5d of the upper water-stopping panel 3 with the conical recess 51a of the lower engaging portion 5c of the lower water-stopping panel 3, the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the upper water-stopping panel can be made to coincide, similar to Embodiment 1. As a result, the continuity between the watertight maintenance means 31c,31d of the lower panel 3 and the watertight maintenance means 31c,31b of the upper water-stopping panel 3 is maintained, and a water-stopping device 1 that can suppress the occurrence of water leakage can be provided.

The left positioning means 5BL and the right positioning means 5BR have the same configuration. The left positioning means 5BL and the right positioning means 5BR are each configured to include a lower engaging portion 5e and an upper engaging portion 5f that engages with the lower engaging portion 5e. The lower engaging portion 5e of the left-side positioning means 5BL is provided to protrude forward from the upper left end of the front surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3, and the upper engaging portion 5f of the left-side positioning means 5BL is provided to protrude forward from the lower left end of the front surface of the upper water-stopping panel 3. The lower engaging portion 5e of the right-side positioning means 5BR is provided to protrude forward from the upper right end of the front surface of the lower water-stopping panel 3, and the upper engaging portion 5f of the right-side positioning means 5BR is provided to protrude forward from the lower right end of the front surface of the upper water-stopping panel 3. In other words, in Embodiment 3, the positioning means is composed of a plurality of pairs of lower engaging portions 5e and upper engaging portions 5f.

[0033] The lower engaging portion 5e is composed of a concave engaging portion, which is made of a member having a cylindrical hole 52a. The upper engaging portion 5f is composed of a convex engaging portion, which is made up of a member having a shaft material 52b with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the cylindrical hole 52a.

[0034] According to Embodiment 3, by engaging the shaft member 52b of the upper engaging portion 5f of the upper water-stopping panel 3 with the cylindrical hole 52a of the lower engaging portion 5e of the lower water-stopping panel 3, the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the lower water-stopping panel 3 and the center position 3M between the left and right sides of the upper water-stopping panel can be made to coincide, similar to Embodiment 1. As a result, the continuity between the watertight maintenance means 31c, 31d of the lower panel 3 and the watertight maintenance means 31c, 31b of the upper water-stopping panel 3 is maintained, and a water-stopping device 1 that can suppress the occurrence of water leakage can be provided.
