Resin composition for waterproof membrane, waterproofing method, and method for manufacturing a waterproof membrane

Abstract

The present invention provides a resin composition for waterproof membranes that can form a waterproof membrane with excellent design and consistently superior waterproofing performance. [Solution] The resin composition for waterproof membranes of this disclosure is a resin composition in which a dispersion (A) of a polycarbonate-based urethane resin and / or a polyether-based urethane resin, a crosslinking agent (B), and a plasticizer (C) are dispersed or dissolved. The plasticizer (C) includes an ethylene-based glycol ether compound and / or a propylene-based glycol ether compound. The resin film obtained by solidifying the resin composition for waterproof membranes has a glass transition temperature of -30°C or lower. Furthermore, a waterproofing method and a method for manufacturing a waterproof membrane using the resin composition for waterproof membranes of this disclosure are also provided.

Claims

1. A resin composition in which a dispersion (A) of polycarbonate-based urethane resin and / or polyether-based urethane resin, a crosslinking agent (B), and a plasticizer (C) are dispersed or dissolved. The plasticizer (C) includes an ethylene glycol ether compound and / or a propylene glycol ether compound. The resin film obtained by solidifying the aforementioned resin composition has a glass transition temperature of -30°C or lower, and is a resin composition for waterproof films.

2. The waterproof film resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the crosslinking agent (B) comprises a carbodiimide compound having multiple carbodiimide groups in one molecule, with a carbodiimide group equivalent of 300 to 600, and being water-soluble.

3. The resin composition for waterproof membranes according to claim 2, comprising only the carbodiimide compound as the crosslinking agent (B).

4. The resin composition for waterproof membranes according to claim 1, wherein the content of the plasticizer (C) is 0.1 to 15 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the polycarbonate-based urethane resin and / or the polyether-based urethane resin.

5. The resin composition for waterproof membrane according to claim 1, wherein the resin film is transparent.

6. A resin composition for a waterproof membrane according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the target of waterproofing is one or more selected from the group consisting of exterior walls, roofs, and rooftops.

7. A waterproofing method comprising applying a waterproofing membrane resin composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 to one or more waterproofing targets selected from the group consisting of exterior walls, roofs, and rooftops, and solidifying it to form the resin membrane.

A method for producing a waterproof membrane, comprising applying a resin composition for a waterproof membrane according to any one of claims 1 to 5 to one or more waterproof targets selected from the group consisting of exterior walls, roofs, and rooftops, and solidifying it to form the resin membrane.
