Abstract

We provide a hot water supply system that can promote hot water storage using a heat source unit. [Solution] The hot water storage and supply system (1) includes a heat source unit (10) that heats the hot water in a hot water storage tank (21), a hot water outlet passage (27) that dispenses the hot water, a means for detecting the amount of heat dispensed, a means for detecting the amount of heat stored in the hot water storage tank, and a control means (29) that performs hot water storage operation based on the required amount of heat for each time period predicted from the hot water dispensed history. The control means starts hot water storage operation when the start condition of the heat source unit is met and ends hot water storage operation when the stop condition is met. The start condition is met when, while the heat source unit is stopped, the current amount of heat stored is insufficient to meet the sum of the first heat amount, which is the sum of the required amount of heat for the current time period minus the amount of heat stored at the start of that time period and the required amount of heat for a predetermined first period. The stop condition is met when the current amount of heat stored is equal to or greater than the sum of the second heat amount, which is the sum of the required amount of heat for the current time period minus the amount of heat stored at the start of that time period and the required amount of heat for a predetermined second period.

Claims

1. A hot water storage and supply system comprising: a hot water storage tank for storing hot water; a heat source unit that performs a hot water storage operation to heat the hot water in the hot water storage tank and store it in the hot water storage tank; a hot water outlet passage for dispensing hot water from the hot water storage tank; a hot water outlet heat amount detection means for detecting the amount of heat discharged from the hot water outlet passage; a hot water storage heat amount detection means for detecting the amount of heat stored in the hot water storage tank; and a control means that predicts the required amount of heat for each time period divided into predetermined unit time intervals based on the amount of heat discharged and the hot water discharge record including the time of discharge detected by the hot water outlet heat amount detection means, and controls the hot water storage operation to store the sum of the required heat amounts for a predetermined period, The control means starts the hot water storage operation when the start condition for the heat source is met, and stops the hot water storage operation when the stop condition for the heat source is met. The aforementioned startup condition is met when, while the heat source unit is stopped, the current amount of stored hot water is insufficient to meet the heat requirement obtained by subtracting the amount of stored hot water at the start of the time period from the required heat for the time period to which the current time belongs, and the first amount of heat obtained by adding the required heat for a predetermined first period. The hot water storage and supply system is characterized in that the aforementioned stop condition is met when the current amount of stored hot water becomes equal to or greater than the amount of heat obtained by adding a second amount of heat, which is the sum of the required heat for the time period to which the current time belongs and the amount of stored hot water at the start of that time period, and the required heat for a predetermined second period, or when the maximum amount of stored hot water that can be stored in the hot water storage tank is reached.

2. The hot water storage and supply system according to claim 1, characterized in that, if there was a heat deficit in the time period immediately preceding the time period to which the current time belongs, the amount of heat obtained by reducing that heat deficit is added to the heat deficit in the time period to which the current time belongs.

3. The system further includes an auxiliary heat source unit for heating and supplying the hot water dispensed from the aforementioned hot water storage tank, The hot water storage and supply system according to claim 2, characterized in that, if there was a heat generated by the auxiliary heat source in the time period immediately preceding the time period to which the current time belongs, the amount of heat obtained by subtracting the heat generated from the heat deficit in the time period immediately preceding the time period to which the current time belongs is added to the heat deficit in the time period to which the current time belongs.
