Abstract

To provide a stirring device with gas purification capabilities that offers high production efficiency and excellent safety. [Solution] A stirring device comprising: a stirring container for containing a processing liquid; an external circulation path connected to the stirring container and through which the processing liquid can be circulated; a shearing means disposed on the external circulation path and capable of applying a shearing force to the processing liquid; a gas inlet for injecting a gas containing solute components; and a gas outlet for discharging the gas processed by the processing liquid.

Claims

1. A stirring vessel containing the processing liquid, An external circulation path connected to the stirring vessel, through which the processing liquid can be circulated, A shearing means arranged on the external circulation path and capable of applying shear force to the processing liquid, A gas inlet for injecting gas containing solute components and A gas outlet for discharging the gas treated by the aforementioned processing liquid, A stirring device characterized by comprising the following features.

2. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the gas inlet is located in the external circulation path.

3. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the gas inlet is connected to the shearing means.

4. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the shearing means is a turbine-stator type agitator, and the minimum clearance gap between the turbine and stator is 0.1 mm or more and 10 mm or less.

5. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that one or more stirring blades capable of stirring the processing liquid are arranged inside the stirring container.

6. The stirring device according to claim 5, characterized in that some or all of the stirring blades are turbine-stator type stirring blades, and the minimum clearance gap between the turbine and stator is 0.1 mm or more and 10 mm or less.

7. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that a cooling means capable of cooling the processing liquid is provided in the stirring container.

8. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that a cooling means capable of cooling the processing liquid is arranged on the external circulation path.

9. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that a cooling means capable of cooling the gas containing the solute component is arranged on the gas transfer path connected to the gas inlet.

10. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that a cooling means capable of cooling the gas treated by the treatment liquid is arranged on the gas transfer path connected to the gas outlet.

11. The stirring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the gas containing the solute component is hydrogen gas produced by an alkaline water electrolysis device.

12. The stirring apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the processing liquid contains a thickening agent.
