Abstract
The present invention provides a technology that makes an aqueous dispersion of a fibrous composition obtained by processing the extraction residue of basidiomycete fruiting bodies usable as a cosmetic ingredient. [Solution] A fibrous composition obtained by decolorizing and defibrating the extraction residue of basidiomycete fruiting bodies under a strong base is dispersed in water by high-pressure micronization to produce an aqueous dispersion. The present invention makes it possible to reuse the basidiomycete fruiting body extraction residue as a cosmetic ingredient, thereby contributing to the reduction of waste.
