Abstract

In building panels, the aim is to ensure sound insulation and ventilation while maintaining the strength of the building panel. [Solution] The building panel is provided with reinforcing ribs 24 and 25 arranged in the internal space S formed between the front panel 21 and the back panel 22. The reinforcing ribs 24 and 25 include a front reinforcing rib 41 fixed to the inner surface 21c of the front panel 21 and spaced apart from the inner surface 22c of the back panel 22, and a back reinforcing rib 42 provided spaced apart from the inner surface 21c and the front reinforcing rib 41 so as not to contact the front panel 21 and the front reinforcing rib 41, and fixed to the inner surface 22c of the back panel 22. The front reinforcing rib 41 includes front ribs 41b and 41c, and the back reinforcing rib 42 includes a back rib 42b. A front ventilation opening 21d is provided on the front panel 21 to connect the internal space S to the outside, and a back ventilation opening 22d is provided on the back panel 22 on the opposite side of the front ventilation opening 21d, with the reinforcing ribs 24 and 25 in between, when viewed in the panel thickness direction T, to connect the internal space S to the outside.

Claims

1. A building panel comprising a front panel and a back panel provided at intervals in the panel thickness direction, a frame sandwiched between the front panel and the back panel to support the front panel and the back panel, and reinforcing ribs arranged within the frame of the frame and in the internal space formed between the front panel and the back panel, The reinforcing bone comprises a front-side reinforcing bone fixed to the inner surface of the front plate and spaced apart from the inner surface of the back plate, and a back-side reinforcing bone provided spaced apart from the inner surface of the front plate and the front-side reinforcing bone so as not to contact the front plate and the front-side reinforcing bone, and fixed to the inner surface of the back plate. The front side reinforcing rib comprises a front side fixing portion fixed to the inner surface of the front plate, and a front side rib protruding from the front side fixing portion toward the back plate. The aforementioned back-side reinforcing rib comprises a back-side fixing portion fixed to the inner surface of the back plate, and a back-side rib protruding from the back-side fixing portion toward the front plate. A front ventilation opening is provided on the front panel that connects the internal space to the outside. A building panel in which, when viewed in the panel thickness direction, a back ventilation opening is provided on the back plate on the opposite side of the front ventilation opening, with the reinforcing rib in between, allowing the internal space to communicate with the outside.

2. The building panel according to claim 1, wherein, when viewed in the panel thickness direction, the front fixing portion overlaps the back fixing portion.

3. The building panel according to claim 2, wherein, when viewed in the panel thickness direction, the front rib overlaps the back fixing portion, and the back rib overlaps the front fixing portion.

4. The building panel according to claim 1, wherein in the internal space, sound-absorbing material is provided on the outside of the reinforcing ribs along the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing ribs.

5. Multiple reinforcing ribs and sound-absorbing materials are provided, arranged alternately between the front ventilation opening and the back ventilation opening. The sound-absorbing material is provided with a ventilation section in which a part of the longitudinal direction of the sound-absorbing material is cut out to allow air to circulate. The building panel according to claim 4, wherein the ventilation portions provided in a pair of adjacent sound-absorbing materials are provided at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the sound-absorbing materials.

6. The building panel according to claim 5, wherein in a pair of sound-absorbing materials, the ventilation portion of one of the sound-absorbing materials is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the sound-absorbing material, and the ventilation portion of the other sound-absorbing material is provided at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the sound-absorbing material.

7. The frame comprises a first frame member and a second frame member facing each other, The building panel according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein one end of the reinforcing rib is connected to the first frame member, and the other end of the reinforcing rib is connected to the second frame member.
