Abstract

To improve the corrugated separators inserted between the filter media of an air filter so that they do not damage the filter media. In particular, to improve the ends of cross-shaped corrugated separators, which are used with their ridges intersecting, so that they do not damage the filter media. [Solution] A separator formed in a wave shape, wherein the cut surface of the end of the separator does not have an edge, and in the case of a wave separator used by intersecting the ridges of the wave, the end of the separator is formed in a flat portion parallel to the direction perpendicular to the direction of airflow passage.
