Abstract
This invention provides a highly economical nesting drainage pipe by forming connecting sections between pipe bodies without creating enlarged diameter sections. [Solution] This is a nesting drain pipe 1 in which, among a plurality of pipes of different diameters, one pipe 20 can be inserted into the outer pipe 10 which has a larger diameter. When the inner pipe 20 extends, the tip of the outer pipe 10 at the connecting portion that contacts and connects with the outer pipe 10 is reduced in diameter, and a protrusion 22a provided on the outer circumference of the base end 22 of the inner pipe 20 engages with the reduced diameter portion 13a, thereby forming the connecting portion without expanding the base end 22. Each of the plurality of pipes 10 and 20 is provided with a water collection hole 25 along its entire length. The protrusion 22a is formed from a protruding material such as a thin steel plate, screw, rivet, pin, dowel, or weld bead, or from a wound material such as wire, tape, or pipe, or by crushing the edge of the base end of the pipe.
