Abstract

This disclosure relates to a system, device, and method for the automated analysis of fluid samples from a cell processing system. In one embodiment, the system comprises a fluid device docking station configured to receive a fluid device having a fluid sample inside; a master well plate; a sample well plate; a fluid transfer system configured to transfer a fluid sample from a fluid device to a master well plate and to transfer at least a portion of the fluid sample from the master well plate to a sample well plate; an analytical instrument configured to perform an assay on the fluid sample in the sample well plate; and a robot configured to move the sample well plate to the analytical instrument.
