5-(sinnolin-6-yl)thiazole compounds for treating neurological disorders

Abstract

This disclosure provides compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof that are useful, for example, for treating neurological disorders in subjects. This disclosure also provides methods for using and preparing compositions containing the same. A method for treating a neurological disorder in a subject requiring treatment of the neurological disorder is provided herein, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I), (II), (III), or (IV) or a subformula thereof provided herein, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutical composition.
