Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0011] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same parts or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0012] FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a shower head according to the present invention. The shower head A includes a head body 1, a cap 2 attached to the tip of the head body 1, a bottom cover 9 attached to the rear end of the head body 1, a water conduit 3, a nozzle part 4, holding members 5 and 6, and first filters 7 and 8 built into the head body 1. As shown in FIG. 2, a large number of jet outlets 2a from which shower water jets out are formed in the cap 2.

[0013] The water conduit 3 is formed of a rocket-shaped pipe body, the tip of which is connected to the nozzle part 4, and the rear end is connected to the bottom cover 9. Holding members 5 and 6 are attached to the tip of the nozzle part 4, and the first filter 7 is held by these holding members 5 and 6. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, this first filter 7 is formed in a disk shape and is provided with a large number of through holes 7a.

[0014] Inside the water conduit 3, a first filter 8 is housed separately from the above-described first filter 7. FIG. 5 shows an example of the first filter 8, where (a) is a plan view and (b) is a front view. This first filter 8 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape and is provided with a large number of through holes 8a on the side surface.

[0015] FIG. 6 shows another example of the first filter 8, where (a) is a plan view, (b) is a front view, and (c) is a front view seen from different directions. This first filter 8 is formed in a hollow toroidal shape, and a large number of through holes 8a are provided on the side surface.

[0016] As shown in FIG. 1, the first filter 8 is arranged concentrically with the water conduit 3. The lower part of the first filter 8 communicates with an opening 10 formed in the bottom cover 9. The water (including hot water. The same applies hereinafter) supplied from a hose B (see FIG. 7) to be described later flows into the first filter 8 from the opening 10, passes through the through holes 8a, flows in the X direction in the water conduit 3, is discharged from the tip of the nozzle 4, then passes through the through holes 7a of the first filter 7, and is ejected as shower water from the ejection port 2a of the cap 2.

[0017] Here, both the first filter 7 and the first filter 8 are formed by molding a silicone resin, and each filter 7, 8 contains collagen. Therefore, in the process where the water introduced into the head body 1 comes into contact with the first filters 7, 8, collagen is released into the water, and shower water containing collagen is ejected from the ejection port 2a of the cap 2. Therefore, by washing the hair with this shower water, collagen adheres to the hair, enhancing the moisture retention of the hair and improving the smoothness of the hair.

[0018] In addition, the silicone resin is excellent in impact resistance compared to ceramics and the like, and it is easy to mix and mold powders such as collagen. Therefore, it is the most suitable material for the filter of the present invention.

[0019] In the present invention, preferably, the first filters 7, 8 contain a mineral complex (a mineral having the composition of a metal complex compound) in addition to collagen. Examples of the mineral complex include ammine stone and johannite. According to this, the gloss and extensibility of the cuticle can be improved.

[0020] In the present invention, more preferably, the first filters 7 and 8 further contain a negative ion generating substance in addition to the collagen and mineral complex. Examples of the negative ion generating substance include thorium contained in zirconium oxide (ZrO2). According to this, by mixing negative ions into the shower water, the hair is given luster and the static electricity of the hair can be removed.

[0021] In the present invention, the substance added to the collagen is not limited to the mineral complex and negative ion generating substance listed above, and other substances may also be used. Examples of such substances include epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), vitamin C, vitamin B12, vitamin A, and the like.

[0022] Next, the hose of the present invention will be described. FIG. 7 shows a state in which a hose B is connected to the shower head A of FIG. 1. The shower device 100 of the present invention is constituted by these shower head A and hose B.

[0023] The hose B includes a hose body 20 formed of a hollow flexible material and a second filter 21 built into the hose body 20. The hose body 20 is connected to the lower part of the head body 1 of the shower head A by a connecting member 22. The second filter 21 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, similar to the first filter 8 shown in FIG. 5, and a large number of through holes 21a are provided on the side surface.

[0024] This second filter 21 is formed by molding a silicone resin containing collagen, similar to the first filters 7 and 8. In addition to collagen, the above-described mineral complex, negative ion generating substance, or other substances may be added.

[0025] Water supplied from a water supply source (not shown) flows into the second filter 21, then passes through the through holes 21a and flows upward within the hose body 20, and then flows into the first filter 8 from the opening 10 (see FIG. 1) of the shower head A. After that, as described above, the supply water flows in the X direction within the water conduit 3, is discharged from the tip of the nozzle 4, then passes through the through holes 7a of the first filter 7, and is ejected as shower water from the ejection port 2a of the cap 2.

[0026] Here, in the shower device 100 of FIG. 7, two first filters 7 and 8 are built into the shower head A, and a second filter 21 is built into the hose B. That is, there are three silicone filters in the path from the hose B to the tip of the shower head A. Therefore, compared with the case where only the shower head A is provided with a silicone filter, the amount of collagen contained in the shower water increases, and the moisturizing property and smoothness of the hair can be further improved.

[0027] FIG. 8 shows another arrangement example of the second filter 21. Here, a plurality of short second filters 21 are arranged in the hose body 20 at intervals.

[0028] FIG. 9 also shows another arrangement example of the second filter 21. Here, a single short second filter 21 is arranged in the hose body 20.

[0029] In the present invention, in addition to the above-described embodiments, various embodiments as described below can be adopted.

[0030] In FIG. 1, two first filters 7 and 8 are provided inside the shower head A, but only the first filter 7 or only the first filter 8 may be provided.

[0031] The shape of the first filter 7 is not limited to those shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and other shapes may be used. Similarly, the shape of the first filter 8 is not limited to those shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and other shapes may be used.

[0032] In the shower head A, the location where the first filters 7 and 8 are provided is not limited to the location shown in FIG. 1, and may be other locations in the path through which the supply water flows.

[0033] In FIG. 7, an example is given in which the second filter 21 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. 5, but the second filter 21 may be formed in a hollow toroidal shape as shown in FIG. 6.

[0034] In FIG. 1, a structure may be adopted in which an on-off valve for opening and closing the path of water from the water conduit 3 to the nozzle portion 4 is provided, and a switching button manually operated on the head body 1 is provided, and the on-off valve is opened and closed by operating this switching button.
