Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] This invention relates to aluminum blocks used in road structures constructed for transporting heavy machinery, etc., and to road structures for transporting heavy objects using aluminum blocks. [Background technology]

[0002] When heavy machinery and other heavy objects need to be transported to a factory, the factory may have a strong foundation, but the ground around the factory may be loose. In such cases, it is necessary to build a road surface structure for transporting heavy objects that can withstand the weight of the objects on the route to the factory. To build a flat and strong road surface, blocks and sleepers are generally stacked, and thick steel plates are laid on top of them, and heavy objects are transported on top of the steel plates using electric winches and electric rollers.

[0003] It is conceivable to use iron or aluminum blocks (Patent Document 1) as blocks to form the road surface structure, but iron has the problem of rusting, so if it is to be used as a temporary road surface structure, lightweight, rust-resistant aluminum blocks are more suitable.

[0004] FIG. 3 shows an example of a conventional aluminum block disclosed in Patent Document 1, and FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating the transportation of a heavy load to a factory. This aluminum block 100 has aluminum moldings 113 on the top and bottom, and four pillars 114 connecting the top and bottom made of aluminum square pipes. Each component is joined by welding, and the block 100 has an external shape of a rectangular parallelepiped measuring 200 mm x 300 mm x 400 mm. Bolt holes 115 are drilled on all six faces to connect to adjacent blocks above, below, left, and right. The moldings 113 that form the top and bottom are made of hollow rectangular pipes with ribs.

[0005] A typical road surface structure for transporting heavy loads is constructed by joining and stacking blocks 100 flat, and then laying steel plates 20 on top of them, as shown in Figure 4. Then, heavy loads 50 are placed on rollers 30 or the like, transported on the steel plates 20, and delivered to a factory 60.

[0006] Here, bolts and nuts are used to join the blocks 100 together. However, in the case of a conventional aluminum block 100 such as that shown in Fig. 3, the tightening portion of the bolt and nut is located inside the aluminum block 100, so depending on the position of the bolt hole 115, the tightening work can become complicated. [0007] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3240372 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0008] In view of the above circumstances, the present invention aims to provide high-strength aluminum blocks that, when used to form a road surface structure for transporting heavy objects, can be easily joined together by not only bolting the aluminum blocks together but also by using a joining structure that clamps the flanges of stacked H-shaped steel beams from the outside, and a road surface structure for transporting heavy objects that uses the aluminum blocks. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The aluminum block of this invention is an aluminum block with a rectangular outer shape, and the four columns connecting the top and bottom are made of H-shaped steel, and the flanges of the H-shaped steel form part of the outer surface of the aluminum block.

[0010] In addition, the road surface structure for transporting heavy objects using aluminum blocks of this invention is a road surface structure for transporting heavy objects formed by joining multiple aluminum blocks, and the joining structure between adjacent aluminum blocks has a structure in which the flanges of H-shaped steel that form part of the outer surface of the aluminum blocks are overlapped and clamped from the outside of the flanges. [Effects of the Invention]

[0011] According to this invention, by using H-section steel for the pillars of the aluminum blocks, the blocks have high strength. Furthermore, by using these aluminum blocks, it is possible to easily join the aluminum blocks together when forming road structures for transporting heavy loads. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0012] [Figure 1] 1 is an example of an aluminum block of the present invention. [Figure 2] This is part of a road surface structure for transporting heavy loads, formed using the aluminum blocks of this invention. [Figure 3] This is an example of a conventional aluminum block. [Figure 4] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a situation in which a heavy object is transported to a factory. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The present invention relates to an aluminum block used in a road surface structure for transporting heavy machinery, etc., and a road surface structure for transporting heavy objects using the aluminum block. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0014] Figure 1 shows an example of an aluminum block according to the present invention. Aluminum block 11 is a rectangular parallelepiped with external dimensions of 300 mm x 400 mm x 500 mm, and aluminum block 12 is a rectangular parallelepiped with external dimensions of 250 mm x 300 mm x 400 mm, but other sizes are also acceptable. Aluminum blocks 11 and 12 are formed by combining components such as shaped steel, so even though their external shapes are rectangular, their outer surfaces are not flat and there are gaps between the components. In other words, if aluminum blocks 11 and 12 were covered with an imaginary outer surface, they would also be rectangular.

[0015] The basic structure of the aluminum blocks 11, 12 is such that the top and bottom surfaces 13 are made of thin profile material, and H-shaped steel 15 is used for the four pillars connecting the top and bottom surfaces 13, and each member is joined by welding.

[0016] The H-shaped steel 15 that will become the pillar is sometimes used as is, but is generally used with some parts processed. For example, the flanges located on the inside of the aluminum blocks 11 and 12 have some parts cut out and bolt holes drilled.

[0017] Furthermore, flanges 16 of H-shaped steel 15 form part of the outer surfaces of aluminum blocks 11 and 12. In other words, the outer surfaces of flanges 16 become part of the outer surfaces of aluminum blocks 11 and 12, so that corners and sides of aluminum blocks 11 and 12 are formed by the ends of flanges 16.

[0018] Since the H-shaped steel 15 has a large cross section and is strong, when the H-shaped steel 15 is used for the four columns, the strength of the aluminum blocks 11 and 12 also naturally increases.

[0019] FIG. 2 shows a portion of a road surface structure for transporting heavy loads, formed using the aluminum blocks of the present invention.

[0020] A road surface structure 10 for transporting heavy loads is formed by joining multiple aluminum blocks 11, 12. The joining structure for adjacent aluminum blocks here can be either using bolts and nuts, or using clamps or Bullman (registered trademark) as a structure 18 that clamps the flanges from the outside, or a mixture of these methods. Joining with bolts and nuts is a conventional method, but because the aluminum blocks 11, 12 are sometimes fastened from the inside, the work can be complicated.

[0021] When using a structure 18 such as a clamp that clamps the flanges from the outside, it is advisable to overlap the flanges 16 of the H-shaped steel 15 that form part of the outer surfaces of the aluminum blocks 11, 12, or the flanges 16 and the plate members that form the upper and lower surfaces 13, and use a structure that clamps the flanges 16 from the outside. When a joining structure that clamps the aluminum blocks 11, 12 from the outside is used in this way, the joining work can be performed easily, which leads to a reduction in work time.

[0022] When clamps or the like are used, the joining force may be weaker than that of bolts and nuts. However, if the aluminum blocks 100 are not stacked flat as shown in Figure 4, but rather the positions of the aluminum blocks 11, 12 stacked one above the other are shifted as shown in Figure 2, and multiple aluminum blocks 11, 12 are joined together, there will be no strength issues even with a joining structure using clamps or the like.
