Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cardboard product composed of a cardboard flat processed part having a joinable part, a paper-made square tube-shaped pipe, a resin corner tool, and a flat panel, and using cardboard that can be easily joined and assembled and can also be easily disassembled, a simple cardboard product.

Background Art

[0002] Recently, cardboard has been used instead of resin and utilized in industrial products, but there is a slight decrease in water resistance or strength. In terms of cost and light weight, it is very advantageous, and cardboard products are utilized in products that do not significantly affect strength. There are problems such as the assembly structure becoming complicated due to cardboard parts or not being able to achieve sufficient joining without an adhesive, resulting in complicated work and high costs. Also, due to the complexity of the joining parts or structure, the workability of assembling large joined bodies deteriorates, or it is difficult to reuse the assembled products by disassembling and disassembling.

[0003] In order to provide an inexpensive assembled transport box suitable for cardboard assembled products and transport lines, the assembled transport box includes a blank sheet in which each box element including a bottom plate and four side plates is blanked in a sheet shape so as to form a box body of a predetermined size and shape, and a first pair of assembly frames 15 and a second pair of assembly frames 17 that are fitted and held on two pairs of opposing upper edge portions when the four side plates connected to the bottom plate are raised by a first folding line, and a corner joint that connects the first assembly frame and the second assembly frame located at the corner portion of the box body and enables stacking of the transport box 1. It has been proposed that a locking flat plate portion that horizontally projects outward from the box body is provided on either one or both of the first pair of assembly frames 15 and the second pair of assembly frames 17 (see Patent Document 1).

[0004] As a prefabricated cabin and assembly method thereof that can simplify the structure, prevent wall tilting, and improve workability during assembly, the prefabricated cabin is formed in a hollow, approximately rectangular prism shape, comprising at least a pair of opposing first walls and a second wall formed to straddle the pair of first walls. The second wall is formed to be detachably engaged with two sides flanking a predetermined corner at the same position on the pair of first walls. The second wall is formed in a shape that can be folded into an L-shape at the predetermined corner of the pair of first walls. Multiple types of walls constituting the prefabricated cabin have a two-layer structure in which the outer layer of each wall is made of corrugated cardboard and the inner layer of the wall is made of foamed cushioning material. A design has been proposed in which the hollow portion is formed by being surrounded only by the foamed cushioning material of the inner wall layer (see Patent Document 2).

[0005] To enhance the usability of the packaging box, the packaging box, which forms a hexahedron in its basic state, comprises side plates, a top plate, and a bottom plate that form a rectangular tube in its basic state, and an inner flap, a first outer flap, and a second outer flap connected to these, respectively. The packaging box also comprises a bottom crease line extending linearly on the bottom plate and the second outer flap, a top crease line extending diagonally on the inner flap, and a holding means. In the deformed state, which is a transformation from the basic state, the top plate is positioned above the side plates, and the bottom plate is positioned below the top plate. In addition, the bottom crease line is bent convexly toward the top plate, and the top crease line is bent and positioned along the boundary line between the top plate and the first outer flap. The holding means has been proposed to maintain the bending angle of the bottom crease line and the position of the top crease line relative to the boundary line between the top plate and the first outer flap in the deformed state (see Patent Document 3).

[0006] As a collapsible storage box and storage method using the same, suitable for storing large quantities of workpieces that are easily oxidized by moisture in the air in a factory, the collapsible storage box comprises: at least one foldable cylindrical member defining a polygonal cavity in cross-section; a lid member having a first flat plate portion positioned at the upper end of the cavity defined by the at least one cylindrical member and a first side plate portion formed integrally with the first flat plate portion and substantially perpendicular to the first flat plate portion; and a bottom member having a second flat plate portion positioned at the lower end of the cavity defined by the at least one cylindrical member and a second side plate portion formed integrally with the second flat plate portion and substantially perpendicular to the second flat plate portion. At least one through hole is formed in the first flat plate portion or at least one cylindrical member (see Patent Document 4).

[0007] A novel portable toilet assembly kit has been proposed that allows for the construction of a portable toilet with high rigidity despite having a relatively small number of parts, and a novel portable toilet constructed using the said portable toilet assembly kit, comprising a portable toilet assembly kit for constructing a portable toilet 1 made of parts made of corrugated cardboard sheets, comprising four rectangular toilet body parts that are assembled in a grid pattern to form the toilet body, a box-shaped toilet seat part that is placed at the upper end of the toilet body with its open end facing downward to form the toilet seat, and two reinforcing parts that are arranged diagonally inside the toilet body to support the inner corners of the toilet body (see Patent Document 5).

[0008] Furthermore, the opposing side panels of the cardboard assembly box are equipped with a connecting assembly kit section for a group of cardboard pieces for constructing a box-shaped container and display items, which is made up of a cardboard sheet processed part with a connectable section, a paper rectangular pipe, and a resin corner fitting. However, simple cardboard products for the parts to which these cardboard pieces, paper rectangular pipes, and resin corner fittings are attached have not yet been formed. Furthermore, an auxiliary frame is becoming necessary that provides a handle around the entire perimeter of the top edge of the assembled box, rather than on the cardboard box panel side, to serve as a grip when moving the assembled box container by hand. As a result, the containers are being constructed in various shapes. Equipment and facilities for this type of exhibition require characteristics such as low cost, ease of storage during normal times, and excellent disposability after use. Therefore, currently, simple containers or exhibition supplies constructed by combining cardboard, which are easy to transport, assemble, and install, are common. [0009] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2021-31074 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2020-105757 [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2019-172293 [Patent Document 4] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2017-149483 [Patent Document 5] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2024-158175 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0010] In the assembly of a simple corrugated cardboard product, which combines corrugated flat sheet parts with connectable sections, paper rectangular pipes, resin corner fittings, and flat panels, it is expected that the columnar portion of the paper rectangular pipe will be formed from a combination of strength-retaining and support-maintaining resin corner fittings in order to ensure strength. However, this corrugated cardboard part complicates the structure, and there are problems in that sufficient bonding cannot be achieved without adhesive. Furthermore, the complexity of the connecting parts or structure makes it difficult to assemble large assembled products, and also makes storage difficult after disassembly.

[0011] This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and there is a need to provide an assembly-type corrugated cardboard cabin and a method for assembling an assembly-type corrugated cardboard cabin product that can simplify the construction of a box-shaped container structure made primarily of corrugated cardboard for storing articles, while also enabling disassembly and storage, and improving the workability related to assembly. However, when constructing cardboard containers and large display containers by combining corrugated cardboard sheets without using adhesives or fasteners, a large number of reinforcing parts are required to provide sufficient rigidity to withstand multiple uses. A large number of parts makes the assembly process complicated, making quick installation difficult.

[0012] This invention was completed in view of the aforementioned technical problems, and aims to provide a novel, easily assembled corrugated cardboard product using corrugated cardboard processed parts, specifically a joining and assembly kit, which allows for the construction of corrugated cardboard containers and large containers for display items without using adhesives or fasteners, while maintaining a relatively small number of parts, thereby increasing decorative appeal and high rigidity. [Means for solving the problem]

[0013] In constructing a simple corrugated cardboard product by combining corrugated cardboard processed parts with joinable functions, flat panels, paper rectangular pipes, and resin corner fittings, the corrugated cardboard processed parts include a joining assembly kit section, The paper rectangular pipe is a rectangular pipe made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard with a thickness of 2 to 4 mm. By inserting the rectangular pipe into resin corner fittings with 2 to 6 convex directions that can be joined in various directions, a skeletal member consisting of a box-shaped container and a frame for display items is formed. A corrugated cardboard sheet with a joining assembly kit, to which flat panels that decorate the surface of the simple corrugated cardboard product are attached to the front, back, sides, top, top, and bottom of the skeletal member, is fitted and fixed to the skeletal member without adhesive, and the product is also easy to disassemble. This is a simple corrugated cardboard product using corrugated cardboard processed parts.

[0014] The corrugated cardboard flat sheet with the joining assembly kit part is a rectangular shape with a thickness of 3 to 5 mm, and has one raised projection at intervals of 300 to 500 mm in the length direction of the rectangle. The raised projection has a horizontal length of 200 to 300 mm and a vertical width of 60 to 80 mm, and has partially cut lines, half-cut lines, and crease lines on its inner surface, and is joined and fixed to a paper rectangular pipe by a folded shape with a 40 mm vertical width at the projection and a 20 to 30 mm vertical width at the tip of the raised projection. Furthermore, in the structure of the corrugated cardboard, it was clearly demonstrated that the fixing force to the skeletal member by the locking function of the joining assembly kit part is increased by the half-cut line made by cutting one side of the paper surface of the 3 to 5 mm thick corrugated cardboard with paper sheets attached to both sides with a bellows-fold paper member at the center, due to the thickness and the repulsive force on the opposite side due to the cut on one side, thereby increasing the joining force.

[0015] The protruding part of the corrugated cardboard flat sheet with the joint assembly kit is the part that is joined and secured to the rectangular tubular pipe made of paper. The tip of the protruding part has a half-cut section with a width of 20-30 mm, a boundary line between the corrugated cardboard flat sheet and the protruding part, and a crease line that allows the protruding part to be folded along the width line of the part where it is raised three-dimensionally. Cut lines are provided in the rectangular corrugated cardboard flat sheet with a cut line that is the width of the rectangular tubular pipe and the protruding part with a cut line that is the width of the rectangular tubular pipe, so that the protruding part is raised three-dimensionally, thus forming a three-dimensional joint locking function when joined to the rectangular tubular pipe. A rectangular cutout is provided in the center of the corrugated cardboard sheet, and a new decorative flat panel is attached to the entire surface to increase both decorative appeal and strength. In addition, one to five three-dimensional joint locking functions are provided on one side of the corrugated cardboard sheet to strengthen the bond.

[0016] The paper rectangular pipes that constitute the skeletal frame members that maintain the strength of the simple corrugated cardboard products are rectangular pipes made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard with a thickness of 2 to 4 mm and a length of 100 to 2000 mm. They are selectively cut according to the length of the simple corrugated cardboard product group and used according to the dimensions of the desired product group. The resin corner fittings are connectors that can join the selectively cut rectangular rectangular pipes in various directions and form a skeletal member that can be inserted in 2 to 6 directions. The front, back, side, top, top, and bottom surfaces of the skeletal member are selectively fitted according to the shape of the product, and a three-dimensional joining locking function part, which is a corrugated cardboard plate with a connecting assembly kit section to which a flat plate panel is attached, is attached without adhesive, and the decorative flat plate panel is attached to the entire surface of the skeletal member to enhance its decorative appeal.

[0017] This simple corrugated cardboard product, which consists of a flat panel decorated on its entire surface, is attached to a skeletal structure by fitting and joining corrugated cardboard sheets with a three-dimensional joining locking mechanism without the use of adhesive. It can be used as a simple partition, screen, storage container for goods, exhibition hall storage box, explanatory table, document stand, explanatory document display board, or sample stand. After use, it can be disassembled and stored as corrugated cardboard processed parts, or corrugated cardboard sheets with the joining assembly kit attached to the flat panel, paper rectangular pipes, and resin corner fittings. [Effects of the Invention]

[0018] This invention constructs a box-shaped container and display supplies by combining a three-dimensional joining lock function part of a cardboard flat plate with a joining assembly kit, a cardboard flat plate processed part having a joinable part, a paper square tube-shaped pipe, and a resin corner fitting, thereby constituting a skeletal member composed of a box-shaped container and a frame for display items. Optionally, among the front, back, side, etc. of the skeletal member, the cardboard flat plate with a connection assembly kit can be fitted and fixed without an adhesive and can be easily disassembled, so that a simple container that is not used long-term as a simple cardboard product and a temporary display tool can be easily assembled and configured, and can also be disassembled and stored. Also, by variously changing each part of the cardboard processed part, the paper square tube-shaped pipe, the resin corner fitting, and the flat plate panel, it has become possible to easily manufacture box-shaped containers, display items, and screen products with different shapes, dimensions, and surface patterns. Also, since the product was also able to withstand strength, it was also able to store various articles and instruments.
