[0015] [First Example of Implementation] The first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 14. FIG.

[0016] The fire grille 1 is installed on the outdoor side of a window device 2 that is installed facing a common corridor in an apartment building, for example, and has the function of automatically swinging open in the event of a fire inside the room, so as not to impede heat dissipation from the window device 2. Below, the structure of the window device 2 will be briefly explained, and then the structure of the fire grille 1 will be explained in detail.

[0017] Window Device As shown in Figure 2, the window device 2 comprises a rectangular window frame 3, and an inner screen 4 and an outer screen 5 which are fitted inside the window frame 3 in a sliding manner so that they can move in the in-plane direction (horizontally). In addition, the outer side in the in-plane direction refers to the outer side in the width direction (left and right direction) of the window frame 3, and the inner side in the in-plane direction refers to the center side in the width direction of the window frame 3.

[0018] The window frame 3 comprises an upper frame 6 arranged in the in-plane direction of the opening in the frame and constituting the upper side, a lower frame 7 arranged in the in-plane direction and constituting the lower side, and a pair of vertical frames 8 arranged vertically and constituting the left and right vertical sides. The in-plane ends of the upper frame 6 and the lower frame 7 are connected to the top and bottom ends of the pair of vertical frames 8 using tapping screws or the like to form the window frame 3 into a rectangular frame (a square frame with right-angled corners). Each of the upper frame 6, lower frame 7 and vertical frames 8 is made of an aluminum alloy.

[0019] The inner screen 4 and the outer screen 5 are composed of rectangular screen frames 9a, 9b and rectangular glass panels 10a, 10b fitted inside the screen frames 9a, 9b. Each of the frames (upper frame, lower frame, door end frame, and door frame) that make up the screen frames 9a, 9b is made of aluminum alloy.

[0020] The inner screen 4 is set into the indoor side of the window frame 3 so that it can move in the in-plane direction. For this purpose, the upper edge of the screen frame 9a of the inner screen 4 is engaged with an upper guide rail 11a provided on the indoor side of the upper frame 6, and the roller 12a provided on the lower edge of the screen frame 9a of the inner screen 4 is engaged with a lower guide rail 13a provided on the indoor side of the lower frame 7.

[0021] The outer screen 5 is set into the outdoor portion of the window frame 3 so that it can move in the in-plane direction. For this purpose, the upper edge of the screen frame 9b of the outer screen 5 is engaged with the upper guide rail 11b provided on the outdoor portion of the upper frame 6, and the roller 12b provided on the lower edge of the screen frame 9b of the outer screen 5 is engaged with the lower guide rail 13b provided on the outdoor portion of the lower frame 7.

[0022] The window device 2 of this example further includes a screen door screen 14. The screen door screen 14 is set into the window frame 3 at a portion (outdoor end) further toward the outside than the portion where the outer screen 5 is set, so that it can move in the in-plane direction.

[0023] In this example, a sliding window device 2 is used as the window device, however, when implementing the present invention, the structure of the window device is not limited to the sliding type, and other structures such as a fixed window, an inward-opening window, or an inward-tilting window can also be used.

[0024] <Overall structure of fireproof grille> The fire grille 1 is installed on the outdoor side of a window device 2 to ensure crime prevention and privacy, and broadly comprises a grille body 15, a pair of mounting brackets 16, a locking mechanism 17, and a release mechanism 18.

[0025] The grille body 15 is attached to the outdoor side of the vertical frame 8 that constitutes the window frame 3 of the window device 2 by a pair of mounting brackets 16 so as to be able to open and close, and is normally held in a closed position (a position that is arranged parallel to the window device 2 and completely covers the window device 2 from the outdoor side) by a locking mechanism 17, but in the event of a fire, the locking mechanism 17 is released by a release mechanism 18 and the grille body 15 is swung open. It is also possible to manually open the grille body 15 when performing maintenance on the window device 2. Each of the components that constitute the fire grille 1 of this example will be described in detail below.

[0026] {Lattice panel body} The grille body 15 includes a frame body 19 formed in a rectangular frame shape, and a plurality of louvers 20 supported inside the frame body 19 so as to be openable and closable.

[0027] The frame body 19 includes an upper frame 21 constituting the upper side, a lower frame 22 constituting the lower side, and a pair of vertical frames 23a, 23b constituting the left and right vertical sides. The in-plane ends of the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 are connected to the up-down ends of the pair of vertical frames 23a, 23b using tapping screws or the like, thereby forming the frame body 19 into a rectangular frame. Each of the upper frame 21, the lower frame 22, and the vertical frames 23a, 23b is made of an aluminum alloy and has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape.

[0028] The louvers 20 are strip-shaped members having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and are arranged vertically with their longitudinal direction facing the in-plane direction. The multiple louvers 20 arranged vertically are parallel to each other. Both in-plane ends of the louvers 20 are rotatably supported (pivoted) to a pair of vertical frames 23a, 23b using support pins 24. In order to synchronously open and close the multiple louvers 20, the support pins 24 supporting one in-plane end of the louvers 20 are connected to each other by a crank arm and an interlocking rod (not shown). This allows the multiple louvers 20 to be synchronously opened and closed as shown in (A) and (B) of FIG. 3 by operating the operating lever 25 provided on the louvers 20 arranged in the vertical middle. The blade angle of the louvers 20 can be adjusted between 0 degrees ((A) of FIG. 3) which is a fully closed state and 90 degrees ((B) of FIG. 3) which is a fully open state.

[0029] Mounting bracket The mounting brackets 16 are provided in pairs (two) and are mounting fittings used to attach the grille body 15 to the left and right vertical frames 8 that constitute the window frame 3 of the window device 2. The pair of mounting brackets 16 have symmetrical shapes and are disposed parallel to each other and spaced apart in the in-plane direction.

[0030] In this example, in order to enable the grille body 15 to be opened in the event of a fire and during maintenance work on the window device 2 (particularly the screen door 14), each of the pair of mounting brackets 16 is made up of two members, a first mounting bracket 26 and a second mounting bracket 27. Note that when implementing the present invention, if the grille body is to be made openable only in the event of a fire, the mounting bracket 16 can be made up of a single member (only the first mounting bracket 26).

[0031] As shown in Fig. 4, the first mounting bracket 26 is a plate-like member having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and has substantially the same overall length (vertical dimension) as the vertical frame 8. As a result, the first mounting bracket 26 covers the space between the outdoor side of the vertical frame 8 and the indoor side of the left and right vertical frames 23a, 23b that constitute the lattice main body 15, thereby improving visibility from the outdoor side. The first mounting bracket 26 has a protruding plate portion 29 having a locking groove 28 at its indoor side end, and a mounting plate portion 30 that is bent at a substantially right angle inward in the in-plane direction from the outdoor side end of the protruding plate portion 29. The locking groove 28 is provided over the entire length of the first mounting bracket 26, and is open to the outside in the in-plane direction. Such a first mounting bracket 26 is attached to the outdoor side of the vertical frame 8 by pressing a fin-shaped locking piece 31 provided on the outdoor end of the vertical frame 8 into the inside of the locking groove 28 and clamping the locking piece 31 from both indoor and outdoor sides by the inner surfaces of the locking groove 28. Note that the first mounting bracket does not have to have approximately the same overall length as the vertical frame 8, and multiple piece-shaped first mounting brackets with small vertical dimensions, as described in, for example, JP 2001-173332 A, may be used.

[0032] The second mounting bracket 27 is a plate-like member having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and has substantially the same overall length (vertical dimension) as the first mounting bracket 26. The second mounting bracket 27 is disposed on the outdoor side of the mounting plate section 30 constituting the first mounting bracket 26, and has a base plate section 32 disposed approximately parallel to the mounting plate section 30, and a guide plate section 33 bent at approximately a right angle to the outdoor side from the outer end section in the in-plane direction of the base plate section 32. The guide plate section 33 is disposed on the outer side in the in-plane direction of the left and right vertical frames 23a, 23b when the grille main body 15 is held in the closed position.

[0033] In this example, the upper end of each of the second mounting brackets 27 is supported rotatably relative to the upper end of each of the first mounting brackets 26. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper end of the mounting plate portion 30 constituting the first mounting bracket 26 and the upper end of the base portion 32 constituting the second mounting bracket 27 are connected to each other using an upper hinge 34. As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, during maintenance work on the window device 2, the grille body 15 can be swung open around a rotation axis arranged at the top of the grille body 15, like a so-called protruding window. At this time, the upper end of the grille body 15 becomes the rotating end, and the lower end becomes the free end. When the grille body 15 is swung open in this way, the second mounting bracket 27 operates integrally with the grille body 15.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 7, the upper hinge 34 is composed of a pair of mounting plates 35a, 35b and a pin 36 which is a pivot shaft. Of the pair of mounting plates 35a, 35b, the one mounting plate 35a which is fixed to the first mounting bracket 26 has a pair of screw holes 37 and a pair of support tube parts 38 for supporting both ends of the pin 36 at one longitudinal end (upper end in the mounted state). In contrast, of the pair of mounting plates 35a, 35b, the other mounting plate 35b which is fixed to the second mounting bracket 27 has a pair of lower holes 39 and a hook part 40 which is bent into a substantially U-shape at one longitudinal end (upper end in the mounted state). The upper hinge 34 is assembled by arranging the hook part 40 provided on the other mounting plate 35b between the pair of support tube parts 38 and engaging it with the axial middle part of the pin 36. Both ends of the pin 36 are crimped and deformed to prevent the pin 36 from falling off. In this example, the hook portion 40 of the other mounting plate 35b fixed in advance to the second mounting bracket 27 (grid body 15) is engaged with the pin 36 supported by one mounting plate 35a fixed in advance to the first mounting bracket 26. This forms the upper hinge 34, which connects the upper end of the mounting plate portion 30 of the first mounting bracket 26 and the upper end of the base plate portion 32 of the second mounting bracket 27 so as to be rotatable about the pin 36.

[0035] Except when maintenance is being performed, the first mounting bracket 26 and the second mounting bracket 27 are fixed together with a fixing screw 58, as shown in Fig. 3 (A) and (B). Therefore, a maintenance worker can swing open the grille body 15 (and the second mounting bracket 27) only after removing the fixing screw 58. This allows replacement of the screen door screen 14 provided in the window frame 3, cleaning of the glass panels 10a, 10b fitted in the screen frames 9a, 9b, etc. Note that instead of the screen door screen 14 provided in the window frame 3, a screen door provided in the grille, such as that described in JP 2012-41731 A, can also be used.

[0036] In this example, both in-plane ends of the lower end of the grille body 15 are rotatably supported with respect to the lower ends of the second mounting brackets 27 as described above. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the lower end of the base plate portion 32 constituting the second mounting bracket 27 and the lower ends of the left and right vertical frames 23a, 23b constituting the grille body 15 are connected to each other using the lower hinge 41. As a result, as shown in FIG. 9, in the event of a fire, the grille body 15 can be swung open around a pivot shaft arranged at the bottom of the grille body 15, like a so-called outward tilting window. At this time, the lower end of the grille body 15 becomes the pivot end, and the upper end becomes the free end. When the grille body 15 is swung open in this way, the second mounting bracket 27 is integrated with the first mounting bracket 26. In this way, in this example, the opening pattern of the grille body 15 differs between the event of a fire and the event of maintenance work.

[0037] As shown in Fig. 10, the lower hinge 41 is composed of a pair of mounting plates 42a, 42b and a pin 43 which is a pivot shaft. Of the pair of mounting plates 42a, 42b, the one mounting plate 42a which is fixed to the second mounting bracket 27 has a pair of screw holes 44 and has a pair of support cylinders 45a at one longitudinal end (the lower end in the mounted state) for supporting both ends of the pin 43. In contrast, of the pair of mounting plates 42a, 42b, the other mounting plate 42b which is fixed to the grille main body 15 has a pair of lower holes 46 and has a support cylinder 45b at one longitudinal end (the lower end in the mounted state) for supporting the middle part of the pin 43. The lower hinge 41 is assembled by coaxially arranging one support cylinder 45b provided on one mounting plate 42b between a pair of support cylinders 45a provided on one mounting plate 42a, and inserting a pin 43 through these three support cylinders 45a, 45b. Note that both ends of the pin 43 are crimped and deformed to prevent the pin 43 from falling off. By using the above-mentioned lower hinge 41, the lower ends of the vertical frames 23a, 23b of the grille main body 15 and the lower end of the base plate portion 32 of the second mounting bracket 27 are connected so as to be rotatable about the pin 43.

[0038] Under normal circumstances, to prevent the grille body 15 from swinging open around a pivot shaft (pin 43) located at the bottom, the grille body 15 is held in the closed position by a locking mechanism 17. The locking mechanism 17 for holding the grille body 15 in the closed position and the release mechanism 18 for releasing the locking mechanism 17 are described below.

[0039] Locking mechanism The locking mechanism 17 is for holding the grille body 15 in the closed position, and includes a pair of bracket-side engaging portions 47 and a pair of grille-side engaging portions 48.

[0040] As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 11, each of the bracket side engagement parts 47 has a substantially L-shaped cross section, and is attached to the upper end of the base plate part 32 constituting the second mounting bracket 27. The bracket side engagement parts 47 include a fixing plate part 49 fixed to the outdoor side of the base plate part 32, and a hook part 50 bent at a substantially right angle from the upper end of the fixing plate part 49 towards the outdoor side. The fixing plate part 49 is fixed to the outdoor side of the base plate part 32 via a mounting base 51. The hook parts 50 have a substantially L-shape in plan view, and each has a protrusion part 52 at the outdoor side end (tip part) that protrudes outward in the in-plane direction.

[0041] Each of the grille-side engagement parts 48 is provided inside the upper ends of the left and right vertical frames 23a, 23b that make up the grille body 15. The grille-side engagement parts 48 are formed by the shaft parts of engagement bolts 53 that are arranged with their axial direction facing up and down. An opening 78 into which the hook part 50 can be inserted is formed in the part of the left and right vertical frames 23a, 23b that is located on the outdoor side of the grille-side engagement parts 48 (engagement bolts 53).

[0042] 11, when the grille body 15 is in the closed state, the hook portion 50 constituting the bracket side engagement portion 47 is inserted inside through the openings 78 provided in the vertical frames 23a, 23b, and the protrusion portion 52 provided on the hook portion 50 is engaged from the outdoor side with the shaft portion of the engagement bolt 53 constituting the grille side engagement portion 48. This prevents the grille body 15 from swinging open around the pivot shaft (pin 43) located at the bottom, and holds the grille body 15 in the closed position.

[0043] 《Release mechanism》 The release mechanism 18 automatically releases the locked state set by the locking mechanism 17 in the event of a fire, and is housed inside the upper frame 21 that constitutes the grille body 15, as shown in Figures 12 and 13. The release mechanism 18 includes a temperature sensor 54 for detecting temperature, and a mechanism body 55 that releases the locking mechanism 17 when the temperature sensor 54 detects that a predetermined temperature has been reached.

[0044] The temperature sensor 54 is a thermal fuse made of a thin metal plate such as a copper alloy, which melts when a predetermined temperature (for example, about 60° C. to 120° C.) is reached.

[0045] The mechanism body 55 includes a pair of release arms 56a, 56b arranged with their longitudinal direction facing the in-plane direction, and a pressing part 57 that presses the pair of release arms 56a, 56b outward in the in-plane direction (tip side). The inner ends (base ends) of the pair of release arms 56a, 56b in the in-plane direction are connected to each other by a temperature sensor 54 which is a thermal fuse. Therefore, when the temperature sensor 54 detects that a predetermined temperature has been reached and melts, the connection between the pair of release arms 56a, 56b is released, and the pair of release arms 56a, 56b are allowed to move outward in the in-plane direction.

[0046] Each of the release arms 56a, 56b is formed by connecting multiple members in series in the in-plane direction, and is provided at its outer end (tip) in the in-plane direction with an engagement bolt 53 that constitutes the grille-side engagement portion 48. The release arms 56a, 56b are provided, in order from the outside to the inside in the in-plane direction, with outer plate portions 59a, 59b, tension springs 60a, 60b, intermediate plate portions 61a, 61b, and inner plate portions 62a, 62b.

[0047] Each of the outer plate portions 59a, 59b is a flat member having an engagement bolt 53 at its outer end in the in-plane direction and an inner end in the in-plane direction connected to a tension spring 60a, 60b. Each of the outer plate portions 59a, 59b has an oval guide hole 63 at its middle in the in-plane direction. A guide pin 64 fixed to the upper frame 21 is inserted into the guide hole 63. This allows the outer plate portions 59a, 59b to move parallel to the upper frame 21 in the in-plane direction, but prevents relative displacement in the indoor / outdoor direction.

[0048] The tension springs 60a, 60b elastically connect the inner end of the outer plate parts 59a, 59b in the in-plane direction and the outer end of the intermediate plate parts 61a, 61b in the in-plane direction. The tension springs 60a, 60b apply a force pulling the outer plate parts 59a, 59b inward in the in-plane direction. This elastically presses the engagement bolts 53 provided on the outer plate parts 59a, 59b against the hook parts 50 constituting the bracket side engagement part 47, preventing the engagement between the bracket side engagement part 47 and the grille side engagement part 48 from being accidentally released. In addition, when the grille main body 15 is swung around the pivot shaft (pin 43) arranged at the bottom to return the grille main body 15 from the open position to the closed position, the tension springs 60a, 60b each extend, allowing the engagement bolts 53 to be guided by the protrusions 52 of the hook parts 50 and to move outward in the in-plane direction. Therefore, it is possible to engage the bracket side engaging parts 47 and the grille side engaging parts 48 simply by returning (swinging) the grille body 15 from the open position to the closed position.

[0049] Each of the intermediate plate portions 61a, 61b is a flat plate-shaped member, with its outer in-plane end connected to a tension spring 60a, 60b and its inner in-plane end fixed to the outer in-plane ends of the inner plate portions 62a, 62b by screws.

[0050] Each of the inner plate portions 62a, 62b is a plate-like member having a crank-shaped cross section, and includes lower plates 65a, 65b and upper plates 66a, 66b arranged parallel to each other, and vertical plates 67a, 67b connecting the lower plates 65a, 65b and the upper plates 66a, 66b. Each of the inner plate portions 62a, 62b has the lower plates 65a, 65b arranged on the outer side in the in-plane direction fixed to the inner ends of the intermediate plate portions 61a, 61b in the in-plane direction by screws.

[0051] Under normal circumstances, the inner plate portion 62a constituting one release arm portion 56a and the inner plate portion 62b constituting the other release arm portion 56b are butted against each other at their inner ends in the in-plane direction and are connected to each other by the temperature sensor 54. As shown in Figures 12 and 14, an accommodation space 68 is formed between the pair of inner plate portions 62a, 62b.

[0052] A pressing portion 57 for pressing the pair of release arms 56a, 56b outward in the in-plane direction is disposed in the accommodation space 68. The pressing portion 57 includes a pair of compression springs 69a, 69b and a base portion 70. The base portion 70 is configured in a rectangular tube shape and is fixed to the center of the accommodation space 68 in the in-plane direction by a mounting screw 71. The compression springs 69a, 69b are disposed in a compressed state between both in-plane side surfaces of the base portion 70 and the vertical plates 67a, 67b, respectively. In addition, in order to prevent the compression springs 69a, 69b from falling off the base portion 70 when the pair of release arms 56a, 56b are each moved outward in the in-plane direction by the pressing force of the pressing portion 57, anti-fall-out screws 72a, 72b, which are screwed into both in-plane side faces of the base portion 70, are inserted inside the compression springs 69a, 69b, respectively.

[0053] The temperature sensor 54, which is a temperature fuse, is positioned so as to straddle the upper surface of the upper plate 66a of the inner plate portion 62a that constitutes one release arm portion 56a, and the upper surface of the upper plate 66b of the inner plate portion 62b that constitutes the other release arm portion 56b, and is fixed to the upper plates 66a, 66b by a pair of mounting screws 73a, 73b, respectively.

[0054] Under normal circumstances, temperature sensor 54 connects one release arm 56a and the other release arm 56b to each other and restricts the pair of release arms 56a, 56b from moving outward in the in-plane direction even by the pressing force of pressing portion 57, but in the event of a fire, when its own temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, it melts down and releases the connection state of the pair of release arms 56a, 56b. In other words, temperature sensor 54 in this example, which is a thermal fuse, not only performs the original function of a temperature sensor of detecting temperature, but also functions as a connecting member that connects one release arm 56a and the other release arm 56b to each other.

[0055] 12B and 13B, when the temperature sensor 54 melts and the connection state of the pair of release arms 56a, 56b is released, the pair of release arms 56a, 56b each move outward in the in-plane direction due to the pressing force of the pressing portion 57. As a result, the shaft portion of the engagement bolt 53 constituting the grille-side engagement portion 48 moves outward in the in-plane direction beyond the protrusion 52 of the hook portion 50 constituting the bracket-side engagement portion 47, and the engagement between the bracket-side engagement portion 47 and the grille-side engagement portion 48 is released.

[0056] In this example, in the event of a fire occurring indoors, in order to bring the temperature of the temperature sensor 54 itself closer to the temperature near the outdoor side of the window device 2 more quickly and accurately, an opening is formed in the upper frame 21 above the portion where the temperature sensor 54 is installed, and the opening is covered with a lid member 74, and the tip of a reaction assistant member (screw) 75 attached so as to penetrate the lid member 74 is brought into contact with the temperature sensor 54. This allows the temperature near the outdoor side of the window device 2 to be transmitted to the temperature sensor 54 by the reaction assistant member 75, part of which (head) is exposed to the outside from the upper frame 21.

[0057] In this example, as shown in FIG. 2, a biasing member 76 is provided between the grille body 15 and the second mounting bracket 27 to bias the grille body 15 toward the outdoor side so that the grille body 15 automatically swings open when the locking mechanism 17 is released by the release mechanism 18. Specifically, the biasing member 76, which is a compression coil spring, is attached to the upper end (the lower end portion of the mounting base 51) of the outdoor side of the base plate portion 32 constituting the second mounting bracket 27. When the grille body 15 is held in the closed position by the locking mechanism 17, the biasing member 76 is compressed between the outdoor side of the base plate portion 32 constituting the second mounting bracket 27 and the indoor side of the left and right vertical frames 23a, 23b constituting the grille body 15. Therefore, when the locking mechanism 17 is released by the release mechanism 18, the left and right vertical frames 23a, 23b are pushed out to the outdoor side by the biasing force of the biasing member 76, and the grille body 15 automatically swings open. The biasing member 76 can also be omitted by adjusting the position of the center of gravity of the grille body 15 (for example, by disposing the center of gravity on the outdoor side at the top).

[0058] In order to regulate the opening angle (opening degree) of the grille main body 15, as shown in Fig. 9, an angle regulating means 77 is provided between the grille main body 15 and the second mounting bracket 27. The angle regulating means 77 is made of a wire cut to a predetermined length, and both ends of the wire are fixed to the left and right vertical frames 23a and 23b constituting the grille main body 15 and the base plate portion 32 constituting the second mounting bracket 27, respectively. Therefore, when the grille main body 15 swings open, the angle regulating means 77 braces between the grille main body 15 and the second mounting bracket 27, regulating the opening angle of the grille main body 15. The opening angle of the grille main body 15 can be changed by changing the length of the wire, and the extent to which the opening angle is regulated can be appropriately determined based on the environment of the outdoor side (corridor) of the grille main body 15, and can be regulated to, for example, about 10 degrees to 40 degrees (30 degrees in this example).

[0059] According to the fire grille 1 of this embodiment as described above, even if a fire breaks out indoors with all the louvers 20 fully closed, heat dissipation from the window device 2 is not blocked. That is, when a fire breaks out in the room and the temperature sensor 54 detects that a predetermined temperature has been reached, the temperature sensor 54, which is a thermal fuse, melts itself and moves the pair of release arms 56a, 56b outward in the in-plane direction. Then, the lock mechanism 17 automatically releases the engagement between the bracket side engagement part 47 and the grille side engagement part 48, and the grille body 15 can be swung open around the pivot shaft (pin 43) located at the bottom. Therefore, the fire grille 1 of this example can prevent the heat dissipation from the window device 2 from being blocked. As a result, even if a fire breaks out in the room with all the louvers 20 fully closed, the heat dissipation from the window device 2 can be prevented from being blocked.

[0060] In particular, in this example, in the event of a fire, the grille body 15 can be swung open like a so-called outward-tilting window, widening the gap between the top of the window device 2 and the top of the grille body 15, allowing the rising high-temperature air to efficiently escape to the outside. This allows heat to be dissipated effectively from the window device 2. In addition, because the temperature sensor 54 is disposed inside the upper frame 21 that constitutes the upper side of the grille body 15, it is easier to increase the temperature of the temperature sensor 54 itself compared to when the temperature sensor is disposed in the lower frame 22 or vertical frames 23a, 23b.

[0061] In this example, under normal circumstances, the grille body 15 is held in the closed position by engaging the bracket-side engaging portion 47 provided on the mounting bracket 16 (second mounting bracket 27) with the grille-side engaging portion 48 provided inside the vertical frames 23a, 23b of the grille body 15, so that the locking mechanism 17 does not need to be exposed to the outside when the grille body 15 is in the closed state. Furthermore, the release mechanism 18 for releasing the locking mechanism 17 is also housed inside the upper frame 21 that constitutes the grille body 15, so it does not need to be exposed to the outside. This improves the design of the fire grille 1.

[0062] In addition, since a temperature fuse is used as the temperature sensor 54 constituting the release mechanism 18, the temperature sensor 54 can also function as a connecting member that connects the base ends of the pair of release arms 56a, 56b to each other. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts and also to make the device lighter. Furthermore, since the release mechanism 18 can be composed of the release arms 56a, 56b equipped with the lattice-side engagement portion 48 and the pressing portion 57 that presses the release arms 56a, 56b, the release mechanism 18 can be made small and composed of fewer parts.

[0063] Furthermore, in this example, the upper end of the mounting plate portion 30 constituting the first mounting bracket 26 and the upper end of the base portion 32 constituting the second mounting bracket 27 are connected to each other using an upper hinge 34, so that it is also possible to perform maintenance work on the window device 2 by swinging the grille body 15 open, like a so-called protruding window.

[0064] In the above embodiment, the opening pattern of the grille body in the event of a fire is described as a case in which the lower end of the grille body (frame body) is supported rotatably relative to the mounting bracket. Although it falls outside the technical scope of For example, as shown in Fig. 15(A), the upper end of the grille body 15 may be rotatably supported on the mounting bracket 16 so that the grille body 15 can be swung open like a so-called protruding window in the event of a fire, or as shown in Fig. 15(B), one of the left or right ends (left or right end) of the grille body 15 may be rotatably supported on the mounting bracket 16 so that the grille body 15 can be swung open like a so-called single-opening window in the event of a fire. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 15(C), one of the left or right ends of the two divided grille bodies 15a, 15b may be rotatably supported on the mounting bracket 16 so that the two grille bodies 15a, 15b can be swung open like a so-called double-opening window in the event of a fire.

[0065] As shown in Figure 15(A), when the upper end of the grille main body 15 is supported rotatably relative to the mounting bracket 16, a release mechanism can be housed inside the lower frame that constitutes the lower side of the grille main body 15. Also, as shown in Figures 15(B) and (C), when one of the left or right ends (left end or right end) of the grille main body 15, 15a, 15b is supported rotatably relative to the mounting bracket 16, a release mechanism can be housed inside the vertical frame that constitutes the free end located opposite the end that serves as the pivot end.

[0066] Furthermore, when implementing the present invention, multiple (for example, two) grille bodies 15, 15a, 15b can be arranged vertically side by side like a so-called stepped window, as shown in (A) to (C) of Figure 15. In this case, the mounting bracket 16 can be shared between the multiple grille bodies 15, 15a, 15b.

[0067] In the embodiment, the temperature sensor constituting the release means is described as being placed at the center of the upper frame in the in-plane direction, but the position of the temperature sensor is not particularly limited, and it may be placed biased toward the outer screen side (one side) or the inner screen side (the other side) in the in-plane direction. Also, the temperature sensor (temperature fuse) may be placed at the indoor end (the end closest to the window device) of the internal space of the upper frame.

[0068] In the embodiment, the case where the bracket-side engaging portion having a hook shape and the grille-side engaging portion having an axis shape are engaged has been described, but the shapes of the bracket-side engaging portion and the grille-side engaging portion are not particularly limited. For example, the bracket-side engaging portion may be shaped like an axis, and the grille-side engaging portion may be shaped like a hook.

[0069] In the embodiment, a case where a wire is used as the angle restriction means for restricting the opening angle of the grille body has been described, but the structure of the angle restriction means is not particularly limited, and for example, a link mechanism used in sliding windows can be used, or a hinge that can restrict the opening angle can be used. Also, a biasing means for biasing the grille body toward the outdoors can be used as the angle restriction means. [Explanation of symbols]
