Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly underwater buoy and a manufacturing method thereof, and in particular to an environmentally friendly underwater buoy that is manufactured by winding a wire containing a mixture of glass fiber and resin, etc., on the outside of a liner structure using a filament winding method, thereby enabling the external shape of the buoy structure to be stably maintained for a long period of time and minimizing underwater environmental pollution caused by damage to the buoy structure, and a manufacturing method thereof. [Background technology]

[0002] Generally, floating buoys are used in oceans, lakes, rivers, etc. to indicate specific positions on the water surface. These buoys are usually made of expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam) material, so that they float on the water by buoyancy and have a high resilience to always rise up immediately against external forces, like a floating old man. In particular, such marine buoys are usually Styrofoam buoys (or buoys) covered with nets or spherical plastic buoys that are directly connected to anchor lines. Fishermen then connect the marine buoys together to work with fishing nets, or set them up in seaweed and wakame seaweed farms.

[0003] Referring to Fig. 1, the above-mentioned conventional underwater buoy is composed of a floating specimen body (70) formed in a cylindrical shape with a certain diameter, grooves (71) formed in a certain size along the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of both ends of the floating specimen body (70), and fixing means (72) connected to the grooves (71) for connecting adjacent buoys. Here, the floating specimen body (70) is made of expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam) material, and the fixing means (72) is usually made of rope. Here, to explain the underwater buoy (73) in more detail, the underwater buoy (73) is manufactured in various shapes to be applied to various fishery styles, but most of them are usually cylindrical and have grooves (71) extending along the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface so that a rope can be wound around it and tied.

[0004] Meanwhile, the method of using the conventional underwater buoys is as follows: first, a number of floating specimens (70) made of polystyrene foam are moved to the ocean or other required locations, and then the floating specimens (70) are tied to the grooves (71) formed at both ends of the floating specimens (70) with ropes as the fixing means (72), completing the assembly of the underwater buoys (73). At this time, the underwater buoys (73) are made of polystyrene foam and have buoyancy in the water, so they float in the water at an appropriate height. Then, a connecting ring or iron wire (74) is attached to the ropes as the fixing means (71) of the underwater buoys (73) assembled as described above, and then the ropes are attached to the ropes of other adjacent floating specimens (73). The underwater buoys (73) assembled in the above manner are then installed in fishing nets or in seaweed or wakame seaweed farms.

[0005] However, the material of the conventional underwater buoys as described above is mostly polystyrene foam, which has weak physical properties and tends to become brittle, so that when used for a long time, for example, the part around which the rope is wound is easily broken and damaged by the influence of waves and wind in the ocean, and the bigger problem is that the polystyrene foam of the broken buoy breaks into thousands of small pieces and accumulates on the seabed, which acts as a factor of severely polluting the underwater environment. Not only that, but it is pushed along the coast by waves and wind and left everywhere, causing problems such as severely damaging the aesthetics. Furthermore, when the conventional underwater buoys as described above break, they spread as fine polystyrene pieces floating in the seawater and are eaten by fish, resulting in secondary damage to humans. [0025] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0026] FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram illustrating one embodiment of a composite buoy made of an environmentally friendly underwater buoy of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram illustrating another embodiment of a composite buoy made of an environmentally friendly underwater buoy of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a photograph illustrating an example of a liner body of an environmentally friendly underwater buoy of the present invention, FIGS. 5(a) and (b) are explanatory diagrams that further specifically explain one embodiment of FIG. 2, FIGS. 6(a) and (b) are explanatory diagrams that further specifically explain another embodiment of FIG. 3, FIGS. 7(a) and (b) are explanatory diagrams that further explain an example of a filament winding pattern during the manufacturing process of an environmentally friendly underwater buoy of the present invention, FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram that further explains the usage state of a simplified version applied to the embodiment of FIG. 5(a), FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram that further explains the usage state of a simplified version applied to the embodiment of FIG. 6(a), and FIG. 10 is a flowchart of the present invention.

[0027] Referring to Figures 2 to 6, the underwater buoy of the present invention includes a liner body (1) having a hollow interior, a winding member (2) that is welded to the outer surface of the liner body (1) using a winding method to cushion external impacts, and a buoy connector (4) that is embedded into both ends of the liner body (1) and connects adjacent underwater buoys (3) to each other.

[0028] Here, the liner body (1) can be made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) material. HDPE (high density polyethylene) is a polyethylene with a density of 0.95 or more that has little branching and high crystallinity, and is excellent in hardness, mechanical strength, and heat resistance, but is somewhat inferior in processability. There are two industrial methods for manufacturing HDPE: the low-pressure method (Ziegler method) using alkylaluminum-titanium halide as a catalyst, and the medium-pressure method (Phillips method) using silica-alumina-chromia as a catalyst. HDPE is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly plastic with no detectable environmental hormones, and has excellent strength, so it is mainly used to make disposable shopping bags, various containers, toys, etc., but HDPE is also <1> Safety: No detectable levels of bisphenol, phthalate, or melamine, which are environmental hormones. <2> Durability: It is heavy, does not tip over easily, and does not break easily even if dropped. <3> Heat resistance: It has no surface coating, has high heat resistance, and can be used in dishwashers.

[0029] Furthermore, the winding member (2) is a structure that is wound with a wire made of glass fiber mixed with a hardener and a resin, and is integrally formed on the outer surface of the liner body (1).

[0030] In addition, in one embodiment, as shown in Figures 5(a) and (b), the buoy attachment body (4) is embedded into both ends of the liner body (1) when the liner body (1) is molded, and is composed of a rod-shaped threaded rod (5A) with a male screw thread formed on the outer surface of one end of the body, a bushing member (7) composed of a cylindrical plate (6A) with a certain diameter formed integrally with the lower part of the threaded rod (5A), and a first nut fastening hole (8) that penetrates the inside to the rear end with a certain diameter so that the threaded rod (5A) of the bushing member (7) is inserted and a nut is fastened at the rear end, and a connecting ring (10) formed in a ring shape so that it can be rotatably fixed to both outer ends of the body part (9) and can be connected to other objects.

[0031] Here, the first nut fastening hole (8) has an internal thread formed therein so as to be fastened to the threaded rod (5A) of the bushing member (7) by a screw.

[0032] As another example of the buoy attachment (4), as shown in Figures 6(a) and (b), a threaded rod (5B) is embedded into both ends of the liner body (1) when the liner body (1) is molded, protruding outward in a rod shape and having a fixing hole (11) formed on one side of the end, a bushing member (7) made of a cylindrical plate (6B) having a certain diameter formed integrally with the lower part of the threaded rod (5B), and a fixing wire (12) that is inserted into the fixing hole (11) of the bushing member (7) and serves as a hook.

[0033] Here, the fixing wire (12) can be fixed in the fixing hole with a slight gap therebetween or without any gap therebetween.

[0034] The bushing member (7) and the buoy assembly (4) can be made of a rust-free alloy or stainless steel (STS) material.

[0035] On the other hand, the underwater buoy (3) according to the present invention can be manufactured with each component in various colors for good visibility.

[0036] Next, a manufacturing method of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration will be described.

[0037] As shown in FIG. 10, the present invention includes a first process (S2) in which a liner body having a certain shape is molded and produced using a liner blower machine in an initial state (S1), and a second process (S3) in which a liner framing process is performed to heat-treat the outer surface of the liner body with plasma after the first process (S2). After the second process (S3), a shaft is fastened to the bushing member formed in the liner body, and a glass fiber wire mixed with a hardener and a resin is molded in a set pattern on the outer surface of the liner body. The method includes a third process (S4) in which the composite buoy is wound using the filament winding method to form a composite buoy in the form of an underwater buoy, a fourth process (S5) in which the composite buoy is dried after the third process (S4) by repeatedly transferring and rotating it inside a drying oven, and then cooled at room temperature for a certain period of time, and the shaft is separated from the composite buoy, and various tests including a pressure test are performed, and a fifth process (S6) in which the buoy combination bodies set on both sides of the composite buoy that has passed the test after the fourth process (S5) are connected to complete the underwater buoy.

[0038] The first process (S2) includes a liner molding step in which a liner body having a certain shape is molded and produced using a liner blower machine (not shown) and a bushing member is embedded and molded at both ends of the liner body; a scrap removing step in which, when the liner body is taken out from the liner molding step, the removed liner body is transported to a set location via a conveyor (not shown) and marks and scraps generated on the outer surface of the liner body are removed; and a liner maturation drying step in which the liner body from which the scraps have been removed after the scrap removing step is dried and maturated again by a conveyor (not shown) at a set time and temperature, and then a process of marking dimensions is performed.

[0039] Meanwhile, the second process (S3) further includes a liner framing process in which the outer surface of the liner body is heat-treated using oxygen plasma.

[0040] Furthermore, the third process (S4) includes a shaft fastening step of fastening a shaft to a bushing member formed in the liner body, and a filament winding step of passing a plurality of glass fiber strands or wires, for example, 12 glass fiber strands or wires, through a mixing module (not shown) to mix them with a resin and a hardener, and then filament winding the mixed glass fiber wires in a set pattern on the outer surface of the liner body to form a composite buoy in the form of an underwater buoy.

[0041] In addition, the fourth step (S5) includes a buoy drying step in which the composite buoy is moved to a drying oven by a moving means (not shown) connected to the shaft, and is dried by repeatedly moving and rotating inside the drying oven; a cooling step in which the composite buoy that has been dried after the buoy drying step is exposed to air at room temperature for a certain period of time, for example, 15 to 40 minutes, to perform a cooling (or cooling) process; and a final inspection step in which the shaft is separated from the composite buoy that has been cooled in the cooling step, and various set inspections including a pressure test are performed.

[0042] Meanwhile, the fifth step (S6) includes a process step of completing the underwater buoy according to the present invention by connecting a buoy attachment body, for example, a fixing wire or a connecting ring, to both sides of the composite buoy that has passed the inspection.

[0043] In other words, the manufacturing process of the underwater buoy of the present invention begins with forming and producing a liner body (1) having a certain shape using a liner blower machine (not shown) in the first step (S2), and embedding and molding bushing members (7) at both ends of the liner body (1). The liner body (1) thus formed is cylindrical in the same shape as the composite material container, and the liner body (1) refers to the cylinder before the winding step of the third step (S4) described below, and can be called a composite material container after the winding step. At this time, the liner body has bushing members (7) embedded integrally on both sides during liner blow molding.

[0044] Furthermore, when the liner body 1 formed as described above is taken out, the taken-out liner body 1 is transported to a set location via a conveyor (not shown), and then a process of removing marks and scraps generated on the outer surface of the liner body 1 is carried out. At this time, in the scrap removing process, the scraps are removed manually or by using a scrap removing device.

[0045] The liner body (1) from which the scrap has been removed is again moved by a conveyer (not shown) and dried and aged at a set time and temperature, and then a process of recording the dimensions is carried out. That is, the liner body (1) from which the scrap has been removed is again moved by a conveyer to the aging place and left at room temperature for, for example, 4 to 6 hours, and the liner body (1) made of HDPE as described above is dried and aged firmly while remaining at room temperature for a certain period of time. Then, the dimensions of the liner body (1) aged as described above are inspected, i.e., the total length and outer diameter are measured, and the measured dimensions are input into a computer (not shown).

[0046] Meanwhile, when the liner body (1) is taken out as described above, the outer surface of the liner body (1) is heat-treated with plasma in the second process (S3), and in this liner plating process, the outer surface of the liner body (1) is heat-treated using oxygen plasma. The reason for doing so is to enhance the effect of the winding process on the glass fiber to reinforce the strength of the outer surface of the liner body (1). That is, when the outer surface of the liner is heat-treated using oxygen plasma as described above, oxygen radicals, atoms, and molecules are irradiated with high energy onto the liner surface made of HDPE material, so that the outer surface of the liner body (1) becomes activated and charged, and becomes in an activated state so that it can be strongly bonded to the glass fiber in the winding step of the third process (S4) described later.

[0047] In the third step (S4), in order to facilitate the filament winding process, a shaft (13) is fastened to a bushing member (7) formed in the liner body (1). After fastening the shaft as described above, a number of glass fiber strands or wires, for example 12 glass fiber strands or wires, are passed through a mixing module (not shown) to be mixed with resin and hardener, and the mixed glass fiber wires are filament-wound in a set pattern on the outer surface of the liner body (1) as shown in Fig. 7(a) and (b) to form a composite buoy (3) having the shape of an underwater buoy.

[0048] In other words, in the third process (S4), since the surface of the liner body (1) has been heat-treated with plasma in the second process (S3), the glass fiber wire mixed with the hardener and resin is wound and easily bonded and integrated, and the cylinder with enhanced strength is called an environmentally friendly composite buoy (3). Therefore, an environmentally friendly composite buoy is manufactured by performing the winding process as described above, and this composite buoy has the same outer shape as the raw material liner body (1), but unlike the liner body (1), it has sufficient strength to withstand pressure.

[0049] In addition, in the fourth step (S5), the composite buoy (3) that has undergone the winding process is moved to a drying oven (not shown) by a moving means (not shown) connected to the shaft (13) and dried. At this time, the drying oven is maintained at a constant temperature, for example, between 70°C and 90°C, by an indirect heating method using a heater and a fan, and the moving means repeats the transfer and rotation of the composite buoy (3) inside the drying oven to dry the composite buoy (3) for, for example, 70 to 90 minutes. At this time, the moving means repeats the transfer and transportation process while rotating the composite buoy (3) so that the glass fiber and resin wound on the outer surface of the composite buoy (3) are not biased to one side. After the buoy drying is completed as described above, the composite buoy (3) is exposed to room temperature for a certain time, for example, 15 to 40 minutes, to perform a cooling or cooling process. The reason for cooling or cooling as described above is to lower the surface temperature of the composite buoy (3) to 35°C or less, and the composite buoy (3) is transported on a cooling conveyor (not shown) and left to stand at room temperature for a certain period of time. Meanwhile, when the cooling process is completed in the fourth step (S5), the shaft (13) is separated from the composite buoy (3). At this time, the separated shaft (13) returns to the initial shaft fastening stage by the conveyor. When the shaft (13) is separated as described above, a pressure test is performed. This pressure test is a process of testing the composite buoy (3) for leaks (or leaking parts) by applying a certain time and pressure to the composite buoy (3) in a water tank, i.e., underwater. After the pressure test, a visual inspection machine is used to check whether there is a defect in the composite buoy (3), and a process of checking and recording the dimensions is performed, and only good composite buoys (3) are allowed to pass.

[0050] Meanwhile, in the fifth step (S6), the buoy attachment members (4) are set on both sides of the composite buoy (3) that has passed the inspection, for example, fixed wires (12) or attachment rings (10) are connected to both sides of the composite buoy (3), thereby completing the underwater buoy (3) according to the present invention.

[0051] Here, there are two methods for connecting the buoy connector 4 to both sides of the underwater buoy 3 that has passed the inspection. First, as shown in Fig. 5, the threaded rod 5A of the bushing member 7 formed at both ends of the underwater buoy 3 is inserted into the first nut fastening hole 8 formed inside the connecting ring 10, and then protrudes through the rear end of the first nut fastening hole 8. Then, as described above, the nut 14 is fastened to the threaded rod 5A, 5B protruding from the rear end of the first nut fastening hole 8, so that the connecting ring 10 is connected to the underwater buoy 3. At this time, the connecting ring 10 is rotatably fixed at both outer ends of the main body 9 of the connecting ring 10 so that other objects, such as a rope, can be hung and connected.

[0052] In another embodiment in which the buoy connectors 4 are attached to both sides of the underwater buoy 3, a fixed wire 12 is inserted and fixed into the fixing hole 11 of the threaded rod 5B of the bushing member 7 formed on both ends of the underwater buoy 3, as shown in Fig. 6. In this case, the fixed wire 12 may be fixed to the fixing hole with a slight gap therebetween or without any gap therebetween.

[0053] Therefore, to further explain an example of the use of the eco-friendly buoy of the present invention as described above, for example, when one embodiment of the connecting rings referred to in (a) and (b) of Figures 5A and 5B is used in an actual work site, as shown in Figure 8, the connecting ring (10) of the eco-friendly buoy (3) is adjacent to another eco-friendly buoy (3), and then connecting members (15), such as connecting means such as ropes (or net connecting strings) or iron wires, are fitted and fixed to each connecting ring (10), so that the required work, such as the required fishing net or aquaculture work tools, can be completed and used.

[0054] In addition, when the fixed wire type embodiment mentioned in (a) and (b) of FIG. 6 is used in an actual work site, as shown in FIG. 9, another environmentally friendly buoy (3) can be adjacent to the fixed wire (12) of the environmentally friendly buoy (3) and then a connecting member (15), such as a rope (or a string for connecting nets) or an iron wire, can be fitted and fixed to each fixed wire (12) to complete the required work, such as the required fishing net or aquaculture work tool.

[0055] Therefore, according to the present invention, a wire containing a mixture of glass fiber and resin is wound on the outside of a liner structure by a filament winding method to manufacture an underwater buoy, and since the underwater buoy is made of a composite material, it is not damaged by various impacts in the water, and the outer shape of the buoy structure can be stably maintained for a long time, and environmental pollution in the water caused by damage to the buoy structure can be minimized. That is, since the underwater buoy is manufactured and installed using a composite material, it not only has a long life, but also has very strong impact resistance and does not deform due to water force or water pressure in the water, so that damage to fishing grounds and fishermen can be minimized, and even if it reaches the end of its life or is discarded, the underwater buoy can be recovered and recycled as building bricks and asphalt paving materials because it is made of an environmentally friendly material.

[0056] Furthermore, the present invention provides convenience for underwater work by forming metal connection means at both ends of the underwater buoy structure and having a structure for connecting other underwater buoy structures to each other, which allows easy fishing net work and aquaculture site installation work. Therefore, when using the underwater buoy of the present invention, for convenience of fishing net work and aquaculture site work, fishermen can easily fasten to other buoys by attaching iron wire to the bushing members of the buoy connection body that does not corrode at both ends of the buoy. Furthermore, the present invention can be manufactured in the colors desired by users, for example, fishermen, so that fishermen can use the underwater buoy to perform various fishing net work and configure aquaculture site, thereby meeting various needs of users.
