Abstract

To provide a hot-water supply system allowing for diagnosing a hot-water supply apparatus with simplicity and accuracy, and a method and program for diagnosing a hot-water supply apparatus.SOLUTION: A hot-water supply system includes a hot-water supply apparatus 1 having a controller 140 that acquires information about a use result of a hot-water supply circuit based on a use situation of the hot-water supply circuit during operation of the hot-water supply circuit and sends the information about the use result of the hot-water supply circuit to a diagnosing apparatus 2, in which the information about the use result of the hot-water supply circuit includes an integration time of use of the hot-water supply circuit from a setup of the hot-water supply apparatus. The diagnosing apparatus 2, if acquiring the information about the use result of the hot-water supply circuit by communication with the hot-water supply apparatus 1, calculates a use rate that is a ratio of an integration time of use of the hot-water supply circuit to the total time of use of the hot-water supply circuit previously assumed, using the acquired information about the use result of the hot-water supply circuit. The diagnosing apparatus predicts a remaining life of the hot-water supply circuit based on the calculated use rate of the hot-water supply circuit and displays the use rate and remaining life of the hot-water supply circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
