Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a car and an elevator. [Background technology]

[0002] Elevators that carry passengers up and down in their cars are equipped with a load detection device that detects the load of the car to prevent a load exceeding a standard value from being applied to the hoist, etc. As a conventional technique related to the load detection device, for example, the technique described in Patent Document 1 is known.

[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which a load detector is attached to a lower frame supporting the floor of a passenger car, an actuator is attached to the center of a load detection frame that displaces in synchronization with the sinking of multiple anti-vibration rubbers, and the distance between the actuator and the load detector is measured by the load detector. This load detector detects the load by calculating the amount of displacement of the load detection frame. Patent Document 1 also discloses a technology in which, in order to reduce deflection of the load detection frame due to local load on the car floor, a load detection frame is formed by a pair of parallel frames that are each spanned between two anti-vibration rubbers, and an actuator support frame that is spanned across the middle of the pair of parallel frames and has an actuator attached to its center, and low-rigidity parts that are lower in rigidity than other parts are provided at both ends of the pair of parallel frames. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2015-217993 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, in the technology described in Patent Document 1, in order to detect the load of the car, it is necessary to attach components such as a pair of parallel frames and an actuator support frame under the car floor. This has the disadvantage that the underfloor structure of the car becomes complicated. On the other hand, in order to simplify the underfloor structure of the car, it is effective to directly detect the displacement of the car floor using a sensor or the like. However, when the load of the car increases due to passengers getting on, etc., the car floor bends downward and flexes accordingly, which may result in the displacement of the car floor not being able to be detected accurately.

[0006] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a car and an elevator that can simplify the structure of a load detection device and reduce the effect of deflection of the car floor on the load detection device. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object of the present invention, the car of the present invention has a plate-shaped floor body and a car floor having a pair of side frames that are arranged at opposing positions across the floor body and support opposing ends of the floor body. The car also includes a car frame that supports the car floor via a vibration-proof member, and a load detection device that detects a load acting on the car floor based on the displacement of the car floor. The load detection device includes a detection plate that is fixed at both ends in an extension direction to the pair of side frames and configured to have a gap between it and the underside of the car floor, and has a detection surface on the opposite side to the surface that faces the underside of the car floor, and a load detector that is arranged facing the detection surface of the detection plate and can measure the distance between the detection surface. The car floor includes an upper floor member, a lower floor member that faces the upper floor member, and a plurality of floor reinforcing members that are arranged between the upper floor member and the lower floor member. The plurality of floor reinforcing members are fixed between the upper floor member and the lower floor member using an adhesive, and the detection plate is configured to be separated from the car floor at a position facing the load detector.

[0008] The elevator of the present invention has the above-mentioned car. Effect of the Invention

[0009] According to the present invention, the structure of the load detection device is simplified, and the influence of the deflection of the car floor on the load detection device can be reduced. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 9] FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of region E in FIG. 5. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] Hereinafter, an example of a car and an elevator according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the following example. In each of the drawings described below, the same reference numerals are used to denote common members.

[0012] First, the configuration of an elevator according to one embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter, referred to as the present embodiment) will be described with reference to Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing the elevator of the present embodiment.

[0013] In this embodiment, an elevator 1 of a so-called 2:1 roping system will be described as an example, as shown in Fig. 1. Note that the elevator of the present invention is not limited to an elevator of a 2:1 roping system, and can also be applied to an elevator of a 1:1 roping system.

[0014] As shown in Fig. 1, the elevator 1 has a car 3 that rises and falls in a hoistway, a main rope 2, a hoist 90, and a counterweight 5 suspended from the car 3 via the main rope 2. Hereinafter, the direction in which the car 3 and the counterweight 5 rise and fall is referred to as the up and down direction.

[0015] Passengers and luggage are carried on the car 3. Under-car pulleys 4A and 4B are provided at the bottom in the vertical direction of the car 3. A main rope 2 is wound around the under-car pulleys 4A and 4B. A weight-side pulley 6 is provided on the counterweight 5. The main rope 2 is wound around the weight-side pulley 6.

[0016] The hoisting machine 90 is installed at the top of the elevator shaft. The hoisting machine 90 has a sheave around which the main rope 2 is wound. The hoisting machine 90 raises and lowers the car 3 and the counterweight 5 in a bucket-like manner via the main rope 2.

[0017] One end of the main rope 2 is attached to the upper part of the hoistway. The main rope 2 extends from the upper part of the hoistway toward the car side pulleys 4A and 4B. The main rope 2 is then wound from one end around the car side pulleys 4A and 4B, the sheave of the hoisting machine 90, and the weight side pulley 6, in that order.

[0018] The other end of the main rope 2 extending from the weight-side pulley 6 toward the top of the hoistway is attached to the upper part of the hoistway, similar to the one end. When the hoisting machine 90 is driven, the car 3 and the counterweight 5 move up and down in the hoistway.

[0019] The car 3 also includes a car floor 10, which forms the floor surface of the car chamber 30, side panels 7, a ceiling 9, and a door section 8. The car 3 also includes a car frame 20 (see FIG. 2) that supports the car floor 10. The car floor 10 and the ceiling 9 are disposed opposite each other in the vertical direction. The side panels 7 are erected around the car floor 10 and the ceiling 9. An entrance is provided in one of the side panels 7 that surround the periphery of the car floor 10. A door section 8 is installed at this entrance so that it can be opened and closed. The car floor 10, the side panels 7, the ceiling 9, and the door section 8 form the car chamber 30 in which passengers and baggage are carried in the car 3.

[0020] Fig. 2 is an enlarged side view of the car 3 shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the arrangement of the car floor 10 in the car 3 as viewed from above, and Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the arrangement of the car floor 10 in the car 3 as viewed from below. Fig. 5 is a configuration diagram of the arrangement of the car floor 10 in the car 3 as viewed from the front. In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 2 to 5, the front-rear, up-down, and left-right directions are defined based on the line of sight of a user of the elevator 1 facing the car 3.

[0021] As shown in Fig. 2 to Fig. 4, the car 3 includes a car frame 20 and a car chamber 30 arranged inside the car frame 20. The floor of the car chamber 30 is formed by a car floor 10. The car 3 also includes a pulley mechanism 40 and a load detection device 60 (see Fig. 5).

[0022] [Basket frame] The car frame 20 has an upper frame 22 arranged at the top of the car chamber 30, a lower frame 23 arranged at the bottom of the car chamber 30, and a pair of vertical frames 21A, 21B that connect end portions of the upper frame 22 and the lower frame 23 at the side portions of the car chamber 30. The car frame 20 also has a pair of floor support beams 41A, 41B that support the car floor 10. The car frame 20 is disposed shifted forward from the center position of the car chamber 30 in the front-to-rear direction. A pair of under-car pulleys 4A, 4B are disposed at the center position of the car chamber 30 in the front-to-rear direction.

[0023] Both ends of the upper frame 22 in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction) are connected by bolts to the upper ends of the pair of vertical frames 21A, 21B. Both ends of the lower frame 23 in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction) are connected by bolts to the lower ends of the pair of vertical frames 21A, 21B. Suspended objects such as tail cords and compensation chains (not shown) are attached to the lower frame 23.

[0024] As shown in Fig. 4, the pair of floor support beams 41A, 41B are fixed by bolts to both left and right ends of the bottom frame 23. Vibration-proof members 46 are interposed between the pair of floor support beams 41A, 41B and the car floor 10. The pair of floor support beams 41A, 41B support the car floor 10 via the vibration-proof members 46. Each of the floor support beams 41A, 41B is composed of a member extending in the front-rear direction, and is disposed horizontally in a direction perpendicular to the bottom frame 23.

[0025] Anti-vibration members 46 are disposed at both ends of the longitudinal direction of each of the floor support beams 41A and 41B. The anti-vibration members 46 are formed of, for example, anti-vibration rubber. The car floor 10 is supported on the upper parts of the floor support beams 41A and 41B via the anti-vibration members 46. As a result, the load of the car 3 is simultaneously applied to the multiple anti-vibration members 46 via the car floor 10. Furthermore, when each of the anti-vibration members 46 is deformed by receiving the load of the car 3, the car floor 10 is displaced (sinks) downward in accordance with the amount of deformation. The amount of displacement of the car floor 10 changes in accordance with the load of the car 3. Specifically, the greater the load of the car 3, the greater the amount of displacement of the car floor 10. Therefore, the load of the car 3 can be detected by measuring the amount of displacement of the car floor 10.

[0026] [Pulley mechanism] A pulley mechanism 40 is provided below the car floor 10. In addition to the pair of under-car pulleys 4A and 4B described above, the pulley mechanism 40 includes a pair of pulley brackets 42A and 42B, a rope guide 44, and a detector bracket 43. The pair of pulley brackets 42A and 42B are attached to a structure independent of the lower frame 23. Specifically, the pair of pulley brackets 42A and 42B are fixed by bolts to the lower surfaces of a pair of floor support beams 41A and 41B that are structurally independent of the lower frame 23 of the car frame 20. The under-car pulleys 4A and 4B are rotatably attached to the pulley brackets 42A and 42B, and the under-car pulleys 4A and 4B are rotatably attached to the pulley brackets 42A and 42B.

[0027] The rope guide 44 is suspended between a pair of pulley brackets 42A, 42B. The rope guide 44 is a rail-shaped member that is long in the left-right direction. Both longitudinal ends of the rope guide 44 are fixed to the lower ends of the pulley brackets 42A, 42B by bolts. The rope guide 44 serves to protect the main rope 2 wound around the under-car pulleys 4A, 4B from foreign objects becoming entangled in the main rope 2.

[0028] The detector bracket 43 is a bracket for attaching a load detector 50 (described later) to the pulley mechanism 40. The detector bracket 43 is bridged between the pair of pulley brackets 42A, 42B. The detector bracket 43 is an elongated member that is long in the left-right direction. Both ends of the detector bracket 43 are fixed by bolts to the vicinity of the upper ends of the pulley brackets 42A, 42B.

[0029] [Basket floor] Next, the configuration of the car floor 10 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 6 to Fig. 8. Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the car floor 10 according to this embodiment seen from above, and Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the car floor 10 according to this embodiment seen from below. Also, Fig. 8 is an exploded perspective view of a floor main body 12 constituting the car floor 10.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 6, the car floor 10 according to this embodiment includes a floor frame 16 and a floor main body 12.

[0031] The floor frame 16 includes a rear frame 11, a pair of side frames 13A, 13B, and a front frame 14. The pair of side frames 13A, 13B extend in the front-to-rear direction of the car floor 10 and fix the floor main body 12 to the floor support beams 41A, 41B. The front frame 14 extends in the left-to-right direction of the car floor 10 and protects the front side surface of the floor main body 12. The rear frame 11 extends in the left-to-right direction of the car floor 10 and protects the rear side surface of the floor main body 12.

[0032] The side frames 13A and 13B are configured to have a length substantially equal to the length of the floor main body 12 in the front-rear direction. The side frames 13A and 13B are configured of plate-shaped members bent at right angles to have a lower surface portion disposed on the upper portion of the vibration-isolating members 46 disposed on the upper surface side of the floor support beams 41A and 41B, and a side surface portion configured to a length covering the side surface of the floor main body 12. The side frames 13A and 13B are provided with vibration-isolating member abutment portions 15 disposed on the lower surface portion so as to abut against the vibration-isolating members 46 provided on the floor support beams 41A and 41B. The side frames 13A and 13B are fixed to the vertical frames 21A and 21B of the car frame 20 at their side surfaces.

[0033] The front frame 14 and the rear frame 11 are configured to have a length approximately equal to the length of the floor body 12 in the left-right direction, and are fixed so as to cover the side surfaces of the floor body 12 in the front-rear direction. The rear frame 11 is fixed to the lower surface of the floor body 12 at its lower end in the up-down direction, and is fixed to a pair of side frames 13A, 13B at both ends in the left-right direction. The front frame 14 is fixed to a pair of side frames 13A, 13B at both ends in the left-right direction. The front frame 14 at the front of the floor body 12 and the rear frame 11 at the rear are configured to have shapes suitable for their respective uses. For example, a door sill (not shown) is fixed to the upper surface of the front frame 14 in the up-down direction.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 8, the floor body 12 includes an upper floor member 12A, a lower floor member 12B, and a plurality of floor reinforcing members 12C. The upper floor member 12A and the lower floor member 12B are each composed of a flat, plate-like rectangular member. The floor reinforcing member 12C is a long member having a C-shape (horizontal U-shape) that is long in the front-rear direction. The upper floor member 12A and the lower floor member 12B are arranged in a state where they face each other in the up-down direction. The plurality of floor reinforcing members 12C are arranged by being sandwiched between the upper floor member 12A and the lower floor member 12B. The plurality of floor reinforcing members 12C are arranged by being densely arranged at regular intervals in the left-right direction. In addition, the plurality of floor reinforcing members 12C are fixed between the upper floor member 12A and the lower floor member 12B using an adhesive.

[0035] In this embodiment, a detection plate 51 of a load detection device 60, which will be described later, is attached to the lower surface side in the up-down direction of the car floor 10, as shown in FIG.

[0036] In this embodiment, the floor body 12 is composed of an upper floor member 12A, a lower floor member 12B, and a plurality of floor reinforcing members 12C provided between them. This increases the section modulus of the car floor 10 of the passenger car 3. This increases the rigidity of the car floor 10, for example, compared to when the car floor 10 is composed of a single plate. This makes it possible to reduce the amount of deformation (deflection) when gravity is applied to the car floor 10. Furthermore, even if the weight applied to the car floor 10 differs between the rear side and the front side of the car room 3, for example, the local displacement of the car floor 10 can be suppressed and the entire car floor 10 can be displaced almost uniformly. In other words, the amount of displacement of the car floor 10 when loaded can be averaged.

[0037] [Load detection device] Next, the load detection device 60 will be described. Fig. 9 is an enlarged view of an area E in Fig. 5. The load detection device 60 is composed of the detection plate 51 and the load detector 50 described above.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 7, the detection plate 51 is made of a long and narrow plate-like member extending in the left-right direction. The left-right length of the detection plate 51 is configured to be approximately the same as the left-right length of the floor body 12. The detection plate 51 is fixed at both left-right ends to the undersides of the pair of side frames 13A and 13B at the center positions in the front-rear direction with bolts. The detection plate 51 is configured to be bent downward in the up-down direction so that the portion (the center portion in the left-right direction) other than both ends fixed to the side frames 13A and 13B is separated from the underside of the floor body 12 by a predetermined distance. That is, the center portion of the detection plate 51 is disposed with a predetermined gap between it and the underside of the floor body 12.

[0039] 9, the lower surface in the vertical direction at the central portion of the detection plate 51 becomes a detected surface 51a of the load detector 50, which will be described later. In this embodiment, the detected surface 51a is configured to be horizontal.

[0040] The load detector 50 is configured with a distance measurement sensor that measures the distance to an object. The distance measurement sensor serving as the load detector 50 is configured with, for example, a displacement sensor. In this embodiment, the load detector 50 is configured with a gap sensor, which is a type of displacement sensor. The sensing part of the gap sensor is provided at the upper end of the load detector 50. The sensing part is a part for measuring the distance (gap) to the object. Note that the load detector 50 may use any sensor as long as it is capable of measuring the amount of displacement of the car floor 10 based on the distance to the detected surface 51a of the detection plate 51.

[0041] The load detector 50 is attached to the pulley mechanism 40, which is a structure independent of the bottom frame 23 of the car frame 20. The mounting structure of the load detector 50 will be described in detail below. The load detector 50 is attached to the detector bracket 43 via a position adjustment mechanism 55. The position adjustment mechanism 55 is a mechanism that can adjust the attachment position of the load detector 50 in the up, down, left and right directions. As described above, the detector bracket 43 is bridged between the pair of pulley brackets 42A, 42B and fixed to each of the pulley brackets 42A, 42B.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 9, the position adjustment mechanism 55 is composed of a base member 53 and a position adjustment member 54. The base member 53 is fixed to the detector bracket 43 with a bolt. The position adjustment member 54 is fixed to the base member 53 with a bolt 28. The load detector 50 is attached vertically to the position adjustment member 54. The base member 53 is formed with an elongated hole 29 for passing the male threaded portion of the bolt 28 through, and the position adjustment member 54 is also formed with an elongated hole 27 for passing the male threaded portion of the bolt 28 through. The bolts 28 and the elongated holes 27, 29 are each provided two by two with an appropriate interval between them in the left-right direction.

[0043] The long hole 29 is formed long in the left-right direction, and the long hole 27 is formed long in the up-down direction. The long holes 29 and 27 are arranged to intersect with each other. The male threads of the bolt 28 are inserted into the long holes 29 and 27 at the positions where the long holes 29 and 27 intersect. The base member 53 and the position adjustment member 54 are fixed to each other by the fastening force of a nut (not shown) that engages with the male threads of the bolt 28. When the fastening force of the nut is loosened, the position adjustment member 54 can be moved both in the left-right direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the long hole 29, and in the up-down direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the long hole 27. This makes it possible to adjust the mounting position of the load detector 50 in the up-down and left-right directions.

[0044] The load detector 50 is attached to the detector bracket 43 so that its upper end portion is close to and faces the detected surface 51a of the detection plate 51. In this embodiment, the load detector 50 is fixed to the detector bracket 43 that is bridged between the pair of pulley brackets 42A, 42B, and is thereby installed at a position facing approximately the center position of the detection plate 51 in the left-right direction.

[0045] Here, a method for detecting the load of the car 3 using the load detection device 60 of this embodiment will be described. First, the load detector 50 measures the distance g between the detected surface 51a of the detection plate 51 while the elevator 1 is in operation. When the car room 30 of the car 3 is empty, the load applied to the multiple vibration isolation members 46 via the car floor 10 is small, so the amount of displacement (sinking amount) of the car floor 10 is small. When the amount of displacement of the car floor 10 is small, the distance g from the upper end of the load detector 50 to the detected surface 51a of the detection plate 51 becomes long. Therefore, when the car room 30 is empty, the distance measured by the load detector 50 becomes long.

[0046] On the other hand, when several passengers are in the car room 30 of the car 3, the load of the car 3 increases according to the total weight of the passengers, and the displacement of the car floor 10 increases. When the displacement of the car floor 10 increases, the detection plate 51 approaches the load detector 50 accordingly, and the distance g from the upper end of the load detector 50 to the detected surface 51a of the detection plate 51 decreases. Therefore, when passengers are in the car room 30, the distance g measured by the load detector 50 decreases according to the total weight of the passengers. In this case, the change in the distance g measured by the load detector 50 corresponds to the displacement of the car floor 10. Moreover, the displacement of the car floor 10 is determined by the load of the car 3 plus the total weight of the passengers. Therefore, the load of the car 3 can be detected based on the detection result of the load detector 50.

[0047] In this embodiment, a detection plate 51 used for load detection is fixed to a pair of side frames 13A, 13B constituting the car floor 10. This simplifies the configuration and facilitates installation compared to the conventional configuration in which a weighing member is attached between each vibration-isolating member 46 to average the deflection of the vibration-isolating members 46 and a detection plate is attached at the center of the weighing member. Furthermore, when a weighing member is attached between each vibration-isolating member 46, there are many fixing points (joints) between the members, which raises concerns that the detection accuracy may decrease. In this embodiment, only both ends of the detection plate 51 are fixed to the pair of side frames 13A, 13B, so there are few fixing points and the detection accuracy can be improved.

[0048] However, when using a floor body 12 constructed by overlapping a number of components as in this embodiment, the adhesive used to join the floor body 12 may creep over time, causing a change in the amount of displacement of the center of the car floor 10. In contrast, in this embodiment, the detection plate 51 is fixed to the side frames 13A, 13B, so that even if the center of the floor body 12 displaces over time, the position of the detection plate 51 does not displace. Therefore, the load detection device 60 of this embodiment is not easily affected by deterioration of the car floor 10 over time, and can maintain detection accuracy.

[0049] In this embodiment, the floor body 12 is composed of an upper floor member 12A, a lower floor member 12B, and a plurality of floor reinforcing members 12C provided between them, and is therefore highly rigid. This prevents localized displacement of the car floor 10, and the pair of side frames 13A, 13B are displaced uniformly even when the passenger boarding position (loading position) is biased. This averages out the displacement of the detection plate 51 fixed to the pair of side frames 13A, 13B regardless of the loading position, and the load detection device 60 of this embodiment can obtain high detection accuracy.

[0050] In addition, in this embodiment, the ends of the detection plate 51 are fixed to the center positions of the side frames 13A, 13B in the front-rear direction, and the load detector 50 is disposed at a position facing the center position of the detection plate 51 in the left-right direction, but this is not limited to the configuration. Since the displacement amount of the car floor 10 is averaged due to the high rigidity of the floor main body 12, load detection can be performed with relatively high accuracy even if the position of the detection plate 51 or the mounting position of the load detector 50 relative to the detection plate 51 is changed. By setting the positions of the detection plate 51 and the load detector 50 so that the load can be detected at the center position of the car floor 10 as in this embodiment, the load can be detected with higher accuracy.

[0051] In this embodiment, the load detector 50 is attached to a structure independent of the lower frame 23 to which the suspended object is attached. This makes it possible to detect the load of the car 3 without being affected as much as possible, even if the load applied from the suspended object to the lower frame 23 changes due to the ascending and descending stroke of the car 3.

[0052] The above-mentioned embodiment has been described in detail to clearly explain the present invention, and is not necessarily limited to having all of the configurations described. For example, it is possible to replace a part of the configuration of the embodiment with another configuration, and it is also possible to add another configuration to the configuration of the embodiment. Also, it is possible to add, delete, or replace a part of the configuration of the embodiment with another configuration.

[0053] For example, the position adjustment mechanism in this embodiment is configured to allow the mounting position of the load detector 50 to be adjusted in the up / down and left / right directions, but this is not limited to this, and the mounting position of the load detector 50 may be configured to be adjustable only in the up / down direction or only in the left / right direction.

[0054] In addition, in this embodiment, anti-vibration rubber is given as an example of anti-vibration member 46, but the anti-vibration member 46 is not limited to anti-vibration rubber and may be composed of other materials, for example elastic materials such as springs, as long as they exhibit vibration-damping performance.
