Thus, when a first device is connected or coupled to a second device, the connection may be via a direct mechanical connection or an indirect mechanical connection through other devices and connections.
[0042] Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a child's crib 100 in a first state according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of the child's crib 100 shown in FIG. 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a diagram of the child's crib 100 in a second state according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of the child's crib 100 shown in FIG. 3 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is another partial cross-sectional view of the child's crib 100 according to the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the child's crib 100 includes a frame 10, a handle 20, and a handle adjustment mechanism 30. The handle adjustment mechanism 30 is for attaching the handle 20 to the frame 10, and the height of the handle 20 can be changed using the handle adjustment mechanism 30. When the child's crib 100 is switched from the first state shown in FIG. 1 to the second state shown in FIG. 3, the handle 20 moves from the highest position shown in FIG. 1 to the lowest position shown in FIG. 3.
[0043] As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, the handle adjustment mechanism 30 includes an engagement structure 31 and two stands 32. The engagement structure 31 is connected to the handle 20. The two stands 32 are installed on the frame 10 and located at two adjacent corners of the frame 10. There is a positioning structure 33 on each stand 32 to position the handle 20 at different heights. The engagement structure 31 can be engaged with or disengaged from the two positioning structures 33 on the two stands 32, so that the height of the handle 20 relative to the two stands 32 can be adjusted by the engagement and / or disengagement between the engagement structure 31 and the two positioning structures 33. The handle adjustment mechanism 30 adjusts the height of the handle 20 relative to the frame 10. This is a convenient approach for the caregiver to put the child in or take the child out of the child's crib 100.
[0044] In this embodiment, the frame 10 includes a number of wheels 11 and a number of legs 12. The legs 12 are extendable to adjust the overall height of the child's crib 100. Each wheel 11 is attached to the bottom of a corresponding leg 12 to move the entire child's crib 100. However, the present invention is not limited to the above configuration. For example, the frame may include only four legs without wheels. Alternatively, in another embodiment, both the legs and the wheels may be omitted.
[0045] As shown in Figures 2 and 4, the engagement structure 31 includes two interlocking parts 36. Specifically, as shown in Figure 2, each of the positioning structures 33 may include an upper rib 331 at the top of the corresponding stand 32. When the handle 20 is located at the highest position shown in Figures 1 and 2, each of the interlocking parts 36 abuts on the top of the corresponding upper rib 331. Therefore, the handle 20 is located at the highest position relative to the two stands 32. The interaction between the engagement structure and the positioning structure of the present invention is not limited to the above configuration. In another embodiment, each of the positioning structures may include a hollow structure such as an opening, a gap or a slot to place the interlocking part.
[0046] In the embodiment shown in Figs. 2 and 4, the engagement structure 31 may include two connection bases 35 respectively disposed at both ends of the handle 20. Each of the connection bases 35 is height-adjustably disposed on the corresponding stand 32 and may engage or disengage with the corresponding upper rib 331. Specifically, each of the positioning structures 33 includes a protrusion, and each of the connection bases 35 includes a recess structure for engaging or disengaging with the protrusion. As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, each of the protrusions may extend from the bottom of the corresponding upper rib 331, and each of the recess structures may be a notch 352 at the top of the corresponding connection base 35. Each of the notches 352 engages with a corresponding protrusion extending from the bottom of the corresponding upper rib 331. When the handle 20 is placed in the highest position shown in Figs. 1 and 2, each of the interlocking parts 36 engages with the corresponding upper rib 331 on the corresponding stand 32, and each of the protrusions engages with the corresponding notch 352. The upper ribs 331 and the corresponding notches 352 can be configured such that the distance between the interlocking parts 36 and the corresponding connection bases 35 is consistent with the presence of the corresponding upper ribs 331. Thus, the structure of the child's crib 100 can be more compact. The shapes of the connection bases and the positioning structures are not limited to the above configurations. In another embodiment, each of the connection bases can include a protrusion, and each of the positioning structures can include a recess structure for engaging with the corresponding protrusion.
[0047] 2 and 4, the engagement structure 31 further includes two movable parts 37 and an operating portion 38 for driving the movement of the two movable parts 37. A first end of each of the interlock parts 36 is configured to engage with a corresponding upper rib 331. A second end of each of the interlock parts 36 is connected to the corresponding movable part 37 by the operating portion 38. The operating portion 38 can be used to move the two movable parts 37 in the longitudinal direction of the handle 20, so that the interlock part 36 is disengaged from the two upper ribs 331. The longitudinal direction of the handle 20 can be a horizontal direction.
[0048] Furthermore, an engagement portion 351 may be provided at the lower end of each of the connection bases 35, and each of the positioning structures 33 may further include a lower rib 332. When the handle 20 is located at the lowest position shown in Figs. 3 and 4, each of the connection bases 35 can be positioned by the engagement between the corresponding engagement portion 351 and the corresponding lower rib 332, and the height of the handle 20 can be at the lowest position relative to the corresponding stand 32. However, the installation of the handle at the lowest position is not limited to the above configuration. In another embodiment, a recess can be provided at the lower end of each of the connection bases for engaging with the corresponding lower rib when the handle 20 is located at the lowest position.
[0049] The first end of each of the interlock components 36 has an inclined surface 363, which is preferably inclined upward. The inclined surface 363 allows the handle 20 to be lifted upward without using the operating unit 38. Specifically, the inclined surface 363 has a ramp shape. The inclined surface 363 having a ramp shape allows the caregiver to lift the handle 20 with one hand in a manner that provides the least resistance.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 3 , each of the interlock parts 36 includes a limiting portion 364 and a hole 361. The limiting portion 364 and the hole 361 limit the movement of each of the interlock parts 36. Each of the limiting portions 364 abuts against a corresponding connection base 35 to limit the movement of each of the interlock parts 36. The handle adjustment mechanism 30 further includes two pins 21, each of which is slidably disposed in the two holes 361. When each of the interlock parts 36 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the handle 20, each of the pins 21 moves into the corresponding hole 361 to carry each of the interlock parts 36. With the above configuration, each of the interlock parts 36 can move between a first position and a second position. When each of the interlock parts 36 is located in the first position, each of the interlock parts 36 engages with the corresponding upper rib 331. When each of the interlocking parts 36 is located in the second position, each of the interlocking parts 36 is disengaged from the corresponding upper rib 331 .
[0051] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, each of the interlock parts 36 further includes a passage 362. The handle adjustment mechanism 30 further includes a base 34 in the center of the handle 20. The operating part 38 is disposed on the base 34. The base 34 includes two guide slots 341, and the guide slots 341 extend in a horizontal direction. The operating part 38 includes two drive slots 381. A first end of each of the movable parts 37 is inserted into the passage 362 in the corresponding interlock part 36. A second end of each of the movable parts 37 is disposed in the corresponding drive slot 381 and the corresponding guide slot 341. More specifically, each of the movable parts 37 may be a metal wire having two pins 371 at two ends. Furthermore, the pin 371 at the second end of the movable part 37 can be inserted into the drive slot 381 and the guide slot 341, and the pin 371 at the first end of the movable part 37 can be inserted into the passage 362. Each of the drive slots 381 is for driving a corresponding pin 371. The pins 371 can be moved in the guide slots 341. The operating part 38 triggers the second end of the movable part 37 to move horizontally and inwardly through cooperation between the pins 371, the drive slots 381 and the guide slots 341. A caregiver can hold the operating part 38 on the handle 20 with his / her palm, hold the bottom of the operating part 38 with his / her fingers, and press the operating part 38 with his / her fingers so that the pins 371 slide in the guide slots 341 and the drive slots 381.
[0052] Furthermore, the engagement structure 31 further includes two elastic parts 39 connected to the two interlock parts 36, respectively. The interlock parts 36 are moved to a first position by the elastic parts 39 to engage with the corresponding upper ribs 331. When each of the interlock parts 36 is moved from the first position to the second position, the corresponding elastic parts 39 are pressed. In this embodiment, each of the elastic parts 39 can be disposed between the corresponding interlock part 36 and the operating part 38. After the two interlock parts 36 are disengaged from the two upper ribs 331 by using the operating part 38, the elastic parts 39 can be released to drive the two interlock parts 36, and the interlock parts 36 are engaged with the two upper ribs 331. Therefore, the handle 20 is at the highest position relative to the corresponding stand 32. The pressing and releasing of the elastic parts 39 are driven by the operating part 38. Specifically, the caregiver may press the bottom of the operating part 38 with a finger so that the elastic parts 39 are pressed, or the caregiver may not press the operating part 38 so that the elastic parts 39 are released. In this embodiment, each of the elastic parts 39 may be a spring. However, the arrangement of the elastic parts is not limited to the above configuration. In another embodiment, the elastic parts may be any structure made of an elastic material such as a leaf spring or rubber and arranged between the handle and the interlock part.
[0053] The present invention may be operated as follows: When it is desired to lower the handle 20, the operating part 38 may be used to drive the two movable parts 37 by cooperation of the pin 371, the driving slot 381 and the guide slot 341. The cooperation drives the two interlocking parts 36 to disengage from the two upper ribs 331, so that the handle 20 may be lowered. When it is desired to lift the handle 20, it is not necessary to use the operating part 38, and the handle 20 may be directly pulled upwards by the shape of the inclined surface 363. Specifically, while the handle 20 moves from the lowest position to the highest position, each of the interlocking parts 36 is driven to move from a first position to a second position by cooperation between the corresponding inclined surface 363 and the bottom of the corresponding upper rib 331, pressing against the corresponding elastic part 39 so that the handle 20 may be lifted with minimal resistance. After the operating portion 38 is released, each of the interlock parts 36 can be driven to move from the second position to the first position and engage with the corresponding upper rib 331 by abutting the top of the corresponding upper rib 331.
[0054] In addition, the numbers of the stand, the connecting base, the interlocking part, the movable part, the operating part, the pin, the driving slot and the guide slot are not limited to those mentioned above. In another embodiment, the engagement structure can include two operating parts for independently driving the movement of the two movable parts, and each of the operating parts has only one driving slot for connecting the corresponding movable part. In another embodiment, the positioning structure can include only one stand at one corner of the frame, the engagement structure can include only one interlocking part, one upper rib, one operating part and one movable part, and there is only one driving slot for connecting the movable part to the operating part, and one pin is disposed on the handle and slidably disposed in the hole of the interlocking part.
[0055] The driving mechanism for driving the interlocking parts is not limited to the above configuration. Please refer to Figs. 6 to 9. Figs. 6 to 9 are different partial views of a baby bed according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figs. 6 to 9, the operating part 38 is rotatably arranged on the handle 20 by the base 34. Specifically, the operating part 38 includes a first part 382 and a second part 383 detachably combined with the first part 382. The base 34 includes a first base part 342 fixed to the handle 20 and a second base part 343 fixed to the handle 20 and spaced apart from the first base part 342. Both ends of the operating part 38 are rotatably connected to the first base part 342 and the second base part 343, respectively.
[0056] Each of the first portion 382 and the second portion 383 includes two drive slots 381. The handle 20 includes a guide slot 341 extending horizontally. A pin at a first end of each of the movable parts 37 is connected to a corresponding interlocking part. A pin 371 at a second end of each of the movable parts 37 is disposed in the corresponding drive slot 381 and guide slot 341. Thus, when the operating portion 38 is operated to rotate relative to the handle 20, the second end of each of the movable parts 37 is moved horizontally and inwardly by cooperation of the second end of each of the movable parts 37 and the corresponding drive slot 381 and guide slot 341 to drive the interlocking part to disengage from the upper rib.
[0057] The number of guide slots, drive slots and operating parts is not limited to the above and depends on practical requirements. For example, when there is only one interlocking part and one movable part, there may be one guide slot, one drive slot and one operating part.
[0058] Please refer to Fig. 10 to Fig. 13. Fig. 10 to Fig. 13 are different partial views of a baby crib according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 10 to Fig. 13, the handle adjustment mechanism includes a base 34 on the handle 20 and two sliders 50 arranged on the base 34. The operating part 38 is rotatably arranged on the base 34 to drive and slide the two sliders 50. The operating part 38 includes two driving blocks 384. Each of the sliders 50 includes a driving recess 501 for cooperating with the corresponding driving block 384. The operating part 38 rotates to drive and slide the two sliders 50 by the driving block 384 and the driving recess 501. The pin 371 at the first end of each of the movable parts 37 is connected to the corresponding interlock part. The pin 371 at the second end of each of the movable parts 37 is connected to the corresponding slider 50. Thus, when the operating portion 38 is operated to rotate relative to the base 34, the second end of each of the movable parts 37 is moved horizontally and inwardly by cooperation of the second end of each of the movable parts 37, the corresponding drive block 384 and the corresponding slider 50 to drive the interlock part to disengage from the upper rib.
[0059] The number and configuration of the operating part, the driving block, the slider and the driving recess are not limited to those mentioned above and depend on practical requirements. For example, when there is only one interlocking part and one movable part, there may be one operating part, one slider and one driving recess.
[0060] Please refer to Fig. 14 to Fig. 16. Fig. 14 to Fig. 16 are different partial views of a baby crib according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 14 to Fig. 16, the handle adjustment mechanism includes a base 34 on the handle and two gears 60 arranged on the base 34, and each of the two gears 60 meshes with the other gear 60. The operating part 38 is arranged on the base 34 to drive and rotate the two gears 60. Each of the gears 60 includes a plurality of teeth 61 on the side of the gear 60 and a connector 62 for connecting with the pin 371. The pins at the first end of each of the movable parts 37 are connected to the corresponding interlock parts. The pins 371 at the second end of each of the movable parts 37 are connected to the corresponding gear 60. Specifically, the pins 371 are connected to the connector 62 of the gear 60. Thus, when the operating portion 38 is operated to slide relative to the base 34, it can be operated or pressed to drive the two gears 60 to rotate in two different directions in order to move the second ends of each of the movable parts 37 inwardly to drive the interlocking parts to disengage from the upper rib.
[0061] The number of gears and operating parts is not limited to the above and depends on practical requirements. For example, if there is only one interlocking part and one moving part, there may be one gear and one operator.
[0062] In this embodiment, the two gears 60 can be rotatably engaged with each other, so that the two gears 60 can rotate synchronously in two opposite directions to synchronously drive the two interlocking components.
