The valve body 4 has a via hole 41 penetrating the valve body 4, and the via hole 41 can be connected or disconnected to the first flow path 311 and the second flow path 312 by rotating the valve body 4. In other words, the motor-operated valve 100 can control the on / off of the fluid by rotating the valve body 4. In this embodiment, the motor-operated valve 100 is a two-way valve, but of course, in other embodiments, the motor-operated valve may be a three-way valve, a four-way valve, or other multi-way valve.
[0014] The working principle of the motor-operated valve 100 is that after the control part 1 is energized, an excitation magnetic field is generated in the stator unit 12, and the rotor unit 21 rotates the sun gear 221 under the excitation of magnetic force, and the sun gear 221 meshes with the first planetary gear 2231, and the first planetary gear 2231 also meshes with the fixed ring gear 222, and the fixed ring gear 222 is fixedly arranged. [0015] As shown in Figures 7 to 9, the connecting seat 24 includes a main body portion 241 and a second flange portion 242 extending radially outward from the outer periphery of the side wall of the main body portion 241, and the crimp nut 5 is externally fitted onto the radial outer periphery of the side wall of the main body portion 241 of the connecting seat, the crimp nut 5 abuts against the upper surface of the second flange portion 242, and the crimp nut 5 is screwed into the valve body 31, thereby fixedly connecting the connecting seat 24 to the valve body 31. The main body 241 forms the accommodation chamber 240, and has one through hole 2413 as one opening of the accommodation chamber 240, and the through hole 2413 is located in the center of the main body 241 in the axial direction, and the main body 241 includes a first step portion 2411 and a second step portion 2412, and the second step portion 2412 is provided on the valve body 4 closer to the first step portion 2411 along the axial direction of the connecting seat 24. The main body 241 further includes a positioning portion 2414 located above the second step portion 2412, the number of which is one or more, and in this embodiment, the number of the positioning portions is two, and the two positioning portions 2414 are provided symmetrically with respect to the axis of the connecting seat 24. The connecting seat 24 is located at the upper end of the main body 241, and further includes a crimping portion 2415 for fixed connection with the fixed ring gear 222. The connecting seat 24 may be a metal part, for example, made of stainless steel and machined to have the desired structure and shape.
[0016] As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the fixed ring gear 222 has a first flange portion 2221 that is located at one end of the fixed ring gear 222 close to the valve body 31 and extends radially outward from the outer circumferential wall of the fixed ring gear 222. The fixed ring gear 222 has a fitting portion 2222 that fits with the positioning portion 2414, and the fitting portion 2222 is formed by protruding from the outer periphery of the first flange portion 2221. In this embodiment, the positioning portion 2414 of the connecting seat 24 is a semicylindrical recess, and accordingly, the fitting portion 2222 is a semicylindrical protrusion that matches the recess. The shapes of the positioning portion 2414 and the fitting portion 2222 are not limited to the semicylindrical shape shown in the drawings, but may be other shapes such as a triangle or a rectangle, and the positioning portion 2414 may be a protrusion and the corresponding fitting portion 2222 may be a recess.
[0017] 10, which is a schematic diagram of the fitting configuration between the fixed ring gear 222 and the connecting seat 24. The fixed ring gear 222 and the connecting seat 24 are fixedly connected. When assembling, the fixed ring gear 222 is first pressed into the connecting seat 24 from top to bottom, so that the lower surface of the first flange portion 2221 of the fixed ring gear 222 abuts against the first step portion 2411, the outer circumferential surface of the first flange portion 2412 abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the side wall of the main body portion 241 of the connecting seat, the fitting portion 2222 of the fixed ring gear 222 fits into the positioning portion 2414 of the connecting seat 24, and then the crimping portion 2415 of the connecting seat 24 is fixed to the fixed ring gear 222 by crimping. Of course, in another embodiment, the fixed ring gear 222 and the connecting seat 24 can also be fixedly connected by means of welding or bonding. A part of the output carrier 2261 on which the valve rod 23 is injection molded is connected to the valve body 4 through a through hole 2413, and a part of the output carrier 2261 abuts against the second stepped portion 2412, and is axially positionally restricted and supported by the second stepped portion 2412 relative to the output carrier 2261, and there is a certain gap between the lower end surface of the fixed ring gear 222 and the upper end surface of the second stepped portion 2412.
[0018] During operation of the motor-operated valve, in the transmission mechanism 22, friction losses occur between the sun gear 221 and the planetary gear unit, between the planetary gear units, and between the planetary gear unit and the fixed ring gear 222, etc., which generates a small amount of powder impurities. The powder impurities may accumulate on the outer periphery of the fixed ring gear 222, at the lower end of the rotor magnetic ring 211, and in the sleeve chamber 250 located at the upper end of the connecting seat 24. Eventually, the powder impurities may be adsorbed to the surface of the rotor magnetic ring 211, increasing the frictional resistance between the rotor unit 21 and the sleeve 25, which may be detrimental to the steady operation of the motor-operated valve. For this reason, the electric valve in this embodiment includes a passage connecting the sleeve chamber 250 and the valve body chamber 310, and specifically, the connecting seat 24 further has a conductive portion 2416 provided axially along the inner wall of the main body portion 241, and the thickness of the portion of the main body portion where the conductive portion 2416 is located is smaller than the thickness of the portion of the main body portion where no conductive portion is provided, so that there is a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the first flange portion 2221 of the fixed ring gear 222 and the inner wall of the main body portion 241 of the connecting seat at the portion where the conductive portion 2416 is provided. The lower end surface of the conductive portion 2416 is located below the lower end surface of the fixed ring gear 222, and the lower end surface of the fixed ring gear 222 is located below the upper surface of the first step portion 2411 or the lower end surface of the fixed ring gear 222 abuts against the upper surface of the first step portion 2411, so that the lower end surface of the conductive portion 2416 is located below the upper surface of the first step portion 2411, and the presence of the conductive portion 2416 makes the first step portion 2411 not a sealed annular step. The number of the conductive portions 2416 may be one or more. The connecting seat 24 further has a conductive hole 2417 provided in the axial direction and penetrating the second step portion 2412, and the conductive hole 2412 is at least partially located outside the output carrier 2261, so that the output carrier 2261 does not completely cover the conductive hole 2412 and the conductive hole 2412 does not fail to perform the conductive function. The number of the through holes 2412 may be one or more.
[0019] There is a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the first flange portion 2221 of the fixed ring gear 222 and the inner peripheral wall of the main body portion 241 of the connecting seat at the conductive portion 2416, and the lower end surface of the conductive portion 2416 is located below the lower end surface of the fixed ring gear 222, and there is also a certain gap from the lower end surface of the fixed ring gear 222 to the upper end surface of the second stepped portion 2412. Therefore, the conductive portion 2416 can communicate with the conductive hole 2417 through the gap from the lower end surface of the fixed ring gear 222 to the upper end surface of the second stepped portion 2412, and the passage is 16, the gap from the lower end surface of the fixed ring gear 222 to the second stepped portion 2412, and the through hole 2417. Referring to FIG. 11, this passage connects the sleeve chamber 250 located on the outer periphery of the fixed ring gear 222, the lower end of the rotor magnetic ring 211, and the upper end of the connecting seat 24, and the valve body chamber 310 in which the valve body 4 is located. Since the sleeve chamber 250 connects to the rotor chamber 210, the powder impurities deposited in the sleeve chamber 250 can pass through the passage and enter the rotor chamber 210 and the valve body chamber 310. In particular, when the motor-operated valve is started or closed, the powder impurities can move upward through the passage to enter the rotor chamber 210 or move downward to enter the valve body chamber 310 under the action of the pressure difference. Due to the fitting gap between the valve body 4 and the valve body seat 331, powder impurities in the valve body chamber 310 can enter the via hole 41 of the valve body 4 and the first flow path 311 and the second flow path 312 connected to the via hole 41, and can enter the system pipelines or parts connected to the electric valve through the first flow path 311 and the second flow path 312, which is advantageous in reducing the accumulation of powder impurities and improving the life of the electric valve.
[0020] In this embodiment, in order to facilitate processing and installation, the conductive part 2416 and the positioning part 2414 have the same structure, both of which are approximately semi-cylindrical recesses, and the number of each recess is two, i.e., a total of four recesses are provided, which are distributed along the circumference and symmetrical with respect to the axis, two of which are provided. Since the conductive part 2416 and the positioning part 2414 have the same structure, the recesses symmetrical with respect to the two axes can be fitted with the fitting part 2222 of the fixed ring gear 222 to play a role of positioning as a positioning part, and the remaining two recesses symmetrical with respect to the axis can realize a communication function as a conductive part. The configurations of the conductive part and the positioning part may be different, for example, the conductive part may be rectangular, the positioning part is a semi-cylindrical recess, and the fitting part is a semi-cylindrical protrusion, and it goes without saying that the positioning part and the fitting part are fitted with each other to be positioned.
[0021] 12-13, FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram of one cross-section of the second embodiment of the valve part of the motor-operated valve. Different from the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the through hole 2417' is located below the through hole 2416', the passage includes the through hole 2416' and the through hole 2417', the passage communicates the sleeve chamber and the valve body chamber, and the powder impurities deposited in the sleeve chamber can enter the rotor chamber and the valve body chamber communicating with the sleeve chamber through the passage. If the configuration of the connecting seat 24' allows, it can be installed as in this embodiment. Since it is necessary to provide a seal ring at the bottom of the connecting seat to prevent the working medium from leaking to the outside, if the connecting seat is provided with a through hole below the through hole as shown in FIG. 1, the position for installing the seal ring will be insufficient, so it is necessary to make a significant adjustment to the configuration of the bottom of the connecting seat or the position of the seal ring, such as by increasing the diameter of the bottom of the connecting seat, and the configuration of the valve body unit also needs to be adjusted accordingly. The structure of the valve body unit after adjustment and the position of the seal ring are not introduced in this embodiment, but those skilled in the art can design and adjust them by themselves.
[0022] Referring to Figure 13, Figure 13 is a schematic diagram of the plan view angle of the second embodiment of the connecting seat. Different from the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the configuration of the conductive portion 2416' and the positioning portion 2414' is different, the conductive portion 2416' is an approximately rectangular recess, the positioning portion 2414' is still the same semi-cylindrical recess as in the previous embodiment, the fitting portion of the corresponding fixed ring gear is a semi-cylindrical protrusion, and the positioning portion 2414' and the fitting portion are fitted together to position them.
